penneys no loyalty at all got rid of supervisior and hired a bunch of youn girls no experience and i one young girl even bby sits for the store manager and has became a manager all of a sudden no college nothing just a personal baby sitter and can taqlk to employees like a dog and if u go to the maqnager he says he will talk to her really jcp is getting rid of the older people to hire young kids where is the loyaty for the ones who worked hard there to make this co a success and put in real hard work and sweat and worked 16 hrs or more when the kids didnt show up so the heck with penneys

Worked at a location for 10 years with pins and plaques in cust serv,#1 in sales in 5 states in my dept. Talked to co worker (33 years) was let go because job eliminated(she was receiving dock worker) really? Then told her job would end fri. She was so mad and told everyone that later they told her she could just leave that day! No loyalty, no thank you ,nothing! Also there were only 3 reg at the store . Its going downhill . The jcp outlet is better than this!

Long time Penny customer here, went to local store to buy cotton socks, purchase price was $16+ Gave the store clerk a twenty and she gave me back $16.+ I told her that she had made a mistake. She then ask me how much that I gave her, I said twenty dollars, so she looked very confused and gave me back my twenty plus the $16+, I told her again that she had made another mistake and I gave her the money back, all of it, she then got a pen and started writing on her hand and a couple of minutes later gave me back $36,00 and said it was correct, so I was getting confused myself and I just left the store, Just wonder why JC Penny is going broke?

WHY in the heck did you quit carrying Underscore cotton panties for adult women. The nothing but strings on display are just disgusting. J C Penny appears to be hell bent on debasing the morals of America as fast as they can. They still offer REAL underwear for adult men, but not for women.

The JC Penny billing department is a major disappointment. I never have had a more difficult time trying to get a bill sent to home. I have made at least 15 calls to get the correct billing statement and all they keep sending me are bills dated back from 9/11/2012. I made another call to the billing department and they told me that I would have a statement sent by 9/18/12 and that was my new billing cycle. They are 7 days late with sending it so I called this morning 9/24/2012 and instead of sending me the bill, they told me that they added interests and late fees to my account. Needless to say I will never use my JC Penny card again. I will shop using cash, since the billing department has absolutely no idea as how to send proper billing. I ask the corporate office to close the billing department down for one day and retain the idiots they hired. Hopefully they can lean how to send proper billing if not then fire them all and hire a smarter group.

I am giving the Made for Life active wear line a 5 star but I will give JC Penney a 1 star for discontinuing the Made For Life line. I purchase tons of items from this clothing line and cannot believe you are doing away with it. I That is all I ever go into your store or shop online for. Guess my JC Penney shopping days are over! Please consider bringing this clothing line back. Why do away with a good thing?

OK.. I do not want to waste my time writing this email if it does not get to the CEO or the President of JC Penney. I absolutely need to make you aware of how absolutely frustrated and disgusted I am in withyour Southridge location in Greenfield WI... I am done... Depending on the response from this email I get I may be done with JCP all together which would be a shame as I spend a fortune there yearly and I love your clothes and shoes... But I can not take it anymore... The customer service is horrifying if you can even find a sales associate that will not roll their eyes at you or can speak proper english there any longer... then do not get me started at how long it took someone to find my size in pants.. I asked a girl to see if you had any more in back stock, she came back 20 minutes later and said yes but I am not sure where they would be... So I took it to a manager as it said you had two in my size in your store. She called a person from the back and in 5 minutes he had my pants, the manager said "Oh sorry that girl should be gone". WELL WHY IS SHE THER TO BEGIN WITH! I seriously am happy you can let someone walk out without making a sale when you have the darn pants... Good for you JCP! You must be breaking the bank with your deposits... So then this past week I went on Friday. Lines of people out the doors at the registers. but yet no one was moving. Only two registers in the entire store open being manned by two women who could speak little to no english and were basically having some severe issues with a return, so now you had one register working. No one on the sales floor anywhere to help me... NO ONE! People were so angry they were putting the clothes down on the floor and walking out, one lady said she was in line for 30 minutes and never moved so she put her stuff on the counter and walked out. I could not find anyone seroiously anyone on the sales floor to help me so I left... That is about $300 in sales that walked out just from the lady and I. I ended up going to Macy's and buying my clothes ($245) so again JCP I applaud you for doing so great that you can let that kind of money walk out your doors... AWESOME JOB TO YOU! I am so frustrated I took pictures of the lines and customers frustrated... Just a shame.... I am seriously so mad I want to cut up my card and say I am done with your store... Once I understand but this is my third visit like this.. I just cannot give my money to a store who soes not clearly care... Sorry!

Are you all kidding? It was bad enough you insult all of us over 30 folks who happen to actually have the money to shop JCP, but now--Gelato Bars and check out kiosks that do not take credit cards? For real? Who is running your company--oh, I know that answer. Can the board of directors really allow this man to drive the company into bankruptcy? I have shopped Penneys for many years. The holidays are coming and I have to say, Kohls and Macy will be getting my business this year. (Tone down the glaring colors in your ads and feed your models please. This isn't New York City.)

