Wrong line mad as hell and cant take anymore

On 5/10/2011. I called customer service (611) and told them about my issus with a family plan I had. My and my ex got a family plan on 4/20/2011. I cancelled the plan on 5/10/2011. I already paid $45 for the plan and $25 for the activaction. My bill is due on 5/13/2011 of $50. My problem is. I already paid $45 but only use the phone for 2 weeks. Only half of a month. Now they want me to pay $51.98 for my other phone. This makes no sense at all. I was told on 5/10/2011 that they would take half off my bill to make up for the other 2 weeks that I didnt have the other phone in use. Now they are saying they can't do that. Why? The phone has been cancelled and not in use and was only used for 2 weeks. But i was promised they were going to take half off. Now in 2 weeks I had to pay, $45 for a new line, $25 for a activation plus $51.98 for my other line. Thats $121.98 in 2 weeks. That is stupied. They dont even have plans that high. Not even for a family plan. My case number is 1618486. I have been a member for over 2 yrs. Never had a problem before but all they want is their money yet, When some of us are hurting for money. They cant help us when we are helping them. The 2 ladies on the phone were very helpful but the guy wasnt. I was also charged $1.98 cause the lady changed my plan by mistake and when I went to change it to the way I had it at the start. They charged me $1.98 for changing the plan. Whats the Deal Metro? You cant help out when we are paying you guys? That is very rude. I think im gonna cancel my plan and go to sprint. They are only $69 a month and have unlimited everything. Plus they are 10x more helpful. Thanks Metro

Wow...I almost went and bought myself and my 6 employees cell phones and plans. I have spent the better part of the day reading many reviews from all different sites and I'm glad. I have come across 3..just 3 good reviews on MetroPCS and hundreds of terrible ones. I have to say...apparently customer service, poor phone quality and coverage are taking them down. I'm sticking with Sprint. Pay more monthly but I have GREAT customer service.

This has got to be the most ridiculous technical customer service on the planet. I was able to get a signal for our service for 2 years no problem, then all of a sudden we were not able to get a signal in our area any more. We could get it in the surrounding area but not within approxiamately 40 feet of our address location I called had phones tested over and over again a period of like 2 mos. No one wants to come out to see what the hell is going on!

This is the WORST phone company, or just company in general, that I have EVER had to ATTEMPT to deal with. I was hung up on 3 times, put on permanent hold, and told that there was no place to leave a complaint. I am very level headed and patient and spoke to the representatives with the utmost respect. I am offended and angry that anyone could treat their customers with such disrespect! I was calling to help a friend switch a phone. It is a DARN good thing I did not have an account with them because I would have cancelled it and never looked back. It is sick that they can treat people like this and get away with it because of their "low prices." Business's that run like this are why U.S. economy sucks. If someone reading this is contemplating opening an account with MetroPCS, DON'T DO IT! Save yourself the frustration and terrible service.

I bought a phone here in dallas and i did the rebate just like they told me to and it was posted next to the phone now yall are saying i cant get my rebate because i bought the phone a day before the rebate started i fall that false advertisement and i will be reporting yall to bbb yall are in the wrong for that

metro, i recieved a free headset cupon with my phone. and every where i go they dont have them. i have beeen trying to get my head set for 5 months

Metro is a bunch of crap, the service sucks, the phones suck and to top it off they charged my debit card twice and claim they didn't even though I have proof. Told me it could take up to six weeks for the problem to get fixed. I'm sick of this company and I would not recommend anyone to get a plan with metro. I've been a customer of metro Piece of Crap Service for 5 yrs. same phone number outstanding client. seems when you do have a problem or situation with your phone and you call their number the only thing they are interested in is how your going to pay your bill!! they do not give you the option to speak to a live voice its ALL about payment!!! WHEN I finnally do get through a live voice there seems to be anyone who is english speaking...By the way when you do get a live voice ask them where they are located...very rarely are they located in the US. One would think that Metro would value their loyal customers but it is obviouse they do not.

I have had Metro PCS for almost 10 years now. I guess I just like torture. I spent two fickin hours in a corporate store off of Steve Reynolds in Duluth GA. While this one associate blew up in my face because I told her that the problem was not what she was looking for because I had been through the same problem time in again. I said. "There was one guy there that was smart enough the find the problem." I swear she almost cursed me out.I am done with Torture. Metro PCS sell your stocks and the company before the liability out weigh your income.

anyone with the LG banter which has been having duplicating texts for me over 7 weeks, should consider filing a small claims plaint! you dont need a lawyer. metropcs is a sham and tkaing millions of users money! i will be filing one to get back MY phone's value since they can't exchange it.

No idea what you are all talking about. Yeah I admit the customer service is flaky, but getting much better. I spend $45 per month and I get unlimited voice, text, internet and loop. I also have unlimited turn by turn and I bought a blackberry. The service is amazing for what you pay cannot beat it.

I switched my service on Feb 12th from AT&T. There was a several day delay in porting my number which resulted in me missing out on my text messages and important phone calls. No credit given. Yesterday noone was able to contact me by phone due to metro's network being down and I called to get my adjustment and none was given. I downloaded a ring tone and paid $2.49 and it didnt download, I was advised to pay an additional $20 a month so this one ring tone can work. I have contacted BBB in my area to get back all the money I put in and I will be filing a consumer complaint.

The number you have listed above is not a corporate number and you know that! Metro PCS is a joke and all they are doing is taking people's money.Shame on eCorporations for even having this up there. If you are not going to give out correct information-don't give any at all!

a simple suggestion to metro.... on your customer service line how about days & time of operation of stores... called corporate my store location and was told all reps are busy and to try and call another time "standard operation procedure" never was put through to a rep,and never will be I found out. GREED is always the start and fall of business

Im disappointed in your service, I brought your optimus lg phone on the 14th of feb and I didnt like the keypad for texting, their to small , so I went to your corp syore on 8 mile in Detroit on the 17th of febuarj after trying to get tje hang of it to upgrade to the 4g with yje keybsord and pay the difgerrnve nut your employees turned me away saying I have more then an hoit of talk so I coulfny do that and they coulfny explan to me I wasnt told that I have 7 days or a hour of tslk to return fot an exchange just I shouldhve brought yhe phone from them and they would have told me so I could sell my phone and purches a nee w one was my only options,. So I like it if u could contect me at 313-425-1727 to help rectify the problem because I have a $261.00 phone and dont want it all iwant is the phone with the texting pad and ill pay the difference . Thinking about bad customer service, think about Metropcs they are champion. As a matter of fact,There is a store on Miami Gardens and florida where manager and employee specially that stupid employee called Catricia is the worst place to even pay.

I went to start up a plan with me and my fiance 2/10/2011. Let me tell you were in and out within 10 minutes, we didn't think anything of it. Next day, i decided to get an exchange on my phone because the "store manager" over at the location on 12 w main st in freehold nj told us we could. so i went in and he kept telling me i couldnt because its the rules. he was very rude not only to me but to my fiance as well when she tried to call in and straighten everything out. he told us if we didn't like the "rules" then we can both return our phones and go somewhere else. he also told my fiance over the phone that he could read the receipt to her being that the "agreement" we discussed was that we could only return the phone we couldn't make an exchange. so he proceeded to tell her would you like me to read the receipt to you being that you cant read. i have never been so poorly treated from any company in my history of purchasing cellphones and customer service. something should be done about this specific location because as a paying customer that's not fair to us. we put out money thinking we were going to get out of the loop hole we had with our previous company and i feel like were right back where we started with a brand new company. I HAVE NEVER heard of NOT being able to exchange a phone. COMPLETE B.S.
