Dear Sirs/Madams, I have been an owner of a 1996 Ext. Cab Fleetside Silverado truck for years now. I have always cherished its dependability and comfort. I kept the truck in mint condition and Always received compliments on it. I wish I could post picks here to show you. I called it Yeti as it was Summit White and had a long bed. It stood out on the road. 3 weeks ago I was returning home one late evening from a long day of work when I was hit by a drunk driver. The popular term for the impact is to be T-boned. The impact started at the drivers front corner and continued down the drivers side to the start of the truck bed. I/we, my truck and I, were hit at about 45mph. With little time to react I was still traveling the posted speed of 50mph. I did have to be cut from the cab of my truck as the panels were flattened. The Ins. appraised the damage and said it is totaled due to the drivers frame at the drivers seat was bent. I thought when I heard that how lucky I am to have come out of this wreck with no real injuries. Especially after seeing the damage to the other vehicle. It was an F150 and the whole engine compartment from left to right was nearly flattened. Lucky - I dont know - I think it was because my truck was "Built like a Rock". I wanted to thank you and all the people it took to make my Yeti. I miss it dearly. I would buy another however financially I can not at this time. I will though keep telling the story of mine with enthusiasm for Chevy Trucks. A proud owner, Michael Childress michael50002006@ hotmail.com
I have a safety idea for GM cars and would love to talk to someone about it. Please contact me @ mcoy4@bellsouth.net
SO I HAVE A NEW INVENTION PATENT FOR A NEW TYPE OF VEHICLE SYSTEM THAT DOES NOT HAVE TRANSMISSIONS LIKE CARS ON THE ROAD TODAY, I HEAR YOU MIGHT BE THE BIGEST SO I WANNA TALK TO A REP JUST TO EXPLAIN HOW IT WORKS EVEN IF YOU MAY NOT BE INTERESTED IN THE FUTURE. LET ME EXPLAIN WHAT I'VE INVENTED.
I bought a 2007 Escalade EXT in June of 2006. I was just told that I needed a transmission overhaul which would cost $3500. When I bought it I think it had 4 miles. It now only has 44,463 miles. I refuse to pay for this expense. GM has to know these trucks are having transmission issues. Cadillac is horrible!!!
I bought my HHR in 2009 new at Young Chevrolet in Dallas, TX and have no problems to report. My three year Warranty will be up before I have 36,000 miles on it. I'm getting ready to go to the dealership and purchase an extended warranty, this is my second new car in my 67 years on this earth both were Chevy's and I'm proud to say I belive in buying and supporting American.
In January 2002 I purchased a 2002 Bright Red Chevrolet Cavalier with only 6 miles at the time of purchase from Maroone Chevrolet, West Palm Beach. I have appreciated and valued the years that car has given me, with no major problems. I have given plenty of time and effort into maintaining basic maintenance and repairs. I did have some transmission problems in 2009 that was repaired, however it still gets me to where i need to be. To date my car is still running with 340,000 miles, but needs a paint job. It tends to burn more gas now maybe because of the miles, however I still charish my car because it's mine and I can't afford to buy a new one in this day and time. I learned early to take care of what you have and hopefully it will take care of you. This 2002 Chevrolet has been a good investment for me and my family and it has seen us through it all.

Hello I am looking for the marketing department. I heard it was Carat Global Marketing Company out of drtroit. I heard that Cadillac needs a new type of tv ad and radio ad's. I have it! A new concept That will work Every one that I have shown this to loved it. These were people who love cadillac's and that do not love cadillac but loved what I showed them. The ones that didn't like csadi's would concider top buy a cadi If this was the ad. I even have ideas on how to use the ad affectively to bring in the younger generation. My husband did this and he loves Cadi's Please contact me at j.a.w.s.inc@hotmail.com if your company is interested i my idea Mrs. Sergile
I have a 2000 Tahoe and which i just found out there are like 6 recalls in which one was my brake line which rusted out and i call the local gm dealer and there are so hateful and mean, if ford had a recall they pay the tow bill give you a rental and or real nice the one in dalton ga is making me pay the tow and rental bill
I had my 1994 grand prix services as they had a good deal going for an oil change, tire rotation and 27 point inspection. Well as some of you may already know, an oil change is idiot proof heck even the tire rotation but the way the 27 point inspection went... not so good. The mechanic even admitted twice that he may have been a little too rough on it (wheel bearing). Now I feel vibration by my feet at certain curves/turns and on roads I've been on recently prior to service and didn't vibrate by my feet. After giving me such a hassle they offered me 50% services to getting it fixed. You already know they did that just to get my business!! They ain't stupid and GM is hard up still owing the gov and tax payers so much $$$$$$!!!! Obama you fool you should have listened to Romney! Let them suckers go down as it was their own damned fault anyways! F*** GM. Even Mopar (Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge) didn't need to borrow as much $ as GM did. That's sad. Oh and to me it ain't about the age and miles of a car, its a GM through and through. GM can do more for their customers. 50% off? Go f*** yourselves.
