I have a 2007 Saab 97x 4.2i with 56,700. I had trouble last Friday, came home and called Saab, no answer. Called fox Chevy where I bought it, no answer. called Saab again on sat. still no answer. On Monday I called Fox Chevy again and they just blew us off an would not even look at it. Called Saab and they said that the warranty ran out on Friday July 27th the same day I tried calling them. They told me to call GM customer service. They just said it was to bad for me that no one would answer the phone and I should have known to call them. No one informed me that GM had taken oven the the warranty work on the Saabs. and the only place that would have taken it is in Ann Arbor. I just started a new job this week after being out of work of over two years. I will probably lose it if I can’t get this car fixed. kmniemi@hotmail.com 248-652-2790 313-523-9990 I need help Please

I JUST NOW VIEWED THE PLANNED OFFERINGS OF THE NEW REAR WHEEL DRIVE CADILLACS AND BUICKS FOR 2013, AND I HAVE TO SAY IT LOOKS AS THOUGH THERE IS A STRONG CHANCE THAT REAR WHEEL DRIVE AUTO BUYERS FOR 2013 WILL BE FLOCKING TO THE COMPETITORS' DEALER SHOWROOMS. THOSE ARE THE UGLIEST CARS I HAVE EVER SEEN COME FROM ANY U.S. CAR MANUFACTURER, ESPECIALLY GM. WITH NO EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING IN THAT FIELD, I AM CONFIDENT THAT I COULD DO A LOT BETTER JOB, MYSELF.

I have a 2003 Tahoe Z-71. The speedometer keeps sticking on the dash and the oil pressure gauge is pegged out. I have talked to the dealerships about this issue and all they told me was that that year model, along with some other year models, has had a lot of problems with those particular issues. He stated that it was a little expensive to have it fixed. There needs to be a recall effort made for this issue if there is a major problem with the instrument system.

Hi I have envoy car 2008. I replaced around 70% part of car

If General Motors falls to the corruption of the media and drops its sponsorship of Penn State, the largest alumni association in the world will no longer be buying General Motors vehicles. I urge the company to really consider such a decision, and remember, dropping such a sponsorship hurts no one that is actually involved in this scandal. You're only hurting current players, current students, and loyal fans who have absolutely nothing to do with the past actions of a select few individuals.

I bought a 2006 Chevy Equinox in 2009. It had about 40K miles on it when I bought it. The first clue I should of gotten was that I was stuck in my job parking lot for 30 minutes because the key could not turn in the ignition. My co=worker saw me struggling and she came over and started it. I took it in to Rizza Chevy in Bridgeview Illinois where I got the piece of crap. They said it was a recall on that issue. When It got cold that year, I discovered the side view mirror leaked and caused rust. Paint job is crap anyway cause it started to rust on the back too. The killer is that this year, I have spent over 2000.00 in this piece of "ish". Drive shaft replaced, rack and pinoin steering went out, bull crap blower motor and harness with wiring had to be replaced. This is the worse car I have ever had in my life. I came out of a Honda Accord so it is like slumming. Chevy or GM will never, ever, if even hell freezes over get my business again. I promise you, in September something else will go wrong with this piece of garbage that now rides like a wheel barrel at 120,000 miles even though the front struts were replaced. Never. Again.

Brought my '09 Chevy Equinox into the dealer for an oil change. Had a low beam headlight out so I figured I'd get it fixed. Told them to replace both bulbs, as you know when one dies, the other is soon to follow. $165 for headlight bulbs! OUTRAGEOUS! The reason? The front grill & bumper have to be removed to get to the headlights! MAJOR DESIGN FLAW. $65 for bulbs, $100 labor. Chevy customers are paying for this design flaw. Gone are the days when one could run in to their local automotive parts store & replace bulbs. Reminds me of the joke, "How many GM service techs does it take to screw in a light bulb?" Apparently a lot. Chevy runs deep alright. Deep in your pockets.

