Old Navy Inc Corporate Office & Headquarters

i have just seen the new commerical and might i say i am very offended. you have mixed white and black families and i do not agree with that nor do i agree with promoting it. i will not be shopping at a store that promotes interracial relationships.

I shop at Old Navy Cotton wood. I have always had a good experience, however I was SHOCKED and DISMAYED to learn from an associate that Old Navy refuses to put Plus Size in the stores, Larger that XXL. I was informed that they will not be associated with a Plus Size Image that is sure to come if they put larger that XXL in the stores. What a shame. I wish Old Navy would consider Larger sizes in stores. Plus Size is different for everyone, and needs to be tried on. Half the time ALL the XXL sizes are gone before all the other sizes, the majority of the time the clearance racks are full of XXS. I love Old Navy but if it continues to be a hassle for me to shop in store and order online, I'll just take my money else where. You think you would take pride in the fact that you are one of very few clothing chains that can dress just about all sizes of people.

My family and I are extremely disappointed and angered by the womans only signs outside the old navy store in the Mission Viejo, CA shopping mall. This amounts to discrimination towards men. Having signs like this essentially is the same as saying whites only or something along those lines. I think this is a discrimination law suite i'n the waiting! I might

We ordered some things online then went to the store to return them and they said they would exchange straight across well when we got up there she said no we have to refunded it first so we asked how long till its put back on card she said immediatly so we did it. Well it took 3 days and that's old navys policy she could of just told us instead of lying about it. We brought it up to the general manager and she didn't seem to care. Very bad customer service.

I purchased two pair of shoes at the Old Navy in Ofallon MO and I placed them on my daughters nightstand. I went to grab them to put them on her and they were stuck to the nightstand. I put it on a lower area and a few days later they were stuck once again. She never wore them and I am afraid to put them on her because I have no idea what they put in the shoes to cause that to happen! Very scary!

I was just wondering why Old Navy will not let me order things online with electronic check? That doesn't make any sense. I think it would be good to change it so that people can pay for their orders online with checks, because not all people have credit cards or debit cards. Thanks.

I applied for a job at old navy in fairfield,ca. They said that they will call me back no matter to tell me if I got the job. I then got an email 5 minutes later saying I didn't get the job. I now know why I didn't get the job. My boyfriends brothers girlfriend works there as an assistant manager and asked the store manager if there was a girl named Sarah A. That applied there. The assistant managers sister hates me and told her sister the assistant manager to tell the store manger not to hire me. So now I am taking drastic matters into my own hands.

I tried to purchase some items at your store and my check was refused!! I had just left my bank and knew I had plenty of funds in my account. All the manager did was say check with your bank! I told her I just left my bank and there were plenty of funds. She was very short with me and I will never go into your store again. Bye the way I checked with my bank and she said the electronic check companies tend to booboo like this quite often! All iI can say is "have you ever seen the movie pretty Woman? ......Big mistake...Huge mistake"......

I was in the Brentwood store today and spent close to 300.00 dollars .The young man Michael the manager had a terrible attitude .I asked a few questions about some tees and his tone was awful .Iwas in retail in my younger years and i know you dont treat customers with attitude.I PROBABLY WONT GO BACK .

My daughter ordered two items on line and returned one to one of your stores. She was given part of her return as a credit and was told the balance of three dollars would be mailed to her. This is the craziest thing I have ever heard. She had her receipt and all the tags with her. At Kohl's customers can return WORN ITEMS with NO RECEIPT! Why in this economy would you allow such poor customer service? You have now lost 2 customers, my daughter and myself, all for THREE DOLLARS! Was it worth it?

I had my two granddaughers in the Old Navy Store in Springfield Illinois over the week end and I was dissapointed to see the men dressing room was right in with the women. There were serveral young girls trying on bathing suits and going in and out of the rooms. Handing out things they they had tried on and needed a different size. Of course they had to open the doors. Men were standing there waiting for a room. They could see right in the girls rooms where the were changing. Don't you think it would be a better idea to have the mens room in a different place in the store. I do. Thank you for your time.
