no one answer my call

I placed a special order at lowes at white marsh md and I made several attempts to contact them through telephone trying to find out the status of it but they pick up phone and hang up right away...I should never buy anything at lowes because this ridiculous,,,,,,i made about 100 calls for the last 3 days .....but yet no one wants to to pick up the phone and talk

I just been informed via an e-mail that Lowe's will be selling door mats with our Nations Flag printed on it.Unless they stop any such sale immediately I will no longer patronize them.Who ever is responsible for such a disrespectful idea should be reprimanded at the least.What an insult to those who made the ultimate sacrifice.Lowe's is a good company.Don't let this destroy your reputation.

I am not sure if my first review went through so I will repeat!! All of the negative reviews are so true! Save yourself stress and aggravation, and stay away from Lowe's. They just want your money and you are on your own. 30 or more phone calls, missed days of work for "no show " service people, and a 1000 excuses. My Washing machine of six months does not work and I am a single mother, who has to eat $485.00 because I can not take it anymore; they beat me down.!!!

bad service

cannot get any help and when you do went into Lowes figure out my sprinkler system and could not find me that enough on what products I needed for that the yard that I had in what I want to do or even if there was a thought that I could get to help me out. ended up going to Home Depot within a half hour I had everything I needed and walked out of the store with great service and recommendations

liers that work for LOWES

i have too much to say i need a lot of time. lowes employes have told new workers to watch out for these two ,a girl and a guy ,whitch happen to be me and my wife they told this new employe we are theifs we steel and change price tags. little did they know they were talking to a good friend of mine so i have proof. also i have other workers that have told me the same things and if needed i can get them to tell anybody the same things i am telling you rite now and dont think that i dont have even moore proof and moore people that have worked and still work at LOWES. so if anybody wants to call me on this you better think again because i will make fools out of anybody that thinks that one word of what i say is not true

Consumet

I think lowes discriminated because I'm a veteran and either you have to be retired or have a photo I.d and that's not right when I show them my VFW and American Legion cards and those don't qualify. I did my time honorably and they won't acknowledge what I have earned; it's not right. Not sure what to rate you but want to be fair about it though.

Does anybody at Lowes Care?

I tried to buy a Weber grill at the Lowes in Orangeburg NY. I waited for the sales person to be finished with a customer, but before I could ask him for help the manager walked over with a man who had just come in and told the salesman to help him with a grill. I told the manager that I had been waiting but his answer was basically too bad and he walked away. I left the store and will not be returning anytime soon. I can buy the grill somewhere else. When I called the store to talk to another manager he also did not care. This is not the first time I have had customer service issues with this Lowes but I can tell you that it is the last.

Windows Installation

I recently bought windows from your store in which I received very poor service. I have called the store serveral times but no one has returned my calls.The installer left nails sticking out of the wood, glue and paper on the windows. I have used you many times over the past years and your service was very good but I will not bother again. I will not recommend the store in Tuscaloosa, AL to anyone.

problem

My husband just came back from Lowes store in Crossville, TN and he had such a problem that I am about to cancel my order of over 1,000.00 for counter tops. I understand that "everything is computerized" now, but what happens when the information is wrong and not up to date? Please call my husband or I ASAP since the store says "they can't do anything, it has to be done at CORPORATE. Well, CORPORATE, please call me. I am not putting my phone number here, but you can call the store in Crossville and ask for it. This is URGENT.

Ignoring Customers

I went to Lowes at Missouri City,TX. I walked around for an hour and went to all departments inside and outside. Not a single salesperson approached me and asked if I needed help with anything. Lousy customer service.

Fabulous service

The Hoover store helped me get 2 pallets of black mulch to my lake house 40 miles away. The. 3 employees gave great service, order delivered on time. Love this Lowe's store !

Terrible delivery service

The store in Hartsville sc promised that our patio pavers where being delivered first thing Saturday morning. After hiring 3 guys to put the patio in and waiting until 12:00 we called to check on the delivery! No one had a clue and everyone kept saying it will be there in a hour. 2:30 it is now and we are at lowes watching them finally load the pavers. Terrible customer service!!!

They say they are an equal opportunity leader when it comes to jobs and hiring people. I have been trying to apply to Lowe's a lot and plus I have worked with them before but it came down to going back to school and getting a degree. They will not hire me anymore even though I have experience in a lot of their departments. I feel that Lowe's is an unfair work environment.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a brand new riding mower. Just over a year ago, was told 24 months no interest. Well, year later got hit with interest. They said they don't offer 24 months. Had to get a manager involved. Had to argue fight to get them to do something. I waited at the front of the store for 30 minutes before a manager would come. My brand new tractor wore out the front tire after 50hr of use. They are only willing to pay the $210 of the $462.38. This is what they think is customer service. You spend $2,000 on a nice tractor, you can expect to wait 30 minutes to talk to a store manger. Plus we aren't going to fix only pay some. I am still fighting and am going to post every where. Pictures, facebook, youtube, action 9 next.

managers bonus

I have recently found out that the lack of people in some departments like appliances in Lewes DE call at 8 AM and your told no one will be in until 10:00 or they put some one on the phone who has no Idea about appliances, or you stand and wait for 1/2 hour because only one person working Why store manager gets bigger bonus at end of year and she is very rude its not about the customer any more its about the bonus.

Today, April 19th I visited the Lowe's on Bridge Street, Weymouth, Ma. During my visit I picked up a leaf blower and assorted hose connections that amounted to $116.88 At the checkout, I produced my driver's license and a personal check from my bank. The assistant said some company "Certigy" rejected the check. My balance was in excess of $20,000 and I was told to contact my own bank. It was humiliating to me to have my credit standing (perfect) questioned. I did have $300 in cash on my person, but for other purposes and I was determined not to purchase what I had at the register. I was given my check back and I departed the store. I had purchased a lawn tractor from Lowe's 7 yrs ago and had intentions to replace it possibly before the summer. I will not be purchasing it at Lowe's, that is for certain. Lowe's lost me as a customer.
