212 Reviews For Old Navy Inc Headquarters & Corporate Office

I have visited the Old Navy store in Co-op City in the Bronx store several times and have walked out without purchasing anything. Each time I've gone into this location I have to turn around and walk out because it looked as if it was hit by a tornado. It does not matter what time of day you enter this store the merchandise is on the floor loosely handing from racks; t-shirts, tanks and pants, are thrown on top of the bin which make the store very unattractive. I've gone to other Old Navy stores and have not found this to be the case, why would you allow one of your stores to show such disregard for your customers shopping experience? It is not just my feelings but a host of others that share my thoughts; this is your product do something to change my mind and my friends that you do care about yours customers shopping experience when shopping in your store. I will no longer shop at your establishments and I will tell my friends to longer shop at any of your stores until your store in Co-op City is as well maintained as your other stores. Disappointed Customer

This is just to let you know that my family and many of my friends will no longer be spending our money at your stores because of your support of Gay Pride month. It's a shame because my wife and I like Old Navy clothes and the prices you offer. I personally do not support the gay agenda because I am a Christian and I believe that the Bible forbids this lifestyle. I have already posted on my facebook a call for all of my friends to boycott you as well.

I am a High School Family Resource Youth Service Center(I'm like a Social Service worker) coordinator and am trying to get in touch with someone that can help me get donations from Old Navy for my non-profit oraganization...I am in need of lots of flip flops and any clothing you could send. if you need to call me my Office #270-338-3676 and my Cell #270-977-9775...Please call and let me know what you can do.

I was disheartened to learn today that Old Navy supports LGBT Pride Month this June. Namely, by the selling of gay pride T-Shirts by Old Navy, with part of the proceeds going to IT GETS BETTER. (Of course, realizing where your corporate office is located, this shouldn't be a surprise.) I thought I would see what you are supporting and, against my better judgment, clicked on the link in the article for IT GETS BETTER. The content of the site was disgusting, but it opens ones eyes as to what and who you support with your profits. I will no longer be an Old Navy customer. I have also forwarded the article to many in my Family Values mail lists. I'm sure they will agree. Old Navy is off the list. We'll need to organize to hit the bottom line.

Will not shop Old Navy any more. Not happy that they will be selling t-shirts promoting the gay and lesbian agenda.

I never signed up for your credit card. The sales associate tried to shove it down my throat but I refused. I never wrote my signature or gave any verbal authorization so by law you are charging me for a credit card illegally. I never even received a credit card. I called you continually to get you to cancel the card but you never did. You lied and said you canceled the card and rescinded all charges but now I find years later that you actually kept the account open and now there are close to a thousand dollars in charges on top of past charges that you sent to collections. I am a low income college student on full disability. I would never ever sign up for a credit card and you had no right to do this to me. I feel so violated by your company and I feel sick of fighting with you guys about this illegal scam that you have placed upon me.

Since changing your store to "create bigger aisles" is a joke. I won't even shop there anymore cause I get ticked off when I walk in the store. The workers ar rude, there are NO CLOTHES and you call yourselves a "CLOTHING SHOP STORE".....you might want to rework that to "We have some stuff, but probably not in your size"! I think that the aisles were fine the way they were and so was the old staff...this new group of kids just don't get it and I have managed 2 business by age 19 and now own two of my own successful companies. My customer service is PERFECT! LITERALLY. Cause otherwise I too would lose all of my customers. Eventually you will fall into the group of store that has to shut down cause you just can't hack it anymore...and to add to that I used to manage The Limited Too at the age of 17! I know what it takes........I outsold my management! Get a clue or get out!

By submitting my last note to you, it appears that you play the democratic game and only post what hurts you the least. ENJOY!

Very POOR service, repeatedly and consistently very POOR service. I am thoroughly disgusted with ALL dealings and correspondence associated with this company. VERY POOR SERVICE...

