Took family through a LJS drive through.. (3) meals for $20, All I can say is the quality, presentation of the product was horrible. Fish sandwich looked like a hostage in a sweat shop. Bun was wrinkled, fish not crisp, frend fries soggy, HORRIBLE!!!!! Will never go back

My wife and I stopped at the KFC/ long John Silver on MLK in Lansing Michigan and left with two take outs. When we started to eat the food it was so over cooked we fed it to the dogs..

Today 3/11/2013 i ordered a carry out lunch at the Sioux Falls restaurant. One of the employees abused me for checking the order to make sure they got it right. I stopped and left without a word. When i got home i found that one of the sides i had paid for was missing. Upon phoning, they told me to return for the side. The 50 mile round trip was my problem they said.

Ladies & Gents: As long as YOU ARE PAYING for your food, if it's not right for any reason you owe it to yourself as well as the restaurant to bring it to their attention and request that they make it right. IF, on the other hand, the restaurant is GIVING YOU THE FOOD FOR FREE, you have no right to complain at all. Get real folks!

My wife and I were very unhappy with the food, the fish had a really thick batter which was very greasy the coleslaw tasted old moldish like sorry but we may never go in to this restaurant again

I tried to look for the phone number to the Harlingen because they forgot my corn and nothing. I even tried to call the surrounding areas and nothing!!!!!! I even tried to call the corporate office and also it's the wrong number I don't know how to get a hold of these people :/

I went to the long johns silver in Leavenworth ,Ks and ask one of your staff members why I was charged extra for the side in your shrimp and fish platter she got on the speaker I was in your drive through and proceeded to talk rude to me and also made a nasty comment about my mom your company really needs to hold some customer service courses for your staff before something bad happens at one of your locations

This review is for the LJS in Hereford, Texas. Bi have really been enjoying the new onion rings that are being served. I went in today with my family, and ordered up a lot of food. I also ordered 2 family orders of onion rings. I was told that they don't make onion rings on Fridays. WHAT??? That doesn't even make sense! I asked her why, and she said that her manager instructed them that they were not to take orders for onion rings on Fridays. Needless to say, I cancelled my huge order and went to restaurant that does not ban certain items on certain days. I will NEVER eat at LJS ever again. The girl at this LJA was just snotty as she refused to take our onion ring order. This policy is just ridiculous!!!!

went to long john silver in bethlehem on easton ave. and the fish was so salty, we could not eat it and the crust was terrible also.

Your store #31391 needs the lights fixed at night it doesn't look like you are open; also that is a safety issue. Please fix your lights I have been patronizing that location for years. I just have not gone at night.

my fiance had just gotten a job with the local branch of long john silver's here in our town ok here is the unfair part this is a fast food joint NO expirence required ok they hired him knowin that he does not have any expierence in fast food he was in the middle of his training an as soon as they got the work verification paperwork from jfs (wefare) he was fired stating they could not use him anymore because he did not have any expirence to work a frier for their fish chicken hush puppies an frys this is called discrimination

I think it is really stupid for LSJ to fry both their fish and chicken in the same grease. There are a lot of people myself included that are allergic to seafood. By frying both fish and chicken in the same vat, LSJ is stopping a lot of people from eating there. If LSJ would fry their products in separate vats, they could increase their business about 20%.

They have the worlds worst customer service I have ever seen. Ill drive an hour away to avoid that location. People are rude and crying on the job. I'm surprised they get any business. I love long Johns but can not pay for that kind of service.

We had not been to your Effingham store for several years because it looked bad when we were there and the employees were not great BUT we went on 2/15/13 and it was wonderful. The place was very clean and all employees were very friendly. Food was excellent and we will be going back.

I remember going to the LJS in Blue Springs, Missouri and man, that place was rocking and rolling. Today I went there with my family and the poor manager was out running round crazy trying to do 2 peoples jobs wondering when help was going to be on the way. She was extremely friendly but sometimes that just doesn't cut it when the manager can not give you personal customer service. The tables had yet to be wiped off, a line basically going out the door, people coming back with the wrong orders, and the tarter sauce was just nasty! It looked horrible and tasted the same way... The manger was discounting tickets left and right for them not being on top of it. LJS needs to either shut down as a chain because it looks like I am not the only one who has these problems, or BIG changes need to be made. Unfortunately, I will never know unless I drive by because I will never give my money to that place or for that nature ANY again!

Enter a LJS on 1/25/13 located in South Chicago Heights, Illinois. Upon ordering, and paying for my meal the cashier immediately filled my order without a wait. Really concern about the food already there waiting for me. I immediately ask for the manager. She informed me it is LJS policy to serve the food after ordering. My husband and I have visited alot of LJS and we always had to wait for the food to cook. It seems a little strange. No idea how long the food was there.

store #31770, Westland MI. ordered fish and shrimp platter to-go. waited 10 min. for shrimp to cook. Get home, no fish., Cole slaw sour. The staff was so busy talking amongst themselves they didn't have time to pay attention to orders., Called and manager offered to send a free meal coupon by mail. We'll see what happens.

We have ate at LJS for over 20 years, and unlike other restaurants who want to "change" their recipe, which usually makes it taste horrible, LJS has stuck with their gold standard recipes. I appreciate that through the years, I can count on excellent food at reasonable prices.

We went through the drive thru, to get 2 Chicken and More. 1st mistake was being over charged, then when we get home. No Coleslaw. I called and she tells me just come back in and we will have, this is not around the corner, it was a long drive back into town. It will be quite awhile before they get our business again. They didn't have maybe one customer at the time.

have visited your store on enterprise rd, in orange city for years and after constant prolonged waits at drive thru and the cashier forgetting to place food in your take out, is the straw that has broken the camels back. visited last week, got home extra piece of fish was missing, tried calling the store for 4-5 hours,voice mail was full, surprisingly, will not ever visit long john silvers again, sorry.
