I love Papa Johns pizza...however every time I order there are little to no topping on my pizza. I ordered a large with ham & pineapples...there were 3 pineapples on the whole pizza...if I order Bacon & onions with green peppers same thing. I order a larve cheese pizza and there is more dough that cheese....im fed up...pay for topings and get only enough for you to see. Frustrated with Papa Johns
I was recently at a papa johns resturant yesterday located at 55 and dorchester in Chicago. Worst service ever. This one manager was so rude she was on her phone talking to her friends While I was trying to give her my order, then the pizza took all day to make, then when I got it the pizza is was the wrong order. She put in Bacon and sausage instead of chicken and sausage. She yelled ate the workers when she was the one that was on her phone putting in the orders! That woman needs to be fired. Worst service ever!
The last two times we have ordered pizza from the papa johns in crestview, fl it has been late and cold. I will never orderfrom them again. I would rather drive to Niceville twenty miles away to papa murphys and bake it myself at home at least it will be hot!
Yesterday, on my way home, I stopped by at Papa Johns on 47th Street in Bethesda, Maryland to buy a pizza. While I was at the counter putting the change in my wallet, I saw the saw guy who took my order, handled the money, used his smart phone, withing washing his hands first, pick up the dough and continue making pizza. I was so disgusted and sick that I said to him: "sir, you took my order, touched money, used your cell phone and now you are handling food without even washing your hands first? Please, cancel my order, give the money back". He apologized, gave the money back and proceeded to making pizza without washing his hands. It looked like he just did not care; never again, I will put one foot at Papa Johns nor I will order by telephone. They just lost another customer.
this was the worst pizza Ive ever been delivered. The cheese stix where burnt. The perrers where dry and old. My son wanted pizza for his party. I was so embarressed to be serving burnt cheese stix and cold pizza. I have a new born baby and a lil boy not cooking is supposed to be a treat not a waste of money.! Shame on u papa!!! I took pictures to post on ur site. I guess Ill just put them on face book to warn my friends.
I ordered a pizza for delivery from the Whitehall/Bexley location 10/4/12. It was a $10.00 pizza plus a $2.25 delivery charge making my total $12.25. When the driver arrived at my door he told me my total was $13.00. I told him I was told it would be $12.25. The driver told me yes, but our manager tells us to round up, we do not carry change. When he left MY house he had change, I gave him exactly $12.25. I did not include a tip because I thought that was just wrong. I called the Eastland location, I told them about the incident, the manager said yes maam that is correct, our drivers do not carry change, she said however he should not have told you that your order was $13.00. I regret not sending the pizza back to the store with him I think that is just wrong.
You guys suck. Service is a big disappointment and the worst in class.
Last week I ordered my traditional Monday night pizza and it was quite different than in the past and I noticed a completely new staff in the store. When I open the box at home I couldn’t believe how skimpy the ingredients, I blamed it on the new staff, however I did sent a question to the Papa John’s site on line if they have changed the policy of how they prepare Pizza or was the staff just inexperienced. I never received a response to the inquiry. So this week I ordered another Pizza and it was the same as last week, skimpy. I did opened the box at the store and ask the manager if this is the new standard and he said yes, I informed him that he just lost my business. Our town has lots of good quality Pizza Houses and I don’t mean Pizza Hut or Dominos. You had a product that would compete with the quality Pizza Houses in town, but it’s not the one you are now putting out. You are now another mediocre Pizza House.
My wife ordered a pizza at Oxford, Ohio all she had was 50.00 bill they said they could not accept it.She had to go to Mcdonalds to buy an icecream to break the 50.00.It will be the last time I ever buy any pizza from Papa Johns.
I ordered a pizza for my grandchildren today (9/28/2012) and was told it would be delivered in 20 min. After waiting 45 mins. I called to see when my pizza would be arriving and was told that he just checked and the driver was out and it would be about 5-10 mins. After waiting another 15 -20 mins. I called back to cancel my order .After talking to the manager I was told there was never a order for me. What kind of mess is this? My grandchildren waited almost two hours for their dinner which was suppose to be pizza and then another 45 mins. for me to cook them some dinner.
I ordered a pizza online forgot to add something so I call the store only to find out their is a $2.00 fee more to place something else on my order that is rediculous dominos or pizza hut does not give people that kind of service
We ordered food from the Papa Johns on 5246 Harford Rd, Baltimore, Md for delivery. The Ravens game started at 8:30, we ordered the food at 9pm. The food was not here at 9:45 so we called Papa Johns and they advised us that the delivery driver was on the way. This place is a little over a mile away so when they were not here within 30 mins we called back and spoke with the manager, Pamela. First she advised us that the driver said they came and we cancelled the order when the driver got here but then she changed it and said that someone called back RIGHT AFTER we ordered to cancel the order. We explained that this didnt make sense and that someone was lying. If we cancelled right after we ordered, why would the delivery guy come to the house. The game is almost over and we still have not eaten! Ugh!!!!!!
