Rochester, MN Restaurant Outback . One of the managers (Chrissy) kept us waiting for over 2 hours. She was rude, non apologetic, and let many people be seated ahead of us. When I asked why people who were coming in were told that they had a 45 minute wait and we were still waiting after 2 hours, she lied and said it was because everyone else had called in. However, we asked around and not everyone had called in. Many people around me complained tonight about the way this woman has done this job.

Liane Fisher is embezzling money from the Outback in Hendersonville, North Carolina. I am another manager at the same Outback and saw her doing this on more than one occasion. Both times were over $500. I have been worried about reporting her because she has seniority over me and I am afraid of retaliation, so I have been keeping my mouth shut.

I need to report that Erin Patricia Hardin has been making me feel very uncoftable at work. I would rather not say who I am cause I don't want problems at work since she has been here or around 2 years and I don't. I just find it unprofessional the way she talks to some people and also how she treats me here at work. I really don't want to take this futher into corporate for them to take actions. I know this considered harrasment and if needed I will do what I have to to fix this. I enjoy working there but at the end it is work and we all need to respect that. Without managment knowing she has even worked drunk and sometimes even drinks alchoolic drinks in a to-go up and nobody has done anything. Some guys from the back of the house have even said that she gets touchy and has to push her away because they don't want to put their job on the line because of her. I really think I have gave you enough information for some type of action to be taken. I enjoy my job and work needs to be a safe and welcoming enviorment. The same way I took time to write to you'll i'm going to write to corporate to inform them of the problem.

Outback used to be one of our favorite restaurants. We would eat there at least once a month. The food quality is not what it used to be. When we first noticed that the food was not as good, we thought it was just a bad evening. Two more tries and we decided Outback either changed its suppliers or was deliberately ordering poorer quality food. Three strikes and you're out. We've never going back.

My name is Phillip Morris, I worked for the Outback Steakhouse as a line cook. I am still awaiting my check, its been over 2 years. I am very disappointed in the Managment at the Cary, NC location. This is very unprofessional in my opinion. I would like to know what is going to be done about this, or what steps i may take to get my hard earned money! My email is phillosophy00@yahoo.com, maybe corporate will handle this. I am thinking of taking legal actions.

We used to eat at Outback at least 12 times a year, always pain in cash and always left a 20% tip. Yesterday was our LAST trip there. Not only were the potatoes half the size and the Victoria filet mignon overcooked, but the waiter tried to steal a ten dollar bill from my change. He took it out of the return of $11.00 and when questioned, he goes over the bill and said the one dollar was correct, until I recalculated the bill in front of him and he said, "Oh that 's right, I was going to get you change for that ten and put it in my pocket by mistake." Bad food, attempted theft, and then treated me like I was stupid. Since I'm 65 and suspected senior citizens might be targeted for this, I'm reporting it to the State Attorney and asking for an investigation. And AARP. And the Chamber of Commerce. And my 1625 Facebook friends.

We love Outback, and it is our restaurant of choice when we go out. BUT...for my birthday, Outback, of course. Hubby ordered fish n chips, I ordered steak & shrimp. Waited on quickly. Bread, excellent. He got potato soup, the special, I got salad with bleu cheese. His soup was unedible, too much salt! My salad dressing had so much pepper, could not be eaten. Had to be white pepper, no black specks. Never had salad dressing so peppery before! The salad was lettuce. Asked the waitress if they were no longer using tomatoes, she said they were out until their next delivery. His meal, 1st 2 pcs fish, he said as good as any fast food place, and a very few very soggy fries with a miniscule amt of tartar. 3rd piece he spit out. Thought he was over-reacting, so I took a bite. Had to spit & wipe out mouth with napkin-was totally rotten. Bleh!! My coconut shrimp were wonderful, baked potato, very tiny, but very good. Where do they get such tiny potatoes? Steak had an odor, & a terrible taste. I really tried to eat it, but could not. Called waitress over, she took back. Finished potato & bread. They brought me out a new steak, new potato (also very tiny, but yummy) & a new steak. Even brought out more shrimp. Wow, the shrimp were good! This steak was better, but still not good. Odd taste. Which they try to cover with all that rub they put on. Ate a couple bites, took home & threw away. Ordered fudge brownie dessert-one small one to split, but they brought a large one & gave it to us for free. Didn't have the heart to tell them how awful everything was-don't usuallly complain, but that steak--ugh!! Staff was wonderful, very apologetic. Dessert, shrip & potatoes exellent, but the rest of the meal was horrible. Excellent custmer service, wonderful staff. But I will not be in the mood to go back there again for a long time!! Will NEVER have the fish & chips there again!! This happened in Spokane Valley Wa.

