The current TV commercial with the three screaming women because they missed the sales price on products is so irritating, we mute the TV. J.C. Penney was a store of high quality and priciples. If you think you are competing or being funny as the "Target Christmas Ad", the blond who can't wait to shop, you have missed the boat. Yes, we are aware of the ad. No, it would not attract me to shop. J.C. Penney was my store for many years. Your quality is bottom of the line.

Your current TV commercials are so annoying (with all the screaming) that I have begun muting my TV through all the commercials, just in case. If this continues, I'll turn off my TV until it is safer to return. This is NOT endearing me to your company!! I would give it a zero rating, if that were an option.

While I love JC Penneys, if you don't get that annoying commercial off the air I won't shop your new improved store. The screaming is annoying and bothers me every time it comes on the air. Who is stupid enough to get people annoyed when they are trying to bring more people to the store?

First time I had shopped my Penny's store Mt. Juliet, Tn store since Christmas. I walked arounnd the store looking for signs with items on sale, there were none. I told a sales person I had never been in the store and not found items on sale. he informed me Penny's has a new pricing struture everything is at least 40% off. went to the men's running pants section as I needed a new pair of Nike running pnts their priced at 35.00 same price as every retailer except Dick's is running them on sale for $27.00. Who ever the marketing genuis who came up with this new price struture needs to find something out about the consumer. Let me speak as one, most people today are looking for good value items at a fair price. the Penny's store I shopped today look like a large whse. and there were no signs directing me towards sales. Like most consumers I have walked out of a store's with items I bought didn't even consider buying when entering the store because of items being promoted in the stores. I'm a credit card holder since 1977 and won't be back there's to many places to shop.

To your Marketing dept. Please take your dope smoking, drug induced entry level marketing "professionals" /sarcasm off and promote them to senior management soon where they cannot do any more damage.. I have shopped J.C. Penneys all my life .... your natl TV ad is the most despicable thing I have ever seen. Those who designed it, approved it and produced it are morons. Is that what a once pround company want to be liked to? Disgusted

I will never ever shop at jcp ever again!! I used to shop there all the time and over the summer was wrongfully stop and searched for shopliftting! I have never taken a thing in my life and never would! I am married to a cop and the whole thing was the worst thing that has ever happen me. They were rude and didn't even tell me why I was being stop and searched. The whole thing took over a hour of me being treated like crap for something I did not do! After when they saw they were wrong didn't even say they were sorry! My family, my friends and myself will never even step foot in your store again and I also tell anyone I meet what happen to me there. I have been in touch with a lawyer about what was done to me there as well.

I've shopped JC Penneys for decades, mainly for womens tall Cabin Creek and Donnkenny pants. What young inexperienced management and purchasers do you hire? I cant believe that both tall product lines didnt make money. Penneys was the only place to go for tall womens pants, but no more. Obviously your going through cost cutting measures but whose making those decisions? Do they understand demographics? Its the baby-boomers who spend the most money and purchase more expensive product lines. Get your heads out of your tooshies and bring back quality clothing. I can go to the big box stores if I want to buy cheap clothing, but I'll always pay for quality if its available. I guess I'll have to shop at Goodwill and hope that someone brings in Cabin creek pants in 16T or 18T.....

My recent purchase of Levolor shades from Council Bluffs, Iowa work well and look attractive from the inside; however, the hardware shows on the outside which makes the front of my home look unsightly. We attached a four inch strip of upholstry fabric to the outside of the blind to hide the mechanism. This solution is hardly satisfactory but since the sales associate would not return my calls, it's all that we can do. I'm furious that JC Penney training procedures allowed an uninformed sales associate to help me with a rather costly purchase. Had she told me that an inside mount would show from the outside, I would have purchased another style. All my blinds need to be replaced. Be assured that another company will receive my business for these future purchases.

I am so done with Penny's. I refuse to continue to shop at your stores anymore. I can and will find whatever I need at another store. Discontinuing the Cabin Creek jeans was the last straw. You take what is a good product at a fair price and replace it with some flimsy crap.......enough. I am taking a stand! I may only be one person but my dollars will be spent elsewhere. DONE DONE DONE with Penny's!!!!!!!!

I am working at jc penney in Nogales, arizona and I was fired. although I was not hired as temp. thats what this man Jessie Castillo told me. there is no reason for letting me go, what I am sure of is that he is descriminating me. what can I do?

I am threw with shopping at Penney's I always wore your Cabin Creek line the pants fit perfect never had to do anything with them. Well you no longer carry the line so I will no longer shop at your store. All my bedding and linens come from Penneys I always buy my grandsons clothes there well if you can't carry the clothes I wear CABIN CREEK I will no longer buy one thing from Penneys. It looks like there are alot of people that feel the way I do !!!!!

