Old Navy Inc Corporate Office & Headquarters

Every time I shop at the Old Navy in Tualatin, the service is always outstanding! One of the managers, Johnny is incredible with the customers. All of the employees are always trying to help everybody and always moving fast to keep the store tidy. I was helped by Claire a couple of days ago and she knew the product like the back of her hand. Thanks Tualatin Crew, you guys rock!

I was in a Old Navy store (store #5129 from my receipt) today and a young lady approach the manager about some or a return item/s (not sure if she had more than one) but before he listen to her he just told her no he would not be able to return the item. What ever the problem was the young lady had to make a telephone call from her cellular phone and I watched that this manager did not even ask the lady to take the item from the bag but when he was called by some one on the telephone, he told the person on the phone that he would not take the item/s back because she wore the item/s already. This manager was so disrespectful, dishonest and do not know how to offer customer service. I actually stand aside and started taping the event because I could not believe what the manager did. This town (Carbondale, Illinois) is very small and no one would expect the manager to behave the way in which he did. I am very annoyed at this manager's behavior. I am not sure if the issue was resolved because I did not tape the entire situation. I watched as this lady address this situation with such poise even though this manager was so rude and dishonest towards her. I never write a report to any of these review before but I had to do this as soon as I got to a computer because for a small town this should not be happening. I am very disappointed in this manager and thinking of taking my business to other stores.

I want to point out to Old Navy Ad executives what poor taste they have exercised by running an Old Navy ad taking place on an airplane during the 'Mayday' series currently being shown on television (April 12). I am certain that the desired effect has been lost on viewers. I for one, will purposely boycott Old Navy for their careless, flagrant, almost mockiing attitude in the name of of the all-mighty $.

To start off, this store is ALWAYS a mess. Their employees are always in a another world , I asked for a shirt in a different size, they said they didn't have it, but then I found it MYSELF with ABSOLUELY NO HELP ! The managers have nasty attitudes , and I spoke to the store manager and she was still no help, nasty attitude as well and did not present herself properly. I was not greeted I was just asked what the problem was .. That is not how a customer should be treated you need new management. I've been to the store before it moved in the source mall and the store manager before was so nice. Unlike the new management. One of the managers smelled like alcohol while she spoke to me, another was rude and disrespectful which looked like she got her attitude from the store manager disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. If NO stars was an option ill pick it instead of one. They don't even deserve one star. Need to be under new management , until then I will continue to tell everyone about my horrible experience there.

I came into your clay terrace store to purchase some clothes for my children, when I went to pay for these items the person beside me in line was given a discount for his children's good behavior I don't know what all that was about cause one of his kids was trying to run out of the door. The cashier that was taking care of him said she couldn't stand a lot of kids and looked at me and rolled her eyes. I will never under any circumstances shop at any OLD NAVY stores or any of its affiliates. I have already begun to and will pass this situation on to everyone that I know. I know this will not be read, due to the fact you have forgotten the people that buy from your stores are actually the ones that write your pay checks.

I live near the Old Navy at the outlet Mall in CANUTILLO, TX ... on several occasions I have gone to this store, and it looks like its a big yard sale. Everything thrown on the floor, no one trying to pick anything up ....piles of clothing, that you have to pick through. I haved called the corporate office on this issue before, but nothing was done, its the same thing... This last time I went after standing in a long line, and the new cashier opening another lane, and taking people who had not been in line, before those who spent like 10 mins in line... I tried to bring this to the managers attention, but all she could say was "oh I will talk to her." and when I brought up the fact that the store looked like one big yard sale....she just laughed and and said "I know huh." why am I going to spend good money on something that has been thrown on the floor and walked all over... the other stores in our city, are clean, organized....

I just got a notice that my credit card for Old Navy is being canceled for numerous reasons that have nothing to do Old Navy. I owe them nothing and have always paid my bill on time. So, much for customer service and loyalty. I have been a great customer over the years and this is how I am treated. Considering how many clothing stores are out there, I will not need to venture into Old Navy ever again.

