Please stop in at Papa John's in Milton, Fl 32570. Not sure what the problem is, but the crust is always dark brown, and the taste is off just a little. I think Papa John's is the best, this store could use a little help Please!
I was employed at pops John in Caldwell Id up until Sunday. The owner Steve Warren came in to the store acting Inappropriate he was slamming plastic trays next to my head while I was on the phone taking an order he then had the manager cornered until she was in tears crying. I told him that was enough and he tryed to get in my face acting Inappropriate. I told him I was leaving and I thought he should Apologize to the manager he went to the back and started trying to grab her she was yelling for him to not touch her and to keep his hands off of her. that is when I left the store. I am tired of people like Steve Warren thinking since they pay your check they can do say or treat people how ever they want. Well people are hired to do a job not put up with there bosses mouths bad attitude and tantrums.
Im writing this complaint as a last resort since my store is so currupted by the current managers and the actual owners are not aware of this As a papa Johns employee im a driver and I don't understand why we don't get raises according to my manager driver's DONT get them they absolutely ignore the fact that I've been working for there company for six years, s all the instore employees sit and wait for phone calls to come in to lift a finger as a driver I have to clean the entire store BYMYSELF ,Prep,make pizzas. And deliver them as evryone else is clocked in and gettin raises to sit in the back area eat pizza and answer phones when they want to when im not doing it . If I don't deserve a raise why is everyone else getting a better pay then I am for actually WORKING! I call that slave labor !
I convinced my husband to order from papa johns despite us having to wait long in the past Well again we ordered at 12:20 and had to wait two hours for delivery Had the cashier told us they only had two drivers we might have selected to pick it up when it arrived it was surprisingly cold the box was crushed and we were extremely dissapointed so needless to say we will not be patronizing the woodlawn store anymore thank you felicia alexander
As a long time customer of PJ I am sadden to see you take polical sides. Every hardworking person in America deserves health insurance. I was deeply sadden to hear you Bitch about such a simple human right. Guess you just can't make enough money to be satisfied and start thinking about others. I'm a loyal costumer of Papa Johns Pizza. As a totally Disabled Veteran I spend the winters in Puerto Rico due to health reasons. I won one of the 2 million Pizza's in the new Promotion, but Papa John's in Puerto Rico will not honor it, and Pappa John's Corporate office refuses to send me a voucher for a free pizza to be redeemed in honor of the Pizza I won. I'm very disappointed at their customer satisfaction policy!!
We went to Papa Johns on Andrew Jackson Hwy in Jonesborough TN,We had asked for a few packs of crushed red peppers, he insisted that they are 50 cent per pack.. (WHAT)? If I dine in I can just use the little glass jar full of the freaging things for free! So after I asked why they even charged for a complimentary item to begin with, the night Mgr got smart & was a serious jerk with his accusation, I immediately called another Papa Johns to see if they charged for them & low & behold they do, but they only charge 25 cents a pack. This is like me going to Mc D's & asking for Mustard on a cheese burger & them charge for it. I just think that's getting a little greedy & not caring about your customers. I give free water away to those who take our tours & shop in the store & that's $1.00 per bottle and I don't have the billions of bucks like John has to throw away. Maybe that;s why he's a billionaire & I'm not???? Cause he's greedy we are not! I am a small business own in town, we have approx 10 plus people a day asking where to go eat in this town and I use to refer Papa Johns. Well guess what? Well, first of all, my name is Chris, a once proud employee of the Papa John's in Butte, MT I was hired on May 9th, 2012 as a Full Time Shift Manager, at the Butte, Montana, Papa John's. #2394 While also having the pleasure and experience of working at 3 other Papa John's Stores in my home state of Missouri. It was announced during 2 separate manager meetings, that I would be a full time shift manager. I was getting between 30 and 36 hours a week. After our very pitiful, and VERY overstaffed BOGO, everyone's hours were cut. There were so many out of town employees in our store on our BOGO, you could barely walk around our store. Also, 80-90% of the pizzas that left our store on our BOGO, were below a 6 on our pizza ratings. I did not see a single pizza on our BOGO, that I wouldn't have called a remake on any other day of the year. They also had us making pizzas in the prep room/sink area, which was against all sorts of health codes. I kept trying to get Chrystal to give me the hours she promised, for over a month, to no avail. During my employment with this store I witnessed all sorts of things. Chrystal on 2 occasions (that I know of) had the closing manager(s) leave the make line, with food in it, and plugged in all night, so she wouldn't have to re-assemble it in the morning. She also had a closing driver place our clean dishes into a dough coated, dough tray. Also, Chrystal makes some of the ugliest pizzas I have ever seen. As does our shift manager Doyle (he also has 8-10 write ups, 6 of which he had when Chrystal took over the store). Whom Chrystal told everyone else we were firing after BOGO because he wouldn't perform his job correctly, and makes ugly pizzas as well. He is still employed at #2394. Chrystal was also keeping tips for the in-stores, in the till/store cash so she could milk it out of the store for herself. Which is expressly forbidden by Montana state law. When I tried to tell her about that, she got mad at me. There were many other people named for termination. But for some reason she either wouldn't fire them, or later claimed her hands were tied by Allison Mohler. Like Justin Zwicke. He had been reported multiple times for driving wrecklessly and, or too fast. Also, he wouldn't do his work lists. Still employed. Chrystal also was unreachable for 3 hours once, while at the movies with Josh Pericich. She tried to keep their relationship secret, but the crew has their suspicions as Josh walks around and acts like he has some sort of seniority over everyone, most of the time. Also, while Helena, MT had its BOGO, our GM, Chrystal Downs was out of town in Helena helping them. She had our on the clock driver, Josh Pericich run her 16 year old sister a pizza. Chrystals sister told her that Josh Pericich, the employee that Chrystal also had a secret relationship with, had come onto her, and was touching her, when he delivered the pizza to her. Chrystal told me this herself. When Chrystal told her sister she needed to report it, and that she'd probably lose her job (making her sister fear Chrystal losing her income), her sister changed her tune. Chrystal told me her sister did it for attention later. The problem I have is that Josh Pericich was fired from Domino's Pizza for the same behavior directed at the owners daughter. Chrystal never reported this, and when I attempted to report it to Sean Mohler, he acted like it wasn't important, and apparently even tried to cover for Chrystal, as Josh is still working there. My employment with #2394 was ended on 09/03/2012, when I tried to text Chrystal about how I only had 27.5 hours, while our newest Shift Manager Ciara had 33. Chrystal deliberately lied to me, and refused to give me my hours back. I confronted her in texts about my hours, she got upset, and told me she was covering my shift. The next day she informed me I was fired. When I went in the following Friday to get my check, they wanted me to sign a fraudulent status update that said I voluntarily terminated. I refused. I think Papa John's Corporation needs to know how poor a job the Mountain View Pizza Company is doing. And how much they are lying to their employees, and the Corporation.
