I have purchased many M Kors items, the style is usually impecable. However, the quality is poor and the sales staff and customer no service borders on criminal. I purchased a handbag for my wife for around 300 dollars and the stitching began unravelling after a month and when we brought it back to Macy's, although they were nice the clods at M Kors refused to fix the bag and made us jump through hoops and only Macy's gave us our money back for customer service, as M Kors would not. I guess we were supposed to accept paying three hundred dollars for poor quality workmanship. Just this week I went to the M Kors store itself at my local Mall, Westfarms in Farmington CT, and purchased a "leather" bag; very pretty and a bit large for my wife for our anniversary and because we have recently learned she is with child. It was a dual celebration gift, and although I got a gift receipt and the original receipt using my debit card, the store refused to return the money or let her buy another bag using the money (she learned the bag was not leather and was scratched, for an almost 400 dollar price tag!). Who in the devil do Michael Kors and his employees think they are? We do not buy his things because we are after a bargain at Job Lots, we want good quality goods and style. The style seems ok but repeated contacts with this franchise has proven the style to be ok and the product quality and customer no service to be absolute crap. Mr. Kors you will find higher end customers loyal until they feel they are being taken or mistreated by your arrogant staff. The Coach store at my mall is directly below yours, and Nordstrom's is nearby. Michael Kors product, service and staff attitude is more hot air than substance. Shame on all of you! Maybe you should sell at Gimbels.
I purchased a pair of Michael Kors flip flop sandels. I did not notice that the bottom of the sandels were made of very hard plastic. I put them on to take me kids somewhere and immediately slipped and fell on my hardwood stairs, causing me to fracture my tailbone. How can Michael Kors make shoes with this very slippery bottom?

I bought a micheal kors handbag from stein mart in metallic color the stupid bag started to bend and buckle the letters are tarnished. after i looked at it its a cheap knockoff sold at steinmart. shame on you micheal kors who ever you are selling poorly crafted work people spending money on your merchandise then we are disappointed!!
I am not surprised to see all these negative reviews for Micheal Kors. Absolutely horrible Customer Service....I purchased The Jet Set Tote from the Sherway store in Toronto, used it for maybe 1 month and the leather is peeling off. Since the colour of the purse is tan any colour of clothes that you wear transfer onto the purse. When I made a complaint at head office I was told that it is normal wear and tear. Really, after one month of use......absolutely ridiculous! They are all very nice and wanting to sell you their merchandise at store level but after that you're pretty much on your own! COACH is definitely where I will stay! They having amazing customer service and want to keep their customers happy! The Jet Set purse is garbage after 1 month. I fell that Michael Kors has stolen my money!!! BEWARE, BEWARE TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO PURCHASE THEIR GARBAGE!!!!!

I want to say Im surprised to see all these complaints, but Im not. I have loved MK for years, have clothes, bags, shoes and everything in between. I received a gold watch, only to have it fade after 5 to 6 weeks-I emailed customer service and was told to go to corporate. I emailed corporate and they couldnt even bother to respond! Its been 6 weeks, I wanted a new band for my watch and some buttons to an MK trench coat which fell off after a week and got silence in return. I will be writing a scathing complaint letter demanding a response, I suggest everyone else do as well

I purchased this watch on February 27th, 2012. I was super excited to finally own my Michael Kors watch little did I know now three months later that the Rose Gold color would fade. I am very disappointed in this product. Not only am I disappointed I feel as if I was lied to. This product is advertised as Sterling Silver. Sterling Silver should not tarnish so quickly, and if good care should not tarnish at all. I own many sterling silver items and NONE of them have tarnished thus far. This product was falsely advertised to me and I am greatly disappointed! I spent TWO HUNDRAD SEVENTY TWO DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENT on a watch that was supposed to be GREAT quality not IMITATION quality! I expect a full refund of my money or at the least another watched shipped to me.
I had received a watch for christmas. I went to put it on the other day and a number had fallen off. I emailed them and they said I needed a receipt for any kind of repairs. I explained that it was a gift and they said I could email customer service for complaints. i did and had not heard back.I JUST WANT MY WATCH FIIXED SO I CAN WEAR IT. I asked them the cost and how to order. NO ONE RESPONDS at the Corporate Office! IM SURE MICHAEL KORS WOULD BE PISSED. IT'S BEEN 2 WEEKS NOW!!!!!!!!!

If I could rate you a 0 ,I certainly would.Much to my dismay I purchased the grayson grey metallic large handbag at $348.00.The initials began to rub off on the bag..I should have read all of the reviews on line prior to ordering this bag.Therefore when I contacted corporate,I was informed I would have to send it back to their headquarters in which I have via certified receipt $12.00 later.I was informed I would then be contacted to the resolution.The resolution is only one thing as per all of the poor reviews I have read,is to send a brand new bag!It has been well over 1 week and I have not had anyone contact me back!!!I also unfortunately own the metallic pink one as well in which I will return due to the poor customer service in which I have endured from the beginning with this bag!!!I had initially ordered the pink bag on line and was informed that I would receive it within a certain time frame.When that did not occur,I called customer service and I was informed that it was"out of stock"and they had no idea when it would be in or would be shipped!!!!Was someone going to notify me???Maybe Mr Kor should go on the "undercover boss" show and observe what his employees are doing!Might help.I have spent alot of money between the bags and watches.All I received was,I am sorry,don't know why no one contacted you.When one spends close to $796.00 on 2 bags you would assume you might receive a discount or pay for the return of the bag at least.Thats customer service!!!

I purchased a bag for $386.00, after1 week i had to exchange the bag due to the thread coming undone. Then 2 weeks later i found out the bag had gone on sale for $286.00 when i went into the store to ask for a price adjustment i was told that they were not honering any price adjustments on that sale. Im not happy at all & i WASa major MK shopper. I feel taken advantage of. My husband is the CFO of a major company and i want all you unhappy consumers to know i will not let this go. I have the time & money to get the word out about this brand & how they treat there consumers.
