your golden corral in grapevine mall in grapevine,texas is the worst resturant in your chain they did'nt have any meats on the fire and the manager and the employees were rued and did not apposlagiz for not having thier food ready for busiat ness will not recomend any one to go to that place.

Party of 25 reserved the banquet room months in advance. The waitress was upset because she wasn't getting any tips because the room had been reserved for over 1.5 hours (a miscommunication on their part). She practically begged for a tip. The manager (Leon) was rude and lacked any hospitality. For him it was all about numbers and how many he could fit into a restaurant! Never again will I eat at one of these placed - anywhere! I will also tell 20 of my friends!

I LIVE IN GRAND FORKS, N.D. AND EATEN AT THE CORRAL AT LEAST 100 TIMES AND HAVE NOW DECIDED NOT TO EAT THERE AGAIN. EVERY TIME THERE ARE UNCLEAN PLATES ON THE STACKS AND DIRTY ONES SET TO THE SIDE BY OTHER CUSTOMERS. THE LIST GOES ON. THE FINEST, CLEANEST, QUIET AND NICEST ATMOSPHERE WAS IN POCATELLO, IDAHO. THE KITCHEN NOISES ARE LIMITED BY THE DESIGN AND ORIENTATION. RAPID CITY IS ANOTHER POOR EXAMPLE. THE GRAND FORKS CORRAL IS RELATIVELY NEW, HOWEVER THE DESIGN DOESN'T DO IT JUSTICE. WISH I COULD BE MORE POSITIVE. IF A CITY HEALTH INSPECTOR DID HIS JOB, YOUR RESTAURANT WOULD BE CLOSED.

the golden corral in Bloomington IN had one piece of steak it was 99 %raw and 99% fat & gristle and the mananger would not let the black cook and server give any out must be on the rocks. they refuse to refund. its a crime to do that it is like stealing.the entie hour 25-30 customers were denied. steak Buffet.

my husband took me out for dinner at the golden corral in denton, tx tonight for valentines day! i just have to say that i have eaten at golden corral since i was a teenager and this has to be the worst visit i have ever had. first of all they had the silverwere where everyone could put their hands all over them, then they where out of dr.pepper, then when we went to get our food the brisket they gave my husband was all fat and they where out of mashed potatos and when i asked if they had anymore he said one minute and never came back then another guy asked what i was waiting on and i told him he said 5 minutes needless to say it was 45 minutes before they put them in, then when i finally gave up on the potatos i got macaroni that they just put in and it was cold, then i got a peice of corn on the cob and when i picked it up to eat it it looked as if someone took a bite out of it and put it back! the waitress was really nice but not well trained; i asked for a few more rolls since i didnt get to eat anything else she said yes mame and when she came back she still did not have my rolls and then reached across my husband while he was eating and put her armpit in his face while she was trying to remove the plates by this point i can honestly say i will NEVER be back to this location!!! i will drive from ponder to lewisville before i will go back!!!! i was a resteraunt manager for 6 years and i have never seen anything so unprepared or unorganized in my life!!!!! they are lucky i was not a secret shopper because they would have failed horably for food, service, and cleanliness!!!!!!!!

The golden corral in Yuma, AZ is so dirty...from dirty dishes piled on tables to a filthy floor to say nothing of the restrooms!! How long could it take to run a little vacuum or just bend over and pick up the soiled napkins and spilled food? Gross!! When they run out of a dish, they will finally get another one in the oven which may take over an hour to come back to the buffet!! Not acdeptable. You have a great concept but if you don't shape up and fly right accoridng to the rest of the reviews) you may not be in business very long. In this day and age, people are not only looking for value but if they are spending their hard earned money they also want good food and a clean restaurant!

My complaint isn't about the service, or resturant in general. It's about returning phone call's and paper work do to my chipped and cracked teeth. Iv'e been trying to get someone to help me because of this problem. It happened at the Golden Corral in Fort Ogelthorpe Ga last year,Because

I dont know what happened with my complaint to you, but I am not happy with my local Golden Corral, in Fort Ogelthorpe Ga. I chipped my tooth and cracked my back tooth., and still haven't heard from the Manager or Insurance company. I went ahead and payed out of pocket, and now would like to be payed back. I'm a good customer, and deserve a response. The day it happened I have witness, and I filled out an Incidence report. I'm not getting any help from anyone. And this happened last year. I was eating at this establishment with my husband and my two children, as we began eating we were bombarded by profanity by none other than the general manager Michelle Hickman, racial slurs towards her staff and usage of the F word made my family and i very uncomfortable and unapreciated as a customer. I asked for a refund and they refused to give me my money back, even though it was the genral manger who disrespected my family her staff and your establishment something must be done immediately. My waitress explained to me that, that woman is like that on a daily basis and even talks of slave labor and workers not being compensated in for work hours. I would never think such a prestigious restaurant would have such a dark side

