Jack In The Box Corporate Office & Headquarters

I was at the Denver, Co location at I-70 & Chambers last night around 9pm. The cashier at the first window take my bank debt card and left the window for about 4min, came back and said it was being declined and she re-ran the card to make sure. Knowing that was incorrect because the funds for the purchase and then some was in the bank because I had just check the balance on the account. My issue is were did she go when I first gave her my card if the register was right there at the window. I feel somthing was being done with my card an she said it was being declined so there would be no record of what was really being done at the time. I will be keeping a check on my card to see if anything is wrong. Are maybe she just did not know what she was doing or somthing was wrong with the bank system at the time. Just letting you know with so much going on in the world people are doing crazy thing to get money. I love Jacks and go there all the time just not sure of this visit, sometime you just need to let our business know if there could be somthing going on they should know. Keep a eye on this location I just have a feeling on this. I am not one to make comments just had to share. Thanks

Your commercials with sexual innuendoes are done in very poor taste - What is the correlation of the food you serve and these commercials???? I question your marketing department and those that allowed these commercials run. Then you wonder why Jack-in-the-Box is still struggling to gain market share. Pay more attention to your other competitors like McDonalds, Taco Bell, etc. and just maybe you’ll see some results.

this is the worst place to work for, the management all almost all the jacks in box are a joke. all the females always have favoratism and all the male only care for on thing is a set of boobs. i have a friend that works there and i never heard of such harrassement in a work place but most of the people working there are so afraid to speak out. My friend ask her manager for HR phone number to complian and got was told if she didnt get out of the office she would get fired WTF is that. jack you need to go talk to MS. I am disgusted by your sexual references in your commercials. I have small children and I don't think they should have to be subjected to your poor judgments when they watch tv. I don't think ADULTS should be subjected to your poor tastes! You are going to put yourself out of business if you continue to offend your customers.

Jack in the box's commercials are nasty! Whose ideas are these? Dad having a problem with his 'thing' and then he is so excited to see the leather collar for the dog mistaking it for something nasty? What kind of commercials are these for a fast food chain. How disgusting. I will never buy anyt food from this restaurant. They should change their name to Jack's Nasty Family in the Box.

I have been offended by the commercials that insinuate sex. It is very inappropriate. I would have given you less than 1 star but was only choice. Do you have a new writer or what. It would do us a favor by removing them. Needless to say, I would not be eating there if you think this is in good taste.

Absolutely love the JITB commercials - their ad agency is genius. Loved the Viagra commercial, hazing commercial, and the current dog collar commercial. If we're watching a TV show that's been recorded and fast forwarding through commercials, we'll stop FF to watch the JITB commercials.

I find the new commercials (Viagra and the dog collar) offensive. I assume they are supposed to be funny, but instead they come off as trying too hard and frankly are inappropriate and uncomfortable. Also, the one on hazing is socially irresponsible. What happened - did you fire all your intelligent and talented marketing people? I will not be visiting one of your restaurants until the commercials reflect an establishment I would feel comfortable supporting.

The Dog Collar commercial is AWESOME! Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh?!?! Hahahaa! Keep it up! For anyone not liking the commercials, get over it. You're not the only ones who eat fast food. We don't need a song and dance like McDoc. Jack in the Box is the Dave Chappelle of Fast Food!

Love your commercials. Don't ever stop making them. Have enjoyed them since the Jack speaker box was blown up.

I frequent Jack in the Box a few times a week with my family. Well, I did until this week. Your commercials have progressively gotten worse. I hope your PR person is hitting his target range because from the other comments, left regarding this subject, I am NOT alone in my opinion. I refuse to take my family to your establishment until this ridiculous “childish phase” has passed; hopefully it will pass. I will tell everyone I know to boycott.

Love Jack's but the commercials are wrong. Who is running your ad campaign, Al Bundy? What in the world makes you think that those ads are worth whatever money you are paying the idiots who create them? Apparently, I missed my calling. I could be making money creating ads that would actually appeal to ALL THE OTHER folks that eat your food...not just the 14 year-old-boys. I can't believe somebody is making money producing that garbage. I'm thinking Arbys.

