BRING BACK THE DEEP FRIED BURRITO JACK!!! When I went to college back in 73, You served the above item, I would have it stuffed with lettuce tomatoes and onions...that is my JIB favorite of all time, It would make my life worth living again...pleeeze.

Beaumont texas on 9-21-2011about 7am. my coworker wanted breakfast when ordering girl at window was very rude being asmartass when I was ordering and when I went to the window she was again very rude and still being a smartass I got manager to the window she said she would handle it but the girl really needs to be corected or fired .. was very disappointed k

I used to go to jack in the box all the time but the commercials got so bad that the thought of eating there would turn my stomach. You improved a little(very little) but enough that I could go back, then you started the sex crap again and its just hard to go to eat at a place that endorses that kind of stuff. Your food is usually good and the value for your money is great, but lets be honest, the commercials stink,the help is either very good and nice or horrible and rude- there is no in between, if the investors were smart they would change the name- fire the ad agency, spend a little money on mystery shoppers or at least listen to the customers who spend their money there to weed out the rude workers and lets not forget-clean the restraunte inside and out! With the economy the way it is, wouldn't it make more sense to spend your money a little wiser and make the customers WANT TO COME IN , INSTEAD OF AVOIDING YOU? Its your choice BUT its my choice if I spend my money there.

We are major fans of JITB. There are no JITB restuarants here in Montana. But the last time we ate at one I bought 20 Jack antenna balls. So I could keep him looking fresh on my van. I do occassionally give one away as a gift. But not often! We do drive specifically from Billings, MT to Idaho Falls to eat at JITB. That is the only place we eat in Idaho. We'll even stop again in Pocatello on our way to Salt Lake City. Even though we could take alternate routes home we don't.On our way home we again stop to eat one more time at JITB. We love the Jumbo Jack and the 49 cent tacos, can't find an equal to these. They just opened a Sonic, Blah, Blah, Blah.. What can I say. Nothing compares to JITB. Wish you would open a JITB here, in Billings, in the west end of town. Thats the growing part of town and it is also where we live. I recently went to your jack in the box located ib los angeles store # 335... The manager of that store was working the drive through was extremely rude... I pulled up n asked for a minute to decide what I wanted.. she was impatiently nagging to see if i was ready.. when i was she still got my order wrong.. as I pull up to the window she takes my money sticks one hand out n repeatedly yelled back up j had me wait for about 7-8 minutes... I inform her I asked for no cheese she takes the bag back n gives it back to me... I get home the burger still has cheese...her english was really bad

When I went through drive thru at your big bear lake restaurant on September 8,2011 at approximately 3:40 pm., one of the management people was yelling at a female colored employee respect someone taking a break. Your management is very disrespectful. If this is how your buisness is run I will not be returning to your restaurant. Try treating your staff and customers with respect. This was a disgrace. The female employee should be commended for her treatment of coustomers after this incident. She treated me with total respect even with this manager yelling at her. Her nametag said Theresa. You need more employees like her.

Occasionaly I go to jack in the box and often times, I get great service, however, yesterday, September 6th, your branch on Silverado Ranch and Bermuda in Las Vegas provided a very poor service. There were only 2 employees. One on the drive thru and the other in the back cooking. 3 of us that were waiting for service in the dining area was not served at all. We ended up walking out.

I go to Jack In The Box on Broadway in Everett Wa. Every time the manager is their I get good service, but some days of the week he is not there and the service is absoulutly terible. I stood today at the counter with nobody else there and watched the counter person just standing there cleaning his nails. Finally I had to bother him from whatever he was doing to ask if they had a customer card ( How are we doing)card.The counter person said they are not affiliated with Jack In The Box because they are privatly owned.What? I don't understand this. Jack In The Box has done so will comming back from their ecoli problem just to let there resturants service go down. The food is great but the service is terible. THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE POOR RESPONSE I RECEIVED BY A CORPORATE REP ON THE PHONE TODAY REGARDING THE RECEIPTS I HAVE FROM PURCHASES MADE AT JACK IN THE BOX AT EAST CHASE AVE IN EL CAJON CA. THE RECEIPTS ARE NEEDED TO ENTER THE ON- LINE CONTEST TO WIN $10,000.00 AND I HAVE A RECEIPT ALMOST EVERY OTHER DAY AS I HAVE LIKED THE JACK IN THE BOX FOOD. HOWEVER, THE FIRST 4 NUMBERS OF THE CODE IS UNREADABLE ON MY TICKETS AND I CALLED TO ASK THAT THE CODE BE GIVEN TO ME, BECAUSE IT IS THE SAME FOR EVERYONE, NOT A TOP SECRET, AND THE GIRL WAS VERY RUDE AND SAID SHE COULD NOT GIVE IT TO ME. "NOTHING SHE COULD DO" WAS HER RESPONSE. SHE DIDN'T SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THE FIRST 4 DIGITS ARE DENOTING THE PARTICULAR JACK IN THE BOX, AS THEY ARE ALWAYS THE SAME, THE OTHER NUMBERS ARE DIFFERENT AND PROVE YOU MADE A PURCHASE. I EXPLAINED I COULD NOT CALL THE JACK IN THE BOX BECAUSE THE TEL # IS ACTUALLY A FX AND/OR DOES NOT WORK. I WAS VERY IRRITATED AT HER ATTITUDE AND RUDENESS. I AM A GOOD CUSTOMER NO LONGER!

