I was in the kmart in columbus indiana I ordered a bathing suit online and was sent the wrong size 3 times. I will not be going back to Kmart.

i was in the store in brunswick ohio and the woman manager is nasty. she follows people around and treats her workers like crap. i was asking a worker a question and then talked about something else and she interrupts. she needs to be gone. i know many people who dont like her and i will compain about her until something is done

Your customer service rating should be 0. I was trying to purchase patio furniture today and I wanted to get some information on-line. Nothing available so I called your store number in Kentlands, MD, a very upscale DC metro area. Transferred to somewhere and ultimately dropped after 20 minutes of no communication. Was in the K-mart store at Northpoint Blvd. on Sunday July 15th...My boyfriend made a purchase at the customer service desk swiped his credit card and the computer went down...ok so the girl clalls the office to verfiy this, and we were told he had to re-swipe his card because the first purchase didn't go through,,,well it did and TWO transactions were done instead of one...we go back to the store to have this resolved only to be told we have to come back before 11 am the next day because the girl who handles these problems leaves at 11 am...WTH??? so i guess we are suppose to miss a day of work to get this problem resolved because the girl in the office is leaving...WHAT KIND OF CRAP IS THIS? AND ALSO BRING IN A BANK STATEMENT.. we just want this to be credited back to his card...WHAT KIND OF CRAP IS THIS,,WE HAVE TO WORK AROUND THIS PERSONS HOURS?

was at kmart store in fort atkinson wi it was so hot in the store what air don't work? and what's with the lights always dark and where are all the employees never anyone around when you need help and what's with all young kids working now don't know any of them miss the employees that were working what happened to them? and the moral is something else what is with the manager must be sitting in his office all the time never around don't like shopping in this store place is never busy can,t believe they haven't gone out of business it's been a long time coming just a matter of time not for me will go elsewhere from now on. ,

I was recently in K-Mart in New Windsor, N.Y. I picked out a few things to try on and went to the fitting rooms. They were all locked up like fort nox and there was a button to push for an employee to come and open the doors. One employee passed by but went in another direction keeping myself and another customer waiting holding our merchandise. I left, but the other customer kept waiting and even after about 10 minutes, the store continued to announce over the loudspeaker for someone to assist in the fitting rms! What a disgrace! No wonder K-Mart is loosing sales! I know there's a problem with thieves, etc, but get security! Don't make it harder for customers!

RE ST. LOUIS STORE @ ZIP 63139 (7-13-2012) K-mart customer service staff (Kim?) and all the staff at this location are so helpful and nice!! Kudos-- from the corporate office should go to this staff, in particular the Customer Service desk---nicer people and more helpful i have NOT found. You should make this into a K-mart SUPERSTORE---including all the things Walmart has. K-MART OFFERS MORE THINGS MADE IN THE USA=== Walmart-- all foreign made for cheap labor. I found the prices at K-MART IN ST. LOUIS 63139 BETTER than competitor. The selection was MUCH better--and quality was better. AGAIN- i looked and more products were made in the USA. There is so much available real estate---you could even open a manufacturing plant for bedding, sheets, pillow cases---I didn't buy any of this there because it was all foreign made. YOU need to take a look at this location. It is a long way to any other Supercenter Discount store. Plus the STAFF is definitely up to the task. You would have the edge of the County, and the whole central to mid south area shoppers to draw from. And with the prices available at K-Mart---they would easily be the preferred target for total shopping experiences. Went to Kmart in Claymont DE. Put an item on layaway to take home wrong item. Called store let them know it was not my item. They ask if I can bring back the 5 piece pub set to exchange for right one. Which it did not happened. They assured me that the set J wanted was in the store with my name on it.Of course I got there to find out that it was not in the store or at any other store. Plus they had a nerve to offer me 25% off of the display that was scratched all up. Never again I'll do any business. With kmart again. They waisted my Time and Gas ;.(

I am very pissed off at Kmart and will never take my family there again...Ive just finished my 4th diployment to Afghanistan, I promissed my little girl when i got home id take her to kmart here in Visalia Ca. to get her the disney movie,s she liked....Upon reaching the register, another little girl came and asked to post a photo of her lost puppy in the window....Can you believe that they told her no because kmart don,t like that ?? Are ypu F$%^ Kiddin me ? it,s not like she was pan handeling, she just wanted to try and find her puppy..Well i put the stuff down on the counter ,walked out ,and went to target. i visited your santa maria ca store today and they were playing mexican music, i was insuled just because we live in california mexican music is not acceptable this is still america. i stopped shopping at walmart because they cater to the mexican population they ,also hire people that do not speak english, if i am in your store again i will stop shopping ther also. date 7-1-12

