Motel 6 Corporate Office & Headquarters

Hi just a note to corporate people I am very disappointed in my stay at your motel in Shreveport La. We had to change rooms three times before we found one the the heater worked and the door would shut I really do not recommend that motel to anyone I would have liked a better room but that was all they had and fierceness offer a discount on it

This is in reference to my stay at the victory drive location in columbus ,ga. I truly don't know where to begin. Not only was my valuables stolen but the room was filty and bugs crawling around. Complaining is just the start of what I'm going to persue. I feel that being that this chain being as big as it is needs to really evaluate who they hire. When I made my complaint to the manager and told her about the incident she showed no remorse and told me she would contact me in the morning. Even the police department informed me that my actions against them will be successful because of how the events occured. So to all the viewers and readers. Please DO NOT STAY at this chain it SUCKS!!!!!

I have been staying at the motel 6 in linthicum/BWI airport in maryland for two weeks while waiting to move into my new apartment. The staff there is very helpful and friendly, and the rooms appear to be clean, but, three nights ago I found a bedbug crawling on my 9 month old baby! My husband's found one crawling on him too! The front desk staff immediately gave me a new room and made a report to the corporate office, saying they would contact me to I guess ask me questions, but no one has called me yet. I am kind of stuck staying here because my lease does not begin until december 1st, and living with my mother was driving me so crazy that I came to the motel to wait for my apartment to be ready. They better do something about this!!!!!!!! I don't really know what they can do to make that icky feeling go away every time I walk into the room or my ocd like way of checking the mattress and sheets every five minutes though

Yesterday morning I was finishing some paperwork at my computer on my 2.99 internet connection at the motel6 in Bismarck ND that seemed like 2 soup cans and a string. I felt light headed .. to the point of vomiting. I got sick, and went outside for some fresh air where I found a car idling about a foot from my door. The door, had no weather stripping so the fumes filled the room and subsequently gave me carbon monoxide poisoning. After the ambulance and fire department came and helped me I contacted the corporate office to find they really could not care less that I was almost killed due to the lack of C02 detectors or weather stripping around the doors in the hotel. They are awefully lucky I am not one of these lawsuit happy people or I would sue the pants off of them and file a civil suit against the manager for not calling 911 and helping me get medical attention ( a construction worker was nice enough to do that when he found me outside on the ground ) Definitely a dump of a business run by money hungry greedy people who could care less about nothing more than the dollars in people's pockets and not the people themselves. Very disappointing.

DO NOT STAY AT THE MOTEL 6 IN ENGLEWOOD/DAYTON OHIO THE ROOMS ARE PRETTY DECENT EXCEPT WHEN I WENT TO USE THE TOLIET AND WATER STARTED COMING FROM THE CEILING I CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND THE MANAGER RON PATEL TOLD ME TO USE THE ROOM NEXT DOOR'S RESTROOM AND TO COME TO THE OFFICE AND GET THE KEY WHEN I ASKED FOR ANOTHER ROOM HE SAID THERE WAS NO MORE AVAILIBLE. THEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND I WAS LEAVING HE REFUSED TO GIVE ONE TO ME AND GOT AN ATTITUDE WITH ME AND MY WIFE FURTHER MORE LATER AROUND 2PM I WENT BACK TO THE OFFICE TO FIND NO ONE THERE I STOOD THERE FOR 20 MINUTES BEFORE SEEING RON THE MANAGER COME OUT OF WHAT LOOKED TO BE HIS ROOM STRAIGHT ACROSSED FROM THE OFFICE ON THE SECOND FLOOR WHAT KINDA BUSINESS IS THIS PLACE SHOULD IT BE CLOSED IT IS FULL OF DRUG DEALERS AND PROSTITUTES NOT TO MENTION THE COPS CONSTANTLY PATROL THE GROUNDS. I ASKED FOR CONTACT IMFORMATION FOR THE GENERAL MANAGER SATCHIN PATEL AND RON REFUSED THAT TOO I GOT HIS BUSINESS CARD AND CALLED THE NUMBER AND EMAILED BY NEVER GOT A RESPONSE!

