LA fitness Everett, Wa, can't seem to keep paper towels stocked, both in dressing room and bathroom area empty. At least two in gym empty. On going problem. Spoke with most recent manager they go through them a lot, he wanted to tell me about budgets, had to tell him I did not care, just wanted paper towels. Emerald City Club just down the street after over 3 years here thinking about making the switch.

Have been a member of the Evanston IL facility since it opened. My main interest is the pool which is on the second floor. It is now mid April 2011 and the pool has been closed since late October of 2010, because it leaked on to the store below it. There have been many dates presented of when the pool would reopen, never happens. They have posted a sign at the front desk stating that there are additional repairs that need to be done and they have no ETA (must be a joke?) when it will open. This seems very deceitful. I have heard that there is a lawsuit going on regarding the pool leak and the pool will not re open, at least not at this location. Just admit you are never going to open the pool and move on. Google LA Fitness Corporate - 16 pages of hate comments they can't all be wrong!

I am a member of the Everett, WA gym. When one of the paper towel holders in the women's bathroom came off the wall, I asked the manager when it would be replaced. I was told "Never," since the members were using too many paper towels and by removing dispensers, LA Fitness hoped to cut down. Subsequently, a second paper towel holder disapperaed from the other area of the bathroom. Now, those of us who go early in the morning, have no paper towels. And their "Club Pride" is a joke. The trainers never stop to pick up the gym, in fact leaving disorder wherever they go. They leave equipment on the floor and never clean anything after it's used by their trainees. When they're not training someone, they stand around and talk to each other or play games on their phones. On Sundays, they're in Kids Club watching sports. While the LA Fitness Network advertises all sorts of wonderful things, don't come to the EVerett club expecting to find them. No juice bar, no referees, no tennis, no trainers ready to teach you how to use equipment, no anything. And the music is so bad, it must be put together by someone who is tone deaf. Stay away!

Your district manager Brent Lee, needs behavorial management control, before LA Fitnes gets sued BIG TIME! Not only will I not endorse LA Fitness, But it won't be long before Chapter 11 comes along!

as a reservist in the United States Navy joining a gym requires asking what their policy when someone deploys. The answer was perfect...all they needed was to see my military orders. We freeze your account. I was so happy with the response they were even able to sell me on their personal training package for a year.I am currently deployed in Iraq, my account was frozen until recently and then i noticed they started charging me for the past two months. What did I do? I called and spoke with a manager. Their response: we will fix it,freeze it and refund it and they wanted to know if it was possible to call me back. I replied with, well not unless you have a DSN line but you can email me. Sure, not a problem they say..... I have been a member of the Wayne LA Fitness for about 3 years now and in all that time they have not fixed the roof yet. My main reason for going is for racquetball and every time it rains or snows there are leaks on all five courts. Some of the courts are now warped and dangerous to play on. I would like to know when this is going to be fixed. My alternative is to go to another gym. I would appreciate it if someone would get back to me my e-mail address is jagx2x@optonline.net.

I belong to LA Fitness in Wayne, New Jersey and I love the gym. My favorite activity is our Zumba class, three times a week. Because we have the greatest Zumba Instructor, Regina, our classes are packed. As a result, the heat is dangerously high. My daughter is an arobics instructor in another gym in Wayne, New Jersey. I have attended Zumba classes in that gym as well. You cannot compare the classes but there are two large fans in the room and it makes the class much more comfortable. Our class would very much appreciate the addition of fans in our Zumba class.

We nead a LA fitness around the metro zoo area on 137th AVE and 152 ST Miami Florida.

I was wrongfully accused of training a person. I had been going to LA FITNESS for over eight years and never had a problem.i would like a apology and my membership reinstated.

There are no LA fitness centers in the area of 184 ST and 147 AVE Miami Florida, when are you going to have a location in this area? this area is very fast growing Publix Supermaket has already open in this exact area, this location and others araound are in desperate nead of a Gym. Please consider this location for an LA Fitness before Bally total fitness or 24 hour fitness from Shaquille Oneal decide to invest on this area.

Do not join a training membership. They lock you in and it's difficult to get out. I left 3 voice messages for Alene (pronounced I-Leen) to explain I need my training membership canceled because I have moved to a location that there are none of their clubs. I have not received a call back and it's been over 3 weeks. Even if you freeze your membership, it pushes your membership end date to a further date.

To whom it may concern. Thank you for bringing your district manager Lance Yates back to Orange county! He makes a big difference in your fitness center and your employees.

THIS GYM SUCKS:THE SALES PEOPLE FOOLED ME INTO A IYR. CONTRACT WITH A TRAINER AFTER PAYING FOR A ONE YEAR MEMBERSHIP INFULL $525.00. NOW FOR TRAINING 2000.00 FOR THE YEAR TOTAL 2525.00. WHAT SADDED ME THE MOST IS THAT I JUST HAD A LIVER TRANSPLANT 9 MONTHS AGO . ALL I WANTED TO DO IS BETTER MY HEALTH. THATS WHAT I CALL BEING PISSED OFF. Thanks for having your district manager Lance Yates spend time in the Highland LA Fitness location last month. He was a breath of fresh air in the club and made my wife and I want to continue our membership.

Please remove the post on your eCorporateOffice website concerning LA Fitness dated 3/14/2011 that includes the name of one of our employees. The post is malicious and is a complete decimation of his character. I am sure that you can understand the shock and horror this employee is experiencing do to this being on your site. Just pathetic..very poor service!!!

It's a shame to watch your executives belittle your staff in front of others. I watched one of your area managers belittle an employee in front of others outside the Irvine location and was very disappointed.

Our club in Monroeville, PA obviously does not appreciate racquetball players business. We have players sitting outside of the court starring through the glass while watching kick-boxers stretch and do some exercise. La management says that if they have racquetball added to their fees, they can use the court for any thing they want. Seems like there is only 1 place to play racquetball, while you could play boxing anywhere in the gym. You decide.