I have been getting my prescriptions at Kmart for a long time, there are a couple of my meds that were very reasonable even more than Walmart but in the last few months my pain med went up 500%! First they were double then a few weeks later they went up again, I do not have health care and this is a generic prescription, Generic! This last time my husband who went to get my meds was so upset we are having a hard time financial with job loss as well, when he asked if this was with their so called discount price, it was and if we didn't like it we could get the prescription some place else. I think they wanted us to go someplace else, they don't make the decision so they didn't wan to hear the frustrations! So we went to Meijer just as they suggested!We went somewhere else. But now we will no longer shop anytime there, no wonder they can't keep their stores open.

I called kmart in lodi ca. I asked if they had an item that was advertised on line, the ad on line stated that the item was in stock in the store. I called and asked if they had the item and was told no. The ad on line did not give me the option to ship to the store as it was in stock. I had to pay $10.75 to have the item shipped to my home. My home is less than 15 miles from the store. I was more than willing to drive to the store. I called back and asked again if the item was in the store and was again told no. Less than two weeks later I went the store and found the item on the shelf in the store. I spoke with the manager Mr. Johnson and asked him when the item had arrived in the store, he told me that it had arrived October 7, 2011. I asked him why was I told that the item was not there, and I had to pay $10.75 for shipping. He told me that I could have had the item shipped to the store for free. I explained to him that was not an option on line,because, it showed the item in stock at the store. I also explained to him that I had called his store and asked for the item. He told me that he could not tell when an item was in the store. I again told him that I had called and asked for the item and was told it was not there. I feel that I was lied to and treated badly. Mr Johnson did not want to answer my questions about not receiving the correct information. Furthermore the item was on sale in the store and I had to pay full price. I will never again order anything on line from Kmart. I will be contacting Kmart corporation to file a formal complaint. I expect to be reimbursed the difference. I am extremely unhappy with the way I was treated. I was spoken to as if I was trying to steal from the store, or that I was stupid, neither of which is what I am. I will be contacting corporate in the morning.

I work at a Kmart in NC (not going to specify which one) but I have to say that this is the worst piece of crap place i have ever seen in my life. Our STORE manager barely comes out of his office, your lucky if you ever even see the man. When he does decide to show his face he is so sweet and nice but in a rude disrespectful fake way. The way this store is run is terrible and if i didnt need my job so bad i would have quit as soon as i realized how terrible it was. The management team (besides the 2 that i love and are totally nice and respect their employees) SUCKS. they need to learn how to delegate tasks and do it in an appropriate way. One of our managers doesnt even know how to print signs, or get this... RUN A REGISTER! (shouldnt that be a necessity?) any ways i suggest that this management team get it together because us employees have about had enough! (your gonna loose us)

I wish there was an option for 0 STARS. KMART HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I don't know how Sears and them can even be sister stores or whatever!!!! HOW CAN THEY HAVE TO DIFFERENT POLICIES. JACKSON TN K-MART does not have capable people to serve customers. James and Ricky are sad excuses for managers. I am a customer service manager and I would of never let a person leave my business this angry. I am an authorized user on a sears card and they would not let me use the card because my name does not match the ID. They didn't even look in the computer. TO MAKE THINGS WORSE THE PRETTY MUCH HAD ME LEAVE THE STORE. EVEN THOUGH I DID HAVE OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT DID THEY ASK NO!!!!!! INSTEAD THEY ACTED AS IF I AM A THIEF. I JUST PUT $3,500 on the card at sears with no problem because when they run the card my name pops up....SO WHAT THE HECK!!!! I WILL NEVER GO to KMART!!!! I WISH THEY WOULD CLOSE K-MART!!! LEAVE OUR SEARS IN JACKSON DO NOT CLOSE THIS SEARS. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE EMPLOYEES OVER THERE FROM KMART!!!!

Times are tough and I like Kmart. It doesn't bother me when only one or two registers are open; payroll is directly linked to sales and peak times. I just wanted to point out one (probably unimportant issue). I bought some items (in JUL 2012), and on the back of my receipt are coupons for POPEYES Chicken (that EXPIRED in JUN 2012) and a coupon for an OIL CHANGE at SEARS (that EXPIRED in MAR 2012). Kmart, you don't need to HELP others make fun of your chain. I mean an EXPIRED SEARS coupon on a Kmart receipt? Get updated.
