Cant pay this bill in any of there hundreds of stores. $15.00 to pay over the phone, $4.00 to pay on line, both are done by user input alone. Free to pay by mail, which requires mail room employee or employees to sort and deliver the envelope, an input opperator to open the envelope, read and type in the account number, read and type in the the amount of the payment and read and type in the bank or card information. seems to me this busseness got it backwards. i'll never shop here again. a busseness that doen't watch its own money is not to be trusted!!!!
Hello there. I wash't going to write anything, but the fact that I am still upset about this weeks later makes me really feel like something needs to be said. I am disgusted by the staff of the Old Navy in Enfield CT. I went in around Christmas to do some last minute shopping. I brought some coupons that I had received in the mail. The cashier could not figure out how to put the coupons into the register. Then she told me that she didn't know how so I couldn't use them. I asked to speak to a manager. The assistant manager, Kathy, came over and basically told me that she didn't have time at the moment to train her employees on how to use the register so she wouldn't let me use the coupons. I tried to remain calm and continued to be pleasant. I just said how I did not understand how they could send out coupons that they wouldn't show employees how to use. Another assistant manager, Julia, came over and was even more rude than Kathy. Julia did not even know what the situation was and instead of asking what the problem was, she jumped to the conclusion that I was trying to use a coupon that was expired and she said rudely to me "YOU SHOULD LEARN HOW TO READ." I was shocked that someone would speak to me like this without even knowing the situation at hand. She continued to make more and more rude assumptions and I was trying to hold back tears at this point. I was tired of being harassed and took my coupons and left the store. As I was leaving, I asked the greater who the store manager was and If Kathy or Julia was the store manager - the girl had no idea who they were. Apparently the employees are just generally not informed. I will definitely not be returning to this Old Navy again. It's really sad to see a place I used to enjoy going to have employees and management that treat customers so poorly. I really hope something can be done about the lack of customer service at this store.

My daughter really wanted a shirt from old navy and there was no assistance at the store in McAllen Texas located on Trenton and 10 street... there were 3 cashiers and asked if anybody was working the floor or at least the fitting room and the cashier said no its only us 3... the line is curled all around the store.. Really 3 employees running the store... so my 4 year old was throwing all kinds of clothes off the racks n tables maybe next time they will be better staffed!!!!!! OLD NAVY CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS hopefully learn a lesson when they have to pick up all clothes off the floor cause my lil Tasmanian devil left the tables empty... Sweet revenge!!!H
Today I was in the old navy store in the Tanger Outlet in Riverhead, NY, I wanted to do simple exchange, one of there employees , Carissa, didn't know how to do her jod, she tried to tell me I had to give her $42 , when I told her that can't be right and asked for someone else to help me, see proceeded to call me TRASH, under her breath but loud enough for me to hear her, when another employee hepled me with my exchange I only owed $0.05 , that's what it should have been, but Carissa couldn't figure out how to do her jib correctly , when I went to tell the manager what ,Carissa had said to me all he said was I will handle it, I am not happy with the way he delt with me,either, I work in customer service also ,and have never ever treated one of my customers with such disrespect , I know how difficult people can be, but you NEVER treat anyone like that, I will make sure she get written up for her immature and unprofessional actions, at the very least !!
I am very upset and shocked that Old Navy could run their business the way they are in Lafayette, LA. It seems as if “someone” has become disgruntled or angry at another employee and trying to cause trouble and instead of the management seeing this, are acting on false pretenses, and trying to find something on the employee. I shop at Old Navy wherever I am, but more since my daughter started working there. She was so proud of her job, and took pride in it, trying to excel and move forward. And as soon as she does, what happens? Here is the scenario, My daughter Tammy has a credit card that belongs to me that I got for her to use. This is the same as me giving her money which is my choice to do as her mother. The last time I looked at the law, as long as I give permission for someone to use my credit card, it is not considered fraud. I don’t live close enough to be able to help her when I want to, so I chose to do it this way. She has had this credit card for years. Sometime she pays it when she can, and other times I pay it. I don’t monitor what she uses it for because I know she is using it for her and her children. What you are trying to do is absoultly ludicrous !!! Your taking a good honest person and trying to accuse her of misconduct based on MY Credit Card that she has every right to use!!!