Actually, I give Old Navy/The Gap a negative 12 stars! Twice I have shopped (Old Navy-Vacaville, CA) and The Gap (Davis, CA), written a check and TWICE my checks have been denied, told to call the E-check number on back 800-849-4209. TWICE I have called the number on the back, TWICE EchoCheck, Innovative Merchandise Solution, Intuit have looked at my check writing history using the last four digits of my license number to verify check authorizations of past checks written. TWICE I was told by each entity that it was NOT them it was my bank. TWICE I've driven to my bank to investigate the problem, TWICE my bank has said it is NOT them, TWICE I have called the Corporate Executive Office in San Francisco where "Jamal" couldn't help me but transferred me to a voice mail. Only ONCE did I actually get a real live person, "Tiffany" of Customer Relations Specialist, who seems bent on getting me to argue with her fast talking speech, taking no responsibility for Old Navy/The Gap. Talking rapidly and semi-rudely so that she could have the benefit of either hanging up on me or type-recording something off the cuff. In fact, she took great pride in telling me that she was the highest chain of command to speak to since she was located at the Ohio Office located at 5900 North Meadow Drive, Grove City, Ohio 43123. The problem was NEVER, NOT ONCE, RESOLVED!!! Old Navy, The Gap, you can do better----you need to do better----it doesn't make solid nor sound Customer Relations to have checks denied. I shouldn't have to apply Dave Ramsey's Envelope System and have cash on me when shopping if I so choose not to do so.

Heather Singleton and Wendy are both racist, so no one should care what they think, not even Old Navy. You're both very sad people...

I was shopping in the Old Navy in the Source Mall Westbury NY, and when i was treated poorly by one of them employees named Constance she was really rude and i just was asking her questions about discounts i will not be shopping at that Old Navy again.

I have read the complaints about old navy, and I work at one in NYS, Waterloo Premium outlets. There have been issues with trying to get a manager, the second in command was doing a fantastic job, then Attilla the hun came in,making changes, pissing people off, cutting hours, and then when I asked her why I had my hours cut, she replied" I am sick of you, and I will not fire you, but you can quit" which I absolutely refused. I get 4.45 hours a week, we are losing our home, and they just hired 10 new beauties. I am 57 years old, I have filed a grievance with the NYS department of Human rights, and asked for a transfer to Gap which she refused. I am being punished because two weeks ago I was out with pneumonia, for three days, the only three days I have been sick in one year. This woman is evil and devious. Wait till she gets the paperwork for discrimination. I also named her right in the paperwork. The store is a filthy mess, the floors are do dirty that there are dust balls all over, the clothing drags in th is crap, the tables are a mess all the time, the fitting rooms are a disgusting mess, and so are the bathrooms, which old navy makes public then expects us sales clerks to clean up after the hogs.

i dnt understand why old navy cannot put their plus size clothing back in the stores i mean its only right that we plus size women get to try on our clothes before buying them like everybody else i think thats how they are going to lose alot of customers i mean we deserve to get treated just like everybody else i really think they are discriminating against plus size people more than one person has said that they should put their plus size clothing back into the stores and i think they should listen i mean they would make alot more sales that way i mean i like old navy but would prefer to try on my clothes in the store i mean if im not gone be able to do that i rather not shop here so please consider it and its only fair to put plus size clothes back in the stores.

you guys who work for old navy and support old navy by wearing the close are the disgusting low life forms of this earth<please stop airing the commerccials that you do with disgustingly skinny women with faggot men dancing around in tight pants and so forth....it makes me want to throw up everytime i see anything to do with old faggot navy.please stop supporting this discusting corperation, you try to teach all the children of this world to be gay like everyone in your commercials, thats just not right!pleeeeease stop!!!