I STAY LOTS AT YOUR MOTEL CHAIN AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD A GREAT STAY, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ONE PLACE. THE ONE IN SALINAS CA ,ADDRESSS ON KERN STREET. THE MANAGER THERE HAS BLACK BALLED ME FROM STAYING THERE AT HIS MOTEL ,BECAUSE OF A COMPLAINT I HAD THERE TO DO WITH ONE OF HIS STAFF PEOPLE WHEN I CHECKED IN AND WAS RIPPED OFF FOR A DAY BECAUSE I HAD CHECKED IN A LITTLE TO EARLY. SO MY NEXT TRIP THERE I WAS CHECKING IN AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS A NOTE IN THE THE COMPUTER SAYING THAT I WAS NOT TO STAY THERE ANYMORE. WHAT THE HECK IS UP WITH THAT CRAPP.I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR BACK FROM CORP. ABOUT THIS. IT SEEMED LIKE THE MANAGER HAD HAD A FEW DRINKS THAT NIGHT, AND GAVE ME FIVE DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS FOR THE CORP OFFICE AND ALL FIVE NUMBERS HAD BEEN DISCONNECTED. NOT A VERY NICE MANAGER AND YOU SHOULD TALK TO HIM ABOUT DEALING WITH HIS CUSTOMERS.THANKS AND GOOD BYE

I used to work for Motel 6 in Shreveport, and here is some advice to those of you who think your going to recieve 5 star service at a 39.99 plus tax rate. WAKE UP.. what do you expect for that price.. My manager was more interested in kissing corporate ass than fixing the issues that were the basis of the complaints in the first place. Customers constantly lied and made up ridicuclous stories just to get a free room.. Its been almost a month since I was fired, and I havent recieved my last check yet.. I have called several times to ask about my check, and have recieved nothing but the runaround..

Last Saturday the 29th of October I was on my way to a football game here in Florida when I checked my credit card and debit cards as I usually do. I noticed a funny charge for a Motel 6 and decided to call my bank about it. Bank was closed (of course) so I decided to call Motel 6 where I found out they had accepted my debit card. Oddly, both of my cards were in my possession. I immediately told the lady that this was fraudlent and that they needed to resolve this matter asap. The little girl on the phone Kelly Stark Guest Relations Specialist assured me she would resolve it, but she had to call her GM and let me know. She really didn't sound enthused, but guess you can't expect much from a 10.00 an hour employee. She called me back and told me they would do nothing. They wouldnt even call the police to do an info report but told me I should. I called Oakland PD immediately and they told me they could do nothing with out an info report. I called TPD (Tallahassee, PD) which told me they couldn't (and I understood that because they have no say in Califorina!) I then called Orlando, PD whom I got a report number from but again could not do anything. I called the woman back with the number of the OPD report and she still said they could not do anything however the person was staying there still and she refused because she claimed the charge was valid again. FAST FORWARD >>> I called Motel 6 corporate offices today (accor) and the woman at the executive offices was rude, uncooperative, and told me it was my problem. Also told me it was not their stance to file any reports which is stupid but hey, what do they care. Granted I would never stay in a roach infested, rat motel (6), so they will never get my money but still they should take care of their possible customers. Avoid going here as they will allow people to use a fake debit card, with no actual card OR ID. When I spoke with the GM there he said it's not his palce to check every ID that comes with the cards however the girl on the phone at the executive offices said they check EVERY ID with out fail. They are crookes, frauds, etc... whatever you want to call it! Avoid their services, avoid their nasty hotels with crooked employees! Hell, stay at a Red Roof in spide at least they are clean and professional.

