Jack In The Box Corporate Office & Headquarters

Jack in the Box is the only Fast Food Restaurant that I have ever visited. However, after my last visit (yesterday) I doubt that I'll go back. I ordered two taco's and one egg roll, for take out. I also requested sweet and sour sauce and hot taco sauce. I got home there was no sauce in the sack, the egg roll was flat as a pancake and burned, I had to trash it and the taco's were also over cooked, when I picked them up to eat they just crumbled. Shame, Shame on you for not instructing your staff how to fix food. YUK.

date:06/15/2011 time:09:13:31 maneger:abigail location:waipahu,hawaii hi,i'm complaining because they serve me a secondhand spoiled chicken sandwich at jack in the box. what happened? i when to jack in the box (09:00pm nighttime)to buy food: 1 tacos(2),1 chickensand,and 1 largeseafry. i got home...,my kid a turning 4yrs old eat some of the chicken sand and said to me, daddy, i don't like, i ask, you don't like lettuce, said to me yes, i take out the lettuce and i eat it, then gave it back to my kid, again my kid take a bite on the chicken sand and give it back to me, said, i don't like it, spoiled daddy...,ok, so i smell it the chicken sand, i smell and smell like vinegar..., i did not notice when i open the sandwich and take out the lettuce and eat it, but i notice when i pull out and holding it the bread are really hot , soft, and like, it sweating. so, i call back the jack in the box store to tell them, that one of the food they gave me was taste funny, spoiled..., and then talking to a employee name abigail, the maneger , she said , which one, the chicken sand and i told her yes', the chicken sand. i think, she new that the sandwich was spoiled'(maybe ,this chicken sand are already made long time ago, or maybe, some customer cancel the order and they let it sit for time, until, they wait for someone to order this chicken sand). talking to her on the phone, i told her that i'm coming back to store, to show the chicken sand. i'm, in the drive thru showing to her(maneger abigail)the sandwich and ask her to smell it, what do you think, is that smell funny and spoiled to you, and she said, thats how it is, smell like that. i ask the other employee(cashier mariliza)can you smell that sandwich, if smell like funny, spoiled to you. then they look each other and said yah...(yes)to what the chicken sand smell. abigail,the maneger, she throw the chicken sand on the trash and ask me if i want a another chicken sand, but, i said no', i ask her to give it to me back the chicken sand because, i think, she did that to me in intentionally'..., and to make fun of me. i went to jack in the box to buy food for may kids, not to be insult' and be disgrace' by any jack in the box employee, i'm a customer.../ by the way i called a police just to get information on what should i do, if someone do that to a customer, told me that, i can complained and report to a Food and Drug Administration, or to a jack in the box restaurants, regional office in Honolulu, Hawaii. i do this, because i care... MAHALO... /and also, please' to all jack in the box employee, when you made a mistake don't be rude by hanging a phone when talking to a customer, stop arguing to a customer, and don't mention any family names like: BOYFRIEND,UNCLE,MOMMY AND DADDY, or GANG MEMBERS with your argument cases... DO ACTION PLEASE... now!!! customer care* $$$$$

I madw a complaint to an actual store manager in Universal City, TX. He absolutely ignored me. Upon leaving, I called our city health inspector. The restaurant was visited within an hour and was promptly shut down for 3 days. PLEASE HOLD THE FRANCHISE OWNER TO THE SAME LEVEL OF CLEAN AS YOUR COMPETITION...NAMELY MCDONALDS. Have you ever visited a nasty McDonalds? Rarely. To be continued...

My 48 year old son went through the drive in at Jack in the Box in Smokey point washington. He had trouble getting the waiter to understand his order & after repeating it three times was getting frustrated, but not angry. He finally was able to place his order, but after passing the pick up window where they made sure to get his money, he found the police waiting for him. Jack in the Box had called the police & said he was abusive & sounded intoxicated, which he was not. They were able to decide this over the microphone without even seeing him. When can you get the police to come that fast if there is a real emergency? Unfortunately, my son was driving on a suspended license so he will be in jail for up to two years. He was stupid to do that but he did not need any help from Jack In the Box to be punished for it, so I will never eat there again as long as I live & I will make sure that anyone within earshot knows to be careful going through drive in windows, because it they don't like the way you sound, you could have the police waiting for you.

