Well, I stopped in to shop to use my rewards and 50% off Stafford buy one get one half off. I get to the check out and the 50% off was not clear about sales and clearance items , the rewards are not given on specific items but spread across two items I wanted to purchase. Then after paying off my old jcp account and opening a new one the register would not take my new card number. Shopping at jcp is not worth it. It is frustrating with no sales help on the floor. I used to work for jcp and have been a loyal customer. But now it looks like you will close before sears.

Why are there so many mannequins in the stores? I counted 87 in Cambridge … and I’m sure I missed some. They are in the middle of the isles, in the fitting rooms, everywhere. There are too many.

well, you are still doing it all wrong. Just received your new so called mini catalog and again there is NOTHING in it that I would buy. You are catering to all the wrong people, ot everyday people who will buy your merchandise but to young people and business individuals. I have walked in out out of your stores for 2 years in the hopes you will bring the old Penneys back that I raised 6 children myself and husband with BUT YOU STILL DO NOT GET IT and we will see you closing your doors in the future. Sad but true

Just recieved email from friend stating you withdrew your advertising from SNL. Thank you for doing the right thing, millions of Christians are being heard, finally.

It has just come to my attention that JC Penney's has cancelled advertising associated with Saturday Night Live I understand if this is after the airing of a mockery of Jesus I just want to tell you how glad I am that there are still people in the world that will stand up when others have gone too far thank you for making a statement in favor of families and Christian values! You can count on me to be a loyal customer!

My wife has shopped JC penny for years but after this jesus movie thing WE will NOT shop there until there is a public apoligy for supporting such a movie and the persons responsible are fired.

I've shopped at JCP for many years and mainly through catalogs. Bring back the Big Book and other smaller catalogs to increase sales, not all people shop online. If you want to increase sales bring them back. Also, the ads always aimed at 20 and under is insulting. No wonder your sales are in the tank.

I cut up my card because for a whole year, they were only taking the minimum payment from my bill pay, so I then had a huge late charge. I DON'T want JCP to fold, it has always been a favorite, but they need to get their act together in so many ways. What happened?!

WOW, I just wrote a review (not good) about JCP, and then read all the other reviews to see how other "former" customers felt! Sell your JCP stock and don't buy anything with a guarantee! At the present rate, JCP will be out of business within 2 years max. What a shame. But I guess everything has its day.

I think you are giving more credit to the younger people for the items you are selling in your stores then on the ones Who are older (who shop at your stores) You adds are only for the young You are losing business because you change your store, Its your falt, I don`t go into you stores now, There is nothing for me

Pennys was founded by a great Christian man who stood for morals, unlike todays Penny's. I bought almost everything there since my parents took me to the downtown stores back in the 50's. When you made a moral statement against what the God of the Bible says is sin you basically told me to go spend my money where they don't try to tell my family that sodomy is a normal lifestyle. So guess what, I took my money elsewhere. Hows your financials doing without the Christians? I will never be back until you appologize and take a stand against such things.

Hi, I'm writing to see if someone out there will respond to my problem shopping at Penney's lately. I'm all ready to hit the big 60 and when I shop at Penney's I used to find things for my age level but lately I'm not able to find anything that either is for age 20 or age 80. The clothes I find are either too young or too old for a person of my age. I'm very disappointed at what I'm finding. I hope this can be fixed soon.

It is time to replace Mr. Johnson as CEO. He has lost all confidence in ability to increase shareholder value of JC Penny. Any change would improve results as of this low point. Why has the Board of Directors not seen this?

Understandable why J.C. Penney's is tanking. They so screwed up my simple order. I ordered a pair of shoes. Men's New Balance, White, size 10.5 wide. I received Women's Reebok, Black, size 11. At least the warehouse got the width right. They were wide. When asked if I would like to reorder I had to laugh. No, I'll go to Shopko or Sears or just about anywhere else. I remember the days when Penny's was a reliable retailer. Sorry those days are in the past. At least the clerk was helpful and polite.

What is going on with J.C.Penneys? Nothing is the same, I liked the old J.C.Penneys better and wish you would change it back. This new CEO is running this store into the ground, when is J.C.Penneys going to wake up and see this? When are the investors and the board going to wake up and see that the new CEO is NOT the best fit for J.C.Penneys.

JC Penney WAS my favorite place to shop for decades. I always found something cute and stylish to buy. But now with the new look, and styles, my friends and I only go in for a good laugh. Poor JC Penney, what have you done with the store we loved? Bring it back or I'm afraid you'll be out of business soon. But thanks for the laughs. Never thought I'd be disappointed in JCP.

The service, or LACK thereof the past year is deplorable. The corporate restructure under Ron Johnson has eliminated employees with 20+ years and eliminated their jobs and are replacing them with younger new hires to do the same job for 33% less. I will no longer shop at JCP.

Please return J. C. Penney back and remove the NEW CEO! He has no ideal how to maintain J.C. Penney. First start with the name back top J.C. Penney. I don't have enough time to tell you everything wrong with J.C.Penney. I believe the CEO has no ideal how J.C. Penney was invented 100 years ago. If so your store would not be a big MESS! I hardly ever shop at J.C.Penney now that the store has changed.

I feel like JCP charge to high a fee when your late on your bill. Yes I know it's your responsibility to make a payment on time. But when only one day late and you get charge the same amount as your monthly bill this is ridiculous.I feel this is highway robbery to chan ge you $35 for one day late. And they wonder why i don't shop there a lot.

J.C. Penney needs to bring back Alfred Dunner clothing for women and misses especially in petite sizes. Petite mature women cannot find age appropriate clothing. I use to love buying the slacks and coordinating short sleeve slip-over tops. Also, shoes. We cannot wear platform shoes. Again, bring back clothing that ALL ages can wear. I quit going to Penney's because of this.