Been working for jack N box for 2 years now, recently tranferred && getting treated like shit!

I am visiting here from Houston,Texas. what happened to the Kids Meal toy? My grandchildren love the kids meal.but was very sad when today 08-18-2011 there was no toy. I called the Jack In the box where I bought the kids meals and was told the toy with the meal was stopped. I hope Houston,Texas Jack in the box still gives the toy when we return. who get's fired from a job for fileing sexual harrassment

I used to work at jack in the box long time ago and they oaid me horribly i was making $$ and ive been there for 3 years and there were other employees who have been there for 2 weeks and there making more than me are you serious and i was a team leader. Also when i converted back to employee and was making $$ and they made me back into a teamleader i was only making less than what i was for 3 months and they never gave me back that money i was missing, anyone applying to jack please dont work there take it from me they pay horribly but the food it awesome :).

If in fact I could rate your Marysville, CA store with less than 1 star, I would go minus stars!! I went in to buy a soft drink and was paying for it when, in broad daylight, a cockroach walked across the counter where I had set my purse!! How absolutely disgusting and repulsive to a customer!! Why is this place still in business? The floor was filthy and the day only half over with and the counter literally crawling with a live cockroach......the saying is 'if you see one cockroach, you have thousands already moved in'! Why isn't the state and your corporate office investigating this filthy place, UNANNOUNCED!! Don't give them the opportunity to clean before you get there, do a surprise inspection and clean this dump up!!! I will be stopping in other places to get my drinks, I don't need to carry home a cockroach or eggs in my purse........bad day at the Jack in the Box!!!

This was my yelp review for Jack-in-the-Box @ 22730 Victory Blvd, Woodland Hills, CA Went for breakfast with my daughter at 8:00 this morning, July 20, 2011. I asked for a breakfast pita with no bacon and eggs well done. My daughter just wanted seasoned curly fries. The cook made my pita wrong by adding bacon and the eggs were undercooked. The fries were overcooked. I took my order back and had them remake the breakfast pita. There was attitude from the cook who reluctantly remade it in a sloppy fashion and it was slapped down on the counter in front of me with attitude. The food was heated up in the microwave and there was extra melted cheese on the outside of the bag. I asked for my money back and Sonia, the acting supervisor, complied with my request. I happen to speak Spanish and overheard the complaints about me returning my disgustingly prepared food. Comments like: "What's wrong with the order?" and what's his problem?!" When I asked Sonia for the store address she said "I don't know" and walked away. She also gave a dirty look which my daughter and I saw as we were checking on the address ourselves to write this very review. I've eaten at other Jack-in-the-Box restaurants before and this one is by far one that does not care about the quality of it's food or customers.

I have given jack in the box, Gilmer Texas more than one opprutunity however have decided now to never frequent the establihment again. On several ocassions I have recived raw/under cooked meat. I have brought this to the staffs attention and did not even recieve an offer to remake the item much less refund my money for a product I can not eat. I will pass up jack in the box from now on

Just wanted you to know I miss your original chicken sandwiches with the mayonionaise sauce you came up with! it was absolutely the bomb, and wish you would bring them back! these came out in the late 70's early 80's thanks for your time!!!! =)

It truly amazes me how poor customer service is. We will go to del taco ~ the gods of good customer service

I have been to your locations in Santa barbara quite a few times and the employees always seem angry that I chose to eat there, almost like they're upset that they had to start working again to make my food. they always ask me if I would like any sauce but when I say yes there is no condiments in the bag at all. I will tell them the kind of sauce , they say "okay" and when I get home there is none in the bag. it happens quite often to the point where I think they are doing it on purpose to be unkind. Always very angry demeanor at the drive through and sometimes they slurr thier speech and seem very tired like they might be using a narcotic but I can never tell. A shame that they are so rude when I say please and thank you in the most polite tone I can. I mean them no disrespect, I just wanted to buy food.

We have a Jack in the Box really close to our home and use to go there a lot even though the service is crap. The people through the drive through are very rude, do not give you time to finish your order before they are interuptting you and seem never to get your order right. So we started going to another Jack in the Box a little further away because at first we really liked the service and then we went there last night and the girl at the drive through cocked an attitude because I told her some was not listed on the screen that I had ordered and wanted to make sure that it was on the order. Customer service is really needed at your Jack in the Boxes. It is pretty sad to go to a fast food place and place an order and not get what you want.