I Was Sittig at the Jack in the box at Paker CO,on jorden and was listing to the manager talking to her employee's she was talking about the way they have been doing at the store and tould a few of her emloyee's that she had this meeting with theam becouse she had heard that a few of the outher manager's in colorado had been fired and sure as hell was not going to be one of theam. she told one of the employee's there the reson why she had a meeting with that employee and the area coach was couse she was going to be fried i think that she should have not tould her any of this couse it was between her and the employee and it should of stay'ed beteween theam not all the empolyees .and then she went on to say that they have a devil working for theam that they have made theam self's. as a manager talking to her empolyees about someone that work's with theam is not nice at all i can just here her talking about her outher empolyees i no the one's that were siting there with her were just at all or were just saying what she want'ed to here not to lose there job i thought she was a very mean and rud person and hope that you who read's this confort her she was just out of hand and need's to be talk to and if you need i have her on recording i just don't want you to use my full name Thank You Bob P/S I GO There often and am very sad that there could be very mean manger's there she should be the one to be call'ed a Davil not the empolyee so so mad in parker co,

I was in the Jack In The Box at 1260 Seguin St. in New Braunfels, Texas about 4:35 this afternoon, May 28. The floor was filthy behind the counter and in the customer area. An employee spilled ice cream along the floor for about 8 feet then tracked it all over the floor while smearing it around with a mop. The shift manager was very unhappy to have the condition of the area pointed out to her and nothing was done to improve the condition.

I have been going to Jack in the Box for 40 years, and especially liked the tacos, until last night (May 11, 2011). I ordered some tacos around 9PM CST at the store located on Jones Rd in Houston TX, which around a mile from my home. I got home with my tacos, they were cold and grease was dripping from the paper the tacos were in. I could not eat them, and it was apparent that the tacos were made a long time before I placed my order. I will never eat at another Jack in the Box after this experience.

I very disappointed with the food I received from an order I placed at the Jack in the Box in Rowland Heights in California. The two tacos I ordered were dripping in grease and oil. I threw them away. I also ordered three breakfast sourdough sandwiches. All three sandwiches tasted like they were spoiled and bad. My bill came to over $18.00. It was a total waste of money because I ended up throwing everything away!!!! All the food was disgusting.

How dare you invade our computer with your pop-up videos! They are loud, intrusive, unwanted, unsolicited and completely freaking RUDE! Take them off! There is no way to even "unsubscribe". Not only are your TV ads stupid and gross - what right do you have to invade our computer? I tried calling your "Corporate Offices" and don't even have the option to leave a message. YOU can invade our privacy at any hour - but we don't have the option to contact YOU to complain about your invasive tactics!

For the 4th time this week my local Jack In The Box has forgotten something off of my order I have a big Family so when Items are missing from my order its at least $15.00 I decided to call today when Again I was missing items from my order and Iasked to speak to the manager was told with an attitude he was not going to come to the phone that I did not have to speak with him and to just come in to pick up what was missing when I went on to tell the girl I wanted the managers name she asked me why I wanted his name and what for I find this very upsetting and it is none of her damn buisness and I told her so You need to have some kind of training for your managers and their employees.

