Golden Corral Corporate Office & Headquarters

I live in Sanger Texas, just north of Denton Texas. My church Missions Team has been meeting at The Gloden Corral on loop 288 at 9:00 one Saturday morning a month. WE generally have anywhere from 8 to 20 members there. During that time, at least five out of every six times there is either NO bacon or like this morning, a few( six or eight) small pieces, like a half a slice. Also, in that same three years the cost of a breakfast buffet has increased from about $7.99 each to $10.99 each and we were told this morning that the cost of coffee has increased $1.00. This is completely rediculous. You have priced yourselves out of our market, we will not be back and I will personally be sure to NOT reccomend you to anyone, untill you do something to get your prices more in line with this area.

Just ate at Golden Corral dirty plates, bowls, and silverware. This was at the Shiloh Illinois location. My husband ordered a piece of steak well done he cut into it and blood came out! If you like your steak well done you can understand how gross that is! He then opted for a piece of pepperoni pizza he bit into it and a piece of paper saying Made in the USA came out!! He complained to the manager and nothing was done! They left the pizza on the buffet!! We are done with Golden Corral! We always hope the dishes will be clean and they never are! That was the last chance!

My husband and I are retired business people..been going to the Johnson City, Tn. restaurant for over 3 years.....always good food and great service....especially from Karen and Margo. On June 12,2010 we witnessed the manager, Chris, verbally abuse Margo, in front of the entire restaurant until she was in tears!!!!!!!!!!!!This is a seasoned waitress, not a girl, and very good at her job. my daughter works at one of your stablishments. she was waiting on a group of people. air conditioning is not up to parr. the customer told my daughter to go wipe off her face bacause she was too sweaty to wait on them. please! not only is she working her butt off, but in a place where the air conditioning is out in half the restaurant. the manager agreed with the customer, and told her she would not want her waiting on her as well. my daughter called me on her break, crying. I try to stay out of it and give her positive advise. the same manger left work to go to lowes... it is very hard to listen to the way managers treat employees. this is not the first incident. she belittles employees and appears to be a racist where is corprate?

I have just read the above complaints. I too have witnessed the abuse the managers have given to the employees at golden coral. My husband eat there on a regular basis, and have had nothing but excellent service from the servers, but we have seen the terrible way the managers yell at these young children. it is very upsetting to see the way they treat these kids. the servers come back to wait on us and we can tell they have been crying. plus, some of the customers are so mean to them. why the managers do not take more responsiblity in the service of employees instead of sitting around and eating all the time. why are they not fired? my husband and I go to golden corral for the food and the friendly service. GET RID OF THE MEAN MANAGERS

the goldon corral in tampa off hillsborough is horrible to work at they treat us bad they make us do temp log they make us work off the clock, when we feel we r being harrased by the lead servers and we are theres one who puts her hand in our faces i try to complain to the manager but they just say theres nothing they can do because there her favorites we all our tired of it all the serevers are and we need some help please

I WAS IN THE GOLDEN CORAL ON SR 200 IN OCALA FLORIDA AND I HAD A TABLE OF 6 AND WE RECEIVED 3 STACKS OF DIRTY DISHES SO I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER HE WAS A YOUNG MAN AND I HAD TOLD HIM WHAT HAD HAPPEND THE RESTURANT IS BEING REMOLDED AT THIS TIME AND HE TRIED TO USE THE DISHES BEING DIRTY AS AN EXCUSE SO I TOLD HIM WHAT DOES THE PERSON CLEANING THE DISHES HAVE TO DO WITH THE DISHES BEING DIRTY I WAS REALLY GETTING MAD AT HIM I SEE A HEALTH HAZARD SERVING DIRTY DISHES FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS TO EAT OFF OF AND HE SAID THE RE MODEL WAS ONLY GONNA TAKE 4 MORE DAYS I SAID DO YOU REALIZE HOW MANY CUSTOMERS YOU CAN LOOSE IN 4 DAYS. I FINALLY GAVE UP HE WASN'T GETTING IT.
