Store a really bad
I have not been to your store in at least 5 years and I an trying to figure out how to cancel this stupid credit card you sent me and I do not use, you closed the store by me and they never seemed to carry what I wanted anyways, I know that you also own Catherines but that store the employees are at least respectful to the customers and are will to take the time to help me.
Bad quality clothing
This isn't a question, but a formal complaint. I have been shopping at your store for many years and have several outfits/cacique items in my closet. Last night, I bought a dress at one of your stores and today I decided to wear it out. I didn't go out vigorously excersizing or dance a thousand dances. i just went to a friend's house to hang out and relax with them. At one point during the time I was there, the dress ripped down the side. given the fact that I just bought it last night, i was very distraught at this fact. I had better hope in your company than this. I am very displeased and hope that your future outfits/clothing will be of a better quality than this.
Not Happy
I just spent $126.99 in your store, I had a coupon to save $25 off $100 and the store manager came over and told the girl "no coup today we have an in store promotion" that's rediculous, how am I to know when your stores are doing that? I'm not coming back unless I get my $25 back! A check in my name, not a store credit or gift card!

I went on a one day shopping spree for intimates only. Orlando park shopping mall,downtown Chicago and evergreen plaza.This store has to be independently owned. As soon as I handed the man ager (Christine) my bra's and told her I have a coupon she immediately told me there was no coupons out right now.I was shocked!!!! She then took my IPhone and swiped up and down looking for what I don't know.She entered the code from the barcode and instantly got a attitude because it worked. She was rude and very ignorant. Lane Bryant always has coupons! And every thing I have ever bought I've used a coupon. I will never go back to this store /mall again!
Poor customer service
I wanted to return 2 items, both broken to the Lane Bryant in Surprise. Stephanie, who said she was the manager, refused to accept my returns even though they were both broken. She kept telling me that I should have a recept. I said don;t you know your own merchandise. I finally suggested she give me a credit , which she did, but not for the follow value that I paid. I paid with a credit card and I felt their records should show this but she could not find it. Maybe Lane Bryant needs to update their systems and be more like Macy's who e-mails us our receipts or Kohl's who can look our purchased up. Stephanie was not a good cusomter service person. Should business try to retain or lose business. You lost mine.
Great Experience
I went to the Lane Bryant located in Tanger Outlets in Washington, PA. The sales ladies were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. I will be back! This is my hew favorite store.
skinny jeans
To whom this may concern...I've been a plus size woman since I was 13. I used to adore your stores untill recently. I went shopping and all you have is bootcut and skinny jeans. Plus size skinny jeans should be ilgeal for plus size women to wear. On behalf of all plus size woman I would like to say please bring back wide leg flare jeans. I regularly start buying clothes the last two years. They convinced me to get their credit card to get a point and sale. I did open account. When ever I walk in their shop I use their cc for the sal and point and with out checked out from the stor I paid all amount on my credit card or cash. I was surprised by with another bill which I never use. I refused to pay becuase the signature don't mach mine. I tried several time to disput . I advice any one not to have lane bryant card at all.
I made a purchase of 2 sweaters and 4 cami from Lane Bryant at the Jackson NJ outlet mall on 11/30/12. All I can say is BUYER BE WARE! Try to make a return. I removed the tags because I didn't intent to return them. The one sweater I wore for no more than 3 hours because as the minutes ticked away the sweater stretched out more and more. The camis are not short or long enough. They hit you just below the waist so that they bunch up and do not stay inplace. I was told the sweater would be refunded because the associate was "being nice." Their policy does not refund without tags. There is no sign posted that states tags required. I made these purchases less than a week ago and returned with the receipt and was told I would only be given the "LOWEST" price for all items. I lost $5 on the sweater which is unwearable, but took the camis back. Had I returned them too I would have lost over $20. What a way to earn extra revenue. These items will go back to the manufacturer and Lane Bryant will get their money back, but me, the consumer gets screwed. On top of it the associate told me "everyone" knows that the nature of the material for that sweater is to stretch out. Who buys a sweater KNOWING it's going to be garbage after less than one wearing. I say stay away from Lane Bryant. Go to a reputable store, Nordstrom, Macy's, Lord & Taylors. Pay $5 more for an item that is worth it and if by chance you need to return it you will get a full refund. It is true, you get what you pay for. Stay away from this ripoff store.

