365 Reviews For Motel 6 Headquarters & Corporate Office

I was staying at the one in frederick, md and the staff are rude and unproffessional and ecspecially the manager or supervisor. The rooms got filled up and we been staying there for two weeks and the manager didnt say oh sorry or I have to ask you to leave he plain out said you gotta get out we said excuse us and he.said you got to leave now and was rude.

Checked in to motel 6 in Wendover, Nv. Stayed at others the past, this one is pasthetic. No airconditioning, and when we called office they said "WE HAVE NO AIR, BUT WE CAN GIVE YOU A FAN"! false advertising says airconditioned rooms.!!! Very unhappy with this, not acceptable!

By far the worst motel experience ever. Reserved two(2) nights in the Danvers, MA Motel 6 - on the credit card. Stayed the first night in the filthiest room...slept above the sheets; second night they gave my room away. The front desk women told me I only paid for one night - eventhough I had reserved two nights and given her a card. It was like the Seinfeld episode where you make the reservation and they don't honor it. Wrote to Corporate Services and got the same type of "comical" response. Besides the motel being a hole, the service was horrible, and the help idiots.

Motel 6 in Harker Heights Texas is in so many violations, they announce they are NEW, that's an Understatement, this place is a DUMP! For starters the place is so DIRTY, Filthy, Disgusting, to say the least, The FIRE ALARMS go off constantly, Nothing works here, the curtains, no security latches on doors, the toilets overflow, shower heads don't work, housekeeping steals from your room, internet don't work in most rooms, no ice buckets, not enough towels to service the motel (the ones they do have are all stained and gross. A/C units dont work half the time. They DO NOT WASH the BEDSPREADS or BLANKETS when someone checks out of the rooms, they have MUSHROOMS growing in the Carpets they are so filthy.the floors are sticky! The so called Manager is Rude and curses out his guest, he is a racist, and I know for a fact he has been complained on multiple times and nothing was ever done about it. They have so many Drug addicts, prostitutes they rent to that the police are there constantly! Treat their employees like dirt, (that is the one's that are stupid enough to work for them) They have a very high turn over rate here! Motel 6 Corporate Office needs to investigate this illegally run Motel, Pull a surprise Audit on them and watch what happens!

Perdell i stay @ motel 6 in Monroe,La. I call the front desk and ask why the pool gate is lock the young lady said manager took the key home . then the next day i ask the young lady again about the pool she said the manager isnt in. i call the corpater officer and no one answer just a voice mail. this is the worst motel i very stay in. the only thing motel 6 have going for thjem is your housekeeper there are very nice

Motel six: In Madison WI, is AWFUL, due to assistant managers, busy to provide drugs to various "pimps", and kiss the corporate rear????I've had a brain hemorrhage, which landed me not only handicapped, but also with other living arrangements.I am far more handicapped than I (had to be).... when I had enough money (and used to making money) I would NEVER set foot in an establishment such as this! Now, not having a choice, and having friends help me out; this scenario becomes even more disgusting!!!! Their handicapped room, consisted of the same standard bath tubs, as all the other "renovated", and higher than usual level. All against ADA standards. When I make a complaint regarding their obvious, not even OSHA certified staff, or universal precautions.....I WAS THREATENED WITH POLICE-REMOVAL???? Because I had "nailed" the lower eschalon of "Mangers", with tons of health violations. NOT to mention the pubic hairs, on our "clean towels", and hairs-dark, and I'm blonde....on sheets and towels. The WIFI didn't work, more frustration (due to allowing the router in a guest's room????). They were willing to comp us-after stressful, heavyduty complaints over the phone...only to tell us that we would be refunded, and then asked to never again return!!!! IT MADE ME EVEN MORE FURIOUS!!!!! Now I'm so stressed out, I can't even sleep!!!! Good Luck if you are ever stupid enough to set foot into ANY Motel6-They're making a fortune, off of the less fortunate, and the management does ZERO to "Fix this Motel", as they ARE making money!!!! I'm NOT GIVING UP, this will go to Mr. "We'll leave the lights on" very passe, at this juncture...........all fed UP BOYCOTT MOTEL 6!!!

I hear commericals about safe, clean and comfortable, well, Tom Bodett needs to go stay at the Motel 6 East #107 in Grand Rapids MI and see how safe, clean and comfortable his feels. We stayed 12 nights and every 3 days we had ask for clean towels and trash to be emptied and on the 7th day had to ask for clean sheets and room cleaned. TV didn't work properly was told nothing could be done( paid in advance shouldn't we at the least have tv that works). Outside security locks didn't work. Over all stay was nasty. Never giving Motel 6 my money again. Will try Super 8 couldn't any worse. By the way we were visiting dying mother-in-law

I just gotta say I love your motel..but if you(motel 6) complain to any one who will listen.. to the whoever communications company...maybe (Fair point) will come up to snuff. 'cuz it sucks it's no way fast internet and thats my only complaint it really sucks that its 2011 and I am reminded about the scalpers at Verizon, but at least they delivered

