I noticed when shopping at old navy store that all the advertisements have only black men, what is up with this? Do white men, Hispanic men and men of all other races not exist? If only black men matter to Old Navy then maybe men of nonblack races need to no longer shop at their stores.

My husband and I went to Old Navy on the 4th to shop for an item and heard the staff talking about how they NOW had to change their holiday plans. They were told the store would be closing early at a certain time and they had made plans accordingly, NOW...they had just gotten word from corporate, that they had to reman open until regular closing time. It's easy to sit at home on a holiday and decide that stores should make you more revue and forget about the "little people" that work their tails off for you everyday making it possible for you to enjoy the holidays and all you have. You might let them enjoy a little of the holiday also! They certainly deserve it! You should realize this! Corporate worlds of America need to wake up!!!

I would like to express a big thank you to Kim at the Old Navy store in Brockton MA. I had found a pair of jeans on the website and called to ask if that store had any. I explained to her that I am attending a party after work tonight and don't have much time to search around. She put me on hold and came back with the sad news that they didn't have the "flirt" jeans I was looking for but they found a similar pair in my size. She even went so far as to put them on hold at the front counter so I didn't lose any time! What a nice feeling it was to find a store that values its customers and understands what we are looking for. It has been a long time since I have experienced great customer service and Kim deserves all the praise she can get! I was already a satisfied customer but now I am more loyal than ever! Ripped Off! The whole thing that they tell you about their credit card is a big scam. Don't fall for it. They signed me up for one just telling me that if i use it i would get more discounts. The cashier did not tel me that she was going to put the amount on this card instead of my debit card which she had also taken. And 5 months late they tell me that I owe them 133 dollars for a purchase of 6 dollars! I am still regretting the day I took some visiting friends over to old navy and shopped there. Don't deceive your customers this way. When i spoke to people i learnt that i was not the first to have experienced this, which was more shocking! Take these concerns seriously because you may not know this but you are losing a lot of customers by the day.

Just heard about how our service men are treated by Old Navy...your management and employee are DISGRACEFUL!

Boycott old navy they disgrace the US.Marine Corp and military They need to fire the manager in Orange park Florida. Old Navy needs to correct their employees. I will not shop nor allow my family to shop there until this manner is handle. Pass this to your friends and family

Love, love, love Dallas at the Matthews, North Carolina, Old Navy story. She is always super friendly and upbeat. She can tackle the most confusing of returns with a smile, and she remembers customers. I always get in her line at the register. Thanks for great customer service.

I used to be a manager at store 5313. I left the company in March of 2011. On June 14, 2012 at 630am I got a call from a security company calling to inform me that the alarm was going off at my store. Store 5313. I told the man that I haven't been with the company in over a year and that 2 other people on that list whom he called were not with the company either. He apologized. This company needs to get their act together with their LP and Security Standards. I know for a fact that my getting the call this morning was a violation of the roles and responsibilities of the Operations Manager and the Store Manager for not checking that the contact list had not been updated in over a year! I called the store and told their new manager. She not only didn't know I got a call, but she didn't know that the alarm went off. No one contacted or told her.

My son works at the Old Navy in Bloomington, Mn. He was initially hired for 20 hours a week. His and other employees' hours have been cut to from 8-4 hours a week due to "lack of work" for them to do. Isn't it strange that they continue to hire new employees in that case. he has trouble getting access to his pay stub because his manager, Wade, keeps changing passwords without telling anyone. A little underpaying being covered-up, maybe?

I am ready to check out after shopping for the last 2 days and trying to get in on the memorial day discount and the servers wont allow me to check out.

I had a terrible shopping experience in the Kings Plaza, Brooklyn, New York store. I was charged for items never bought! I have been fighting to get a refund since April. Very, very unprofessional how this was dealt with. I will never shop there again!!

"Following Guest". Old Navy started this horrible trend and now it has caught on. THAT IS NOT ENGLISH. "Next customer please". I won't even go in Old Navy just because hearing it over and over irritates me. Now I'm hearing it in a few stores. I live in America, where I choose to speak in proper English.

I would like to say a very sincere thank you and commend the manager (Allison) from the Old Navy store at 1400 Ottawa Street South, Kitchener, ON N2E 4E2. I arrived at the store late on Wednesday, May 2 to purchase clothes for four children and my sister and brother in law. There house caught on fire earlier that day and the only clothes they were left with was the ones they were wearing. As soon as I arrived Allison asked if she could be of any assistance so I told here what had happened and pointed me in the right direction. She came to find me later and was more than happy to guide me around the store to help me find some items I could not track down. She single handily turned a very un-pleasant experience into an something that was much more manageable. By the time we were done the store was ready to close, Allison helped us at the cash register with another employee Peter and had me on our way in no time. My sister called me this morning to thank me for getting all of the clothes for her and the children and made things much easier for sending them off to school and her and her husband where able to focus on taking care of the insurance and restoration. So thank you very much Allison for your compassion and understanding. I wish there were more people like yourself in retail. Kind regards, Neil Dignam

I bought a pair of men's jeans at the old navy store in dothan, alabama and paid by check, they did not fit and I took them back and there was none to exchange them for, so I just returned them. My check had already cleared the bank, but I was told they could not give me cash back, but would send my money in about 10 days. Now that does not seem quite right, as I have no jeans and no money. If someone keeps a person's money, seems to me they need to pay interest on the amount and length of time kept. And by the way, when I wrote the check, I was not told of this policy. The cashier that took back the pants said this was to keep people from buying $500 and returning all but a few items, which did not make any sense to me. I will never shop at a old navy store again, I am an old person and don't have the money to lend a department store chain, which is what it amounts too.

I can't stand the way your bill paying for the credit card works. Can't pay in the store?? $15.00 to pay over the phone?? It's like ONLY people who use checks and make payments on their bill! I am having such a hassle just to pay a puny $45.00 bill by the due date and it could all be SO much easier if I could just use my debit card to pay online or in the store! I am cancelling my card after I FINALLY get this bill paid......

I tried to use the $10 off a $20 purchase coupon I was given with my previous purchase at an Old Navy store in Maine. It took me a long time to find something (most of the clothing at Old Navy doesn't fit me right anyway.) I stood in line for quite a while to pay. When I finally got to the register, the cashier rang it up and the amount came to approx $26. I had expected the amount to be about $16 after the $10 off coupon. The items I selected were $14.50 and 2 for $10. I questioned it and the cashier explained that the $10 had been divided up and taken off each item. He didn't seem to realize that $9.50 plus $2.50 plus $2.50 should add up to less than $20, even with tax. I started to get very upset, but he wouldn't check it, so I told him to keep the items and the coupon and I left. I will not be shopping at Old Navy again because of the poor customer service, long lines, and mostly cheap quality of clothing.
