I have not had service in california redondo beach for 3 days!!! I have called the customer service line which has been of no help the 14st day they told me that they need 20 complaints before they can do anything. I called my dealer they are telling him the same thing poor guy he has been trying to get help for 3 days also. Wow guess the corporste office doesn't even care about the people selling there product let alone the customers. Bye Metro on to Boost

Ok I have a Verizon iPhone 4 and want to flash it to metro well I call customer service and told me that I can be flash but I just have to take it to a corporate store... Well before I did went up there I call other metro store around my location to see if it possible to flash my iPhone well they said metro don't do flashing anymore so how come did customer service said I could but metro store telling me I can't ....please help me

Example: I will be involved with every aspect of my business, because I know that not every part will have good business practices, and that will hurt me in the long run. So, you could forget about authorize dealers selling my phones, because they often don't care about my customers. And you can be due the makers of my phone will be dealing with me first To ensure that customers are getting what they pay for. Customer service will be highly trained, and checked on often to ensure that they are helping customers instead of lying to them. Yes, a truly good cellphone carrier would be Handson in all aspects of their business or they will fail.

So you put ALL your credit card, address, telephone, and email on all the metro site to pay your bill and then once you hit continue that's it!! You dont get any notification of any sort!!???!!! WTF IS THIS...and oh my payment is suppose to go through within 2 hours!!! Clearly it took my info and then your support office is going to tell me to call me back in after 2 hrs if its not working by then!!! REALLY WTF IS THIS TO YOU ALL?! I dont even know if i will continue to have this service after this...I dont believe throwing all your information out there, let alone your money is okay and then to not even get a response of any kind afterwards!! Oh and i got online to PAY it so i could USE MY PHONE within minutes time obviously,not everyone has phones to call back after your so called two hours is up of waiting for this BS nonsense..And if i find out we get charged twice cause of this sh*t, best believe one of you all customer service reps that aint worth a f'n thing will be hearin from to yell at you and get this straight..like a comment before its hard enough to get through to you all to even get any service!! Have the best phone, and the most expensive package. I think they deliberately slow down my data, and when I complain that I cannot view videos, the best they can do is apologize. It is their responsibility to ensure that " coveraged area" means we can use the purchased phones without data problems, etc. Don't understand why people want to work for crooks. They so often and easily jump on the apathetic bandwagon, while their employer rips off slews of people, and at the same time depriving then of this pleasurable technology. This is my last month at metro down here in south Florida. I am giving up cell phone service afterwards, because as much as I love the technology, I know that my next carrier plagued with ignorant, foolish employees will have total control over my pleasure, and will probably jealously mess with my service, and rip me off again.
Read the Fine Print on everything...nothing you can with any fine print...they got you and your at the mercy of the the Big Corporations that make there money and that's what it's all about....Good Luck America good luck to me too, Old school ways are over...plus there's not one reliable company out there ..NEXTEL was the best back in the day . Hey im a big fan of metro.pcs and i do have a metro phone but the reason why im complaining is that my phone bill came out to be pretty high and i called them & they said i had downloaded a payed app which i didnt snd they chsrging me for it i usually pay $50 something like nomal and my bill is 93.17 and i dont know what im going to do because i didnt pay any payef apps can you pleaze take that off my account and let me please pay my regular bill :( thank you
I think what kills me is that so many people mis-interpret situations with not just metro, but with other phone companies and at large in the marketplace. No phone company builds the phones. Each company does extensive testing and trials with real people before launching. Much like the warning labels on medicine that state "may cause liver damage, vomiting, death, etc" are possible, the chances are so low it's like your odds of a meteor strike in your living room while you are eating dinner. If you get bad signal, dropped calls, intermittant speed degredation, there are probably interfering factors. Analogy: Pizza boy delivers to you later than the 30 minutes as promised. Do you call him out and blame him? Does he have any reason to intentionally be late.. no much the contrary. Do you think the pizza store wants you unhappy and complaining, not tipping their drivers and not ordering in the future? Of course not. Phone companies are the same. They do their best. The provide tons of information, which 99% of everyone ignores. You get like 4 books of information with any phone you ever purchase anywhere. Do you read those cover to cover? (guessing the answer is no). Do you really read and digest terms and conditions? (again guessing a big no). There are letters, phone calls, text messages and more that are communicated to users in a continuous flow. Perhaps some do not reach their end user, but certainly other than death and taxes is on a percentage basis. Companies play the odds and try to do right by the most people in the best ways. "You cannot please all the people all the time." You have a right to be upset that things go wrong- whether some of those are self-inflicted or due to a company or other source. Rather than casting blame, take dilligent time to consider the issues and make informed choices..up front and after use and anaylsis. As an aside, in reading all the complaints (which is virtually all any blog or site contains), all phone companies get the same issues listed here. Google verizon, sprint, at & t, t-mobile for yourself. Don't take my word- or anyone else's. Take some personal responsiblity and find out for yourself.