I checked in at Motel6 in Southington,CT.for 3 days. They cleaned the room once. This Motel was the worst Motel i ever stayed in. Very unsanitary. Will never use this Motel again.

one star is too high. my wife and i went to the Motel 6 off of I35 in Lakeville MN on sunday 16 May 2011 to see if there was any vacancies for June 10 & 11 2011, when we walked through the door the desk clerk shouted there was no vacancies. we were in there in the lobby, if that what you call it a lobby for about 2 seconds. we told the clerk that we only wanted to see if there was vacancies for the june dates. she there was no dates, we turned and began to leave i stated the word RUDE. the clerk yelled back "yes you are rude to my wife and i when i heard this i re-enter the "lobby" she yells out " i do not want to see you two here again" the cleck continued her irrate rant until i asked to see her manager. that was the utmost rudest person we have ever delt with

Came back after being out all day walked into a dirty uncleaned room front desk man told me it was my fault for not being in the room to let the maid in. I told the maid when I left at 11am to clean the room I was staying over. Then I went to get a drink out of the machine said out of order. We wanted to wash clothes property has no laundry mat.In the morning I asked for extra towels they said no the towels are so thin were not good for shower.San Jose Motel six property 4505.

the house keepers are snooping around guest stuff for samething and delane at the office in salem oregon motel 6 ask everyone to marry her and ask for sex and ask everyone to go to a bar while on the job and dan the manger is a not-all-there kind of guy he dose the nude in and around stores and at the motel 6 in salem oregon if i was everyone i won't stall there and there are drug people and and people the sell and trade monsey for sex that stall there don't stay at the motel 6 on market st ne salem oregon its a bad bad bad place to be or be around

It really was not even a 1 Star. What really surprised me was to receive a survey, do it, and to get the response I got from the General Manager. I booked our reservations well in advance and when we arrived for a national race in Chadron, Nebraska we were told we had none. I had to get on my email to prove I had arranged a room still the couldn't find the reservations. The GM agreed to give us a room but we had to choose between a queen room with nothing or a double queen with nothing. At least with the double queen we could move around the room. And being in a college town the room are rented out for cheap college weekend parties so the noise didn't cease til about 2:00am. No coffee pots (and the staff only made regular no decaf, if you want decaf it had to be tea), no blow dryer, no iron, and no ironing board. The only available food was from vending machines or the local restaurants. The hotel staff did not start the coffee pot till exactly 6:00am. Oh thank heaven for the 24 hour McDonalds down the raod. Needless to say we do not sleep in and needed coffee by 4:00am. The family who ran the motel were of Eastern descent so they lived and ate there. That night the odor permeated in our 2nd floor room all night. Oh thank heaven for the 24 hour McDonalds down the raod. We ended up checking out the next morning and checked into the Best Western up the hill which provided everything and then some for a whopping $10.00 more a night. Best sleep ever. But the worst was to participate in their survey and the GM of that hotel told me for out next visit to stay at the Best Western and not at his Motel 6.

Stayed at Sweetwater, TX Motel #4183 and have a few comments. First hotel room I have ever been in that did not have facial tissues in a box...was told to use the toilet paper...! Shower curtain had black mold growing on inside...otherwise the rooms were clean. Fan cover in bathroom was packed with dust/lint. I was comfortable but fighting a cold and no facial tissue was an issue for me. Toilet required more than one flush so I lifted the tank lid and found the overflow hose going into the tank instead of the overflow tube to refill the bowl, I corrected it but fear the maintenance man doesn't now how it is supposed to be...the clerk had a puzzled look when I informed him of all these items. I did sleep well and no other issues... Unlike most I regard a motel room as a place to sleep and it served my purpose well. So I will always consider a Motel 6 for trips.

We have stayed at 3 motel 6 in the past week the one in salem oregon and anaheim california were both nice and the staff was great, However the one in springfield oregon was by far the worst hotel I ever stayed in. We booked online it was confirmed and all but when we arrived they conviently dident have that room available and the made us pay extra for a differant room. The room was horrible it was tiny, hot as hell with no a.c. there was no shampoo or anything. It was a horrible way to spend the last night of our road trip. We are extremly extremly disapointed I will likely never stay in a motel 6 again.

I have stayed at motel 6 before, but after the one i stayed at in cocoa fl.#4317 i will not ever stay at another motel 6 #1 booked online got price and reservation but when we arrived price more than doubled showed clerk the reservation with price ,she said rates had gone up but she would see what she could do 10% are you kidding but it was late and i did not know the area so i had to accept it, also was to be a king non smoking but guess what to double beds and a stink in the room like industrial cleaner. They had the nerve to send me a survey to fill out which i did seems it went to the motel itself #4317. Oh i got a reply with a big apology big deal do they know this really cast a bad shadow on motel 6 chain, don`t bother keeping the light on for me