I hade THEE WORST experience at Lane Bryant location 6072/River Oaks Center on November 24, 2012. I bought a coat from there for my mom and hade the most difficult time checking out. Not only was I left at the counter due to technical difficulties, but I was later shoved to the side as more customers proceeded to checkout. The manager on duty was extremely rude and when I came to return the coat, she disregarded my entire complaint and reason for returning the coat. Had she acknowledged me with concern and kindness, I might have even kept the coat but I am certain I will not be returning. I am very disappointed with the service I recieved from that store.
Didn't have time
I was in the Westminster store November 25th and the associate called another store in Main place Santa Ana, I wanted a bra that was on the big sign as new, they were sold out. She called the Santa Ana Main place store and the associate there said they didn't have time. So much for customer service.

I went to Lane Bryant on November 1, 2012. I went in there looking for a bra and a associate came to help me. She asked me what size I was. I told her 46dd. Unknown to me she gave me a bra size for 42DD. I put on the bra and felt it was not fitting properly. But I just thought it was me so I put it on a second time and felt It also fitted wrong again o I finally looked at the br size and I was given a 42DD. I called the store but they Sid I could only return the one bra I I'd not use. I feel it was not my fault that I was given the wrong size bra by a associate. I believe I should be given something to buy another bra.
No Talls
I have been shopping at Lane Bryant for nearly 20 years. I have however not stepped foot in one of your stores in over a year. I am really angry that you do not stock TALL sizes in your stores anymore. It makes purchasing pants really, really difficult. If I'm going to order something on line I might as well do it from JC Penny where their prices are more reasonable and they have fantastic sales. There is no incentive for me to shop on line with you guys. The best part about you carrying TALL sizes in your store was that I could TRY THINGS ON and see how they fit. Instead I have to ORDER, WAIT, TRY ON, RETURN, WAIT AGAIN and hope that the next size/style fits or else it's make another trek to the store and RETURN once again. A total PAIN IN THE ASS. So like I said, I don't shop at your store anymore, there's really no reason to anymore. The pants are what drew me in and now that I can't buy them there anymore, I don't bother to shop there. I was in your store in Matthews NC. It is getting harder to shop in any of your stores in the Charlotte NC area due to you do not carry tall pant sizes anymore and I do NOT shop on line. Please bring back the tall sizes in pants so that I can continue to shop in your stores.
Please carry more petite 26 to 28 pants. Your clothing costs a fortune so you should provide a good better stocked selection. - thanks
I was in Lane Bryant store #35 in Indianapolis, IN today and was treated so rudely, I will never shop there again. Scrolling down the page to get to this box, I noticed that your stores have a lot of similar complaints..WTF? I use to work for LB back in the 90's and CSR's were way better trained than that. We were trained to wait on each customer even to the point of being annoying. This woman at #35 in Indy was more concerned about putting clothes away instead of helping a store full of customers. She was rude when I asked for a dressing room and when i asked for help in getting the right size for a a new bra, she pointed at the pink signs by the bras and said if you cant find it, we'll order it. When I was an employee, we offered to measure ladies so they could find the perfect bra. I was in tears by the time I checked out because she was so rude. I suggest to you corporate people that you do a better job in hiring your sales staff because you just lost a customer.. If I could do minus stars for the rating, I would.
I wish my wife could quit... Just walk right the hell out. But no, she has morals, ethics and values. Things we are also teaching our children. If she walked out right now, what kind of example would that be. I and my family will go deeper into debt just to have the peace of mind that my wife no longer works for such a horrible company. It's full of back stabbers, liars and users. Promotion from within is non existent, not because of lack of talent, but because of lack of leadership at the upper levels of corporate management. Selfishness and personal prejudice reign supreme within the corporate walls of Layne Bryant. Individuals, at the store level, are berated daily by regional people that are beaten daily by corporate. Because corporate feels the regional people are losers, there is no way anyone below them could be promoted or their talents utilized. If you, and by you I mean the Leadership core at Layne Bryant, would take responsibility for your actions, and have a clear, concise message of action and accountability, many more of your employees wouldn't feel as if they are fighting a daily uphill battle. I personally know of store level employees that have been with your company for over 25 years have recently quit, because of the daily disrespect that is fostered within this frightening work enviroment. I cannot wait until my wife can walk away from this soul sucking company.

Lane Bryant has really gone down hill over the years. Why do they hire lazy associates that are sloth like that don't want to work? Why do they have people who are insulting to the customer? The garmets are getting more and more poor quality also. BOOOO and shame on you for no using quality control.