I have recently purchased tge sweetheart jeans in all the shabes, the dark wash jeans have neen washed more then 5 times and they still are bleeding all over my hands when i touch id them :(( and my right leg is about 2 inches shorter yhen the left one as im a tall girl a get the long ones and its quite noticeable not happy at all!!

I went into old navy store number 03977. I was trying on an outfit in the fitting room and the young lady w who was working there I think her name is Melissa. Well she helped me out and always had a smile on her face. I would say she is one of the best employee's there. Some of the other girls that worked there weren't really happy to be there.

I want to just let old navy know that I really appreciate your Bridgepointe store in San Mateo/Foster City, City. Your employee Shannon is the most helpful, caring person. She takes time to help get you whatever you need. I needed some jeans that they did not have at that store and she found me a pair at another store, she had them shipped to me! Thanks again Old Navy for hiring Shannon!

I purchased two new pair of flip flops at two different Old Navy locations...I bought them for my trip to the Cayman Islands, I just got back yesterday...The first day there I put on the black flip flops and about 3 hrs later I noticed a red burning rash where the flops rest on the top of my foot and between the toes...I took them off and walked around barefoot because I didnt need them on the sand...The next day I woke up and there where 3 huge bubbly blisters that soon popped and then horrific pain started...they were seeping and burning like pain ive never felt before. My feet were not sunburnt because there was no sun out that day and the rest of my was white as can be....my whole foot right now is swollen and painfull...im considering going to the er as I dont know what else to do...I never thought for a minute it was the flip flops until started reading about the walmart flip flops..THATS when I put two and two together...definitely a chemical burn from the flip flops

I give old navy no stars because of there costumer service. They will not help you at all and when it comes to having to talk to manager i dont know how that person even got a job.supb Consecion 6604 I want to close my account not want old navy anymore

I served in the US Army and don't want to hear a foreign language when I go shopping! I spent several hundreds of dollars in their store today here in Denver but evidently I'm not the target consumer since all they played was music in Spanish. I'd rather listen to something without lyrics than that.

Beware of using your credit card to open unwanted "credit account" this business is doing anything to grab your money in everyway. I was victim of this practice. not a safe place to use your credit card.

My two daughters and I love old navy and our techno hoodies. It's really cold today and we thought it would be awesome if old navy could make us some techno footie pajamas!!!

Today I was at the Old Navy store located in Alameda,CA. everything was fine until I reached the check out line and a lady was a few customers ahead of me with TWO BIG DOGS!!! One. Roc wailer and some other breed. Although They did not seem vicious, they clearly made several of us in line very uncomfortable, so much so no one would stand next to them in the check out; thus, cashiers had to wait until she left. I was appalled. They werent service aide dogs...that's taking things a little too far. I guess folks are thinking they can bring out grate Danes since folks carry purse-sized dogs. I voiced my opposition there and will continue. This is too much!!

Every shirt i have ever bought from Old Navy gets a hole in the same spot after one wear. I have finally wised up and am not buying from Old Navy any more but I have lost hundreds of dollars buying disposable shirts. It seems the higher the prices go the lower the quality. I see other complaints about the same thing. Is anything being done to address this problem?

I give old navy no stars because of there costumer service. They will not help you at all and when it comes to having to talk to manager i dont know how that person even got a job there. A manager is there to try to solve things and not be yelling on the phone and arguing back with the costumer. By far the worst store to ever open a credit card because if they make a mistake in your personal information they dont let you change it they make it so difficult. They are not understandable. Overall NEVER will I ever shop there or ever recommend this store to anyone! Ever since old navy have been overcharging me and giving me issues me and my family and friends no longer shop there. Out of so many good stores out here why shop in the worst one.

I bought about 10 of your summer t shirts when they were on sale this past fall. After 2 washings and line drying they are full of little holes. Looks like they were chewed up by mice. What does Old Navy intend to do about this?
