Golden Corral Corporate Office & Headquarters

This complaint is for the Ramsey St. restaurant in Fayetteville, NC. I have visited this location twice and will not go back to that location, I choose to travel across town to your Skibo location. The first time I thought thy were having a bad day, but this Sunday was the worst. The staff made excuses for everything, the problems started from the entrance. There were dirty trays, the employee said it was water from the ice pan, well there was black dirt on the tray, she did'nt even look, so it must be a regular, dirty dishes and silverware, at the juice station no clean glasses, not 1, none at all, the temp. person was asked for glasses, she went to the register and brought 1 glass gave it to the man in front of me and walked away leaving us (4-5 people) to figure it out, I called to her she kept walking, the served said they were washing glasses 8am in the morning,the cook at the steak station was serving overcooked burnt steaks, I told him no thanks, and there were no other steakes on to be served, the omlet person had egg shells everywhere and used dirty towels to wipe out the frying pans she used to cook the omlets, the station was dirty, I say the temp. person walking by and asked her to inform the manager of the condition of the omlet station and that there was not enough prep stock for the omlet station so the cook had to go back and forth to the refrigerator as the line grew, I just walked away as my stomach got sicker and sicker. I paid $17.00 for the two of us to be miserable for Sunday breakfast, the worst part was as we were leaving the manager was making excuses for a complaint, just seems like no one cares, so disappointing.

I have fallen in the Golden Corral rest. and I have been ignored. I can not help that the floor was nasty with food on the floor and the carpet was wet that I was standing on and wasnt aware of until the crash to the floor.This has cause great discomfort in my life and stress. Kansas City area.I feeln that I should have not been ignored like I have been......

Mr. Ted Fowler President/CEO Golden Corral Corporation Dear Mr. Fowler: My wife and I eat at your store located at 9070 Merrill Road in Jacksonville, Fla 6 or 7 days a week and sometimes twice a day. My wife is in very fragile health and in a wheel chair. Obviously we couldn't be treated any better or find tastier food or a cleaner place to dine or we wouldn't be here every time her health permits. It has not always been this way. Since Tim Boyle became GM he has improved everything about this store from cleanliness of the bathrooms to the quality of the food. The servers are not only more attentive then before but also extremely friendly & courteous. A/M Billy (front end) was there when Tim was promoted and A/M Lawrence (kitchen) came on board since Tim was made GM. We know many of the regulars who eat there multiple times a week and all are extremely satisfied with the food, service and attention they get from the staff. As I learned in management & leaderwhip schools during my working career you can delegate authority but not responsibility. Tim is always on the ball stopping in on his off duty time to check on things and to speak to and thank his customers. We have eaten in a number of your places here and in other states but none compares with this one and this has come about with Tim's leadership and training of staff. Yes, we are senior ( both 75 coming up) and we consider the employees here as family from Tim to the dish washers and kitchen help who always greet us when geting supplies to using the rest room. All emplyees greet regulars by name coming and going and this store is more like a small town Southern diner than a corporate store. Guests really feel at home here and enjoy themselves returning multiple times. I was a Mess Officer in the Army so 50 years ago and would have won even more awards if I had had a team like this for Mess Sgt. and cooks. They are truly outstanding, beyond reproach and a "Golden Asset" to the Golden Corral Corparation Based on mamageent and leadership guidelines Tim is responsible for this. I and my husband went to the Golden Corral in Mesa, Arizona and we were treated very well, the manager was friendly and the staff were nice.The food was delicious;he even took the time to have a few words with us.We talked about the food we liked and didn't like;and let us know about his ideas for the restaurant.He is also a good friend of my husband.

