I want to let Old Navy Corporate Offices know that two of their best managers are at the same great store in Phoenix, Arizona. I go to Colonade (20th St. & Camelback) often and I have found Wendi and Joey to be outstanding in their positions. Not only do they remember things about me personally (daughter living in NYC, upcoming South American themed banquet for which I was looking for an embroidered dress), they treat me like a friend and personally take me around to show me new items in that they know I will love and look good in. And they have NEVER been wrong. I will stop in to see them even when I don't intend to buy...and nearly always take something home. I LOVE Old Navy and this store, in particular! Thanks for finding and keeping great employees.
hi, add another customer that had a $35 check denied when there was $3000 in the account!! when i called to get an explanation I was told it was either too young of an account, I had this account for 15 yrs. or there hasn't been any checks written on this account for a long time and I actually use this account almost every day. It's obvious that management doesn't have a clue!!!!!!!!! What a shame, good values, etc but idiots running the chain.
Old Navy in Queenstown MD discriminates against blacks
I love how you guys like to SCAM people! I went to the old navy store in Salina, ks and I supposedly "signed" up for the old navy credit card when I was talking to my sister on the phone...please. I didn't sign up for anything but yet they are charging me 228.00 or 160.00 to have my account cleared. I NEVER and will EVER have a credit card to any place what so ever! Thanks for scaming INNOCENT people! Jazmen White
This is unbelievable; Dec 24;early am; I humbly call the 800 number to order humble gifts for family and friends; the associate took 3 hours taking the names and addresses for only a total of $50.00 cards; I asked; this chain, garment company is quite solvent; aren't their databases up to speed; the girl replies; it's slow right not! I finish the order; check the bank account an hour later; 19.00 over charged; I call JP Morgan(my current bank)ask to get this company on a three way and find out what happened;not much resolution; bank refunds the odd amount of $19.Old navy does nothing but so called research which didn't result in anything toward a refund; several days later; i get an email Old navy orders 11 cards; I ordered less than that totaling $50. Called Old Navy again; excuses; duplicate amounts cancelled out each other; didn't make sense; several days later;another email; same reading; by this time; wondering if anyone would get cards at all and my account is so messed up;Asked for a full refund on a three way w/Chase and Old navy; "just forget it!" embarrased to family and friends;Asked Chase to continue investigation; Chase delclined;2/16/11 check balance;Old navy was research w/Chase for 3months w/o my knowledge;acknowledgment;and withdrew;$35.00automatically from my debit card! Not handling this good now; admint; took all day but nothing was returned; Chase returned overdraft fees at least; Old Navy research associate "U will have to write to the California attorneys of Old navy to further the questions, etc.!" As a consumer researcher for the public enough years; U bet there will be questions of working, consumers being taken advantage of by a world 'very solvent' garment, chain, company! U Betcha! Being the guinea pig does not always pay off but never fail to inform everyone else; watch your back! Still out $35.00. Call that blind sighted theivery! Take note! There is an attorney representing this from pre paid legal but once they take the money and run; u are the one who lost out first. Nostradamous predictions; I'm sorry that is some ways others get rich from the taxpayer; if I'm wrong; feel free to say so; but another education in the world of 'business'. W/more laws favoring corporate business and less for laborers; unfortunately this is the trend currently and ongoing!
Please bring back the: "Perfect Stretch Tee" from approx 5 years ago. the newer tshirts you've been selling are not the same quality. sku number 301023, 250747, 404 made in El Salvador and they came in different fits. thank you Tracy
I ordered from Old Navy Canada online and never received my order. Its been over a month and I am still waiting on my refund check to come in the mail. It was said to be departing from a city that is 20mins from where Im located and yet it never arrived. When I email customer service they just keep saying my refund check is on the way. I used to like to shop in store at Old Navy but definately will not be again after this dissapointing experience!
I went to old navy in Stillwater yesterday to buy my children some clothes! My youngest needed some and my 6 year old got some shirts as a valentines gift. When I got home I removed the tags and threw them and the receipt away! I gave her the shirts early! I bought one specific grey shirt that has the candy hearts in the shape of a heart! She asked me to read them to her! I am shocked to find 2 hearts that have LMAO! This is horrible! I know kids that are 3&4 that can wear a size 5 which is the smallest size I seen in this shirt! I am angry for one this may not be allowed in schools and two that u would put this on a Childs shirt! And 3 the fact that there are all these bad reviews that u all are doing nothing about! I feel they should be brought public! And also 15-20 dollars for infant clothes and jeans is crazy! They grow to quickly to pay that much for everyday clothes!
I came into Old navy and you all had a very well sweet staff overall. I ask to speak to your manager and she had the worse attitude her name was JO in the savannah store. my experience there was very poor.
Commercial shows a lot of shirtless men dancing around and then finally one dances with a woman mannequin that looks manly and a pre-puberty boy mannequin. While the young men are attractive, it commercial symbolically targets men (if you know what I mean). That is okay if that is your target audience but they proclaim great prices for the whole family. However, to down play a woman as a dummy and add young boy (under age 12) suggest pedophilia since the guy next to him appears to be a buddy. Who okays the advertisement? From others above, there are other offensive commercials. Apparently, I am not your target audience.
