Paid almost 300.00 for phone in store not online sat. due in monday 2day wed pm and they are sorry for the inconvience but the shipping seems to be delayed.When will it be shipped or arrive lololol sorry for your @#%^&*( %^&* but we do NOT know that, u can go to HAHAHA corp store MAYBE they can help.No aplolgies when they took my money.WHAT BLIZZARD I DON'T KNOW ABOUT NO MAIL RUNNING.Have no idea when to expect shipment.Smartest company there is NO ONE PAST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER HAS TO DEAL W/AN ISSUE.The public cannot reach em.METROPCS SUCKS
On January 19th, I called *611 to have my account set up for auto pay. I spoke to Martha #13662 (I think, she couldn't pronounce her numbers very well either) who could not speak english to save her own life. She indicated that I could not set up auto pay because my physical address was incorrect (as if I don't know my own address)and that it didn't match my bank account. However, she was able to process a payment over the phone with the same credit card, using the same address. I then asked for information regarding roaming. When I posed the simple question of why my phone goes to "roaming" in a Metro PCS service area, she began to explain to me how to turn the roam feature on prior to driving into a non service area, but that Metro has 98% coverage of the United States. If that were true, the phone woudn't roam. In any case, when I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was left on hold for over 30 minutes. I then called again and spoke to operator #904889, who as well could speak just enough english to get by. When I asked for a supervisor, I was hung up on. Then to make matters worse, I receive a text message from Metro advising that a change to my account had been made and that if I didn't make the change to please call them. HELLO, HELLO, HELLO....if they don't speak english and you cannot reach a supervisor, how would one expect to resolve a problem? Great service....can't wait to spread the news to everyone I know...And like other crappy companies, Metro PCS will one day fail as well.

I went to the supposely "corporate store" in Clearwater on Missouri and I swear it was like romper room in there. Corporate store my a**. Employees cursing and using other foul language. Goodbye GetroPCS.

My daughter broke her phone and I tried to buy a replacement, although I moved from Florida to Missouri and still pay my bill faithfully like I have for 4 years, they cannot allow me to purchase a new phone and ship it to me. My service still works in Missouri, so why can they not ship a new phone to me? I am very upset with the phone reps, they are no help and you cannot understand anything they say on the phone. I am very upset that they can take my money for my service but cannot send me a phone because I am not in their area. I really liked Metros service but now I am starting to see that thats how they work. I am really disappointed.
You are a joke !! call yourself a business .I will bet that you have no idea about 99% of the problem your customers have to deal with when calling MetroPCS and your management team is useless cause they hide in big corporate offices and don't care one bit about about your customers ,cause the people that use Metro PCS are not of wealth and substance and therefor you can treat them like sh@t. Well I have news for you. I lost a whole day of business because I could not get to talk to the supervisor at metro pcs .when I asked the idiot who could hardly understand English never mind talk it that I wanted the supervisors name and number, I was put on hold for at least 20 min until I put the phone down cause it was obvious that he was not going to talk to me.I had no idea that I had no service as I had paid my phone online and had service when I tried to use my phone this morning for an emergency to call the police as there had been a break in and I was told I owe $5.64 because I changed a number and until I paid it they would not turn the phone on. ONCE AGAIN YOU ARE A JOKE .He wanted to charge me $3 to process a $5.64 charge to my credit card. I said screw you give me the supervisor .As I said he did not answer the phone .So I get home go online and try to pay $5.64 and it will not accept the payment because they only accept $10 min payment AS I WAS SAYING YOU ARE A JOKE!! How would you like me to pay this ???????
Dear Metro, I was trying to find out information about transferring phone numbers for my niece and upon asking question to the dealer, a young man, who was working 11/8/10 at the store on 8500 Bancroft Ave. Phone # 510-632-2588 at 130 pm. During the question asking I was inquiring about why they wanted my social security number if the account was in my nieces name. She is 19 years old. The rude young man kept saying "LOOK HONEY" "HONEY". I informed him I did not want to be called HONEY I was not his Honey, it was rude disrespectful and unprofessional. He hung up on me. I called back and said this is HONEY may I speak to the manager he said he was the manager and would not give me his name and basically told me to go FUCK MYSELF. This is why Metro is called GHETRO as in Ghetto. Needless to say I will not do business with your company ever and I will encourage everyone I know to do the same. I am also going to file a complaint with the BBB and report this behavior to the owner of the franchise. My luck he is the owners son. I know this my seem like over kill but this punk is representing your company name and giving it a bad name to boot. I hope this punk gets fired, even though I am sure no one even cares.
Metro Pcs is worthless..... I have checked my MyMetro for the past week and it stated that my bill was only 62cent. I figure this must be an erro so I go to the authorized dealer to try and find out if this was accurate and to go ahead and pay the 62 cents. He states that his records show that my bill is 45.62 and that its due tomorrow Feb 11th however when I pulled up my information on my phone it still reflected the 62 cent charge. He gives me the number to customer service and the two idiots I spoke with gave me the run around and stated that I would have to go to the corporate office which is 2 hours away from me in order to try and get the situation resolved.. lets just say that I'm beyond ready to terminate my service and stick the " Hello, Hello, Hello" up metros @*$ and ask them " Can you hear me now!!!!!!!!"