Last night we came in with a party of 10 an everyone in our party were disappointed in how the cleanliness of the Gold Corral was in Largo, FL Ulmerton Rd. Lets start from the front at the door. It smelled like sewage, grease on the counter by the registerand the walls. Water on the counter where they fill our drinks. Not mention the floor was gross! You couldn't walk without your feet sticking to the floor! I mentioned this to the waitress and she blew me off! The hamburgers were not completely cooked all the way through. The steaks werent cooked to the way I would like it because i couldn't communicate with the staff because not one of them spoke english! Our waitress was cleaning off the tables and would pick up the plates off each table and we caught her licking her fingers when food got on her hands! (NOW THAT IS GROSS!) Then she was serving people drinks and rolls! I lost my appetite at that moment! My 2 yr old had to go potty so we go to the womens bathroom and human feces was left all of the baby changing table in which had been there awhile! My friends little girl had to go potty and there was urine on the seat! Floors were sticky in the bathrooms too! Toilet paper all over the floor! Needless, to say I felt like I was in a very gross enviroment in which I will never recommend this place again, nor will I come here! My daughters birthday was yesterday and this was where she chose to go for dinner! Never again! I really thik corporate should look into the cleanliness of their resteraunts and be a little more on top of it! Stop hiring people who cant understand what you are saying because communication is a big thing in a restraunt business! The prices are rediculously high too!

Obviously Corporate is not reading the reviews. Golden Corral is horrible. Dirty a health hazard.......employees don't speak english. Totally disgusting. The lobby smelled like a sewer. Grease on the tables and counter by the cash registered, water poured all over the counter where the drinks are served. Silverware was dirty. Only went there because the granddaughter wanted to go there for her birthday. She who has always loved Golden Corral is now disgusted and never will ask to go there again. Golden Corral Large Florida Ulmerton Road. Where is the health department? Crap all over the ladies room, urine on the toliet seats. floors were so sticky it was hard to lift your feet. CEO of Corporate how about going on "Undercover Boss" to one of these disgusting restaurants. I will bet that you would not bring your family or close friends to Golden Corral. Beware folks ........... if you insist on going to Golden Corral wear a hazmat suit!

i love to eat in golden corral but there is only one in canton ohio why?i live beside mercy hospital please try to find new location beside this area thank you sooooooooooo much halla and her family and all neighbors that love golden corral

The Golden Corral in Alamogordo NM is the filthiest restaurant I have ever seen. The health department should go there and take a look.

GOLDEN CORRAL ON RAMSEY ST. IN FAY., NC IS PRETTY GOOD FOOD WISE. MY PROBLEM IS THEY HAVE NO CHAIRS TO HOLD A BABY CARRIER. I'VE BEEN IN OTHER RESTURANTS THAT HAVE HIGH CHAIRS THAT CAN BE CONVERTED TO HOLD A BABY CARRIER SECURELY. I DID NOT LIKE HAVING TO PLACE MY MONTH OLD GRANDSON ON THE FLOOR WHERE SOMEONE COULD ACCIDENTTALLY TRIP OVER HIM OR DROP SOMETHING ON HIM. GOLDEN CORRAL IS SUPPOSED TO BE FAMILY ORREINTED. FOR SAFTY SAKE THEY NEED TO GET SOME OF THOSE CHAIRS.

If there was a Crap rating on it, I would mark this one.. My wife decided to take me out this time and what a desaster it was. We went to Golden here in Moses Lake,Wa and thoght it was the shrimp night, well first off there was no shrimp so we got the salty steak instead, tryed to choke that down and 20 min latter still no shrimp, by the way it is only 6pm so you'd think there would be plenty of shrimp, any how my wife decided to try a salad, well if the Tamatos have mold on them that means there not washing them which means there not washing the vegatabales, she did ask to see the Manager but he was MIA . This was the staw breaker for us. My poor wife she only wanted to take me out for once insted we were reduced to a sandwich from Subway , Not the very best but hay my wife tryed.. Food undercooked and raw. Managers & seating assistant rude,abrupt and not courteous. dirty dishes. Managers watch customers eating at tables AND have servers CHECK YOUR RECEIPT to be sure you paid for meal after being seated at table!! Had indigestion, did not eat food not cooked, desert cakes taste like glue-left on plates. will never return.

I'm writing to you all about putting a restaurant on the corner of hwy.50 & Econ. trail behind 7 eleven.Its already have a shell of a buiding their.

