Man in Research Department

He did not even state his name. But he answered the call around 11:45am, Dec. 6, 2012. He was very rude, not curteous. Would not give any customer satisfaction for an issue that clearly wasn't my fault, but Old Nav's fault. This is the most horrible service I've had. Which has cause me to never shop online at Old Navy ever again or even in the store for that fact. They charged my account two weeks after I made the purchase which caused my account to overdraft. And they wouldn't reimburst me or even ask me would I like for them to do anything about it at all. Very rude attitude. I'll never do it again. The man made it seem like it was my fault, when clearly it was there's.

Black Friday VIP Checkout

I want to forward on my disappointment about my visit to your Papillion Nebraska store on Black Friday at midnight. My sister, niece and myself got to the store around 1:30am. We loaded up on the great deals ON was offering and got ready to stand in the long line that was zigzagged up and down all of the aisles. We were in line for about 1 1/2 hours when myself as well as the customers in front of us and behind us noticed that one of the employees was going to the end of the line and taking groups of people to the front of the store. After this happened again about 3 more times one of the ladies in front of us asked another one of the Old Navy employees walked by and she asked her why these people were being taken out of line and moved to the front. She began to explain that she had been standing in line for over 2 hours at this point and she wanted to wanted to know why the movement of people was happening. The employee explained that if you were a Old Navy cardholder or if you wanted to sign up for the credit card you could be taken to the front of the line. This customer was than told it was the "manager" who was doing this. The customer stated that not once had our section of the line been asked if we were cardholders or wanted to become one. There were several people that dropped the items they were going to purchase from your store after they heard this about the line "cutting". I was very frustrated and if I hadnt had been standing in line for over 2 hours when we found out this information I would have left also. I would suggest going forward that you make everyone stand in line to get the Black Friday deals whether they are a ON credit card holder or not. I will think twice before going back to Old Navy because it was a really rude move that was made by a member of your management team. The reason you get the great deals is because you sacrifice your time to stand in line to save on all of the deals. PLEASE DONT PULL THIS STUPID MOVE AGAIN...

Sale signs on items in the store are very misleading. They don't say the item is the original price if you don't buy multiples. Told the cashier they didn't even have any more of my size to allow me to buy multiples anyway. Cashier very rude regarding the situation, didn't offer any management assistance and just asked if I wanted the item or not! Cashier had many too many pierced areas on his face to even look respectable for public contact, hair was dirty too! Not a nice shopping experience.

Old Navy frisbees

My dogs have use old navy frisbees for years. They have discontinued making them. I know alot of people who would love to have them back how could they discontinue a product that was so popular. Please help me find some or bring them back.

I am normally satisfied with the quality of clothes from ON, however I recently purchased 3 shirts from the Charlotte NC, Northlake Mall store and the opposite is true. After carefully washing the 3 items, I noticed holes in 2 of the shirts and 1 shrunk beyond normal limits. I am so dissatisfied right now. My money is precious and I don't have time to run back to the store to return items that should be wash and wear type of clothing. In this case, I have no choice but to return these inferior items. Going forward, I'll think long and hard before patronizing ON.

I will never order form the online store again! I contacted customer service about my order still not being processed after a week, or even begun to be shipped and they told me it was due to a special 20% off back up. I ordered it the first day and orders are to be shipped within 1-2 days. Obviously I did not pick a credited site to order from and will not be making this mistake again.

I have been on the phone for over and hour 3 rep have hung up on me and no one knows what they are doing I find this in very poor service and will be telling people about this and let me tell you I work with alot of people thet will spread the word around. I hope you guys can get your act together and fix this you are a big company and this is a sad way of running your buisness

I have just spent an hour on the phone (an am currently still on hold) and have been passed back and forth between numbers and representatives. I do not have words to describe how poor the customer service has been. I will never be an Old Navy customer again and I will be making a phone call to headquarters in the morning.