I will never shop at Old Navy again! I went there just to exchange a coat that i received as a gift.At first I was told I could not exchange the coat had tags and all, the salesperson had to go ask manager then was told they didnt have the jacket only to find it on the other side of the wall. I found something i liked better and was told i could not exchange it cause it wasn't the same coat. He had to go ask the manager again. After telling me i could exchange the item i went to register to exchange and the girl said i would have to take the price of the item i was getting which was 15 dollars less! I don't mind taking the sell price of the item but that's not what she did she didn't even check to see what price it was ringing at! If this is the way they train their employees to treat people I will never shop there again!I have never had so much trouble exchanging a gift before!!!
WATCH OUT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ANY CONSIDERATION FROM OLD NAVY'S CUSTOMER CARE TEAM!! I recently purchased a shirt from Old Navy to take along on a business trip. I had been looking for a button down plaid shirt in this color for years and was excited to have found it. My friends had told me to look into Old Navy since they had had nothing but good experiences with OLD NAVY. When I took the shirt slipped it on, it was so tight that I had to work to button it up. I looked at the label to double check the size XXL was right, but below in smaller letters it read Slim fit. I was able to wear the shirt but the cinches the buttons caused the puckers to show through the sweater. I know your rules concerning returns, but I had no other shirt to wear so I did wear it for two hours. When I contacted your customer satisfaction team I was told I couldn't exchange the shirt for a regular XXL. Now, we all know I could have worked a thread loose and brought it back for an exchange and all would be square, but no. I told the truth and thought it would be good for your store's help to make sure a large man buying an XXL Slim Fit shirt was made aware of just how slim they indeed are. This made no impression what so ever. I couldn't believe my ears. NO? I am a fairly new customer with Old Navy. My friends had all had good luck with you. I also realize that my purchases with your store total less than $1,000 in the past few months, but as you know, word of mouth advertising is both the finest and by far the cheapest. May I suggest you take a lesson from Nordstroms and due the math before you alienate any more of your customers? Old Navy didn't get as big as it is by treating people this way but I guess my rate of expenditure per month doesn't deserve any consideration but should that even be brought into the equation? Oh well. . . .I'm sure no one reads these letters anyway. I just thought you might want some feedback although I plan on telling my story to anyone who will listen whenever the subject comes up of being treated like dirt. I'm sorry this turned out the way it did. I love the items I have purchased especially the shirt in question here, but I refuse to spend a nickle in a store that isn't fair in it's dealings and with such a short sighted approach to doing business with the public.
I went to an old navy in duluth georgia pleasanr hill rd and had been there when i first moved here 5 years ago and the service was not that good so i shopped at other old navy stores but on this sunday while i was shopping in the aera i decided to see the new styles. It was a crazy sunday after black friday and people were just acting to rude to the staff but to my surprise as i walked around i saw some of the kindest and most professional staff. As i stood in line to pay all i could thinl about was the recovery of that store that night because it was a real MESS. The cashier suggested i match some of my itens with accesories and due to time i declinded . happy the staff was kind and great style. Well i had to go back for te scarf and hat that as my cashier said looked GREAT. But what caught my eye on monday was the PERFECT looking store. I worked at a gap in miami 25 years ago and know how hard it is to make the store look great but this staff did just that It looked awesome and the staff all had smiles. I asked to speak to the manager and he was so charming and approacable, i asked for everyones name that did the recovery of that store. The best part is tha they did not work over night which seemed like the way to go since the crowd did a job of messing all the items together. On monday the store looked PERFECT staff smiling joking around getting it done. The attitude in the store did a 360 no doubt. This store moved up to my number one not because of the price or the style of the clothes. but because the staff managers regional director Loretta Tann Eric Bowman district manager must be great bosses to get so many employees to be on the same page. Please let Brea,Tomorsha,Randyln, chrstal A,crystal b, dan,Patree, merecdez, jhanelle, rayson,Ashele, jade, kenyatta, derrick and nicole..I would like you to give the staff at pleasanr hill old navy a THANK YOU WELL DONE GREAT JOB. The store did such an amazing job. I will check to see if you did reach out to this store to tell them how great they all are there. You should be proud of your entire staff at that store. WOW WOW WOW GREAT JOB INDEED.THANKS TO ALL YOUR STAFF IN THAT STORE.
