i work for your corpo an you have slowly became less about outback being a family an more about it being a fight for survivale, now i am being forced to get a card where i can only get a portion of my well deserved money like you want to take advanqtage of the slow or ignorant this is crap, this should be takein to court because any one who wants a pay check for working hard should get a pay check, not forced to be put on a card. this is just a small start

One location in Austin and 2 steaks in Casper WY. The Victoria Filet has gone from a thick wonderful steak to a one " over cooked steak. I'm done with Outback. Saltgrass here I come!

I went to the Outback Steakhouse in Danville with my family. I found the lady manager on duty to be very unfriendly. This really upset me. The food was great, the server was good as well. This place is one of my favorite restaurants. I guess Ill have to try the one in Roanoke to see if their management staff is any better. So disappointed

I love outbacks food. But everything runs a little slow there. Waiters are not always give table in the same section so if I'm the oddball table out of there main area that there working I almost have to shoot up a flare gun to get them to notice me after the main course come out. Extra bread,refill soda or water, etc. Also you chicken dishes like alice spring dish is great but it's over priced. If these dishes were price around $11 to $12 I would come in more during the weekday to eat beside the weekends. It's chicken not steak. Overall Outback is very well kept and clean but slow. This will not keep me out of there but try to do something about service. Chris

Dear Anonymous Outback Corporate Executive: First, it would be more advantageous for a consumer to be able to write to a real live person having corporate status whose name could be formally addressed than just an impersonal, vacuous lackey who for other reasons just slices open the letter before handing it to another anonymous lackey to screen for obscenities and derogatory comments. I will never return to Outback again. Me and a friend stopped by the Outback Steakhouse on 610N and Belliare for some lunch. Everything was going good: greeter was nice and waiter was nice and prompt. While we were sitting there enjoying our crab/avocado appetizer, a FREAKING ROACH came crawling across the wall adjacent to our table. It crawled all the way across the wall, never stopping to get on our table (thank GOD), but certainly was a very gross and unpleasant moment. We immediately got up from our table, showed the waitress our univited guest and left. On the way out, the manager was at the door greeting new comers. I informed him of the very unsanitary situation and he replied, "Im sorry that happened???" Really??? A ROACH is crawling near your paying guests and you give a simple apology? NEVER EVER again will I visit another Outback. One being their uncleanliness and two being the unprofessionalism of their management.

My wife and I visited the Outback in Clearwater Fl. on 7/12/12 . I registered online to receive my award points, but was informed after many atempts that I had entered an invalid subtotal.I took my receipt back to the same Outback [and purchased 2 more meals] and spoke to the manager, who agreed that I had entered the correct subtotal. He sent an e.mail in regards to this subject , to which I was to receive an e.mail back in reply to this . To date I have heard NOTHING. This was a very small subtotal { only $32.98] BUT it is the fact that I did NOT receive what I was due. [VERY POOR PUBLIC RELATIONS] This may effect how often I return to Outback . In the past I try to go at least once every 3 to 4 weeks.

I live in s. Calif. for over a week now I saw on TV that outback had a special. This was steak, crab, and one side. The price was $13.99. This was on T.V. .. Last night I took my daughter to Outback in Moreno Valley. They said they don't have that special, that it was $16.99 there.This was 22680Centerpoint Dr. Moreno Valley, Ca 92553 Phone. 951-656-4242. Why do you have a ad on T.V. and it does not mean anything. The server told me in Calif. different restruants do different things. It may only be a few dollars but for me, I did not want to spend that, I was already there and we did order at $16.99 each. I will not trust your ads any more. This was on 7/17/12

I would love to sue for false ad on tv. ... Steak and crab for 13.99. when I got to moreno valley they said they did not serve crab and steak as I saw on tv. that their meal was 16.99. I waited all week to go for that meal for my daughters birthday, and maybe you don't think it was all that much ,,, for me on disabilty, every dollar counts. Why would you have an ad on tv in s. calif. and not serve it as the ad says????

I would like to share my experience with Outback at the Kailua Kona restaurant. I went to dinner with my husband on July 8th. It started out great, we have Not eaten there for a while But, because I love steak we went. My husband ordered the Crabcake with Chicken Quesadillas with No bacon. He hasn't eaten red meat in almost 20yrs. He ate some, then realized the quesadillas has bacon. Called the waiter over and he said didn't I request NO bacon...the waiter said possibly. My husband was very upset with the service. On July 15th our daughter loves Outback it was her birthday. So we decided to take her and try one more time. We sat down, when the waitress came around to take our orders. She decided to sit next to my daughter at the booth to take her order. My daughter is 25yrs old...we don't know the waitress...very unprofessional. That was just one wrong thing to do, then when we asked for more bread. She carried the bread with the knife sticking to it and hand it to my husband. What if she trips the liability and unsanitary to carry bread around like that. She never refills our drinks we had to ask. When I ordered my steak I specifically said Extra Well Done...No pink in the middle...my steak had pink in the middle I sent it back. Then at the end my husband asked to have his quesadillas to go...she brought the plate and scrape his food with knife that had butter all over it that I used. He does not eat butter. He asked her if I was alergic to butter, you just took a used knife with butter and scrabe my food in the plate. I am very sad to say how restaurants should have the best service and food But, we were very dissatified and may Not go back to eat there.