My brother paid for me and my son a room at Motel 6 Pompano and I remember in 1994, when I was employed there, the place was so beautiful. I got married and moved away in 2003, on several occasions, I've visited my family and stayed at your Motel. This time I was very disappointed (04/30/2011). The room I was in was simply nasty. In my day when I worked there, the room I stayed in (234) would have been considered a DOWN ROOM!!!! The sink was leaking and the flooring underneath was molded, the carpet was filthy and the bedding looked like the some blankets and sheets, when I worked there in 1994. The outside was nasty, the sidewalks and roof needed pressure cleaning. My room door, didn't appear to be closing all the way, and yes I did use the security lock. I also noticed the bathroom tissue, didn't have that special complimentary fold, like back in the day. WHAT HAPPEN? DID TOM DIE. I AM SOOOO DISAPPOINTED. I WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS MOTEL AGAIN,AND WOULD ADVISED MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO DO THE SAME! OH YEAH...I ALSO NOTICED THEY STILL PUTTING ALL THE LOCALS IN THE BACK...I THOUGHT THIS WAS AGAINST THIS MOTEL'S POLICY!!!! WE HAD MEN DRINKING BEER ALL NIGHT ON THE BALCONY OUTSIDE OF THE ROOM AND THE SAME MEN DRINKING ON THE BALCONY IN THE A.M. I COULDN'T EVEN CALL AND COMPLAIN TO THE OFFICE BECAUSE THE PHONE WASN'T FUNCTIONING PROPERLY, IT HAD THIS LOUD WHINY SOUND. EVEN THE POOL WAS DIRTY AND NOT WELL KEPT. THIS MOTEL 6 POMPANO IS DEFINITELY FOR PEOPLE WHO DON'T CARE WHERE THEY LAY THEIR HEAD. ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH...I WOULDN'T GIVE THIS MOTEL 1/2 A STAR!

MOTEL 6 INDIO,CA WAS THE WORST MOTEL 6 EVER!! FRIEGHT TRAIN RUNNING ALL-NIGHT-LONG SUPER LOUD!!! STINKS LIKE 100 PEOPLE SMOKED CIGARETTES IN THERE THE NIGHT BEFORE. NO NO SMOKING ROOM AVAILABLE. STAMDARD TATE $55.99 JUMPS UP TO $95.99 ON SATURDAYS. TRY SUPER 8 DOWN THE STREET 2 MILES.

Used to be once a long time ago it was ok. BUT... stayed at one in SEGUIN TEXAS AND OMG!!! It was nasty,gross,disgusting,etc... NEVER AGAIN. I still get the ippy jippyies. It's a bad memory I will have to live with for the rest of my life. Had no choice though my mover that was moving me was tired and it was weeeee hrs in the morning driving from SC to TX.

Jim Amorosia Motel 6 4001 International Parkway, Carrollton, Texas 75007 972-360-9000 Dear Sir; I am writing this letter to complain about the terrible service we received while staying at the Motel 6 205 N 1000 E Street St George Utah on April 8th and 9th 2011. We arrived about 11pm, and Sam was working. A couple have gotten there just before us and so they went first, after about 20 minutes after Sam had promised them parking in front of their room and shared photos on his phone with them it was finally our turn and the 5 other parties that had backed up while Sam chatted with his new friends. I was with my granddaughter who was tired as was I and we just wanted to get to sleep. After about 20 minutes and Sam charging my debit card for 3 rooms for 2 nights and trying to void the charges, (they still haven’t dropped off my debit card), we got to our room number 235. It must have been 90 degrees in there because the furnace was going full blast, even though we lowered the temp and tried to just turn off the fan, nothing worked so we called Sam and he told us to open the window because there was no maintenance man working. We opened the window which didn’t make my granddaughter feel safe and we got loud noise from the room 234 who checked in after us and were partying and drinking and fighting and slamming doors till we finally call the St George Police and they removed the people from the room. I had called Sam and he came up once and sat and talked with them for a while but didn’t do anything to calm the situation. So about 5 am we got some sleep. I went down in the morning and spoke with Stacy and Eric and all she did was tell me that Sam was on his last leg, and that they had complains about him before. We had also asked and been charged for an internet room but the room Sam put us in was not one. Stacy said she would move us to another room with internet but that we would have to wait for one to be cleaned up so we had to stick around until 2pm wasting 5 hours of our day. Your motel is a rundown mess, dirty, broken ice machines, tiles pulling up, bedspreads with cigarette burns in them, carpet that hasn’t be changed or cleaned. We got to our new room and what a dump. When was the last time you remodeled in the 70’s? You say you’re the lowest price national chain in the country WRONG, no shampoo no hair dryer no microwave no refrigerator and no breakfast, the smallest TV and lousiest picture. No free internet it cost me $15 to get wireless to my two phones, computer and my granddaughters phone and iPod. Later that night about 10 pm our wonderful neighbors in 214 started to party up a storm. I called the police after calling the front desk and getting wonderful Sam again. We packed our bags moved to America’s best suites and inns and for the great price of $39, got a great room with everything, no noise, everything worked, free internet and a staff who really cared. The super 8 was also $39 a night. That was the worst $ 135 dollars I have ever spent. Micheal Giron CC: lwilliams.traveleditor@sltrib.com a.robertson.travel@denverpost.com