your system ----- I have been 2 days trying to get help with my problem I kept going in circles every person I have talk to gives me a number and unable to actually talk to a live person to fine out why my grandsons's phone is being turned off. Than they told me cause of in an out of roaming area. I had talked to my son and he lives in Madera California which shouldn't be in an outside roaming area. I am trying to keep this phone from getting turned off. How can I proceed from this happening in proccess to make his payment but not paying until I find out what is going on if the phone is going to be turned off. You got a low rating as of today 7/26/12. Because as of today for the second time in a row, Your so-called billing machine malfunctioned again claiming that the cell phone bill has not been paid. That is a lie & I have a credit card bill from my fiance's parents & her that it has been paid on automatic payment. The credit card bill doesn't lie! My phone was shut off by your company because of this error. Could you please either fix the machine or throw it away & get a brand new one? I need this phone for work! I also need to keep in touch with my fiance' & her family & my family!
Ever since I have had this phone, nothing but problems with reception, billing. Stinks to high heaven. I should have stayed with T-Mobile people there were very courteous & helpful to me when I had a problem & did not hear no excuses. You cannot keep promises that sends a bad message to the public. This is the third time my cell phone has been disconnected with the excuse that your billing machine claims that the bill wasn't paid & my fiance's credit shows that it has. What kind of place is this?! I am considering switching over to another company if this keeps happening WOULD YOU LIKE TO LOSE A VALUED CUSTOMER OVER THIS! Think about it?! I need this phone for work & family! Keep disconnecting my phone once a month & watch me & other customers walk away! I will stay if this problem is resolved & never happens again unless I am DECEASED! Wait until I die before you disconnect my cell phone please in order to keep your jobs! I am very angry at you about this! My future father-in-law is coming down to your East Brunswick store to complain this, & he is no one to mess with he is more angry than I am!
man metro sucks! i just made a payment like two days ago and now my phone is off! off? like i shouldn't have to pay another 50 dollars to put it back on because they say it went towards a month of service i never had!!!! bs! you know what i say? metro needs better customer service.. and better phone quality if your paying for a specific thing per month then their should be no issues with anything that your paying for. enough said.
Metro PCS is commiting a crime in the state of California and I hope that the authorities investigate this company ASAP. They are entering into financial contacts with minors. Meaning that they are providing minors, against their parent's wishes, with cell phones. On top of that, they teach minors to place maximum security passwords on their accounts so that their cell phones cannot be shut down by their parents. My daughter continually disappears and when she was in my Verizon family account, I could track her where-a-bouts. With metro pcs, when my daughter leaves I don't know who she is with or where she is going. As a parent, I have no rights with metro pcs. When I speak with their customer services, they will not provide me with any information concerning who owns this company or where this company is located so that I can get some help to shut my daughter's phone down before something terrible happens to her. If you read this message and you think that you can help me to get my daughter's phone shut down or to get metro's policy changed concerning giving phones to minor children, please help.
Lets start with the note. No affiliations with Corp . really! They switch your plans and you have a family plan charge you a $15 over what oh normally. pay but no one can tell you why or who change it? Ask for Corp # and get disconnect five times. Calling BBB Here in my area. This is done to all who don't have time to call and end up over paying times that for hundreds customers! Going back to T-Mobile FYI pull up perspectives and stocks! And you wounder why they don't speak English? All familiesudropping them !!!!!!!
This is crazy, can't even access the internet from my phone. I'd give it a rating of negative 50 if i could. My messages are either delayed or undelivered, and the customer care is like talking to a rag doll. And these dumb ads keep popping up -___-
I am so upset with the Metropcs store in North Venice,Fla. They are theives and liars!!! I bought a super crappy phone there and returned it 30 minutes later and they wouldn't issue me a credit slip. I tried to dispute it with my credit card company; They told my credit card company the $80.24 was an activation fee. I am calling the Better Business Bureau on them tomorrow morning.
I am calling the BBB on them first thing in the morning. The North Venice,Fla. store are theives and liars. I returned a phone 30 minutes later after purchasing it. They took it back but wouldn't issue me a credit. My credit card statement showed an $80.24 charge. I tried to dispute it and they told them the $80.24 was an activation charge. I am sick of these theives and switching carriers tomorrow
Google "Why does my Android phone keep shutting off?" and you will see all the forums full of complaints about Android phones malfunctioning after only 2 or 3 months of use. If you want a free replacement, you have to put up with the phone repeatedly shutting off, for a MONTH! Otherwise, they want to charge you to replace their defective phone (?) How is THAT fair !? What a ripoff. I had to replace my phone, waited a week for a new phone...and the new one is more dysfunctional than the one I gave back to them ! Several brands of Android phones have the same problem of randomly shutting off. The problem is, you are paying full monthly fees for service that these phones can't consistantly provide. What a crock of s**t !!!!
