You guys put of some of the worst commercials I have ever seen. Everytime an Old Navy ad pops up on T.V. I want to vomit. FFS, Get a better marketing team, your current one sucks

I went to old navy on barnes rd in colorado springs co. The lady told me she was giving me a card to save money and get discounts. I had no idea it was a store credit card. I got a bill in the mail and was charged an additional 15 dollars to pay the bill. I had to call customer service 4 times because i had cancelled the card and no one would talk to me so i could get my bill paid. They were extremely rude and two of them barely spoke english. I was also charged late fees, when i even tried to go into the store for help to pay the bill but they told me to call the same number i had been. So much for getting a discount! I will never shop at any gap related store especially old navy ever again.
I am SO disappointed with ON customer service and ON in general. I purchased school items 2 weeks ago on 8/1, Monday on line, my debit card was charged a total of $54.30. On 8/5, Friday I rec'd an email that one item had been shipped (still have not rec'd it ). The following week while checking my online bank statement I saw that on the following 8/10 Wed ON had run my debit card a total of 4 different times over the 2 week period causing 2 overdraft charges totalling $72. I called the bank and they gave me ON phone number and told me to give ON a call and ask why they had run the card so many times. When I called ON the first girl I spoke w/was very sincere, she then put a billing person on the phone who I explained the situation to. She wanted to do a 3 way call to the bank to find out why they charged me overdraft charges, I explained to her AGAIN it was becuase the card had been run so many times. Anyway, I did allow her to do a 3 way call (complete waste of 1 hour!!!) w/the bank. Which the bank clearly stated it was a banking error so they would not refund the fees. The billing lady admitted that ON had made a mistake, and how unusual it was that ALL of my items (which is the reason the debit card was run so many times) were being shipped separately. I still have not recieved ANY of the items !!!! ON did not offer any compensation, a discount for future purchases or gift card. I am so appalled by the lack of consumer satisfaction and will NEVER shop here again. I have been a long time costumer but I will be shopping elsewhere in the future. On a positive note, I strongly suggest The Children's Place. I ordered items the same day as I originally ordered from ON, and the were shipped out the next day and on my doorstep immediately. Now that's what a customer expects, not the debacle that ON seems to create !!!!!!!
I have shopped at Old Navy for 5 years and not had a problem this year however when I went to make and exchange I was treated harshly and unfairly and the store manager waas very rude.. I actually had my reciept and returned some items and was then told they would mail me a check only the check turned out to be a store voucher. Well I paid cash... Not a store voucher which is not fair... So now buyer beware this store has lost is spunk with me I will no longer recommend anyone shop there ....

"It's very discomforting that OLD NAVY was used as a "ploy" for Casey Anthony & Jose Baez to deceive the public into thinking she, who most believe is a child murderer, was shopping at an Old Navy store in Columbus, Ohio. This is BAD PR for Old Navy & could NEGATIVELY AFFECT future buying activity if Old Navy doesn't deny allowing this "SET-UP" for the Casey Anthony Team to use as a source for MONEY FOR MURDER!"
So, so sad that this company would be involved in playing games with the murderer of a 2 1/2 year old baby. Such a gross act from a company that so many young people shop at. I guess your example to young single parents is that it's ok to kill your baby, get away with it, and make lots of money from it. :(
Old Navy just charged my credit card twice for the same transaction/order and I have been waiting for 4 business days for the money to be credited back. They did tell me it was policy when I called and I would have to wait 3-5 business days for it to be credited back, but it still seems a bit ridiculous. I shop online frequently with many other retailers and have never heard of a policy like this one. I also live in Indiana and they shipped my package from Arizona to California before it even began to make its way in the right direction. Seems odd to me as well. Well needless to say I will not be shopping with Old Navy again.

this letter is not to bash old navy but to help them. i am a frequent shopper in many stores throughout bklyn and staten island. i can only imagine how high your loss units per day are. i have walked in and out of fitting rooms with people not even noticing me or looking to see the amount of items i have. if most items are taken in the fitting room, wouldnt it make sense to make that one of the most important areas of concern. iwould be interested in hearing from you. lizzdblz@gmail.com

You have the best sales people in your boardman, ohio store. They go out of their way to get you everything your looking for! One sales person, Olivia, ALWAYS is checking the back the "back" for us. Very professional and friendly. Returns have never been a problem at that store. Perhaps the sales people at the stores where others are having problems should do a stint in ohio!
I have never had a bad experience in one of your stores. I have always really enjoyed shopping there and had no intention of ever stopping. Untill I saw your for 4th of July commercial. How dare pervert a song that is so special to the country that I love so much. I can guarantee that neither me or my family will ever enter one of your stores again. To many people in this country have forgotten just what an honor it is to be an American Citizen. Oncw again - HOW DARE YOU!!!!
As a Vet that fought for this great nation and saw his buddies die for that flag. I am deeply offended by the 4th of July sale ad. They have taken one of the most patriotic songs , one about the blood that was shed for our nation, and completely bastardised it.
All I have to say is that the complaints on here are unbelievable. I mean you take offense to a commercial, you won't shop at old navy because the won't process checks online I mean come on I am an avid online shopper and have never ever seen anyone process checks online. And if you don't like the commercials don't watch them this is the 21st century no lawsuit will hold up in court. You just want to sue them because you think you can and you think you can get some good publicity.
Our store in Palm Desert, CA. has been playing Spanish speaking only music mixed in with the regular tracks. I don't think it's appropriate or do I want to listen to this when I am shopping in American driven store. Please discontinue any foreign speaking music...it makes me seriously NOT want to shop here.
I am extremely disappointed that the people of Old Navy have chosen to sell the t-shirt that supports the Gay/Lesbian Pride. And if that is not bad enough, you are also contributing money to this agenda. I had decided that because of this I will no longer be shopping at Old Navy with my 6 children. In addition, I have always found it a problem that you combine the men's and women's dressing areas together.
If I could give Old Navy a 0 for stars I would! Recently I had a collection agency start calling me to tell me I owe almost $300.00 to Old Navy. I was in complete shock as I knew this had to be a mistake. Over a year ago (the last time I even used my old navy credit card) I made a ~$40 purchase at Old Navy, when I went to check out the cashier had asked me if I wanted to use my old navy card (which i hardly every use unless I plan to pay it off right away so I dont accure the outragegous interest rate)I informed her I didnt have it on me, so she said she would look it up. She then told me my account was inactivated due to inactivity and that I could save 10% and get a free bag/beach towel if I applied for a new one. So I did, I made the purchase, paid it off that month, and that was the end of that. Until a few month ago, when I tried applying for a Babies'R'Us card, I was denied. I have excellent credit, always have, so I started looking into why this was. At the same time, I started getting the phone calls from collectors. I called Old Navy and they said they could not help me as this was sold to Monarch Debt collections. I called Monarch and they told me if I wanted to fight this I had to send in a written letter. So i did, I mean, it didnt even make sense, If I owed Old Navy money why did they let me open a new account, lie to me about why the old one was closed, and NEVER send me a bill??? Anyway...this has turned into a complete nightmare for me as I sent my letter fighting this and they still are calling and have not removed this charge off my credit report. Needless to say, I am telling everyone what Old Navy has done and I will NEVER shop there again!