I purchased a Feminine Military Jacket 135184 0003 at Old Navy in St. Cloud, MN on 8-18-12. I decided to wear it for the first time last Saturday and I realized that the security plastic thing on it had not been removed. I was told to stop in and have it removed which is fine except that I am almost an hour away from the nearest store. I would appreciate some type of compensation for my inconvenience. I have shopped at Old Navy for many years along with my three daughters, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter. Thank you.

I could read a book about this without finding such real-world apparoches!

I purchased a pair of boyfriend jeans in July of 2012 from the clearence table. I didn't wear the jeans until last week (Sept 2012). I am a teacher and we had a jeans day. Luckily my husband was teleworking that day because the jeans split up the front and I was left in a very difficult position as I am not able to leave my children unattended nor leave school during the day. The split was in the fabric half way between the zipper and the side seam - definately faulty fabric. to say I was embarrassed was an understatement but I made a joke out of it knowing that I would check the jeans that I exchanged them for a little better. I went back to the Fredericksburg, VA store, where they were purchased, to exchange my jeans. I loved the jeans just not the split! I was told that the value of the jeans as of today was $.97 and I could receive that much in store credit towards another pair of jeans. I was shocked! The merchandise I was sold was substandard and I was asking the company to replace their substandard merchandise and was summarily refused. In a store where I am sure more valuable items walk out daily with non-paying customers you would think that management would be interested in supporting those of us that do pay as well as the message that the lack of concern regarding merchandise quality sends. I purchased an item of poor quality and would like it replaced.

I normally have a great experience shopping at old navy, but this was the last time for me. I was at your Oak Park, IL store with my daughters, I went to make a purchase. The girl asked me to sign I did and hit accept. The girl then said oh wait I did something wrong and rang it again and wanted me to sign again. I said I was afraid to sign again because I did not want to get charged twice. She said that would not happen. Well I got home checked my account and sure enough was charged twice. I went back to the store spoke to the manager Rosa and she said that happens. I understand t hat maybe the pending charges may drop, but I asked her for a note saying they would reimburse me if they did not. She would not do it actually pretended to do it and wrote something mean instead. Then preceded to tell me I needed to educate myself. REALLY!!! With all the people out of jobs I am really dumbfounded that Old Navy has someone like Rosa working for them. :(((

I am writing today to compliment one of your store managers Rachel at the Greene in Beavercreek Ohio.About a week ago I had an issue regarding a coupon. She resolved my issue in a professional and very friendly manner. have been in retail management for many years and all too often people do not take the time to say well done. I have been a loyal Old Navy customer for years because of people like Rachel. I hope you will take time to recognize her efforts as well. Thanks so much. Mary Jane Parmer

I spent THOUSANDS at Old Navy online only to find out their "EXCHANGE" policy is in fact NOT an exchange. Instead they give you a refund off the purchase price online which of course includes their 25% off and then when you go to "EXCHANGE" it for the EXACT same item you no longer get the 25% off. So Old Navy's "EXCHANGE" policy is a farce. They need to change the verbiage on their online site since "EXCHANGE" means: Webster Dictionary: 1. to give up (something) for something else; part with for some equivalent; change for another. 2. to replace (returned merchandise) with an equivalent or something else: Most stores will allow the purchaser to exchange goods. 3. to give and receive reciprocally; interchange: to exchange blows; to exchange gifts. The meaning does not say: To return and then get money back and then pay full price. WILL NEVER SHOP AT OLD NAVY AGAIN. WILL TAKE MY MONEY TO LANDSEND.COM AND OTHER ON LINE STORES.

I love shopping at Old Navy and they have the cutest stuff!! I am a 10 year old girl, so I go through clothes fast. I love the shirts, but they are all way too tight. Are all supposed to be super skinny or what!!?? I LIKE looser shirts and I am not the most skinniest or biggeest girl ever. All I am asking for is that you make looser tshirts.