Something has changed at Outback, their meats tasted pre-flavored and the chicken wings appear to be raw or froze twice,(they have a pink color with yellow slime). I know Outback gets their meats unfrozen but maybe their suppliers are injecting chemical to extend the meats life. I use to love Outback but I refuse to go near that place now.

i took my family out to outback stakehoise in largo fl. for my son in laws birthday. that ended up being a big mistake. My son and law and daughter ordered prime rib and rib eye stakes with blue cheese topping.well the blue chese was bad and made the steakes uneatable. i notified the waitress so she could warn the kitchen about the rotten blue cheese.we scraped off the bluechese but they were unable to eat them, because they were getting sick.the manager came over and took our drinks off the check and appologized.my daughter and son in law were sick all night and were unable to go to work the next day.I paid a lot of money for our diners and ended up throwing them in the trash ,we were afraid to even give them to our dogs.unacceptable i would think a large company like this would be more responsive to this type of problem,in the least the staeks should have been removed from the check, more likely the entire check should have been cancelled.727-210-7460

For the second time in two weeks I got bad beef at the Outback Restaurant in Roswell, GA. The first time it was the prime rib which used to be excellent. (I've not been to any Outback for a couple of years). The second time it was the six ounce beef served with shrimp and scallops. The prime rib was mostly inedible. I left about 3/4 on the plate. The other steak was better, but very gristly. I was too tired to complain the first time. The second time the manager said the cut I ordered was "very lean" and "would be tough". Bull****! Very disappointed. Outback used to be one of my favorite places to eat.

My husband and I had just gotten done driving over 14 hours and were starving. We finally arrived to the outback in Glendale, AZ. When our order arrived everything was cold my mashed potatoes and my husband steak was not what he ordered we both were very disappointed due to the fact that we remember outback having great steaks. Everything has changed what is advertised it not what you get. They advertise these large portions but when its put in front of you its like a sausage patty. I didn't even touch the rest of my dinner I had 3 cups of coffee and my husband forced himself to eat due to we still had couple of hours left before reaching our destination. For the price we paid we should have left with a full stomach and smile but instead it was an upset stomach.

Regarding: email sent to me saying I won free meals!!!! Dear Outback ,Please dont send me stuff like this. I actually enjoy Outback and this has put a bad taste in my mouth. I spend a lot of money there and i thought this was some sort of appreciation. Instead theres nothing free about this. You made me waste valuable time filling stuff out and finding out i have to participate in some crazy promos. Due to this misleading I'll now take my buisness to a different steakhouse. Hope this worked out well for you guys losing a customer because of some silly promo scam. BAD AVERTISING FOR OUTBACK!!! Sincerely, john w.

My family and I dined at Outback in Greenville, NC tonight (1-15-12.) We were very disappointed in the food quality and the kitchen staff. The kitchen staff was extremely loud. We could also hear a women yelling at other employees about running food. No one should ever be "in charge" if they treat their fellow employees like that. My biggest complaint is of this women. I nor my family appreciate the yelling while we are trying to enjoy our dinner. The young man, Matthew who was the manager tonight stopped by our table to ask how we were doing. I must say, he was a great guy and was the only positive thing about our dining experience at Outback tonight. Thank you Matthew. He helped turned our downhill experience into a positive one. You should hire more people like Matthew. Greenville's Outback has changed for the worse over the past few months. Is there a new owner? Staff perhaps? I am very dissapointed. If we ever return, it will be only to ask for Matthew. For he had the best interests in mind, To keep us, the customers happy. 5 stars for Matthew.

I took my girl friend out for her birthday at outback in Mansfield. Ohio. We ordered. Ceasar salad that tasted like the lettuce was soak in dirty fish water iordered the 12 oz steak and shrimp they brought out our meals and my steak was raw and cold on the inside it was very nasty then my girlfriend had the Alice spring chicken which was good but her fries were cold and soggy and my shrimp and mashed potatoes were cold. When I finally got to eat my dinner I cut a big piece of steak off as I was chewing it felt this long hair in my mouth that was in my steak. There were three other people that sent there steaks back also . I was so embarrassed to take her there and the food. be so horrible. It ruinred her whole birthday because we both were sick to our stomachs for last 2 days.!!!!