We have been staying here at motel 6 in Fremont For about 4 days now and my bed hasn't been change for last 4 days. Now no am getting fed up with bullshit going around with this trashy motel This place is very filty. The shower is filty. Does any of the corporate staff ever go around To all the motel and do an inspection ??!!!??? My husband and I began our stay at the Motel 6 #1155 in Denver, Co. We were only in the room for less than one hour when my husband realized there were people outside dealing drugs. After, one hour forty-five minutes, we decided to leave because we were afraid for our safety. When I reported the drug dealing to the front desk, the clerk said, well, I can't refund your money but you are welcome to leave. I told her we were afraid for our safety but that didn't matter to her. After we returned home, I emailed the Motel to complain and the manager said she spoke to the clerk and the clerk told her I never even came into to office to report anything to her. I told the manager to look on the video. I was so upset that I would be called a liar about something like this. I was also told by the manager that there was no drug dealing in her motel. Wow, I couldn't believe the nerve of these two people. The manager did offer a free coupon for a nights stay at any Motel 6, I told her to keep her coupon. I will never stay at a Motel 6 again during my lifetime. If I could rate this motel below 1, I would do this. I also went online to place a complaint only to find out that it would cost me $25.00. What a joke! No wonder managers get away with stuff like this.

I stayed at a Motel 6 in Albany Ga. for one (1) night 9/16/11!! The room was a horror!!! The toliet had a ring an inch thick of dirt, the carpet was so dirty, I refuse to walk on it without slippers, I bought my own sheets (thank God)!! The sheets were dingy, and the spreads for the bed a holds from past weed smokers!! I was outraged to the extent we requested another room that was just as bad!!!!(but a centimeter better than the first) This was my first and last trip to this Motel chain!! BEWARE BEWARE

BEWARE AS MOTEL 6 WILL SET YOU UP TO BE ROBBED OR WORSE!!!! Since we got a response from your customer relations department that basically dismissed this complaint, we have been advised to post to Dear Abby, all motel review sites, blogs and Facebook and anywhere else we can about the incident at your motel and your lack of concern: We stayed at the above motel on a drive cross country. At 2:00 a.m. a call was put through to our room (obviously without the operator verifying which party/name the caller was trying to reach). The man identified himself as Ron Henderson, the Night Manager/Auditor there at the motel. We were sleeping and obviously disoriented. He said there was a problem with our credit card and we needed to come to the office immediately. My husband got up sleepily and started to get dressed to go down to the office, but I maintained they could deal with it in the morning as it was cold and in the middle of the night. We went back to sleep to be awakened 15 minutes later by the phone again. This time the man stated, "you said you would come down to the office to get this taken care of and you haven't. Either you come down or I will have security escort you off the premises." This worried my husband and angered me. He had grabbed his wallet and was ready to head to the office at 2:15 a.m. when I called the front desk and a woman answered. I asked for the night manager and it was a Debbie. I asked about the name Ron Henderson and they didn't know anyone by that name. I asked why 2 calls were put through t our room at that time of night and the operator said she figured they knew us although they had only asked for a room number. The next morning we complained to the office when we went to check out. We figured out that is was probably criminals who sit in parking lots and call rooms to lure people out in the middle of the night unsuspecting. I was concerned that if my husband had gone out they could have robbed or killed him. They obviously were watching our room or wouldn't have known we didn't go out and head to the office. I can only imagine what would happen if someone fell prey to that scam. The motel staf was not concerned in the least, nor did they apologize for putting through the calls. They didn't call the police or give us any assurance they would address this attempted scam/robbery/crime. I wrote to corporate and was given what amounts to a pat on the head that they are concerned and appreciated my notification. If you don't care anymore about your customers, and will put through random callers in the middle of the night to set someone up to be possibly killed, I believe you need to be sued!

I stayed at the buffalo ny location with me and my husband the room wasunder his name. We had stayed here several times. I was very impressed of how the rooms looked clean.unpike other times trashie. I just wish that they would fire the one lady jenny. Shes very rudeand ignorent not only to the staff but customets also. Every time we came in she rolledher eyes and acted like she hated her job. if i go back to that location and see her i well take my money else where. Shes a rude and very ignorent person.whom ever hired hermade a very bad decision. Also i dont know anycompany that allows staff to live on premises.

I give Motel 6 in South Fredericksburg VA on Route 1 a "HALF A STAR". There is this rude chic named Cathy there at the front desk. She is beyond trashy low class and street. Every time I call there she either hangs up on me or gives me attitude. Who is she to be raising her voice at me when I am calling her place of business? Once again she has just hung up on me and I am tired of the low class service there. I wonder how in the world this chic got her job. There other two ladies there at the front desk are very pleasant when i call. But each and every time Cathy is there at the front desk i have a problem getting through to the room i ask for. I mean where else can you get a job and keep a job when you literally hang up on customers. I may not be a customer who is in a room there. However I am still a consumer who is calling the hotel and should be respected as such. Cathy needs to be sent back into the trash bin she crawled out of.