I recently shopped at the Old Navy on 4640 Roosevelt Boulevard and the first thing is appearence which the store was not being well keep. Or at least that was what I saw. I saw quit a few workers in the store standing around not doing anything. But thats not even what got me, what took the cake because I was shopping with my family and my boys love things from there. I got to the register to close out all clearance is 30% off now, so one of the shirts she rang for my 6yr old son came up more than the ticketed price. I raised the issue and she told me it was put on there by someone!? I asked well what does that mean for me, well nothing you have to pay the price it rings up. I said I don't understand because I didn't put it there, I am sure I the customer should get the ticketed price no matter what. The supervisor came over and said no someone put it on there and ripped it off. Not only did i feel violated but I felt insulted, I was shopping with my family and I always spend 100dollars or more almost everytime in the store I was so upset. I have been in retail for 5yrs and can not recall ever making anyone ever feel that why!! I will never shop there again. But just like they have bad people that come in that store, I know that sometimes they also hire workers that aren't so good also!

I rate Old Navy with 3 stars. The reason being is that the closest Old Navy store to my home only has 2 rolling carts for merchandise and for kids. this morning I walked into the Old Navy store on Craig St. in Las Vegas, NV with two of my children, a two month old and a three year old and I came to find out that there were only two carts in the whole store, and they were being used by two other customers. Really!! When a week ago i went to the store on Rainbow, and it is loaded with really new fancy carts. So I was not able to shop with a carseat on my arm and with my three year old holding my other hand. I love to shop at Old Navy, but something has to be done about the cart issue!!!!

On behalf of my church ministry, I would like to extend our appreciation to your Wynnewood Old Navy Store for their quality of service during your dollar flip flop sale. Cathy, the store manager, permitted me to purchase a generous amount of flip flops for the men's recovery program/shelter we service in Philadelphia. She was kind enough to provide me with a few boxes to place the flip flops in, and directed me to a register to expedite my sale. Amazing! Kudos to Cathy, Julius, and Chris for their outstanding service. This was above and beyond any I have experienced. It's so refreshing to have this kind of customer service today. I frequently shop in this store, and have always been satisfied with the service and overall appearance, however I wanted to show recognition to these particular employees. Thank you. C.M. The reason I rated Old Navy as 1 star is due to your Wareham branch. I purchased over $140.00 of clothing for my grand daughter and grand son. All over the store it states in large letters spend $25.00 and receive $10.oo coupon. When I went to the register they stated I could only receive a $30.00 coupon. I stated I spent over $140.oo dollars so I should get a $50.00 coupon. Under the large print, which I couldn't read, with my glasses on they stated a max of $30.00 coupon. I'm 62 years old and gone through many years of sales. When theres a sale you state the sall in full not large letters to grabe you in and tiny lettes to bight you with a stipulation. So I was better off to only spent $75.00 dollars? Are you trying to have customers spend less in your store or more? I got pentalized for spending more? What type of company are you? Did anyone of you use your heads when you thought up this come-on? Then you have it printed so small the stipulation that people don't or can't read it. I came in to buy not have to read a tiny document to get a fair deal! This happened in the food stores and they had to change their methods for the customers. You are being unfair to the one's that spend more! Then when I ask for the manager I get three people. 2 with name tags facing to their body and 1 with none at all. I feel all three made a very poor example of representatives for your company, Kelly, Heather and Anthony. Now which one is the manager? They all said they where? Again if you want to scame people you'll close down like the other stores! Be honest to your customers and they'll treat you right! Janet Torren, targa4u@aol.com I do expect to hear from you regarding this complaint.

Your bathing suit that you sold me a month ago gave me a chemical burn. I have doctors proof of that, and your company could care less. Karen from risk management treated me like I was a liar, and was very unprofessional on the phone. I put a bad review on your website and the next day you took the bathing top down, but Karen insist that I couldn't have received a chemical burn from that bathing suit. Hmm, so instead of settling, I have to take you to court. I asked Karen do you want to see my statements from the doctor, or the pictures of my horrible burn? She declined. Said no one else complained, but since you took the pic down of the bathing top.. Who could!?!
