I live in maricopa Arizona and the long John in this town is the worst the young women whom says shes a manager gave me horrible service. All I wanted way my correct order but instead of hearing me out and maybe saying she was sorry just was plan unprofessional. I have never been so upset!

You messed up dramatically when you changed your batter. Fish is too wet and batter is bland. Used to be sweet. Not crispy any longer. Shame on you.

I just had a horrible experience at store #31759 Woodbridge, VA. I am diabetic first of all. When I pulled up to the drive thru speaker I asked if they had un-sweet iced tea. The girl said yes. When I received my iced tea,,I did not taste it until I pulled away. IT WAS SWEET. So I drive thru GAIN. (This Has taken 18 more minutes because another person was in line it is so slow there they cook to order)When I get up to the window for the second time,,I hand back the sweet tea and tell the girl (Cassey's her name)this is sweet, I asked for un-sweet. She tells me they don't carry un-sweet.I remind her that I'd asked before I ordered.."OH, I thought you said sweet" by this time the girl has a bad attitude. I told her to just give me my money back. She says she has to have the receipt before she can give me my $$ back.Mind you she already has the product returned. We're talking $1.80+.. I can't find the receipt, I just had a manicure..they are wet..I tell the girl I can't find it(if I ever got one??)she gets real snotty with me..I told her I was not leaving unless I got my money..finally another lady comes over and gives me the money.....I have been going to the restaurant for the last 20 years! This will be my last experience with them. I asked for the district managers number...they told me they can't give it out, but if I wanted to complain I could come in on Monday between the hours of 2 to 4 he would be there . I then asked for corporate and she laughed at me. This is a great way to run a business.. I;m glad I found this web site..sure hope someone from corporate read this and I'm not waisting my time.

I have a store 1 mile from my house and every time I go there They never carry whats on t.v ads or in the coupons. then I have to travel to another store if I really want something. With the price of gas and the lack of coupons and the food, why bother to keep the store open at all.

Long john silvers in chambersburg pa is horrible. We ordered our food and it took over 30 mins to get half and still had to wait on the rest.

We stopped into the store located In Burton,MI at 1117 S. Belsay Rd., to order the family meal for $10.00. I had seen it on TV last nite, and thought it was a great deal. 8 pcs. of fish or chicken, Lg cole slaw and hush puppies. But when I went to order it, I was told that it was just chicken. NO Fish! Basically, I was lying. I told them that I was sure i heard fish, and they again said NO, just chicken! When I got home, I went online to check, and lo and behold, there it is, all over the internet----8 peices fish, Large cold slaw, 12 hushpuppies ---$10.00, or choice of chicken or fish. When I called to complain, I again was told I was wrong, that it is just for chicken! I will not do business with Long Johns Silver again if this is how the treat customers and how they advertise to bring customers in. The old bate and switch!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! (Store #31162 Cincinnati, OH) I went through the drive thru thinking, fast food, I should be in and out. Oh was I wrong. It took over 10 minutes to go from putting my order in to even getting to the window. Once I got to the window, the cashier read back my order, which was completely wrong. I told her what I ordered again. She read it back, and it was wrong. I had to do this 4 times until I finally got her to understand what my order was. I paid and as I was doing this, I could hear someone screaming in the back asking why my order changed. Well it turns out she got my order confused with the person behind me. After going back and forth 4 times about what I wanted (a simple order #3, no add on's, no changes, very simple) you would think they would get me what I wanted. Nope. Got home and they gave me the wrong order. I guess I was silly for thinking that they could get something right. I am sick of this store and their mess ups. I think I am officially done with them. Long John's must know how horrible their service is if they can't even publish a customer service number.

I have never in my whole life waited 30 minutes for a drive through order. The store on 42nd in Odessa is that slow. I turned into the store at 6:03 and it was 6:27 when I pulled up to the window. I even. Alled the store from out in the line to see if they were out of fish or something. The girl at the window said,"we really cant tell how long it will take.". The is exactly your job to know how long it will take. I should sue for being held against my will by the curbing system in the drive through for 30 minutes. I could not leave. I did not buy the food I was took upset to eat and felt sick.

Food was good service. Was very bad manager stacy of north belt longs Johns St.Joe mo was very rude and disrespectful. We ordered our food and it took 11 min or more to get my food. When. We got it we asked for a discount. For the long wait the lady said no sorry I asked to talk to the manager she brought Staci to the window I asked about. A discount. And she said no. I told her it took ten min to get our food that's not fast food. She told me if I don't like it to go someplace else. Very rude not management. Material. Very upset how she handled it. Me my family friends will no longer. Eat there thanks to manager. Stace

I went to Long John Silvers on 5th Ave in Huntington West Virginia and my order was Twenty Five Dollars and Twelve cents. Gave the lady One Hundred Dollars and Fifteen Cents and she handed me Seventy Dollars back. When I told her she should have given back Seventy Five dollars and Three Cents. The Manager came over and stated that they would have to count the money. The Manager returned in 10 minutes stating the register was correct. So I asked her where my Five Dollars was and all she could say was I'm sorry when I make the deposit if it is over they would contact me and I could come back in to pick up my Five Dollars. So I asked her your cashier makes a mistake and your customer pays for it. I will take my business elsewhere. Long John Silver s may want to take a look at there employee s and managers. If they can not count money they should not be working at a register.

Your store/restaurant in muskogee oklahoma is down right disgusting. But is not all there fault. First it was the thick cod that I liked and had on three occassions. On the fourth trip I was informed it was no longer offered, as it was a gimmic offering to lure new customers and then be dropped from the menu. Then I decided to stop by for a burger and float. You got it, the rootbeer machine was out of service. I WIIL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Store # 31691 Dayton Ohio Airway Road. Employees very rude. French Fries not done, everything was cold. Hush puppies looked like little droppings of crumbs. I will never go back to this location again, even though it is only about 5 minutes away. Ordered a carry out of Fish & More, & Chicken and more. All nasty! Wouldn't do me any good to call this location as rude as the employees were.