I understand you are a sponsor of the VH1 show Basketball Wives...This show is a disgrace and I am putting you on notice as a sponsor of this show I will not purchase any of you products if you continue to support this type of garbage and violence. This show promotes nothing good and encourages bullying. I would hope that your company would not want to sponsor such activities.
i need gm address 2 headquarter
2004 buick rendezvous paid cash for used in 2008.The head gasket was replaced with less than 40000 miles. It runs hot (complaints were made to dealership on couranna rd after purchased & then. togm the maine headquarter)its your problem to get it running right.I think saleperson took advantage of a senior citizen(shame on you!!!would youhave sold your your 80 yr old father a buick with dvd's in the headrest?I hope u sleep well at night with your commission. You will have to answer one day like everybody else!!!!!! Remember if your blessed to still have your parents living what somebody like you will do to them.As far as gm is concerned gm lack of taking pride in fixing theirmistake does not surprize me.Corporated greed just like many corporation!!!!!!!How many gm workers u know that can afford to buy what they such as a ZR 1 Corvette not many!!!Workers spend 30-40 years working for gm& after they retire still can't afford to buy the toy they built!!!!
The Rosner Chevrolet dealership in Melbourne, FL, on Harbor City Blvd, had my car towed onto their lot on Friday, May 25, having discussed with me that they would fix the issues I have been trying to get fixed for the last 4 months. I was told by Pete Oliver that he would call me back in a few days with a parts list for what my car needed, so that I could save some money in the process. On Wednesday, May 30, I went to the dealership to find out what was going on, as I had yet to receive a phone call about anything, and to my dismay I found out that not only had a list not been drawn out, but the so-called "Master Technician" Barry Sheek, could tell me no more about my car than I already knew, and had already told Peter 5 days prior. When my boyfriend, who had been working on the car until he no longer had the means nor the time to do so, went back to see my car to talk more about it with the technician, he found that my driver's side window was down. Not only that, but as you may or may not know, that weekend Florida was hit by a tropical storm, which caused it to downpour for about 4 days straight, and when my boyfriend sat in my car, his underwear were soaking wet from all the water in the seats. When I brought my car into the Chevrolet dealership, I expected professional, timely service. What I got instead was indirect responses and reach-arounds, coupled with incompetent and lazy employees. EVERYTHING in my car--the ignition, the stereo (which was out of the dash, wiring harness exposed), all of the other wires within my dash, the carpet, and the seats--has been DESTROYED, because of this dealership. To top it all off, when I called to have something done about this absolutely ridiculous foul-up, Jeff Merritt, the director of service and parts, tried to tell me that it was not his fault the window was left down, my car was not worth fixing, and they did not Want to fix it. Now, correct me if I am wrong, please, but is it not part of the Service department's job to Service their customers? When was the last time you went to work and were able to choose whether you wanted to do the work put in front of you or not? When I got off the phone with Jeff, I told him that I would not be paying the original tow bill, or any bill for that matter, because they did nothing but make my situation worse and cost me more money--but when I tried to have my car removed from the lot, I was told that it could not be removed until a $69 towing fee was paid. If someone does not do something about this, I Will be suing Rosner Chevrolet and any branch consequentially connected to them. This is no where near the type of service GM should be allowing to go on in their establishments, and they have not heard the last of me.
I have a 2007 Buick Lucerne. At 38,000 miles it developed a clunk when turning at low speeds. I took it in for service and was told the upper front strut mounts were worn out. The replacement of the mounts required a wheel alignment after the repair was completed. The alignment results sheet I received indicated that the caster was out of specification and could not be corrected. I was told that it came from the factory this way. I have been told that although this may affect tire wear or handling, this is not a problem and I can continue to drive it. I have requested this statement in writing and everyone I have delt with at the dealership, or in GM Customer service has refused to accomodate me. I will get rid of this car as soon as I can find a replacement. The replacement will not be a Buick or any other GM model.
I have been contacted by a business group from Africa expressing their interest on opening a GMC dealership down there, so would you provide me phone number and/or address of the appropriate office so I can request relevant information regarding this potential business.
UNDERSTAND THAT GM CANADA IS SHUTING DOWN A LINE AND LAYING OFF OVER 2000 WORKERS.....AFTER OUR GOVERMNENTS BOTH PROVINCIALLY AND FEDERAL HELPED BAIL YOU MISS MANAGED BUNCH.....I AM GOING TO BE PURCHASING A NEW VEHICLE THIS YEAR BUT YOU CAN BET IT WILL NOT BE ANYTHING YOU MAKE.....IF I CAN PERSUADE FAMILY FRIENDS AND CO-WORKERS TO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING YOU MAKE I WILL DO SO......DON'T EXPECT TO HEAR ANYTHING FROM YOU BUT WOULD WELCOME A COMMENT IF IT MAKES ANY SENSE....BILL MIRON
I bought a 2011 Buick Regal. New with 27 miles on it, 20 of which I put on the car. A week ago the motor locked up on the car and it took a week for the service department to find out what was wrong with the car and another week, so they say to fix. Everyone say Buick's are good cars and will last longer than you. "NO THEY WILL NOT".. maybe the old buicks, but the new ones are crap. "DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CAR AT ALL... the only option I have is to trade my vehicle and it will be from at a dealership no where close to GMC/Buick!!! The corporate office was not at all concerned but why would they be, they have already been paid for my LEMON!!!
This truck took the place of the S10, I have under 50K on it and the ABS sensor and bearings are junk. replaced them once and now 7000 miles later they need replacing again to the tune of $650.00 Total BS, was told the braking system is not chevys. It is Isuzu. JUNK this truck has been nothing but problems. buyer beware!!!