This company may say that they want to be America's favorite store and will tell you all about their morals of believing in eachother... they don't give a hoot for their employees who own up to their mistakes. After realizing I made a mistake in the computer, and owned up to it, my mistake ended up costing the company about 100 dollars. I promised to pay the amount back since it was an honest mistake and it would never happen again. They made me write an apology letter stating that it was a mistake and I would never let that happen again. I did. Then, after reading it they fired me. They told me theyd send my apology letter to the attorneys so that I could pay back the 100 dollars. I was then 'escorted' out of the building. A week later, I get a letter in the mail stating that I owe the company 350.00 for shoplifting. Thank you, JcPenney for first breaking me down to tears asking me to confess on paper. Then lying to my face about the amount I owed. Honestly, I'm upset that I stood behind a company like this for many years. My family and friends will no longer be shopping there, and I will be sure to tell any of my friends who are thinking of working there, not to. Way to go JCP!

Have you all gotten Ellen thrown out----- yet. You all did not listen to the customers so now you are losing money. I am hoping you close your doors for good. Now I hear you are doing gay ads for JC Penny. I know the founder is rolling in his grave that JCPenny has going the perverse way. I will continue to pray you close down and thow Ellen out the door . I will stop shopping at your Main Place Mall store located in the city of Orange, CA. JCP. needs to have this store Staffed , just Very poor customer SERVICE due to lack of Staffing... If need be sloce some stores and move those employees to other stores in the area to beef up Staffing, and customer service will improve GREATLY...

I love shopping at JC Penney's but I'm so dissappointed that the Cabin Creek Jeans are no longer sold there. They are the best jeans around for us older ladies and look so neat going out. I have more ladies asking me where I got my jeans ???? Also look great with boots. Please think about getting them back.

I just want to thank JCP for having a Big and Tall department with reasonable prices. It's not easy finding fashionable, reasonably priced clothes that fit. Other retailers either sell overpriced clothing or junk. JCP has made my life better! I also appreciate the new JCP line of clothes. They fit well, don't shrink much, and wear well. Again, JCP, thank you!!!

I have been a public school teacher for 35 years. I will no longer be shopping at J.C.Penny.

As an employee at JCP,the moral is in the toilet.The store leader is operating off of ego.I've worked for the company for quite a while and never have I encounterd anyone in a leadership position act and speak to his employees in such a cruel and appalling manner.It is understood that the company is going through some changes and those changes will affect the employees one way or another,but too approach people and try to intimadate them with disrespect is not a good look.Their are employee profiles being changed as well salaries with no notification.Is that how JCP does business now? Not caring about the people who ,on a daily basis,still interact with customers and inform them ofJCP products and services.

I have worked of jcpenney for over 15 years. I am so angered that for people who work part-time that the insurance we have is bad and a disgraced to pay for. I you get sick and spend over 1 day in the hospital, the insurance only pays 1,500 for that one day. What are employees to do who are sick and need more time. Instead of spending thousands of dollars remodeling 1,100 stores the company should give the employees better medical coverage. Instead of employees having to spend their own money which is not a lot with the hours they are getting on medical costs that are to high to afford leaving them in debt. Part-timers are people to,they work even harder and deserve better medical insurance just like the managers get.

Does corporate really listen? You keep saying how proud you are at how hard we work but we keephaving to do more and more. People in necessary positions are quitting and not being replaced. What used to be three jobs is now one. Important positions are being eliminated. The company combined the visual and pricing teams because things would be simpler and pricing would be almost non-existant. Well more pricing is being done now than was ever done before- and with less than half the people. There are more visual tasks again with less people. Can't hire anymore because of budget and no one can or wants to work our hours including midnights. The three days we get is not realistic. The few of us left could work 24/7 and not get everything done. We are still working on the last set but seems like every other day is pricing changes and nothing else gets done. Now you are taking away most of our set books! This is our Bible- no matter how worthless it has become because nothing tranfers to our store and we have to make it up anyway. Makes it hard sharing all the pages within the stores. Cant you take a little less money and provide us the tools to do our jobs? Welove the company and our jobs but morale is waning. We need to see something positive to hang in.there.

Tonight was the firsr time I've ever left jcp without making a purchase. As a 37 year old 'normal' size person i was really bummed out to see all the 17 year old fashions. The buyers have completely disregarded the group of shoppers who just want normal clothes. The womens size selection was so limited. I was shocked!! The shoe department was an utter joke. There was not a handful of normal wear day-to-day shoes to choose from. Everything had a 3" heel or was really gaudy. Shopping online is a collossal joke. Everything is out of stock! Why list it? Guess I will swich to CJ Banks for tshirts and Macys for other selections.
