This Long Johns Sucks they can't get any of the orders right . I drive across town to go there spend 50 dollars go home think n I'm go n to sit down with my family and eat then you notice half your foods missing along with ur drinks... Really come on so you spend the next 15 mins try n to call them and the phone busy... So you get in the car to drive back over there to get the rest if ur order head home get there and guess what? Your 50 dollars worth of food is cold! Give me a break but there is a upside haha the manager wants to make ur medium drink a large! What a guy! Give me a break. I will never return to the Moore long Johns they are a joke and won't be getting anymore I'd my hard earned dollars!

I personally never liked Long John Silvers... However, that being said I love going. I live in central W.Va. and spend all day driving. I visit a couple differant stores to pick up dnner for my husband, I see a manager named Erica at two of them. She works at three, and doesnt get overtime because of differant companies, yet is alwasy happy to serve me. She is very friendly... I wish you guys would appriciate the good workers you have like her. I only go in if I see her car, I know if she is there her crew will be professional and the food will be great. Please, she deserves a raise.

Your Long John Silvers/KFC, store in Bucyrus,Ohio is very poor representation of your product. My family are fans of your fish and chicken, but we very seldom patronize this store because the staff does not know the proper way to deep fry without burning the fish. We have dined there dozens of times and it is the same every time. You can see into the kitchen where the fryers are and the oil is always black and smells burnt, it is also smoking from being too hot. The fish always comes out burned and the edges are cooked so hard that it is immpossible to eat. I have complained to the store manager about this several times and nothing is done about it. I have also complained to district managers and was told by the store manager that no other managers are allowed to interfere with the way they run their business, in other words to but out, if we don't like their product go somewhere else, which we do. When we want Long John Silvers I will drive the 30 miles to Mansfield,OH or 25 miles to Marion,OH. to get good food prepared the way it is supposed to be. So I suggest you look into the way this Bucyrus store is being run. Thank You for letting me vent about the terrible product this store puts out.

Disapointed patron. We eat at Long John Silvers at least twice a week manily because of the two dollar off coupon, it hase recently changed to one dollar off and the price went up, so esentially it is back to no deal. LJS in Wichita Falls, TX does not pay their bills to contract laborers. Land scaping and lawn service were hired but not paid, excuse after excuse. Now the manager says he's waiting on corporate to pay him so he can pay for contract on lawn service performed 3 months ago. How is it that the corporate headquarters does not monitor this site?

Long John Silvers(Fern Park, Fla) just lost another customer. I've gone there three times this past month and each time I've gotten home they've left something off of my order. First time, I ordered two pieces of fish, got home, only one piece of fish, the second time, no fries which we're supposed to be included in the order. This third and final time, no cole slaw. They told me it would take 5 minutes for my order, I said no problem, and they still screwed it up! For me to go there it's a 10 mile round trip. Should I check my order before I got home, probably, but how hard is it to put food in a bag?? No more, I'm done, your company sux!

I wrote a complaint today (7/21/12)regarding the Fern Park, Florida Long John Silvers messing up my order the past three times, in the past three visits. I called the manager (Teresa)to nicely tell her they're need to step it up and she profusely apologized. I told her I wouldn't be back and she said " I understand 3 strikes we're out but I'd like to make up for it". You have a good manager in Teresa.

Wish there was a negative star rating..The store in Lawrence, KS is horrible. The staff is rude, I asked a question and was basically told that the menu could not be changed, even for a special diet. We have tried this restaurant a couple of times thinking it may have just been the staff..but the food is horrible, ordered 3 pieces of fish and only got 2 1/2..tartar sauce was old and tasted sour..when leaving the drive thru person acted like I had put her out because she had to wait on the window. WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I miss the store at Galloway in Mesquite Tx. However I just travel a little way further to TownEast location.Fish is awsome....

I went through the drive thru at a local long john silvers here in Williamsburg, VA. The only one i believe. The food was horrible and the drive thru employee did not even ensure my order was correct before giving it to be through drive thru. I am not going to call them because Im sick of unsatisfactory service. If i pay for it i shouldnt have to be on them to get what i ordered. I dont know whats happened to this franchise, but maybe you should consider hiring a different caliber of employees.

Ok that we were forgotten after placing our order, these things happen right? After placing our order we watched and waited as customers come and place their order and leave with it. we finally spoke up and found out we were forgotten. no problem, this could happen, human error, I wouldn't normally bother making a complaint. But my big bad was when I went to the lady's room and had to wait several minutes for an employee (the mangager i think) to come out from smoking a cigerette in there. This is suppose to be a smoke free state and I have asthma. SO I figure I gotta go bad enough I thought I could hold my breath long enough but that was a mistake and I had a bad coughing attack. I was shaking and near passing out when I came out still hacking uncontrollably and I see the same employee look at me and turn away, no offer of assitance from any employee, I went out to the parking lot until I could get control and left with a terrible headache. this was the chambersburg Pa LJS and my last time ever going there. Very unproffessional all the way around.
