I just want you to know that Ann Boone of jcpenney San Bruno is making the life of regular associate so hard she abuses her power as a manager she doesn't listen to the needs of its associate she is rude and hard to please its either her way or highway pls help us and get her out of jcpenney San Bruno. Thank you and hope you get this letter.

I stopped shopping at Penney's because they quit carrying the type of clothing I liked. I was a loyal Penney's shopper for years. Now it's all about the teenagers. That's fine. But don't forget the middle agers!! We're the ones with the money. That's why I ususally shop at Kohl's now. AT least I can find something there I like. Can't say that for Penney's. Hopefully the new CEO will take a look at all that matters.

I used to shop at Penney's all the time before they changed to the Everyday Value Pricing. I have only been in your store once since Christmas as they don't have the sales like they used to have. I am an older mature adult and enjoy shopping, but until they change back to the old format, I will be shopping at Kohl's sales where a bargain is a bargain. Thank you.

I am really upset that you have discontinued the Cabin Creek pull on jeans for women. They were the staple of my everyday wardrobe for years because of their value and durability. I feel that you are trying to be too trendy. Some of us are everyday housewives who enjoy sensible and comfortable clothing. Your new catalogs are awful. They go right in the recycling when they come. There is not a thing in there that I would wear. I guess I will have to look elsewhere. I will probably not shop at Penneys anymore except for Stafford shirts for my husband and the occasional bedding item. I bet the Stafford shirts are the next thing to go. Anything that is practical and makes sense seems to get discontinued.;

Atten: Ron Johnson I visited JcPenney's for the first time yesterday 6-17-2012 since the changes have been made. I have to admit that this experience was no fun. When I walked in, I saw an empty store with maybe 1 other shopper. There was nothing in the store to catch my eye. What I'm looking for is signs that say SALE. I know that you want everything to already be listed at sale prices but who wants to walk in a store and buy an item at the asking price, regardless if you say it's a deal. I'd rather see a higher price and then a sales price. Also, I'd like to ask, how much have you invested in sending these new, large, heavy catalogs? This is a money pit if you ask me. I can only imagine how much money it cost to have those printed each month and mailed verses the sales papers that are in the news papers. The workers were very pleasant though...they did a great job explaining on how this new system works but you are making a customer think too hard about how this works and maintaining their money for a better deal on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month. That just makes no since to me. I really hope you reconsider the way you are managing JCPenney's. I don't see how the store in Orangeburg SC stays open...after talking to several people, they too have quit shopping there. I am a card holder and I'll be paying my card off a whole lot sooner now that I won't be spending any more money there. I see that you came from Apple, you might want to have someone that has been in this type of business before to assist you what a customer is actually look for when walking in a store. What I saw yesterday was nothing I'd like to see again. Learn from Belk...they know how to run a store. There are only 3 main department stores in Orangeburg SC; Sears, JcPenney's and Belk. How Sears and Penney's stay open is beyond me. Good luck.

I usually shop JCP, but the news I heard today makes me think again-- my college degreed, 30yr old daughter has been out of work in her smallish college town for over 2 years. She understands the competition and the train of thought behind who gets hired there, and she is not alone in her demographic. But it blew me away this a.m. when she texted me how she spent the last hour filling out an on-line app for a CLERK job at their hole in the wall JCP, which is about the size of a CLOSET, and, after answering the 70-QUESTIONS on the application. THEN an immediate response shoots back THAT SHE'S NOT QUALIFIED....!!!!! Tell her the job's not available, tell her anything but she's NOT QUALIFIED- maybe those 800,000 illegals get work permits will get that job!!!

JCP has decided to celebrate the lifestyle our Creator hates. Go visit Bab Edh*Dhra (today)Sodom Gomorrah in Gen 19:24. It still expresses God's wrath for man with man and women with women committing those abomidable acts. Yes, Sodom still exsists for those who would like to visit that site. I will never set foot in a JCPenney to buy again, JCP has truely lost its way and wags it's finger in God's face to say, God what you hate we love so there!

It's funny to look back over everyone's comments. The only positive comments are coming from pro-gay individuals. They are accusing everyone who oppose it as being "hate-mongers" and bigots. Funny, whenever they protest something they are exercising their right to do so (a perfect example is the Boy Scouts of America) and they are stating their opinion. When someone disagrees with their "opinion" then they become hate-mongers and bigots. I say grow up hippocrites. You can't have it both ways. We live in America, not in a communist country. If the CEO is smart, he will look over these negative comments and make changes.

