I was disappointed to see JCP Cabin Creek brand discontinued. If they no longer wish to carry this brand in the store, I wish they carried it online. I believe there are enough customers who purchased this brand due to fit and quality which are better than other brands JCP continues to carry. A reason I shopped at JCP is no longer available.

Your new commercials with constant screaming are terrible!!!!!!! All you will accomplish is driving customers to your competitors. Please take these terrible commercials off the airways and seriously reconisder terminating the advertising agency who developed this campaign.

I would never shop again at JC Penney because of your recent television commercial where you have everyone yelling. That is without a doubt the dumbest and most annoying ad I have ever seen or heard. Not only are the people loud and irritating, its simply foolish and silly. You have a great name and very good products and its not necessary to put out such a piece of trash like that. If JCP thinks thats going to get more business in there store, your mistaken. JCP has always appealed to myself and my wife because of your PRODUCTS not the noise you make. Your current TV ad campaign with all the screaming is the worst ad I've seen. And it is totally ineffective in that all the screaming does not convey anything but irritation to the viewer. You can do better than that.

An advertisement with nothing but several levels of annoying, obnoxious, vein bursting (mine) screaming? Seriously? I plugged my ears (forgot there was a mute button on my TV) each time it came on and didn't even realize until enduring this horrible commercial a dozen times that it was, in fact, a JC Penney's commercial. I hardly think this is the reaction consumers should have embedded in their minds as they leave the entrance to a JCP store and head for Sears. Advertising agency gets an "F" as does the person(s) that thought this was a clever to promote. Drove me away!

Who ever approved the new 2012 commercial needs to pull it! It's as nervewracking as the commercial with all the dogs barking. I instantly turn the channel because the screaming is insane!! I heard part of the screaming commercial at least 10 times before I even realized it was for JCP. No one pays attention to what the screamers are advertising for your company, so I'd say it was a total waste of company money. PLEASE TAKE IT OFF THE AIR!!!

Your commerical where everyone is screaming their head off is hideous! It makes my blood run cold every time I hear it. It's time to take that commerical off TV and ask for a return of what you have paid someone to dream up such a dumb piece of junk.

I am very disappointed with the new jcpenney commercials on TV. I HATE THE SCREAMING. I turn the sound off and I now refuse to shop at your store until those commercials are removed. My review is based solely on your new attempt at advertising on television. I am 46 years old so I am old enough to know how long JcPenney has been around. I am also old enough to know the reputation they once held in the retail business. For years now it is no secret how you have been struggling to regain not only your customer base, your product line, as well as that reputation that you once held in the business. I have been in the retail business for many years and let me tell you with this new commercial that you are running on television has only amounted to another reason for your customers not only to pass by your stores, but to completely go out of their way to NOT shop your stores. You lost your way years ago and with this last straw, meaning the commercial, you can make all the changes at the corporate level you want but I am afraid you have begun pulling the dirt of your grave in on top of yourselves.

your new ad campaign featuring people screaming at discount ads is very annoying. Everytime it comes on the television, I have to mute it as it is so dosturbing, i don't know what is happening on Febuary 1st, but it certainly won't make me want to shop at your store.

I have shopped at JC Penney's stores most of my 65 years. Your recent tv add is very stupid to say the least. I have seen stupid commercials before but, this one tops them all. It makes me think twice about ever shopping at the store ever again......... You should consider another advertising agency since the one you have now have the mental capacity of a 2 year old.

I used to love JCP, until your credit department hounded me to death AFTER I paid off my account,[until I proved it twice]!!! After a few years went by I was thinking of going back to shop there, cash only. BUT Enough.is.Enough, the commercial with all the screaming makes me nauseated, so the shopping trip my husband and I were going to make for our 2012 clothing has been permanently cancelled. I see there are lots of people here not liking JCP. I imagine you don't really care, because the list is growing.

The person in your advertising dept. Is an IDIOT!! And the people who approved that STUPID ANNOYING commerical with the women screaming for 30 seconds. REALLY...Who The F want's to hear that!! I tend to associate the level of intelligence of managers to the level of brilliance that their decisions convey. I cannot find words to describe the level or brilliance that your current TV commercial convey to millions of people in America. I trust that millions of people will draw their own conclusions about JCP level of intelligence and decide accordingly whether or not to visit any of your stores ever again. How brilliant!
