On 11/5/2010 my wife stoped in Long John Silvers Store # 31265 Colonial Heights, Virginia. She ordered a 8 Fish Family Pack from in side the sore. When she got home and we went to eat, there were no Hush Pups. I filled out a survey and was told the manager of the store would call. Here it is 11/29/ 2010 and no phone call. We have voice mail and if they called they could have left a message. Why have a survey? if nothing is going to be done.

Everytime I go into your store in Charlottesville, Va I have to wait 10 min. and longer for my food then I get cold fries and a liquided float!! Two employees can NOT run a drivethru, front of the store and cook! POOR service & POOR Quality. I guarantee your store is in the red!! Train your employees, hire new and get a MANAGER during everyday lunch hours! You have lost 1 customer that = 100 more!!

Long John Silvers in Middlesboroh, KY is great! The workers are friendly, fast and the food was fresh and very enjoyable, thumps up

I've tried two locations in Las Vegas (One on Flamingo and another on Charleston). The food was consistently fair, but both facilities are DUMPS...not clean, no napkins and undermanned. One girl handling the entire public space. Not crowded but rather heavy customer traffic. I do not know why unless it is the low prices (which fit the quality of the food).

Manage Marcia at rogercville store in tennessee has serious issues with employee bullying i watched her cuss a employee and continueusly down talk the poor boy over somethin to do with a cooking issue. prehapps he did do something wrong but that does not give any one the right to treat others as if they were trash. she straight out down talks here employees like they are worthless unless individuals i believe some one should remind her that they are what keeps her pay check coming i have never seen such raw hate laid out on a employee by an employer un my life perhaps this woman has other issues she needs to work on before bringin her home life anger to work

Cashier continued talking to cook(who was on cell phone) while she took our order. Tables were dirty, some still had chairs on top. My husband was waiting for order, the cashier and cook were kissing in kitchen. Got order, no hush puppies, so we go corn that look like it was reheaded. When we left cashier was snacking in kitchen area. Social skills are needed.

I had a bad experience with the Long John Silvers in Indianapolis, IN at the Pendelton Pike restaurant. My sister and I were in the drive thru and the employee on the speaker asked, "Can I take your order". We asked for minute to decide. She then asked again, "Can I take your order". We gave our order and made a change to our order. She then said, "Is that all, is that all." When we reached the window, she made a groan like she was disgusted or very irritated. After continuing to be rude and having a bad attitude toward my sister and I, we eventually asked for a comment card. They told us that they had no comment cards, so we asked to speak to a manager. Turns out that the lady who was being rude to us was the manager. We left unsatisfied.

Visited Long John Silvers yesterday, 7-7-2010 in Clintwood Virginia. Ordered a 12 piece family meal TO GO! We had cole slaw and corn as our 2 side items. We added 6 breadsticks to our order. got the order home and went to eat, only to find that there was less than a half pint of cole slaw and it had been eaten out of!!! Also found out that the breadsticks were CRUNCHY all the way through and hard as bricks!!! When calling the store back, all i got was lame excuses from the manager. She said that we were wrong and that it hadnt been eaten out of and that they didnt realize the breadsticks were so tough. No attempt was made to correct this. I know the manager personally and she has called me a liar about it all day today and continues to tell me that the cole slaw just wasnt cupped up right. But i have pictures showing that you can tell someone has been eating out of it. Paying 30 bucks for someone elses seconds? I think not!! I want to talk to someone about this TODAY!!! It is 7-3-2010, @3:00 pm. No one is inside. We walk up to the counter and stood there for 5 minutes. No one said hello or anything. One girl walked up with some big plastic container and looked at us and said nothing. She walked off and we stood there for a few more minutes and I finally asked, "are you open"? One young man said yes, then he walked to the back and said something to someone that they had a customer. We stood for another 3-4 minutes and no one appeared or said anything. We walked out. This was on Mangnum @ Decohma in Northwest Houston, Tx. This was the last time for us to give you all another chance. I hope your business goes bankrupt. Shame on you for not checking your companies and employeesd.

I was the only person in line when I ordered my to-go order. I had to wait 15 min. for a 2-meal order. The manager, Fillipe, served 2 drive-thru orders, and 2 other orders from people who came in after I did, before putting up my order. I love Long John Silvers food, but sure have a problem with the attitude of this manager. No apology or acknowledgement from him.

got food today at long johns silvers in olathe kansas was worse food ive had from anywhere in a long time. WAS AWFUL. ORDER WAS TO GO!! HARD TO DO ANYTHING WITH A TAKE OUT ORDER TO MUCH TROUBLE TO GO BACK . WE USUALLY EAT AT THE ONE IN SHAWNEE WHICH IS GREAT !!

WORSE THAN POOR. attn: LEGAL DEPARTMENT Your Euless, Texas store on Airport Freeway near Main Street has PARASITES!!!!! There was an open vat of tea sitting beside the beverage service area. Floating on top of the tea was a mass of parasites! Can send you a sample of what now floats on the water in the commode after urinating! This must be handled! Am a retired litigation assistant. J.
