I will never go back to jiffy lube at the Waterloo il walmart location I was very disappointed in there service.

Air filter $35.00 Cabin Filter $50.00!!! What is wrong with this people? Check out the prices to other places before going to this place!!! Amazing!!! Regular price for this items is $6 for one and $14 for the other. I have a 2003 Honda!!

As a voice to anyone who gets mistreated ,harassed and disrespected in the work place.This should not be tolerated and no one should feel uncomfortable at their work place.Store 3185 should consider replacing their manager soon.

Sorry, but I will never go to Jiffy Lube again ever, and I 'll tell all my friends/family about the customer service I get at Jiffy Lube # 2879 today. The representative at Jiffy Lube today changed the car oil without tell me in advance the estimated amount of the oil change, which ended the bill was $57.49. I told the workers why you didn't tell me that at the beginning as at any other oil change places that the original amount to change oil is $67.49 included tax??? By the way, I never paid that amount for changing oil in my car. The original amount was $67.49 included tax, and I gave him a printed coupon by $10.00, and they gave me extra $5.00 to pay total $ 52.49 which I never paid that big amount for OIL CHANGE!!!! I told them that they supposed to inform the customer first how much the oil change will be??? I am so upset and I will never go to Jiffy Lube again and again.

Jiffy Lube is a straight ripoff! They will do damage to your vehicle and refuse a refund. The Jiffy Lube at four mile run Arlington VA is complete rip off and the owner is a piece of trash.

Store # 2813 in Spanaway, Washington serviced my 2008 Ford F-450 on the 25th of Sept. 2013. The crew took 2 hrs to do the job on my 6.4 liter powerstroke. I was informed they had to call the dealer for instructions on how to change fuel filters. I've never had problems at any JL with said truck. You crew obviously are not familiar with this set up. They are trying to start it as I write this with no prevail. JL has lost a loyal customer. And just a recomondation, train your people completly.

I was at Tooele Utah Jiffy lube @ 11:30 AM and waiting in line and they moved my truck and moved another truck in front of me, well now if thats the service you provide you are not get my business anymore, I will not even accept a free service from your organization. I have the tools and experience to perform my own maintenance and I would prefer doing my own anyway, but I wanted to help employ someone. So much for that. You have lost 7 vehicles so far from family I help out. Do not contact me in anyway.

they said they did the coolant on radiator and a mechanic and 2 agents checked and found out it was not done. would like a refund. i ended up having my dealership to the work on coolant radiator.i did go to manager today and told him and also showed paper work on both dealership and another agent regarding car. he said jiffy would have to mail me a check. i told him i hope so because i will be back with in two weeks.

I was charged 39.99 for a cabin air filter and then found that prices in the stores and online range from 10.95 to 13.95. I was told by the Manager at the Clark St., Paradise, CA Jiffy Lube that the prices are set online. I would like an explanation for why there is a big gap in prices. I can't accept a labor charge to install it because it's just to simple to replace. I would appreciate your reviewing your charges and making contact with me about an explanation for this elevated charge.

went in for an oil change and I was charged 104 dollars!!! While I sat there I heard the man tell the other man my drivers side directional was out...so I was thinking "oh good maybe they will change it" NOPE! It also stated on my bill that my floor was vacuumed and my exterior windows washed...double nope!!! I usually let my husband handle this stuff but I wanted to surprise him and they took full advantage of me being a woman!!!! Shame on you Jiffy Lube!!! I will never go back!

Went to Jiffy Lube store #2085 on July 9, 2013 for oil & filter change. They informed me that the battery, (one they sold me previously) was bad. They replaced it under warranty. Within a day or two I started hearing a clunking sound when I turned the vehicle. Took it to the dealership to find out what was wrong, sounded like it might be a shock or other suspension component. Nope...it was the "new" battery which the nitwits at this store had not properly secured. Not only that, the dealer informed me that they had installed the wrong group series and CCA rating battery! That cost me nearly $100.00 for the diagnosis plus a new battery. This charge is going to be disputed with my credit card company and I will NEVER EVER let the morons at Jiffy Lube touch my vehicles ever again!

jiffy #824 Newport ave. Pawtucket rhode island went for a oil change and tire rotation only.. was notify by the service man I needed a transmission oil change if I said yes on the transmission.. there would no charge on the tire rotation after getting the bill for 141.21 there was no tire rotation because there was a problem with his lift,,, and they new before all this stuff happen I got caught in a trap by there employee,s plus the manager they were not honest about the service I will not go there again.. thank you a x customer

the people at the Jeffy lube lift my oil fill cap off there where three people and they sill lift my oil cap off i trusted them it will never happen again i wouldn't recommend them to my dog very poor take you oil change to you dealer or to your shade tree mechanic he can do abetter job

Do Not go to Jiffy Lube in Madison Heights.The customer service is horrible.They changed my oil which cost me 80.00 an then I got into my car and my glove box had been broken and slammed shut and they also left screws out and I had to call them several times to get it fixed...BOTTOM LINE IS DO NOT GO TO JIFFY LUBE..

They were supposed to replace the rear brakes and rotate the rotors on my mustang but after 3 hours I was told they could not complete the job so they put the old parts back on and I left. Because they did this the rotors were scarred and I had to spend double what I should have for new rotors. Now they won't take any responsibility. I do not recommend Jiffy Lube to anyone!

I was motified when my son in law called to let me know he had taken the car in to have the oil changed and was confused by the behavior of the manager. My family is caucasian and have no problem at all with African American individuals in our community. A young african american man had started to help my son in law. He was quickly sent away from the counter to work on a car and another young caucasian man replaced him. Because my son in law is caucasian the manager sent a caucasian man to help him at the counter when the first young man was doing a fine job! That is the last time we will use Jiffy Lube---when racisim comes into play in the year 2013---it is a damn shame that racisim still exists in this day and age! That manager should be truely ashamed.

My daughter took her car in for a basic oil change and requested basic, she was sold an upgrade to high mileage oil that she never agreed to costing 60.00 for the service. She is young and didn't question it, when I called the gentleman I spoke to was rude and I will be contacting their corporate office. It is not the 20 bucks, just the fact a college girl again is taken advantage of by this company again. Based on what I read here it is quite common.

I tiio my car to Jiffy Lube and they charged me $21.99 for tire rotation. I have a mark on my tire and rim from where I hit the curve. The mark was in the same place after they told me that my tires have been rotated. WOW! Savannah,GA location

I went to get a simple oil change and the service was horrible. They overcharged me for the filter and keep bothering me to get more things done to my car. The guy that works their was new and told me my air filter was 7.49 come to find out it was 74.99 he read the price sheet wrong. The were rude and I will not go there agian