I asked for the specials....then I told them i wanted a large pepperoni, mushroom and jalepeno pizza....when the delivery girl delivered my pizza, she told me i should complain, because they are over charging me. I spoke to the "manager" at 2704391888. He told me that i need to ask for the discount to get it....I did and it didnt happen. I was charged 17.74 for a large three topping before tip....He was angry that the driver told me what she did...she had enough integrity to tell me I didnt get the discount i deserved. This manager never aplologized once...he was more angry with the delivery girl. He said over the phone with me that she would be fired...and I asked why? She spoke out of line.,...That raises a good question...I have 15 years of restaurant experience.... i am a delivery driver for papa johns n let me tell you my manager is nice but he wants me to do phones while there are others who work there way longer then me who dont ever touch the phones!!!! i work my but off when im there n get no appreciation the people we deliver to n our area are stingy n dont even tip its a waste of our gas n time for the meezly 1.15 we do get for taking the delivery when gas is almost 4 bucks a gallon!!!! where is the appreciation at for bringing you people your food if ya wont even tip be considerate or dont order for delivery pick it up
I have never been treated so badly by a delivery person. The store manager even got testy with me on the phone. I tried to pay by check because i was not told any different. The driver was rude and i had even included a tip on the check. This is the new store at Ozark Missouri. I work for Bass Pro in Springfield Missouri and we order hundreds of pizzas from you every year. I love your pizza but i will not order again for my family. I am extremely disappointed in Papa Johns when all the other take-out and delivery pizza places take your check with a smile.
Pizza is great but we will quit eating it as long as you are sponsoring the NFL with your advertising and the replacement refs. Boy cot the NFL....NOW
Had a papa johns pizza two weeks ago in Pinedale Co. Excellent Best pizza I had in years. Called for the same order tonight from Monrovia CA. and was the worst I've had in many years. Hardly any ingredients in the poor thing. While phone ordering because email wouldn't register my confirm email address the order taker on the phone hung up on me twice. My company for the evening also agreed with me on the poor quality and they haven't experienced the good quality of Pinedales pizza. Wanted to talk to the manager but he just brushed me off. It's just so easy to out do the run of the mill pizza joints around here and was hoping PPJs was going to be the one. But to be a step below average was truly disappointing. So my quest continues for a decent pizza in my area. I'd even put up with snotty order takers if the food was worth it. Sure doesn't look like anything on television. It was a really bad experience all the way around for top dollar food.
well i live in milwauke wis we order pizza while back there michlle id one of manger's very rude on phone everytime they broght pizza to door they her baging for tip there driver's are very rude. when i told her i was sending e-mail to ceo i ask her for her last name would not give me her last name hung -up one me i cant belave this was how you run company i have spend so much money well now i go to PIZZA HUT
First off the driver made a racist comment to my african american husband. because we had to go chase the driver down and he ask if my husband was coming threw the fields to get his pizza. Then we got to eat only to find out the cinnpie I ordered was burnt and not even cut. To make it even worse i called the papajohns store who sent it to me and they said they would send me another pie out to me and that was almost two hours ago so i don't think they are coming. if anyone needs compensation its me.
I am writing this to inform you of your lack professionalism in your management staff in the Orlando,FL area. You REALLY need to not TRUST the words of your Management Staff INCLUDING your D.O.Managers. They are making a laughing stock out of John Schnatter. They DO NOT care about company policies all they care about is giving away pizza, hanging out,and gossiping and NOT answering the phone. Was in the Papa Johns on Colonial in Orlando, FL while on vacation with family. The place was a joke. Phone ringing off the wall and employees hanging around gossiping amongst themselves. The D.O. and GM are BEST buddies and anything goes as long as you are liked by BOTH??? Thats what I was told when I asked one of the employees which I will keep her name anonymous. The drivers hanging outside smoking and on cell phones. I am appalled of what is allowed to go on with this Company. John needs to be informed on what is going on with HIS company. I know if I was him I would want to know what is going on with my company in every aspect. They are very disrespectful of John in every way by not following company policies. Please send someone that is IMPARTIAL to the Management team of this store and you WIll see that your choice in management needs to Change.