I've been buying Donnkenny tall pants and cabin creek tall jeans for years. Now you've discontinued both. I feel Penneys is trying to force women into buying what brands Penneys want them to buy. I'll go else where. You keep down sizing...what's wrong...stock prices down? This isn't going to help them.

Yeah the economy is bad, but having a store manager, assistant store mangager, then 4 more under that, then 5 supervisors, come on isnt that giving you a headache already, before letting go real workers, let go of some that are taking space and money. Riversides county jcpenny stores are paying out too much money too many staff members.

I have a daughter (43 yrs old) with cerebral palsy. All of her clothing came from Penney's until they started discontinuing it: high top Rebok shoes, pull up Cabin Creek twill pants and jeans, mock top long sleeve pull on winter shirts, polo shirts, comfortable underwear and socks. No more! Wow I guess they just are so greedy their profit was not enough on practical clothes - had to get the ones that hang around the fat slobs bellies and cut low enough to expose the slobs breasts. Then I find out they stopped making the nice suits I have worn for many years! So much for a good thing! I've had an account with JCP most of my adult life until now - so long!

Where may I go to find Cabin Creek jeans? I like the product, and I have two friends who buy them regularly, and are always happy with the fit and quality. You would have gotten a '5 star rating'from me had you announced that the product is back in your inventory.

I am very disapointed in jc pennys system regarding the warranties in the jewlery department. I purchased a wedding ring back in dec 2007, for my son who was in basic training and in oct of 2008 the setting that the diamond was in fell off the band, only 9 months later, I took it to jc penny and they fixed it under warranty, again today as my daughter in law was visiting in Billings Montana, it broke again Jan 5, 2012, now for such an expensive ring, it is a band with in a setting with 1/2 carat and to anniverary bands on each side. This should not have happened a 2nd time, work was obviously done poorly. So we called JC Pennys in oregon where it was purchased and the lady said that there were no records of us buying it or getting it fixed because their system was updated and everything prior to jan 2010 was lost...I am in arizona and all paperwork is either packed or lost and i was told, "well there is nothing that we can do, u should always carry your warranty with you" my daughter in law is so very upset, thus i know that there is aa warranty but your business does not seem to care. i have tried the corporate office 3 times have not heard a persons voice either time, this tells me that your company is a fraud.

I am an associate at JC Penney. I got hired as seasonal and they kept me. I'm trained to be a cashier, work the service desk, door to floors,and everything else. The management here is okay. Not the best. RASCIST to say the least. A supervisor named ANA only talks to the associates that speak spanish even though she speaks english. She talks about the other associates in spanish. Another one who goes by TAN is to concerned with making the job "drama filled" than actually doing her job. My biggest complaint? LOSS PERVENTION! Where do I begin? You can't do anything right by them. I get talked to at least once a week... but over nothing! (My shoes were squeaking, I signed my full name instead of iniatls on the fitting room paper, my name only has 3 letters, the way they talk to you is so rude.) I was told "You better not do that again because I told you not to." I can't wait to find another job soon.

I have been buying cabin creek pull on jeans for my daughter for years. So very dissapointed you discontinued carrying them as are many of my friends. Please bring back the cabin creek pull up jeans. Have read many blogs concerning cabin creek line espically the pull up jeans.Many have said to use to let you know how I feel,you would not care hoping you do care!!!!

I ordered a twin bed and dresser in October from JC Penney. Five weeks later the dresser arrived with broken rails for the bed. I contacted Penneys and was told that new rails would be sent. That was November. Just before I Christmas I called and asked to have the furniture picked up. Penney has not replaced the rails and did not pick up the defective furniture. When I called customer service I'm told something different each time. Today I was told that I would have to pay for the shipping charges to return the defective furniture to Penneys. Needless to say, this is not a company that I would use again or recommend.

I want to commend an employee at your Rochester, Minnesota JCPenny store. Her name is Mary. Because of her quick and professional actions the woman who had stolen my credit cards earlier in the day on December 18, 2011, was apprehended and sent to jail. Mary remembered the name on the Debit Card, looked my name up in the phone book and called me at my home. Additionally, I believe, Mary got the Rochester police involved quickly. She was sympathetic and helpful. I had spoken to her about the additional thefts from our church of my mother’s well-wisher cards and my granddaughter’s new snow boots. Mary went above the usual helpfulness and went out into the thief’s car and found the snow boots. I do not believe that the police would have known that the boots were stolen property if Mary had not done this for us. They were not in a shopping bag and did not have a receipt from a store with them. I understand that Mary was head of your store security system for 20 years and had recently retired from this position. I know that we could have had a much worse outcome of this traumatic day if Mary had not intervened. Mary, your store employees, and you are to be commended for your fine work as well as kind and caring personal qualities. Thank you so much for your wonderful assistance