I am very disgusted with the efforts of store number 03341…I attended the black Friday event and I can honestly say that due to this single experience I will NEVER shop at ANY Old Navy Store again. I’ve shopped for years at Old Navy…so my wife and I decided to go to the black Friday event to shop for our kids…..the nightmare started when we went in the store ,after waiting 45 mins to get in, we were about 200-300 people (maybe more) from the front of the line. By the time we got in it was pretty much grab and go. The biggest issue was that you were WAY understaffed, with that many people expected Old Navy should have know in advance how many staff members were going to be needed. With 10 cash registers available ONLY 5 were being utilized. Needless to say we “stupid” waited 1.5 hours to check out…. Completely unbelievable AND unacceptable. Needless to say that I’m fuming even today (the next day) and of course I had to make my disappointment known to my facebook and twitters friends.. Old Navy you just lost a loyal customer, and should have focused more on Customer Service instead of just making money.
At the Old Navy store in Clearwater Florida waiting in line for Black Friday. All I can think about it that Black Friday at the Walmart where one shopper died. This is so poorly run, people cutting in yelling at each other and Im waiting for a fight to start. I called the store spoke to an employee about the problems outside. I was told that someone was coming out with the wristbands. Its been an hour and half and still no one. The crowd is getting bad and I don't want to call the polce. Can you please come up with another way to give away things on Black Friday....Please
I had the best sale assistance in Sanford, Fl. Tina M went above and beyond to help me. I have been in several Old Navys and never experienced this level of help. She was PHENOMENAL!!!
Today, I visited the Old Navy store in Conyers, GA. I presented my check to the clerk to purchase an item totaling $13.71. The clerk advised me that my check had been declined and asked for another form of payment. I expressed my surprise to the clerk and asked her why it had been declined as I gave her my credit card to complete the transaction. She did not know, but said I could call the company listed on the back of my check to find out why. The company who declined my check was Electronic Clearing House, Inc. @ 1800 849 1209. As soon as I left the store with my purchase (10:38 am EST) I called the number, but got a busy signal. This really infuriated me my check was declined and now I couldn't find out why. Frustrated, i contacted my bank to ensure no one had taken money out of my account. My banker verified there were sufficient funds in my account and that the bank does not decline checks. I decided then to contact your corporate office. I spoke to Dana in Customer Service and she attempted to call the number, but got the same results. She then gave me another number(1 888 461 2827) which I called and spoke to a rep who researched my account and could not figure out why I was declined. His only logical explanation was the cash register at the store read my checking account numbers incorrectly. Old Navy should have their cashiers run the check through the register a second time when this happens to ensure they give the customer the benefit of the doubt and not embarrass them.
I've been trying to pay my bill on-line and always have trouble. I tried a few days ago, earlier today and tonight, this time the system locked me out so I called the number on the screen 3 times. Each time it said to try back later. Now my account is overdue. I am a newly single, laid off mother who can't afford to pay a late fee which will be added through no fault of my own. I found no other phone number or email where this could be addressed. I always pay my bill on time and have previously done so online but always have some trouble and payments are not accepted in store. I now wish to pay the balance and cancel the old navy card. It is just too much trouble. YOU SUCK.