On January 8, 2012 my family and I went to outback in Wilkes Barre, PA. Our waiter was so terrible he threw food on table and never apologized and when had left over he gave these weird boxes that looked like they were used. He seemed like he did not want to work there. We did not tip him for his work because he was terrible. When we left waiter tracked us down and came out from back door. And yelled out really loud words "Thank you for the tip you guys are ASSHOLES" I got very angry and came running back in and called out for a manager. I explained everything to him and he apologized and said that he will no longer serve their restaurant. But I want my refund for this behavior. We are regular customers and we always tip generously but this was not the time that I would tip somebody like that. I'm glad he was caught on camera because when he came out the camera was right at him. I will battle to get the refund and I am not sure if we will come back there again.

Four of us went out for the day, took in a movie and went straight to the Outback in Round Rock, Texas. We spent over $100. It was the WORST meal we ever had. My Filet was not what appeared to be one, especially at $18; it was flat, dry and had no taste, I even questioned the waitress what I was getting. Her reply, yes. I also had added shrimp as a side dish, didn't deliver, I had to ask. Since it was not on the plate I noticed the small order of the Tuna and thought that would be nice. When it arrived, I looked at it and thought "did I order that Japanese Beef?" There were 5 little slices of 1" long pcs of 1/2" wide pcs of meat. Hell, the pcs of lettuce it was lying on the plate looked better and made it look like I was really getting something. I would like to sum up.............DON"T GO TO AN OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE..........GO TO SALT GRASS FOR A REAL MEAL...........

We went to dinner at a Chandler AZ location on 54th st and Chandler Blvd. After seating us I had noticed the table had not been adequately cleaned from earlier. Also the tables do not have any condiments other than salt and pepper. The service and staff are substandard. The steak was dry and very small the waitress was not very attentive. Probably will not be dining at this facility any time in the future.

I went to the location at 2520 W. Chandler. The meal was fine, but when I was paying for the bill, I used a $25.00 VISA gift card and a personal credit card for the remainder of the bill. I asked that the waitress only place $20.00 on the gift card, and place the remainder on my personal credit card. The tip came to $5.00 and so I was going to use the remainder of the VISA gift card as her tip. When the waitress came back to the table, she only had my personal credit card. I am unsure what she did with the gift card, which still had $5.00 on it. I called the manager over to the table and asked what the waitress did with the gift card, as it is unsual for a restuarant to keep this card. The manager said she would ask. The waiter came over and said she has discarded the gift card because she believed there was only $20.00 on the card. I said, the card was a $25.00 card, and I was going to leave her tip on it. She said, well you can't put the tip on it. She and the manager explained that they were unable to retrieve the other $5.00 from the gift card, and therefore, I would have to leave the tip on the personal credit card. I again tried to explain that there was $5.00 left on the card, but between the manager and the waitress, they overtalked me and insisted that I leave the tip on my personal credit card. There is a sign on the door that states that they accept VISA credit cards, but they are no conditions on the sign which states they only take these cards under certain conditions. I once again attempted to contact the manager to let her know that her practices were wrong and they inconvenience their customers. The manager overtalked me again, and let me know that it wasn't her problem, and I should take this issue up with VISA. I think the manager handled the issue poorly. I won't go back.

My son and I go to Outback on our special nights, this night we went 12/28/1959 was my birthday. My 9 y/o son was so excited to go and kept telling me he was getting the bill. When we go there everyone was very nice and we got seated right away. Once we ordered dinner then food came pretty quickly. I always read the menu very carefully to make sure I don't get anything with nuts or honey on them because I am allergic to both. What I didn't know was the Sweet Potatoes French Fries were coated with honey, which was not on the menu. The last time I was exposed to Honey I spent about 6 hours in the ER tyring to get my breathing under control and stop the itching. So when I ordered the Sweet Potatoes FF I had no idea it was on there because it was not on the menu nor had anyone informed me either, By the time I took the 4th bite I was itching from head to toe.... not the way I wanted to spend my B-day. SO out to my car I went to get my inhaler and to the store I went to get the medication to stop the itching. When I came back in from the car and went to the restroom then back to my table I was informed by a friend who joined us that my son was outside because the manager who came to our table to see if I was ok started yelling at my son and friend "where is she" Where is she" scaring my son and guest. SO now my 9 y/o son went outside looking for me and the manager acted like this was a good idea. It was rain out and it was dark. By the time I found my son he was crying and scared because he didn't know where I was and the manager yelling the way she did. Also the food was cooked so much my son couldn't even eat it. I have gone to plenty of different Steak Houses and have always been treated very well, but this one has got to be the worst one going. The wasterss was the best she was the only one who acteed like she know what was going on. She was the one who kept saying she was sorry and not yelling. Tacoma Washington needs to fix this.

I placed a to go order with your Largo Md store, none of the food came out properly they were missing sides they were suppose to come with an made to the poorest quality that i have ever experinced at one of your restaraunts. i will never spend my money in that establishment again.