The Golden Corral in Pensacola Fl....needs some TLC the entrance smells of something sour it stinks, the carpet needs replacing, the bathrooms are OMG nasty all the time and they smell to high heaven. I Love the food I eat there except " SALT" they seem to have a very heavy hand on the salt shaker. Whatever the season is you almost cannot eat the steaks for it and people who have high blood pressure can not take that much salt. My husband had a heart attack he has to watch his sodium intake... suggestion "CUT THE SALT" besides it is wasting the meat when people can't eat it they throw it away. You may want to try to do some different things to eat as well. I know everything on that menu by heart they serve the same ole desserts all the time BORING.... Try some liver & gravy we like that down here never been cooked at your restaurant that I know of. Different cakes & pies but not that LEMON CAKE that is my all time favorite !!!! It was my first time at Golden Corral and the food was okay kinda cold and it was barely none on the bar.THe mangers were very nasty with each other. And my daughter Ashely went there around november of last year. She said she saw one of the kicthen Mangers go outside and play with a dog go back in and handle the food with out washing her hands.And a coworker of mine went there and said she had a LARGE maggot in her salad. The manger Berverly just sucked her teeth and said i hope none of the coustomers saw this.And also saw the manger Beverly was also acting VERY inappropriate with a fellow employee. And if i cant rember it was a short man who looked very confuse.

We went out tonight to eat a meal as a family. My husband and I have a 2yr old, 5yr old, and a 4month old.. We ate at the Winchester KY location. As we got settled, I asked for an allergy sheet/ingredient list because my 2yr old has food allergies. They informed me that I was on my own with that.. The food was horrible, all dried up, greasy, cold... Disgusting. What sealed the deal for me, was when I took my 5yr old and 2yr old up to the dessert station. A cook right on the other side of us was talking to her coworkers. She was using very profane language, right where my children could clearly hear her. The 2yr old started repeating her! I went and told the mananger, who seemed not to care and did nothing. I thought GC was family style restraunts. I will never give them my hard earned money again, or let my children be subjected to such appalling service.

This evening I brought my 6 year old son to Golden Corral in Queensbury New York. The location is new, i think it has only been open a few days. After waiting in the line and getting our drinks, paying and finding a seat we headed up to get our meal. I was pushing the tray along the ledge. The ledge is NOT wide enough to do so. The tray slid up the ledge causing the bowl of very hot clam choweder on my tray to slide down and spill all over my hand. My hand was burned badly. An accident report was filled out and i was provided with an ice pack and burn cream and coupon for "next time" i come in. I asked for the temp. of the clam chowder to be taken and asked that they let me know how hot it is. They said they would "get right on that". After waiting and waiting they never came back. Horrible experience and there will not be a "next time".

I've been going to the golden corral in enid,ok my whole life and I have never had a better steak in my life the cook james watkins was so sweet and cooked my steak perfect!! I've always gotten a burnt or not done steak but he's steaks were perfect! And the manger Rachel was so nice to me and made sure things were running smooth. If it wasn't for them two my experience would have been the same as always!! Thank you james and Rachel!!!

I was at the Golden Corral in I-20 yesterday Dec. 12 @6:15 and my wallet was stolen while I was paying. I immediately notified the manager and they looked in the recording and saw that the person that was in line behind me took it. The manager used the intercom to advise the customers that a black wallet had been lost and they had evidence on surveillance. This action alerted the thief and instead of calling the police, the manager just send someone outside to write the license plate #. I could have recovered my wallet, had the manager chosen to call the police instead of allerting the thief that we were going to call the police and that they had an option to turn the wallet in and no questions would be asked. Your restaurant did act appropriately and should have to pay the costs for the documentation that I will have to replace $485.00 for taking so stupid actions in regards to this. I expect to hear from someone from your office ASAP in regards to this matter. The police is investigating everything now. jflores_98@hotmail.com

Went to the GC on w. Irlo Hwy in Kississime, Fl. Well I wasn't expecting a five star meal but I was expecting edible food. The kids managed to not eat anything from the buffet. The food was disgusting to look at and the buffet was in need of a wash down. Cleanliness was not on the menu at this GC. Oh and the kids would not eat any desserts because they too look and smelled like H$LL !! When I spoke with Darren the manager he told me ( in front of a line of customers ) "too bad" and then gave me a phone # to GC HQ.

I never seen such display of unprofessional management .General manager in canton Ohio is not a people person. She gets rid of her good help .Keeps her pets and when she is not there the other managers can,t find themselves.She is rude to her employees in front of customers I think she brings her problems to work.We don't bring the Family out to experience such Behavior.Seems like this is why they can,t keep the ones that left.We miss them.The other managers are rubbing off all they do is eat constantly.When they should be where they can be found.Food sucks till they want to eat or higher up walk in? Now server can come wrinkled, dirty or any way they want .You need to get some of the ones back that quit because of management and disrespect or Fire all of them start new.We wont be back.

I location arrived at the corral of the golden and amused i was not. dirty food and floor of the place to contain food unkempt this of. understanding was not precedent of the management. heeds to not do management take help of the customer was not of the task. customer was heard of the shout and trouble make. the floor was of the utility of the children ran of it that. head of the screaming baby make manager angry. head of the manager red make. red make head of lady that of the accompanying baby make scream. compromises of the money did not of the happy make. women of the made leave store contain. that of the thing that gets eaten not happy make. sick it make. throw ups of the make i had. happy was not that of the manager who red head make room get of the back. plate of the drop on the floor and coming out of the tears on cheek of mine. situation of the stress came more of the throw up. mad of the make and I leave. manager of the hate and I have tears more.

I attended the "Military Appreciation" dinner in November 2010. We received a fantastic meal, the service was great, the customer service was superb.
