I yust want to know wy jack inthe box hired people with no papers I went to jack in the box on Tucson az I believe was on Grant and oracle area and in the morning shift I believe the they have illegal people working whit difrent names I like jack food but after that I'm going to another one

The store location 3662 in Laredo Texas ....is really bad especially the night shift drive thru the lady there is so rude she doesn't want to take order telling me she can't because she does not have the card to use the register?????? She is just in a bad mood ...the kitchen is sooooo dirty I will be giving health inspectors a call ...you all really need to look into this because eventually I will take video and pics of this to news and news paper....the incident happened today Aug 3 rd 2012....very disappointed...terrible service...too bad they don't have a no star rating ...because that's the one I would rate.

Jack in the box was just opened in white city and we went through the drive thru. We ordered 4 tacos. They were dripping with grease broken to pieces and not even cooked all the way through. Very dissapointed! Just because they are only 50 cents a piece doesnt mean you can serve such poor quality. I wont be back for more thats for sure!

I will not eat at any Jack in the Box in Long Beach, CA because I could never get a job at one. Upon closer observation, it was noted that only Latinos are being hired. This is a big problem in Long Beach, CA. Actually, I have been searching for a job for awhile and I have never been able to get one application from a Latino. They always say, "We don't have one." or "We are out of them." and they never even look for one. This has been very angering and I am going to start filing complaints to the EEOC at every all Latino work places I come across. One they are in management they only hire their own and make Spanish a requirement for the job to cut us out. They are supposed to learn English to be here, the is no need for Spanish in America or Spanish signage. I believe its all a sign of "The Latino Takeover." The last time I was at Jack in the Box a Latin man made a huge production ordering his food in Spanish, and said in English, that's why Jack in the Box's employees should be bilingual.

I was a regular customer to Jack in the Box! But after the service I received today I will definitely not return for awhile and waste any more money on this company! The service is POOR! Talk about customer service, it's beyond POOR! I ordered my food and the cashier name Angela who works at the Jack in the Box in Honolulu on N. King St was rude and showed no respect. Her supervisor on the other hand kept ignoring the complaint I had and just said we'll talk about it to her later! There was NO ONE they needed to service at the time. So I ordered my food and received notice that they were only offering ice tea because the guy has not arrived from this morning to re-fill the soft drink machine. (that was already strike 1) they had the day before till this morning to get things prepared for the following day (which they are open 24 hours) 2) the cash register was low on small bills so she said "I could ONLY give you coins for your change ($13.36 to be exact) 3) after repeating my order before collecting my money, it was CORRECT! after receiving my order, it was ALL wrong! From the drinks to the sandwiches! Cashier then turned around and spoke loud and clear to the Lead Supervisor on duty saying, "this lady is so dumb, she's complaining about everything! She should just be happy that it's food!" I turned around and said, "Yes, I should be happy that it's food but I should be satisfied for what I'm paying for especially if I stated the exact details on my order to due allergic reactions!"

Bring back the Bacon Potato Wedges. They were the only reason I would go to Jack in the Box.

Poor customer service at jack in the box in gold canyon az had to go through drive thru twice because they forgot to give me all my order almost six dollars they ripped off from me in the beginning and didn't even apologize or give me an extra order of cookies and cookies were cold. Needs to be under new management. Very disappointed

Was just at jacks and ordered wedges with cheese and bacon and they gave me regular fries and when i said thats not what i ordered iwas told thats how they do it now. WTF it says wedges not fries. This is bs. I always get wedges

I'm very upset right now I just went to jack in the box in Monroe WA #8475 I ordered jalapeno poppers with ranch on the side I got one tiny popper diped it in. The ranch and chewed it up to my dismay I soon revised the fast and texture was completely wrong it was a chicken nugget and Bing a vegetarian for the last 17 years never eating any meat at all im horrified something like this happened to me I threw up mutable times now and tried calling the store manager who was unavailable and the woman said she would try and have her call me back sometime today and did I want my popper replaced I dont Think ill be able to eat out for a very long time im completely traumatized by this experience. I just called the corporate # and they where going to send me to a senior rep bout gets what they were not available either and have to call me back im very upset traumatized u shouldn't have to worried about what's in your order its immoral and disgusting and they have lost a great customer for life I dont know if ill ever eat out at fast food again I have an anxiety disorder and am having a panic attack

Jack in the Box in Grass Valley Ca. has pulled this soooo many time, you go through the drive up window to pick up your food, just to get down the road or home to find the food looks like it was driven over by a truck, OR the things you paid for are not in the bag...so people here is what you do for revenge. The next time you order at the drive up window, and Kentucky Fried Chicken might be famous for their chicken they are also famous for shorting your order. When the nice lady or guy hands you your order through the window, turn your engine off, remove EVERYTHING from the bag, yes at this point they will ask you to "Please pull forward" what they should be saying is "Please pull forward we have other to screw over and piss off"...I will NOT pull forward, I take every single thing out of the bag, I don't care how long it takes or horns are honking, I want to get what I paid for.....believe me this pisses em off, it is better they are pissed of than you, they could care less about you getting shorted or not.

I went to the one in Buckeye AZ,on Buckeye Ave.& 35th Ave.A cashier name Nora was working the cas register left & started making food in the drive through.She didn't sanitize her hands.THAT WAS JUST NASTY.I thought GLOVES was to be used.I asked for a refund.

I just left the jack in the box from Allen, TX on Stacy road. The service was horrible, I ask for extra cheese and bacon with my potato wedges. When I checked my order I could clearly see what extras I payed for was not there. When I spoke to the manager she did'nt care, in fact she just poured cold cheese over it! I asked her if i could get the extra bacon i payed for also and said no! I'm so supprized she would rather lose a customer over .50 cent, I asked for a refund and left. I will never return to this location again. If Jack in the box corpate office doesn't mind there managers treating customers with bad service why should I return. There are other restaurant that care about customer service.

Why does Jack in the Box advertise OPEN 24 Hours, when a Drive Thru in Las Vegas, every nite says that they are updating there computers for 30 minutes, so is Jack in the Box really open 23 and Half Hours. Very frustrated in Las Vegas......;-(

Went to our local Jack In The Box in Washougal Wa.for a salad. Was surprised that the only salads available was the side salad. This was a thursday at 1:30 in the afternoon. You lost business today! There were 3 in our party and we went to Mcdonalds to get salads. Plus smooties. We went out of way to go to this Jack in a box. Won't be doing that again.

#224. You guys are always first choice in fast food.Not only fast but more ...completly friendly like the lovely Alexis to the always smiling Anthony .Keep it up Jack .Now days you cant find a fast food place without thug employes with attudes . This place byfar beats the rest!

hi i went to jitb #169 and i went through the drive-thru and a young man took my order so i get to the window and pay and when he hands me my order he says "have a good day" and before i can even open my mouth to ask for ranch he shuts the window all fast and walked away so i had to get out the car, i didnt want to get off so thats why i went through their any way alot of employees their are rude! my kids like eating their but now instead of going to that jitb that is like 3 minutes away from our home i rather drive 15 minutes to take them to another one so sad.