So so disappointed. 10 yrs ago, Outback was a great place and had good food. Now, not so much Capitol Blvd, Raleigh NC Outback, ugh. a year ago, food was average but at least edible. Most recent visit was take away-prime rib had so much curry (when is curry part of a prime rib? it's nasty) that even the dog refused to eat the excessive left overs. Baked potato for that order underdone, condiments were pitiful (1 cup of butter, was that for the bread or potato, doesn't matter, inadequate.and toppings for the potato were minimal) Second entree, fillet with wild mushroom sauce (mushrooms missing, fillet edible), garlic potatoes with so much garlic they were inedible, though vegatables were good. Discouraged....where is the quality control in the restaurant and the care and concern to have decent meals ? don't keep cutting prices/quality and serve awful food. That's the best way to run a company out of business. and from the number of poor ratings on this site, my problem is not unusual. Sad to see a good company go down the tube.

About a week ago I witnessed a young underaged woman. A hostess actually serve me alcohol. I was baffled by this. It could cause them to.lose the liquor license. I asked the managers name an they said it was Patrick . This was at.the outback steakhouse in sanantonio TX on agora Pkwy. I love outback an if they lost there license because a manager couldn't tell a pretty girl no don't serve because your a host,well it would be a shame. He should be fired immediately for this infraction

I went to the Outback Restaurant located in Winter Springs,Fl on a Saturday 07/14/12. The waitress customer service was horrible! She was plain rude! When we asked her to bring us a second loaf of bread with our meal she said " HOLD ON" the food was bland and they did not have any baked potatoes at 5:22 Pm on a Saturday evening! What's wrong with that picture? We asked the waitress what do you recommend and she said " try the garlic mashed potatoes". We agreed! They were HORRIBLE!. It look it was made from instant mashed potatoes.I am writing to the corporate headquaters and requesting a full refund of my meal. I have never had such a bad experience at any Outback Restaurants in the past!

Went their with my family and lady stepped out and said that they ran out of all foods and we couldn't be served

For years bought absolutely delicious prime rib at the Outback located on Mountain Avenue in Upland, CA. It was a weekly ritual we enjoyed. Suddenly last year, the prime rib changed drastically. Each supposedly 16 oz piece was rubbery and small, cut and cooked exactly the same, regardless of cooking directions for rare, medium, etc. All pieces were well done. This despite the fact Outback touts itself as "fresh". One piece even still had the plastic wrap attached that it had obviously come in and had been microwaved along with the meat. We have a lot of restaurants to choose from and I guarantee we won't be going to Outback anymore.

I went to the WestBrough Worcester MA Outback, with my family, and we meet a nice waitress name Abby who was so nice to us, even we ask everything rear and while it went well done on 3 meal. I order a Hambuger, My mom order a chicken, and my dad order a prime steak and it was all 3 of us well done, even that we had to send it all back and start over, even Abby apolized and it took another 40mins of waiting, and it was so long, that we almost left the resturant without paying because we were so fed up, even the manger apolized, but never cared or she explain the meal is that it good for us to eat raw meat. We look at her and said ARE YOU DUMB!!!! She was really stupid, even she took off 3 meal for our food, and we did pay a small price, even the waitress was much better then the manger. The manger was totally dumb of not knowing how a meal is cook. She only said it good to eat Raw!!!

I love the food here but there are people that want to have lunch before 3:00 and 4:00. Please consider changing your business hours to better suit some people

On May 12th my mother,brother and I went to Outback in Tukwila for her birthday. The floor was highly polished and my mother slipped and fell injuring herself. There were witnesses who helped her but we did not get the names or numbers. We wanted to get her home as soon as possible. The report that the manager filled out said there were no witnesses. Can somebody explain the "call ahead" versus an actual reservation with this outfit? My family wants to try and celebrate an anniversary dinner and after previous experiences with the Outback in LAKE WORTH FLORIDA and trying to get seated in a reasonable time, we called Thursday evening to make a reservation for Saturday when they open at 4 so we can hopefully beat the rush and eat at a reasonable hour. "Trisha" answered the phone and informed my husband that she "TOO BUSY TO TAKE A RESERVATION" at 9:10ish in the evening. My husband called back and asked to speak to a manager-,"Marnie"-they "don't take reservations, but can do a call ahead". Seriously...what's the difference,if any, and why does corporate think it's a good idea to annoy people with something this stupid? We still plan to try our luck there this Sat, but it could be the last time at this location depending on how they perform in service and attitude! I'll be back with more after......
