bought a self propelled push mower mowed lawn 1 time and it blew up bought a warranty 3 yr when i got mower told me there was no oil in the mower so they are not going to take care of the problem I have been working on cars and motorcycle's all my life im not that stupid of course theres no oil in it it blew it all out through the hole in the motor all over the yard this is the Lowe's store in Savannah Tn .

My appliance broke. Seats came to fix it. They couldn't. They have be a certificate worth $100 off an appliance if I purchased it from Sears obviously. Lowes would not accept or match the same deal. The coupon certificate was printed on sears paper at sears checkout with dates. Lowes is okay but not exactly without blame in the "read the fine print" game.

I was in the kitchen dept on 3/28 @ 10 am at their Hadley, MA store. I saw their staff come and go, but no-one stopped to ask to assist me after "browsing: for over 30 minutes. I called the store twice on 3/29 and left my name & phone number with their kitchen dept- no one called me back. Later on 3/29 I faxed a request for a price quote on a vanity and wall cabinet. It's been 2 days with no reply. It's my first, and last, experience in shopping at their store. Their service is not acceptable to me. It is too bad, as I am also in the market to do a complete kitchen make-over this spring.

as a lowes employee, it is not a safe place to work. store manager opens the doors before we supposed to be open while the money is out of registers being counted..looking to get robbed. other managers driving a forklift without a spotter, are u kidding me..? but they disapline people for the same act they have done. what are your thoughts?

Store in Pompano Beach Fl , Federal Hwy and Copans Rd. I went in for a new light bulb. Saw a man in that dept, he ignored me, I said good morning teice and was ignored. I asked about a specific bulb and he motioned toward a shelf and said they are all there and walked out of the isle. GG TO Home Depot, you'll get more respect. When you try to send in your complaint they make you work your butt off. Stupid site.

Can we please have a higher employee discount than 10 percent. I think that would give our stocks a boost. Maybe lowes can offer better discounts to everyone. have a lowes extravaganza spring sale. bought a gas range no problem until I was told someone would call me between 7pm and 9pm to schedule a 4 hour time to deliver no call, called the store the next morning was told someone would call be back that they were calling the delivery company no call back called 2 more times nothing, called the store manager Mike her still didnt get an answer. Dont buy anything from lowes they promise but dont deliver. I called corp. to complain they were helpful but lets see what happen. In california they are required to give a 4 hour time frame to deliver and if they dont you can sue for 500.00 and win because of this law guess im going to start that process. I was in lowes in Sumter and needed paint colors. Ms. Denise helped me decide on colors and educated on me on the different styles of paint and the options that are available. She was able to get all my supplies while there and we expanded out paint selection to other rooms of the house. When you have someone as her helping customers, she was willing to give ideas and to accent the room with lowes items. Knowing that I can get everything i need and suggestions from her through the week, enables me to start more projects with the confidence that she gave me.

dont recommend anyone to work for lowes .. they have no consideration for single parents.. even with employees kids in hospital and have drs excuse why off. then get fired after being employed there for a year.. working extra hours. filling in at last minute ,, catching shoppers stealing thousands of dollars of merchandise. and that is how they reward their employees..

The Lowe's on Phillips Highway in Jacksonville, Florida is such a blessing! I am a Master Gardener and volunteer at a local elementary school. We raise vegetables in the garden and are starting a butterfly garden in another area. Jason and Cathy have been so helpful. They have given the school deep discounts for our plants. They go out of their way to help me every time I go there, which is at least twice a week. We wouldn't be able to have our nice gardens without them.

It was advertised on t.v. that lowes had a flower roll, something like rolled sod. You roll it out and water it and flowers grow. I checked lowes in California, they told me to go to home depot, I did, they said go to lowes. Where is the flower roll to purchase?

I have called Lowes Copr. several time. It is always the same, some one from senior management will call. My issue, the store in SOuthern Pines, NC looks like a dog show. Everyone brings in their dogs. I have allergies to dogs. What if I get cart that had a dog in it... to the hospital I will go .. dogs so not belong in the store. I can see a seeing eye dog or other medical reason dog. I will not go to that store again.

I am so fed up with the Lowe's Hardware/Lumber here in my area! This is March 2013 and in the last 3 months I have spent over $5,000.00 and every time I have gotten the run around, defective products, or just don't recieve what I ordered! On Lowes web page they show products that are no longer avaliable. I have tried to order malamime to make my concrete counter tops and they told me they had it in store but when I got to the store they said they ddn't have the product, so I call and go online to order this product and they tell me it would cost too much to deliver to the store closest to me so I couldn't get this product. Why can't Low's pay to ship from one store to another due to cost but they sure don't care to charge their costumers for delivery! I was even willing to pay the delivery charge but I was told they couldn't delivere. When you go to Lowe's Hardware/Lumber you get the run around and NEVER get what you order! I made a purchase 2 weeks ago and still haven't recieved my items! They items I am waiting on cost $870.00 some odd dollars. Wish there were a Home Depot in my area because I would no longer deal with Lowe's!

The Lowes in Winterville NC has a race problem, the management treat the employees so bad, also The other employees treat the white employees bad, Everyone needs a job, not want one . You people go the church and say you love GOD, I don't think so. Remember MLK said everyone should be treated the same. So what is wrong with you people.

I bought two items at Lowe's on an 18 month no interest plan totaling $2400. I paid a nominal fee in excess of my requirement online for six months. Then I attempted to change my password and I was cut off. I spent two weeks attempting to get it right and at no time would they provide me with relief. I finally decided to pay the entire bill so that I would not have to deal with Lowe's Credit ever again. However, I will also not return to their store. They just made me a new Home Depot customer.

I will never go back to a Lowes Hardware Store. I had an issue with an online delivery. The manager was helping me place my order and told me it would arrive online, 3 weeks later I had to call to check on the status and I find out that it has been discontinued for a while. The associate was awesome and very sympathetic, the manager refused take credit that he was the one that helped me and said that these things happen in a business, its just business. I will NEVER step foot in another Lowes!!!!

Since January of 2012 I have had two different washers and three dryers made by Whirlpool/ Maytag. The front load Maytag blew the main seal two weeks or less after a technician told me the violent shaking was fine. I then purchased a more expensive Whirlpool Cabrio washer and dryer and after about three months the heaters? came loose and the tech recommended replacing the dryer. Both were replaced and I continue to have problems with the dryer as the sensing light continues to come on for the vent! Whirlpool continues to say it is a fire hazhard and needs a rigid vent Lowes says no it can be a flexible vent when I purchased the pair the Lowes store told me they were rated 5 they are rated two and I would not touch another whirlpool product!

I have made 4-5 phone calls to try to speak with Mr John Simpkins about a claim on my car damage. No return calls have been made to me about this but he did leave his name and number. I can see why your ratings and complaints are so low as your staff makes no attempt to contact customers with a complaint.

lowes in avondale pa. was excellant. went downhill quickly.pays new employees more than ones that trained them.does not work with people in college and gives rotating schedules so unable to get part time jobs when they cut hours. service is bad because employees are screwed over and begin not caring.check your management.