As a long term married gay couple, we wanted to extend our support and appreciation of the ad campaigns that are featuring same sex couples. It is refreshing to see a corporate entity that is embracing the on-going changes in our society and is acknowledging them in a respectful, fun way. We are so happy to see the inclusion of gay men and lesbian women in your everyday ads. After all, that is what we are--everyday people like anyone else with lives, homes and families. To see and read such hatred from other Americans is sad. Whatever their views, they are entitled but to unleash them with such fury is in poor taste and surely uncalled for. Our hope is for continued and accepted diversity in this country. You are certainly helping to contribute to the vision. With many thanks.

I worked for Mervyns for ten years while Dayton Hudson owned it and they tried the exact same sales tec. that you are now and it didn't work for them any more than it is working for you Mervyns went bankrupt. The people have a hard time understanding the the price difference. We like to shop sale prices and clearence, what happened to shoping your clearence as easy as it use to be? please put things back to the way it use to be, and do I need to remind you that there is no more Mervyns please don't let the same happen to JCPenny. If you have a hard time believing someone else thought of doing this first just call Dayton Hudson and ask them how well it went for them.

Kudos to JC Penny for standing up to the conservative idiots that don't recognise how wrong they are. Your support for the LGBT community is OUTSTANDING and you should be very proud of your position on recognising the LGBT potion of our very diverse population. Don't let the conservative idiots sway you at all, what your doing is the right thing to do. I will always be a devote JC Penny customer. Thank You

Because of the direction Mr. Johnson has decided to take JCP. I am cutting up my JCP credit cards & will not be shopping at JCP anymore. Also because of this direction of his it seems that stock has dropped like a rock!! Too bad we couldn't sue him for this???

5 stars ***** to JC Penney for using s Doberman in their recent ads! They understand the intelligence of this beautiful animal. The Doberman was portrayed in a very positive manner by helping the boy find his ball. Thank you for showing that Dobermans are not the bad breed they have been come to be known. Dobermans are loyal, smart, great family dogs and very misunderstood in our society. High five and kudos to you JC Penney's for your intelligence in picking a Doberman to be in your ads!

You actually get NO STARS...unfortunately, I wasn't offered that option. I thought you sold clothing and household items NOT sexual preferences...shame on you!

I have applied to JCP for a replentishment position. I see this position listed all the time. I applied and never heard one word. I even called HR and was told that they are not looking at applications right now. Can I ask why I go through the application process which is a pain and you are not looking at applications? Why is it still posted? It looks as though someone is not doing their job. I know that you have a job, to heck with everyone else right? Do your job, if you are not hiring, take the job posting off of the sites. I have read several reviews from PAST employees'. Sounds as though JCP is not such a great place to work. That is sooooooooo sad. I guess I should be happy that no one from HR has contacted me.

I used to love going into your store. The new look is great and I loved the clothes for kids. However, I will no longer shop at your store due to your recent ads. It goes against my beliefs and I will not support your beliefs by shopping there. It's a shame you have chosen this route.

Kate Coultas, sprokewoman for JCP, premise is idealistic, not achievable. So why not advertize to the majority rather than the minority.

Due to the fact your company is involved in promotion of the homosexual agenda, with Ellen Degeneres as your spokesperson, and not standing neutral to this lifestyle, after 60 plus years of purchasing your merchandise, I will not continue to buy from your stores. This is not a true family based decision, but a move to promote a lifestyle that is unnatural, between two men or two women. I will follow how your company responds to this move , and if changes are made to stand neutral, I will return as a customer. Glenn

God, Family, Tradition, I thought JCPenny was a stable company who loved families and steeped in traditional values......you have disappointed me. I am now shopping elsewhere, will not be buying my childrens school clothes, my mothers day dresses, nor my husbands fathers day clothes again at JC Penney. Shame on you and those who made the decision to corrupt this family institution.

I totally agree with Michelle - here's what she said, and I, too, will not shop any more at JCPenney!!!! "It seems with the days and times we are living in right now everything and everyone is becoming more and more corrupt and there are no morals if any at all - I will never step foot inside your stores again - what this country was founded on - the bible - you have literally mocked it and just thrown it out the window- The Lord Jesus Christ designed marriage to be between a man and a woman and a man laying with a man or a woman with a woman is an abomination to him - so this shows that you are against what the bible stands for and the bible says we reap what we sow - I think you should have kept your company out of the immoral wars taking place today. What a sad day this is - "