The customer service at the Old Navy store in The Gallery Mall in Philadephia is extremely poor. The atttude of the female manager that I spoke with today is poor. She did not want to answer any questions about sale items. She also lacked knowledge about her own products when I informed her that a partiuclar item was on sale. She said that it was not. I then showed her the circular showing the item was on sale. She still would not admit to her mistake and continued to be argumetative. I will say that I had spoken with a male manager at this store earlier in the week who had a demeanor that was completely oppposite of "this rude excuse for customer service" manager.
Hi this is Fuhad From usa newyork i do import bussnis if you need anything like shart pant T shart jaket i gave you chip price just cell me 646-249-0556
I want you to know that whomever your marketing people are should be fired immediately. I also want you to know that since this stupid campaign started I have not purchased 1 item from you. Seriously...mannequins? Not funny, not remotely entertaining. Completely ridiculous? Oh yeah. I used to be a regular customer. Not anymore and after reading all of these complaints I can see I'm not the only one. Yikes, you all should really pay attention.
I went to Old Navy in Lee's Summit MO today. I purchased 2 pairs of jeans and one jacket for my son. I gave them a check and after waiting almost 15 minutes because the idiots at the check stand didn't know how to do it, they refused my check and said I probably didn't have enough funds in the bank. I told the little pipsqueak who thought she knew it all that I had more in my account than she'd make in a year. She also scanned one pair of jeans twice and I happened to notice and she just played like she didn't realize it. I watched her and it was done intentionally...so how many other people don't pay attention and get scammed. Because this is the only place I can get jeans my son will wear, I pulled out my credit card, but believe me, it's the very last time I'll ever buy anything at Old Navy, no matter how good the deal. I would pay twice as much before going back in that store or any other Old Navy for that matter. I really wonder if anyone really reads these or really cares about their customers?
I recently shopped at Old Navy Online, during the $15 jeans blowout. Two issues, #1 - this sale was advertised as "site wide" but NONE of the plus sized jeans for women were on sale - yet the men's Big & Tall was? false advertising and unbelievable. #2 - I purchased, or tried to, 2 pairs of men's jeans and a pullover for my husband during this sale. Along with about 6 other gifts for family. A week later, I got an email saying that all 3 things I ordered for my husband are now unavailable, and won't be shipped. I asked, via email, that they replace the items with similar colors, in the same style/size. They told me that I would have to call and go through all of this again, and I probably wouldn't get the $15 sale price. Why on earth would I spend my money at a place that obviously doesn't value the 12+ years I've been spending there?
I am a Employee Of Mall Of America Old Navy. I Can Tell you That The Way Old Navy USE to be Run Was a Great Thing! Having Knowledge Books, Having Employees Open Fitting Room Doors and Laying cloths Out for them and having Clothing Item Limmit! Having Greeters at the front Door, Up Selling! Asking If Customers where Finding there sizes Or Ask them if there finding everything Ok! And FYI 300,00 USA Customers Have End There Store Credit cards late last Month. ONC Needs To Go! There has been many times Customer Activity has Increased in are Store, 95% have walked out without Merndaise Because ONC was Brought Up to them. We As Employees Need to Start Going back to Old Stargaty To Make are Customers happy! Part of Making it fun again Is Not Just Bringing The Clothing we use to Sell But Also Bringing back Old Customer Greetings And Service. I beleive are Store would have less Returns if we Would Have better service and Stop Pushing The ONC!
I love the new commercials with the naked men!
I purchased two mens sweaters for a birthday recipient one weekend prior to Black Friday as I do not tolerate large crowds. When I went to wrap the sweaters, one still had the plastic security tab still on it. I had no choice but to go to the store and have the tab removed. When I walked into the store, the line was about 40 people deep. Our store in Ellicott City, MD has separate lines for purchases and customer service so I went directly to the customer service line. After standing in line for about two minutes, I was approached by a store rep who asked if I were in line. I explained my situation and she told me that I had to get in the 40 people deep line in order to have the tab removed. I asked her why did I have to get in line for a mistake that Old Navy made? She told me the store was busy and that everyone had to get in line. I told her in the time that she was arguing with me, all she had to do was take the tab off and I could have left the store without any incident. She told me again that I had to go back in line. I walked out of the store and told her that I would be making a formal complaint against Old Navy and that I would no longer be shopping there. I did my shopping early to avoid the headaches of the holiday shopping and yet I still had to deal with incompetence! Lousy customer service!!! Needless to say I had to go into Target to purchase another gift and thankfully their lines were long at all.
I have never and quite frankly dispice the people that go out of their way tondo so - I will be sending a d offical letter instead if going through all details of incident, but I literally fell in store yesterday and not one thing was done no apologogy no ambulance no anything - that is what i found to w the most offensive - an I am so sorry and what can we do to Amie you not hurt and more compfortable would have been all that I would have considered not only policy but all it would have taken - so because if always being the kind of person that thinks that customer satisfaction should have come first, I am now going to give corporate a chance to Payton medical expenses and if not then they cab expect to see me in the court room - Three easy words and some compassion would have made all of thi go away - I am still made that i still made my purchase but I guess that whlps because it is proof of time, date etc aside fri the witnesses! Leda Brown Katy texas Katy mills mall - good luck future shoppers - watch your step!!!!