During My life, I've enjoyed PaPa John's pizza. The tase has always been something that I have looked forward to at least once every couple of weeks. The flavors, topping, and service were always impecable. Since April 2010 I have not had a single Pizza because of a auto accident caused by another individual. I lost my teeth a couple of months later due to infections caused by broken teeth and knocked out fillings. I miss the delious tastes, smells, and flavors of your pizzas. Someday I hope to get some teeth and once again enjoy your fantastic pizzas
i haew spent the last 3 years working for papa johns.the staff is very overworked and not paid enough. the poor service comes from managers with little training in customer relations.almost no training for staff. drivers are subject to being written up or fired for not geting out ia all types od weater. my store 652 was ordered to makes deliveries in a tornado warning in the city.papa johns does not care about the people it servers or it workers. on januray 31 2012 i was carjacked and robbed at gunpoint. i had to pay all money to the the store that night. i missed two days of work. on my first day back they wanted my to deliver to the same street i was robbed on. the papa johns company cares nothing about it employees and it shows in our service
I ordered at the Papa John's in Sun Valley, CA today and we got the pizza late which has been a habit of them lately. I have been ordering from this location for the last 3 years and it was only recently that they have been late on delivery. Now I get the pizza and there's hair on it. I called them and spoke to the manager. He had the audacity to try and imply that it is impossible for me to find hair in the pizza since they all wear a hair net (like that prevents all hair) from falling on to the pizza. Instead of apologizing and offering a solution to the problem, this jerk had the nerve to insists that the hair wasnt theirs and that it never happened on his watch. So I ended up giving the phone to my BF to talk to him before I end up cussing him out. He still maintains innocence and tries to imply we set it up. I will never order there again EVER!! Stay away from that Papa John's folks.
MY DAUGHTERS ORDERED 2 PIZZAS FOR DINNER. AFTER EATING A FEW SLICES I REALIZED THAT THERE WAS A FUNNY TASTE, SORT OF SOUR OR THAT TASTE WHEN AN INGREDIENT HAS STARTED TO GO BAD. WE DID NOT EAT THE ENTIRE PIZZA AND JUST PUT IT IN THE REFRIGERATOR. A FEW HOURS LATER WE WERE ALL GOING TO THE BATHROOM AND HAVING STOMACH CRAMPS. I CALLED THE MANAGER TO LET HIM KNOW THAT HE HAS AN INGREDIENT EITHER THE TOMATOES OR THE PINEAPPLE THAT'S BAD. HE PROCEEDED TO CURSE ME OUT ON THE PHONE AND HUNG UP TWICE. OF COURSE I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ANYWHERE I COULD. PAPA JOHNS ROCKAWAY BEACH BLVD.NY EVERYONE STAY CLEAR
I have not bought a Pappa John pizza after hearing how the CEO was outraged a having to give employees health care. This is from another rich Repuplican who looks out for only himself and family. No one should ever be denied health insurance No One.

I always order delivery from papa. Johns but today 1st time I walk to the store 150 Elden street , Herndon Virginia I was waiting almost 3to 4 minutes while some one was to busy to will come The customer until I asked him do u have any special. He was talking to me with no eye contact to the customer cuz he was busy writing some thing I was disappoint from that kind of customer service no greeting no eye contact no smile wow I. I just walked out of stir even he didn't notice until I was oping the door to live I went to dominos pizza which I neve orders from them but. i will order your pizza for your right to say what you think....this the USA, freedom of speach..your right..mine to defend your right to say it ( and i have)..if i disagree...that is okay too...we will never agree on everything..agreeing to disagree is fine. but to silence those who think differently is the hieght of censorship. not for me.
this is not for post but just a suggestion. i like your pizza but find it could use a little more sauce..but my biggest complian about all delievery/carry-out pizza is that it becomes soggie underneath...you need to develpoe something to put under to prevent that from happening...like a wire mesh screen that is more cost effective but equally effective...i hate soggie pizza...and a nice scillian pizza would be great. thats all..workon getting business and employees better and bake on!
I will NEVER NEVER NEVER order from Papa Johns again. I'm 45 yrs. old and I've never heard this line before, the driver called me to come outside and get my pizza. I'm also writing a letter the owner of Papa Johns, if I could give them a 0 I would.

Why do you send emails with promo codes that always say "invalid" when typed in? And yes, I do check the expiration dates on them. I wanted pizza tonight, but as usual if I get one from Papa Johns without the promo code, it will be between $2.00 ~$8.00 more, then I can't leave a bigger tip for the driver. So, I'm calling Domino's!!!