On 3/1/2011 I visited a jack n the box in el cajon ca on broadway at 11:00 pm jib#78 ? Well I order the fish and chips with a few other things when I asked for tarter sauce I was rudely informed that they didn't have any by a team leader named Stephanie so I asked for a refund of just the fish and chips you would have thought I asked her for her own money so she rudely grabbed my bag and slammed it on the counter so then she rolled her eyes and said to me you know it's not my fault we dont have tarter sauce I told her I never said it was your fault at this point I'm so mad that she is talking to me like this I didn't want to place in order for ne thing else so at this point she hands me my money and I ask her her name as she rolls her eyes and walks away under her breath she tells me her name is Stephanie as she goes to get the rest of my food and bring it back I ask what the general managers name is she tells me with the most attitude JUST LOOK ON YOUR RECEPIT so I drive away never have I left a resturant so mad in my life I can't even put in words the amount of disrespect I got from this young lady in no way at all did she try and acomadate me by asking is there any other sauce I can get for you is there anything I can do nothing like that I have never felt so disrespected from a worker before I think this young lady does not deserve a job and has no customer service at all you have lost a customer that has been loyal for over ten years thanks Jasmine .I

i eat at jib at least once a week. i like turkey cheddar grilled. my dog likes 1$ chicken sandwich..my brother lives in arizona and gets coupons int the mail..i only have email on phone i cant print,,,so i want them mailed. u r signup only has email.

We went to Jack in the Box at 4606 Rittiman Rd, San Antonio Tx. The Experience we had with that place was horrible. Our order was wrong we ordered curly fries w/our meal, and didn't get them just regular fries. The Lady argued with us, that we were wrong, and we waited 35 min's to bring the right ones out. Then they got my Jumbo Jack wrong I said No Mayo, No Ketchup, put Mustard it was wrong. I took it back and waited for 40 min's for it to come back. Only 2 other people inside very slow, very rude, treated us like we shouldn't be there. When we asked for a Refund our food was cold and the Lady argued and said "NO" I don't have the code to do that. How is Jack in the box stay in Business??? This has happened to three others in San Antonio very bad business, very rude people, very dissatisfied w/service and Manager. We had 2 babies with us can you imagine the frustration of spending an hour and a half for a quick fast food place.

recently i went to the jack in the box here on 82nd in portland oregon. i ordered 4 grilled pastrami and was told that they do not sell them anymore. i was aksed if i wanted anything else, i said no thanks, and proceded to drive on through. i was told by the person at the window to never come back if i did not buy something or they would call the police. how else do you get out of the drive through?

I'm only 12 years old and when I am watchig tv and see these inapproprirate commercials and it really bugs me when they regaurd hazing, erections, viagras and many other things people just dont want to see and they all are on your commercials stop please,

I think the commercials are funny and people need to chill out. I know a doctor who'll prescribe the good medical stuff.

I am the father of an employee of Jack in the box, and I have to say that you have a Mgr. of a store in Spokane who uses intimidation, and harassment to scare the employees to come in to work. Even if they are sick with a illness that can be spread to your customers, and if I do recall that violates health food standards. I sure hope that this will get addressed real soon due to the liability for your company. This Mgr. should be fired for his tactics, and his poor mgr. skills. I'm sure this is not the kind of person you want running a store when he has no regard how it would affect your customer's. I will be waiting to see how this plays out to decide one if I will file a lawsuit for harassment, and intimidation, as well as contact the Health dept. about this particular store's health code practices. Sincerly, Concerned parent, and long time customer.

Your Pleasant Grove tx restaurant has my cell number on their receipt. I have gotten at least ten calls at all hours from angry customers who paid for stuff they did not get over the past couple of months. Not only is this annoying but it makes me wonder whether you have dishonest staff there who are ripping off customers by charging them for stuff they do not get and then keeping the money ... And have deliberately put a fake number on the receipt so they cannot get complaints. Fix this.

Okay jack In the box is a good restaurant and I love it people here saying that they're not going to visit the restaurant over a comercial come on that is lame lol its humor and the racist things yall are writing on here about hispanics working at these restaurants what does that have to do with the restaurant hispanics are known for working hard and NOT LAZY. But any ways its about the quality of the food and the food is great jack knows what he has going onn and people saying there not going to visist the restaurant SO WHAT yall aint the only ones in this world