We had made a reservation 2-3 weeks prior to our planned stay at Motel 6 in Corsicana, Tx recently. We arrived to find the lobby was decent, but when we drove to our assigned room around the back of the premises, we observed people sitting on sidewalks drinking beer, sitting in lawn chairs, BBQ grills of all sizes, old vehicles that appeared to have been parked there for some time. The room had no trash bags in the trash cans, a huge water spot on the carpet of an upstairs room (curious how that happened), old fashioned bedspread and curtains. As soon as we got to our room, my boyfriend went to get a soda pop and was approached by a "guest" saying he was looking for a certain room number to pick up some "smack". At this point we left to find another hotel. I have stayed at many motel 6 locations in my life and have never witnessed a slum like this place. Needless to say I requested our money back, which was returned without any problem by the desk clerk. I'm sure they didn't want any attention drawn to the premises by law enforcement! I will never stay at another Motel 6!

My husband and I went to visit our son in Austin Texas. We found a Motel 6 near his home, I secured the room and we left to sight see. Upon returning rather late that evening, I found dead bugs on the floor, hair from the previous guest in the shower and the bed felt like two box springs. I will never stay at another Motel 6 and pay $71.00 for such filth.

I JUST WANTED TO TELL YOU I HAVE STAYED AT MOTEL 6 IN KANAWHA CITY CHARLESTON WEST VIRGINIA SEVERAL TIMES THE ROOMS ARE USUALLY VERY CLEAN AND THE HOUSEKEEPERS THERE FROM WHAT I HAVE SEEN WORK VERY HARD.....THOSE LADIES DEFINATELY DO NOT GET PAID ENOUGH MONEY TO DO ALL THEY DO THEY ARE THE BACKBONE OF THAT MOTEL.....HOWEVER I DID MEET THE RELIEF MANAGER THAT IS THERE MARIE I THINK WAS HER NAME NOT A VERY FRIENDLY LADY AT ALL SHE IS RUDE TO HER EMPLOYEES AND ALSO RUDE TO CUSTOMERS....I THINK SHE DOES MORE SHOPPING THAN SHE DOES WORKING THERE I STAYED THERE FOR 2 WEEKS AND SAW HER CARRY IN SEVERAL SHOPPING BAGS FROM MACYS AND ELDER BEARMANS NOW WHAT COULD SHE BE BUYING FOR THE MOTEL AT THOSE PLACES GO TELL......BUT I DO BELIEVE MOTEL 6 SHOULD PAY THEIR HOUSEKEEPERS BETTER PAY TO DO THE JOB THEY ARE DOING ITS JUST NOT RIGHT.....KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK WEST VIRGINA KANAWHA CITY MOTEL 6 YOU GIRLS ARE DOING A GREAT JOB AND DESERVE ALOT MORE FOR YOUR EFFORTS.......

I sure wish I found these reviews before we booked a room on W. Patrick St. in Frederick, MD..as it turned out to be a real nightmare.. The rooms are outdated to say the least,rugs are worn,stained and smelly..had to leave in a hurry after we spotted a roach climbing on the desk...the outside of the motel also left a lot to be desired...It seems real sad to me that these motels have fallen into such bad conditions..It doesn't look like it's due to money problems,,as they seem to be doing a brisk business,,but for sure it will turn out to be a 1 and only 1 night stay.....we are going for a refund!!!!!!

wow-my complaints are so minor compared to what I have read-I expected a discount because Motel 6 was listed in the book that I picked up on the thruway, but the discount didn''t apply (so take your name out of the book)and my remote did not work properly. This was in MASS, thankfully far away from prostitutes and strippers, etc. Hotels charging less than the $99 I paid at least provide continental breakfast. And, yes, no clock radio. It did appear to be clean-I'm thankful for that. I learned from this quicky trip--never again.