If I could give Old Navy less than one star, I most certainly would! My daughter is an employee in the Sherman, Texas store, and the entire staff is in grave danger as I see it, and Old Navy is setting themselves up for a huge lawsuit! I was told by my daughter that Old Navy's policies are that they are not ever allowed to say anything to a customer they know is shoplifting, even when that person leaves the store with merchandise. Nor can they contact the police! Ok, let Old Navy get stolen blind! But that hurts the employee's pocketbooks because it causes the prices to go up to accomodate what's been stolen. The next thing, and this is the danger zone here, is that there has been a man hanging around the store who goes in and stays for 4 to 5 hours at a time, picking up one of the mesh bags, filling it up and going into the dressing room with it and staying there for long periods of time! Then he leaves the bag and leaves the store. It was bad enough when it was one man, and now I've been told there are two of them! To me, this would seem these men are "casing" the store and planning on robbing it or worse! So help me Hannah, if anything happens to my daughter because they are not allowed to call the police on these men, Old Navy will have one of the biggest lawsuits they have ever seen! This is ridiculous and just plain STUPID! Those employees should be allowed to do what they need to to protect themselves! WAL-MART STOPS SHOPLIFTERS; WHY NOT OLD NAVY??????

Was out shopping tonight at the Summit in Louisville KY. After numerous times shopping there in the past not satisfied with employee attitudes I decided to go back. It was 8:45 pm and as we started to walk in we were told that we need to leave because we are closed!!! (exact words)Guess what.............I'll never go back in there!!!!!!!

What is with this ima playa commercial? Do you now have prostitutes selling your clothing line? Playas don't have nothing to be proud of so why want to have that type of reputation? I will never ever shop at old navy nor will i accept any item from that store. If someone gets me something I will return it and spend the money at a store that has more class.

DO NOT GET A CREDIT CARD FROM THIS STORE THEY HAVE SCREWED UP MY BILL FOR MONTHS AND CHARGED ME 35.00 EACH TIME TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!! 0 STARS

I went to an Old Navy store in IL and purchased some t-shirts that were on sale buy one get one free. I bought a few other things along with the shirts and didn't really pay attention when my total came to $125.... I paid with my debit card and when I got out to my car my husband was a little surprised that my total came to 125 when the 8 shirts I bought were on sale. After looking at the reciept we noticed that we weren't given the buy one get one free sale price. I immediatley took the clothes back in and the cashier told me that they would have to "post void" my original transaction for $125 and ring up my items again as another transaction. So when the items were rang back up I paid (again with my debit card) the $60 that I should of been charged to begin with and thought that was the end of it. I was wrong A few days later I was checking my online bank statement for an unrelated reason and noticed that there were two Old Navy charges that had both posted to and cleared my account. I called my bank and they told me that no credit was issued and that the $65 AND the $125 was taken out of my account and paid to Old Navy. I called the store back and was told to come back in with my reciepts and a copy of my bank statement. I wasn't quite comfortable showing them my bank statement but did it anyway so that I could get the situation resolved and my money could be refunded. I went back in and it took the manager 45 mintues to look over my recipets place several phone calls and then tell me there was nothing she could do and I would have to call the 1-800 number and speak to some one in customer relations. She pointed out that the reciept that showed my "post void" said that the transaction was "declined" under status. I have called the 1800 # several times and have been told that I am going to have to wait 10 days before they will even look in to it just incase the transaction hasn't cleared yet! My bank told me that if it was pending it would show as a memo and there is nothing. I have spent at least 3 hours and a half a tank of gas (i live 30 miles from the store) dealing with this issue and am tired of it. It's not like I did any thing wrong, I wasn't even making a return! I was over charged by over $60 and now I'm out $125 until Old Navy decides to "look in to it" all because I was over charged for my items. I will NEVER shop at Old Navy again... this should of been handled when I went back in to the store and showed the manager that both charges cleared my account. I mean what if that $125 was money I needed to pay a bill or what if it would of overdrawn my account..... I'm just beyond annoyed with this whole situation and dreading the fact that I have to continue dealing with it :(