Dealership in Decatur GA is horrible Chevrolet superior on convington hey.. they lied to me several. Times. About my vehicle. Being repaired and customer service. Is horrible. Dont ever buy a car there

I purchased a 2007 Chevy 2500 HD....It has 83,000 miles on it....It just came out of the shop after having the torque converter changed in the transmission...I have filed a claim with GM for some help paying for this. I believe this should not have happened so quickly with this vehicle as the miles are not that high. It has been 2 weeks since I have heard from anyone(Mika)on this matter. I need help!! laurieboyker@hotmail.com

I had my son-in-law, SRA Raheem Crockett, whom is currently deployed, 2003 Cadillac Deville serviced at Legacy Dealership in Columbus, GA. The car had to be towed in Tuesday morning due the car was inoperative due to a much needed service which cause other deficiences. I was called at 0930hrs on the 13 July 12, that the vehicle was available for pick up. I paid the fee, $2289. As I was walking to the vehicle, I noticed that the flap underneath the vehicle was on the ground, Mr. Dexter Williams gave me some black ties to correct this due to the technicians was going to lunch. I started the vehicle and the check engine light is currently on. I informed Mr. Williams and he informed that I would have to bring the vehicle back or leave it due to techs gone to lunch. I expressed to him how much of a inconvenience this was to me b/c I was currently on my lunch break. In my mind as well as past experiences in customer service, I would have ensured that all deficiences were corrected. I am not satisfied with this incident due to; high gas prices, having someone to take me to pick up the vehicle, and the mileage driving from Ft Benning to Manchester Expressway. I am not satisfied with the service that was provided and will not recommend or come back to the dealership again. Paying over $2200 is not a sparse amount. It is not so much as to the amount but the quality service which was not provided in the case. I am so disappointed.

My husband brought a 1988 Chevy S-10 brand new and he has reached 445,000 miles on it and he loves his truck. He has used a staple gun to tack the interior part of the truck but the exterior still looks great. It is a 5 speed, and he hasn't done any major work to it at all,I am even surprised that the original gears hasn't been replaced after all these years. I would love for GM to use my husband in a commercial. He has stood by GM his whole life. He just recently purchased a Chevy Silverado and of course he loves that also. Please thank about it. We also rode in the Chevy S-10 on our Wedding Day, he insisted. Please contact me at djones11568@hotmail.com. Thank You

we have purchased several cheverlet 3500 trucks from wildcat cheverlet in cadiz ky. we have three right now that shut down under a load because fuel pressure. if you get out and prime the fuel pump it runs fine for 20 to 30 miles and shuts down again. we have changed injectors, fuel filters, fuel filter housings and still having trouble with these trucks. we have purchased 30 trucks in the last 10 years from cheverlet and would love to have some input on what might be wrong here, because we are replacing parts and not having any luck getting these trucks up and running. my name is david dehart with western ky door, inc. email is dehart@westernkydoor.com

Hello! I just rad an article about the cup holder lady and would like to say what a cool job and I'm glad you guys have someone paying attention to this little but important feature. I swear when I buy my next car I'm taking along a large sized McDonalds cup- if it doesn't fit I'm not buying the car. I have a 99 Pont Grand Am & am always smashing my fingers and the cup when I put the car into park. Or the car won't go into park without smashing half the cup. Thanks again, maybe I'll being buying a GM next time... Sincerly, Belinda Webb BelindaWebb106@gmail.com

Need information on who to contact concerning a GM dealership that has messed up our loan for the vehicle we have..not once..but twice. Now we have learned...from the owner of the dealership that will do nothing to help correct it...that forms were sent back into the bank wirh forged intials and or signatures. This is the most unethical dealership I have ever dealt with. Please contact me asap at harleyrebel2382@gmail.com. At my wits end and we need some answers....

Please send an email address for Stephen J. Girsky. Thank you so much I would like to send an item of importance for his consideration.
