Jiffy Lube Corporate Office & Headquarters

Went to jiffy lube 3/29/13 and got my headlights replaced. When i pullpulled up i told them they had to take my bumper off to change my lightbulbs. The manager told me that they didn't have to. So i washed them struggle with taking the light out and went outside to tell them again. They still refused to do so. In result they broke my come trip and my grill where it comes together. The manager told me he couldn't do nothing about it and tried to glue it back on. i just can't believe they wouldn't listen.

They didn't remove my skid plate before draining my oil. So now I'm leaving oil spots everywhere I park. I don't think I have ever had a good experience at jiffy lube! No more jiffy lazy lube for me. Also found out I can get all the same stuff "done right" at the dealer for a little cheaper.o

Went to the Jiffy Lube Location #3122, located at 20 W. Township, Havertown, PA for the first time March 24, 2013 for an oil change on my 2000 Plymouth Neon. I was told by the service representaive my car had an “extensive transmission leak.” I was suspicious because my car was inspected two weeks ago. I immediately took my car to the mechanic who has been servicing my vehicles for the past 20 years. The mechanic called me at work and said when Jiffy Lube checked the transmission fluid level, their technician left the line open and didn’t close the valve. This caused transmission fluid to run all over the clamp and transmission pan. After the pan and clamp were cleaned, my mechanic said there was no evidence of a transmission leak. I will NEVER go to Jiffy Lube again.

The company mailed me a coupon for a Jiffy Lube Signature Service Oil Change $18.99. When I presented it to the Central Ave St Petersburg, FL location, I was told that it was a discount of $18.99 off of several other much higher priced oil changes. Good try! They lost the sale and a customer.

After oil change they apparently did not tighten the cap of the oil chamber and oil spilled all over engine. Had to get car towed. They fixed cap and then took back to Jiffy Lube to get at least reimbursed and a free oil change. Manager was arrogant and did not give any thing. Would never go back!!!!! Took my 2000 Acura TL there for a standard oil change. They talked me into high mileage oil which I found out later is not ideal for cold weather climates. Afterwards, 30 miles on the road my engine seized. Towed it to the mechanic, diagnosis: push rod. He also noticed the wrong oil filter after I told him I had an oil change. I called the manager and he explained that the model they used was based off of the cross reference guides they use. (A website). I asked for the URL while he was on the phone. The number he gave me was clearly stated for ANOTHER year and different engine type. He then back tracked and said that the filter they put on was universal for 99's through 2003's. So NOT TRUE and it even says so on THEIR cross referencing guide. Taking them to small claims. I will never ever recommend them or ever go to them again!!

jiffy lube in crestwood, stay away! they dont change the oil...found out a day later after checking my 'new' oil

i had a oil nchange and they not only stripped my oil plug,they left the top cap off of my oil chamber shooting oil all under my hood of my car When i took my car back there they tried to replace the oil plug with a bigger one car still leaks oil and i now must fight them to get it professionaly fixed mi wish i would of read the reviews before i ever went there.

A friend took her car to JL for an advertised $45 oil change. It ended up costing her $91. In addition, JL said she had a bad tire (they could replace) and all her brakes were bad (which they could also repair). These people are crooks. I do all my vehicle own maintenance and it's sad that there are businesses around like JL who seem to always take advantage of people. Hopefully next 911 attack will eliminate all JL's and their corporate weenies.

jiffy lube is the most pitiful excuse for a business that i have ever witnessed they are grossly overpriced, they have no concept of customer service, they hire stupid unhappy people,and the leaders of this mess seem not to care they should be prohibited from doing business in this country.

I just paid $170 for an oil change and a few other things that needed replaced such as filters and wiper blades. I didnt mind the cost because it all needed done. What i DID mind is the fact that the next morning all of my oil had leaked out onto my driveway! The worst part is i didnt notice it, my landlord saw it and texted me a pic of it with a nasty message telling me to clean it up. Somehow i made it to work without the car overheating.......cant wait to see what they are going to do about this. After talking to a manager (who suggested it was my cars fault) i dont even want a JL employee touching it!

I had a terrible experience at there store located on Oakland Park Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, FL. After my experience and contacting their corporate headquarters, I was told they were a franchise store. I gave them the opportunity to contact me as I was also in contact with corporate. Well no response from the store when promised so I contacted the corporate office again. Didn't surprise me that they also did not respond. So I guess their 100% service satisfaction doesn't really exist. Maybe they should read it again. I will never go back and make sure I tell as many friends and family not to also.

Went for an oil change on friday and what a surprise we have to take our car to the mechanic on monday. We were told we needed a new battery even though it was brand new. Everytime we take our cars to jiffy lube something ends up breaking on our car, and costing us a lot of money. We care for a disabled boy and need our car for work and to take him to the doctors. You guys are CON-ARTISTS! You could really ruin peoples lives just to make a couple bucks. Didn't you ever hear word of mouth is the best advertisement well it goes both ways.

My daughter took her car in for an oil change. I have never paid over 27.00 . This time they charged her 39.99 plus tax saying that's all they offer. They took advantage of a young girl. Won't be going back again

Never had a problem with Jiffy lube til I went to the one in Lacey, Wa. Got my oil change now there is oil leaking all under my car. they tell me they don't see where leaking from go to dealer. These are the most nomechanic people I have ever seen I will never go there again, know have pay dealer fix my car for a leak they made. Also they talk me into coolant flush my coolant look cleaner than what they put in than how about my water pump busted after that. Took to dealership they said my car was full of water Jiffy lube strikes again. This company ned to be shut down for bad service.

I looked on the web and found Jiffylube's website and they offered me a 10% Saving Coupon for Any Service. When I arrived for an oil change I was told "no this 10% Saving Coupon only applies to a more expensive service. And although it says Any Service it's not really, only to the more expensive service." I won't be going back; I won't repeat this experience again.

Had my husband take my truck for a Inspection. Truck was gone from the premises for over 30 minutes. He asked the Manager where was my truck he ignored him and got on the phone with the Inspector. 30 minutes later truck arrives and inspector walks away and avoids answering our question. Where where you..1820 N Wells Branch Pflugerville wasted my gas. Then I call Manager and he calls us liars..Thats the last time I will ever use Jiffy Lube...Then they dont even change the Guest Information on the receipt.

Went to the Jiffy Lube on 2nd street in Edmond, OK. They told me I needed a fan belt and gave me a story about how bad it was and that it would break soon and I would then have to get towed. I decided to wait and get another opinion. While waiting, I witnessed two other people being told they needed fan belts. One was a college age girl who didn't have the money and was on the phone requesting help for her mom I ended up getting three opinions, two from mechanics, one from an auto parts store. All three told me that my belt looked good. Shame on you Jiffy Lube.

Took my 2008 Cadillac CTS to Jiffy Lube in Centerville Ohio. After oil change found puddle of oil under the car. Took the car back twice within the same week. Never fixed the car. Told me I needed to take it to the dealership. Said they could not fix it. Refused to take care of the problem.

The J.L. On Grafton street in Worcester, MA, is the best. I wonder if corporate has any idea what a gem they have here? I am no relation, no friend, what I am? A faithful customer with always positive experiences in this store. This store deserves recognition, sitting in the wit area, customers openly discuss what a great place it is to do business with!