Me and my family went to golden carrol in Rockford IL, we got in line to get a well a done steak and fried shrimp we got to the table and we cut into the steak it was raw and the shrimps where over fried when we got to the rolls they where like rubber. So we asked the waitress to get the manager, when he got to the table we complained to him but he had an attitude that he didn't care. So we asked for a refund and he said i dont give refunds i responded that we didn't eat our food and he walked away. Again i asked the waitress what was taking so long she got the manger and he said that he was waiting for the police and i said why he said because you were yelling at me and the lady at the next table said to the manager she did not yell at you and you should refund her money the waitress picked the plates ask her he kept repeating him self. The police got their after closing time but nothing was done he told us this was a civil matter. If you ask me golden carrol has gone down hill. We have spread this to all our friends and family its not worth the money.

I had heard that Golden Corral had very good food from several people so I decided to go on line to see if we had one in Ct. According to Google, there was 1 shown in Groton, Ct.so a friend & I decided to go there only to find out that it hasn't been there in about 7 or 8 years according to the manager of the current restaurant that's there now. He said that he's called G.C. to get them to discontinue having it on the computer but to no avail. That was not pleasant since it took us 1hr. 20min. to get there. I think someone at the Corporate Office should make an attempt to do something about this situation.We felt bad for the manager of this other restaurant because we knew this was not the first time that this happened.

I like Golden Corral restaurants. I know they have one in Springfield, MA. Have you considered other locations in MA or southern N.H.? Springfield is about a two hour drive for us. Please think about a location in Haverhill, No. Andover, Methuen,MA., or Plaistow or Salem, N.H.? Thank you!

STORE 2410 CLEARWATER FLORIDA IS THE WORST STORE OF THE LOT. I HAVE COMPLAINED 4 TIMES TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. THE FOOD IS EITHER UNDER COOKED OR ONLY COMES OUT 1 TIME IS AND HOUR. MOSTLY IT IS GREASEY AND UNDER COOKED OR RAW. EACH TIME THE MANAGER SAYS I KNOW AND WALKS AWAY. I FILLED OUT THREE SURVEYS WITH THE WORST RATING I COULD GIVE AND TOLD ALL THE PEOPLE I KNOW NOT TO EAT AT THE STORE.

I hope that this comment doesn't get me fire. i work at Golden Corral in Flowood Ms. The managers here treat us like slaves,call us names and taunts us about our lives outside of work.The managers call us stupid throw objects at us and tell us whe will never find another job if they fire us.Im scared 2 loosemy job because i have a family 2 feed.I've worked here for 7 years but hate coming 2 work because of the verbal abuse and mental. Anyone thatknows a good lawyer please let me know

I have repeatedly seen the manager at Golden Corral in Georgetown Kentucky degrade and belittle his employees. His name is Ray Wolfe. I suggest that people not eat there. After speaking with some of the employees they informed me that he does not give his employees their required breaks and works them longer than he legally can. I have seen other customers say things to him about his rudeness and disrespectfulness to his employees and even a few friends of mine have contacted corporate but nothing has been done. Would you Mr. Wolfe like to be treated that way, or how about your family???? I have seen the employees cry and become distraught. In this economy you cannot afford to quit your job but you DO NOT DESERVE TO BE TREATED IN THIS MANNER. I believe if this does not stop from occuring I will gather other patrons of this restuarant that has seen the ABUSE to picket in front of the store.

i work at golden corral for 6MNTHS.there was a new manger at golden corral .i was sick for mostly a week .i came back to work an give them my doctors note .to prove to them about i was sick.i came to work saturday to cover my friend an the manger send me home because i was still sick.i had call tuesday nite an told the manger i will not be coming wesnday in because me an my family was moving to different house.i call my friend up one day to see when i was working an she said i was not on the schedule.so i called up golden corral an the manger said to the other manger the next day i call up the manger an he was like where u been .i ask wat do u meen i called in wesnday an i been sick an he said i meen sunday .i told him i was not schedule on sunday i was going to cover for my friend but the manger told me an the manger someone esle was surspose to cover for her .manger aslo said i know u want to transfer golden corral an i said yes i do .because that golden corral is to far from my house an its eating all my gas an money .plus they cutt my hours to two days .they aslo have there favorites an give them more hours.
