I recently visited the Gresham JITB and the service was unbelievable. I got the wrong order 3 times. I dont treat my family often due to costs and when I do I would like the order correct. 3 of our 4 orders were wrong. My burger by the third time wrong (only was to have minus mayo extra lettuce. - not hard)I gave up and chose to do the survey. I was pleased when Ashley Kenedy contacted me and offered my money back or a free meal for my family at our local JITB. I was pleased with another try at the restaurant since that had been our first time and I thought we should try again. I planned that for dinner Friday two weeks ago. The manager had not arranged for ,y family to come and we were rejected. So it costs me more because I had not planned to cook and it was too late to start. I would appreciate my money back and a call. I am a business owner and this speaks poorly of your company. Thank you for your follow up, Kelly

Thank you for a very entertaining video week!But of csuroe, 'entertainment' wasn't the only goal here.So, let's take a (preliminary) look at the results so far.Which trailer is the most succesful?With the last video only just released, number-of-views is of csuroe still much determined by the number of days it's on the Net, but some first signs of favourites can be detected.Unicycle Painter is clearly leading with almost double points to it's competitors (+2200).Second is Parakeet Artist (1400), jumping over two previously released video's, Gallery Flambeau(1300) and Square Puppet(1000).For the last tree posts, it's still too soon.I'd say it's clear that a high "Man bites dog" factor determines the popularity - a drawing bird, or a unicycling artist does the trick. Humour or clever editing is less effective.So it's crucial to make your commercial stand out.I'm curious to see how it will evolve the next couple of weeks and months. Will it keep on rising steadily or will it top off at some point? Probably the last - there's always a saturation point.But the million dollar question is, what will it do to sales? Well, marketing boys make 'an earnest living' figuring this out for you...Can free youtube videos compete with an expensive ad in an artists magazine?

I was just at the Jack in the Box on Norwood Ave in Sacramento, CA. I observed your employee pick up trays that guest had left on tables and also the one that were placed on top of the trash containers. He took the dirty trays and placed them on the counter and began to use those trays to serve other guest, and NO he DID NOT clean them first. Is it your policy to use dirty trays to serve your guest? If he felt free to do this in front of guest I hate to think what happens in the back where food is prepared.

Your commercial about Jacks new pulled pork on a hamburger seems more of an adult commercial.It is certifiably in poor taste. My 5 yr old grandson asked me what nookie was. Is this where Jack and the box really wants to go with their commercials? I hope not. Sandie Lawson

We really liked your hearty breakfast bowls, but we have now been told they are no longer available. We have talked to a lot of people that liked them. No more hearty bowls, no more breakfast at Jacks.

I just left from Jack in the box about Twenty minutes ago in houston texas off of 8767 s main houston texas near the texans stadium. And I know for a fact that the systems are not off online until 4:00am I arrived there at 4:25 the young lady tells me it will be twenty minutes so i went up the street to shipleys not even three minutes went by. And I notice she was servincing a customer? Im a recurring customer so they know what my car looks like. And I guess im not attractive in her eyes so she could carless about me. But I just want a fair service I felt an unjust. And its is not once this is almost everytime I come.

My friend is in the Idaho Army National Guard that I have also served has been in 10 years and deployed in 2010-2011. She just got back from Aunnual Training to be told she no longer has a job at Jack in the Box. The manager told both her and then her boyfriend (Also in the Guard) that it was because they are sick and tired of her having to take days off so she can fulfill her military obligation. Sadly this is a new incident and not the origanal reason for me not eating at this franchise. My SSG now a SFC told me a story about how rude him and his family was treated at Jack in the Box located in Pocatello ID. The incident he discribe started whenr his wife recieved the wrong burger then exculated to the manager calling police to excort the family out. All this cuz they didn't want to replace the burger. Both incidents happened at Jack in the Box location owned and operated by the same people. They have locations in Pocatello, Idahofalls, and Rexburg ID. I will not support those who treat troops badly and from what I read online their are many incidents like these against serves members all over the U.S.

My rating is based on your newest advertising using a word game. Maybe you have no clue as to how children incuding grandchildren. watch and ask what that word means. For the Good Lords sake. get a grip! You really need to put nonookie on a game for all the world to see. to get business? Sorry you did not think when doing that one. Your marketing team has lost theie minds. I used to love coming to your restaurants, but not any more. I will also tell all of my friends and they can tell their friends not to patronize your business. Despicable! Maybe you can give an answer to tell my grandchildre what nonookie means?

Jack in the box managers and area coaches are very unfair with managment...hire new managers and area coaches that do their job..your company will go down for all these unfair people

P. S. I also challenge you to, publicly, denounce this ad & publicly reprimand the idiot that thought of putting sexually oriented advertisements on public television. I DARE YOU to man, or woman, up.

This complaint is regarding your television ads. I noticed lately that they all have a strong sexual tone. I guess your trying to reach the adult market. But, listen, this isn't necessary. Just display your product, and let us decide if we want to try it. The latest commercial showed your waffle sandwich. I liked it up until the woman shows the man on the game they are playing that he isn't getting any n***kie tonight. This is totally inappropriate since school children are home (it's 3pm) and are watching. FIRE your ad team, and get a new one. Anybody else out there feel as I do about these commercials? Contact the JITB Headquarters and complain. JITB needs to get it's act together!