I was in the old navy at the tanger outlet located in meadowlands,PA. I over heard the manager really giving an employee hell, I don't know why but I don't think she was very professional about it.It also looked liked other employee's needed help with things, she was know where to be found. And also what happen to the way old navy use to be, well made clothing! I don't plan to shop at old navy anymore, I'm tired of buying your clothes and washing them to see they were falling apart at the seems, lunk! I think you should check into that old navy at the tanger outlet.
Dear Old Navy simpletons, This letter has been written in regard to your company and its unbelievable lack of any redeeming qualities. Your tastelessly decorated and oversized stores with their unrealistic ethnically diverse cluster of mannequins and teetering shelves stuffed full to the point of fire-hazard status with "clothing" of sub-par quality barely even comparable to the sweatshop rags on the shelves and racks of Rugged Warehouse that even the rats in the store would opt out of emptying their bowels on. Not only are said clothes such garbage, but the overall "style" (to use the last word any sane person would use to describe your rags) is drastically out of touch with and devoid of any current style other than that of a refugee camp in the Sudan; overly saturated with unflattering colors, cut exclusively to accomodate the contour of swollen bellies, and usually pre-worn and stained with the bodily fluids of the idiot who wore them last. While there are those who call this "innovative style" (usually the mentally handicapped, better known as "Old Navy Employees") I and the rest of the educated and sighted world call it "a regrettable disgrace and an ugly fact of life". Your advertisements are horribly thought out, utterly tasteless and obnoxious, and make your company look somehow even more pathetic. In closing, please refrain from making, selling, and especially advertising your insulting garbage. Better yet, please disappear from the face of this entire earth, preferably by killing yourselves in the most painful way possible. Hopefully in doing so you will for the first time in the history of your shit company, do some good for this world. Thank you.

Re: Your Alabama Commercial I just have to ask. What are you people thinking and who is the idiot that approved this commercial. A commercial I would like to add, will seriously damage your State of Alabama sales for generations to come.
Old Navy is very subtle in their deceit -- I thought I was the only one who screwed up with the signs and sale price but when I read reviews, it has happened to many other people as well - who see a sign that says something is 40% off, find the same items across from it, get to the register to have it ring up as only 20%. fraudulent advertising. I also remember many years ago my check being declined when I had well over $900 in my account. I had a boatload of clothes and was denied (publicly like others). turns out the young lady had put in my driver's license with a zero first, not an O.
I AM VERY DISPLEASED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND EXCHANGE POLICES AT OLD NAVY IN ARDEN NC. MY MOM BOUGHT ME A COAT FOR CHRISTMAS. SHE GAVE LIKE $45 DOLLARS FOR IT, AND IT DIDN'T FIT. SO I TAKE IT BACK WITH MY MOM TODAY, AND THEY GAVE HER $13 BACK FOR THIS COAT WHICH THEY COULDN'T GIVE IN CASH THEY SAID THEY HAVE TO MAIL A GIFT CARD FOR THIS SMALL PETTY AMOUNT. WHICH DOESN'T MAKE ALOT OF SENSE WHEN SHE WAS MAKING ANOTHER PURCHASE. WHY NOT JUST LET THE AMOUNT GO TOWARDS WHAT SHE WAS BUYING? NOT ONLY THAT SHE CALLED IN A FEW DAYS AGO TO FIND OUT WHAT THE POLICY WAS AND SPOKE TO MANAGER ON PHONE, AND HE HUNG UP ON HER!!!! SERIOUSLY???? FROM ALL THE COMMENTS ON HERE I READ IT SOUNDS LIKE OLD NAVY HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES THAT DESPERATELY NEED ADDRESSED. THEY HAVE NOW LOST TWO MORE CUSTOMERS DUE TO BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I LOVE THE CLOTHES AND ALL, BUT THE PRODUCT CAN'T ALWAYS SELL ITSELF. GOOD LUCK. JUST HOPE WE CAN GET THE $13 BUCKS!!!!!