Love you food - hate your commercials! The Viagra ad is disgusting, creepy and really does NOT make me want to order a any kind of meat from you guys. What the heck is wrong w/ Jack? These ads have made him as creepy as the Burger King - and I really used to like Jack. What moron executive green lighted this ad campaign? Then you continue your distastful commericials w/ the dog collar ad? Really? Creepy. I really do not have any desire to go near your stores after those commercials. They are at cheap attempt to be hip in a very Jersey Shore manner.

I just wanted to write in regard to one of the newer commericials that JITB has done. Nearly all of the commericials are great, real artistic achievements but this latest one tops them all, the one where Jack and his wife are in the kitchen and she has just returned from the grocery store with grocery bags sitting on the counter and they are discussing the bill as well as the offerings of Jack's restaurants. His wife then pulls out a bottle of wine and a candle chalenging him about having this at the restaruants and Jack exclaims a light 'wow', the he pulls out the studded black dog collar and gives a real asseretive WOW aand his wife says, 'Jack, that's for whatever their dogs name is. This commercial is great, one of the absolute best I've seen in 61 years. Your company's marketing and advertising firm is the best. Please, keep these great commericials coming and don't let the cry baby religious freaks screw this great entertainment up for those of us who are normal and able to evolve to and live in, the real world of the 21st Century rather than the dark ages or medieval times. As soon as I enjoyed that commercial I could just hear in my head all of the wierdo backwards freaks crying about it being too risque'. I'm 61 years of age and it's not risque' enough. I don't want the 'fun police' wrecking my day and depriving me of fun like that commercial is. I don't usually eat out anymore because I am so broke on a fixed income with a terminal illness but I am going to eat at a Jack in the Box today as a thank you for your great commercials and the wonderful entertainment they provide. I don't understand why your commercials are full of sexual reference...I just saw the new one with the dog collar and what does that have to do with Jack's food? The viagra reference was bad enough and in poor taste. I realize that sex sells, but for fast food? Really?

Never have liked JITB food and thought the commercials were lame. However, the latest ads making references to hazing and 4 hour erections have been way out of bounds for fast food commercials. I'm shocked to see the level your corporation is stooping to just to be remembered by the public. Why don't you think about a whole different approach, try making good food, getting rid of the stupid Jack mascot, and retargeting your consumer base. You definitely need new thinkers in your marketing team. As for me, my family, and friends, we are never going to eat at your restaurants again.

How sad are the commercials regarding ED, hazing, showing an S&M collar and the inappropriate innuendoes. Why should we have to explain to our children what these ridiculous ads are saying? There is no way to excuse them. What makes Jack in the Box think that these commercials are cute and will attract customers? I or my family will no longer go to Jack in the Box - the food is just not that good and moral character of the company is in the toilet!

I would like to give one of the store employees a 5 star rating. His name was Marco and he works at the JIB #3426 in California. I stopped by today, and placed my order, he asked if my order was correct on the screen, (and my orders are never simple), I answered yes. I got to the window, he actually looked me in the face and said hello with a smile. I paid and he went to get my food. I overheard him asking the cook if my order was correct. (supreme croissant no egg no cheese with mayo) He brought my food and again with a smile asked if I'd like ketchup. He handed me my food still with a smile and told me I'll see you soon. Now I have been to many fast food restaurants and this is the first time I've noticed a fast food employee that is happy. Most have just pretty much thrown food at you out of there window, were rude and not courteous. Forget ever saying Bye, Have a nice day or See you soon. I think Marco is an asset to your business and should be recognized. I wish there were more Marco's in the world, it would be a much nicer place. Thank you for your time!

I think someone at Jack in the Box needs to find a different PR company. Whoever thought that the latest commercial that shows hazing the new employee needs to rethink their priorities. With all of the recent concerns about bullying, teenage suicide, etc., how could anyone think that this hazing is funny. SHAME ON JACK IN THE BOX!
