Dear Sir, I bought a new Opel car from ( Mansour zamalek club wall – show room )in 2008. Believe me it's the most expensive car I ever bought in my life but also is the worst car as well. It's not a matter of ( Mansour service ) or the maintenance service but it is because the car itself. After 40,000 K the AC is O.O.O and when I checked in ( Al Awad ) I found that The evaporator needs to be replaced!!!!! As I am an engineer and I'm driving cars since 1972, I didn't meet this failed down in the cars before to have fail down in the AC after this short time. Then I discovered that this one from this car defects and all this car model have the same defect. (Then I discovered that all these car models have the same defects) I have got this information from many costumers; Engineers were working at Al Moansour service as well as outsider AC cars repair work shops. I need from your good self to help me in order to raise my complain to General Motors to find a solution and an effective response to my problem. Please be informed that my car model is Opel victra 2008 C As well as I bought from your good self another car ( Chevorlet spark ) as I believe that you are the most supporting car provider in the market. Meanwhile, I did a complaint by phone before Ramadan to Al Mansour but the only assist has been received from ( Al Awad group ) which were excellent service provider ( Eng. Lotfy ) that they are waiting Al Mansour feedback and instructions regarding to my complain. Hesham Fawzy hisham.fawzy@kempinski.com 002-010-99910311
I have a 2004 silverado with 40,600 miles on it and have been carefully maintaining my tires. Seems like nothing I do helps. I have along with at least a dozen other general motors truck owners I have recently spoken to have what is called premature tire wear. I luckily have 40,000 miles where some guys are only getting between 13,000 and 20,000 miles on their tires. Some have called to complain and have said general motors does not care. I, too have called and get the same feeling. I have learned this has been a known issue since 1988. One would think gm would get their act together and fix the issue! I have even learned that the pitman idler arms go bad around 20,000 miles, still nothing has been done. I am a very loyal customer, but this changing my mind very quickly! I also have a rattle in my steering wheel which has been there since 19,000 miles. I have learned some trucks are getting their upper intermediate steering shafts replaced under a GM warranty program if under 60,000 miles on 1999 to 2007 silverados. Why isn't, mine one? I would like for a "BIG WIG" from GM to contact me to discuss. I also have a 2008 Malibu with 20,000 miles on it with the same tire wear. Not happy! If a "BIG WIG" could call me it would be appreciated. Darrell Smith (219)369-1772 Thanks

Dear Sirs, About 14 months ago my wife and I purchased a new Cruz Eco. We absolutely fell in love the it. It was all we needed. On August 14th, while driving to work, my wife was passing a truck. It was raining extremely hard and as she passed she started to hydroplane. She lost control of her Cruz and slammed head on into a guardrail end. She sheared off three large steel posts, and peeled back about 25 feet of guardrail. Our Cruz was completely demolished, but my wife and my son were completely uninjured. My wife suffered a small burn on her left arm from one of the air bags and my son was completely uninjured! My family is more important to me than anything on this earth, and I firmly believe that had they not been in a car built to the caliber that the cruz is and was, that it is very possible they would not be with me today. The accident was horrific, but the out come was terrific. At the very core, it was God's grace that saved their lives but it was God that gave man the ability and the intelligence to design and engineer a car like the Cruz. And it took a company like Chevrolet to recognize that talent in them and to have people with that kind of ability on staff to ultimately design and build a car like the Cruz. Unfortunately, because of the economy, and some credit challenges brought on by my wife's breast cancer issues, we are unable to purchase another Cruz. But I wanted to take a moment and thank you from the bottom of my heart for your commitment to excellence and for building a car like the Cruz. That commitment, led to the car that saved the lives of my wife and my son. God bless Wayne Batchelder batchelders@ymail.com

New idea for an invention on kids being locked up in cars during summer and dying. Would like to talk to someone there about this idea. jr_cruz00@hotmail.com
I would like to contact someone in GM about the possibility of a new invention or add on to cars. Too many kids are being forgotten and left behind in cars with roll up windos and are dying in the heat. I have an idea how to stop this. So simple.
I have owned a 2006 Chevy trailblazer for three years now! The very week we bought it the water pump went in west Virginia on our way to Hilton head sc, since then we have put in new ball joints, all wheel bearings, rack and pinion, fire in the driver side door, 4 resistor packs for the blower ( most recent last week and already has lost two speeds), there is an electrical problem in the car because the headlight keeps burning the plug ( replaced last Wednesday and today, Tuesday it is burned again), fuel pump, and well I just know I am forgetting a few more things! I WILL NEVER BUY A CHEVY AGAIN AS LING AS I LIVE!!! I WILL MAKE SURE THAT NOBODY IN MY HUGE FAMILY EVER BUYS A CHEVY!! FORD ALL THE WAY!! I really hate to be bitter but just in the past month, we have put $2,200 into this car!! Your corporation should be ashamed that they are making a vehicle that doesn't even last 6 years without falling apart!! sincerely, a very poor Chevy owner!
I'm afraid that I just don't buy into GM's new 'Trust Us' campaign. You know... the ads in which they say something like, 'If you're not happy with your new Chevy, you can return it with no questions asked.' This seems very much at odds with the way I've come to see GM in recent times. After all, isn't this the same outfit that broke their pension promise to thousands of retirees? And with inexcusable apathy, wasn't it GM that announced dumping these retirees at the very moment they boasted record high profits? What kind of firm can do this sort of thing to vulnerable retirees, anyway? After seeing GM slither from lifeblood promises made to members of their own corporate family, how can anyone take seriously their mere huckstering promises? If we knew all the facts that went into GM's pension betrayal, I wonder just how ugly the picture would become. Did they hatch the plan at the same time they were contritely begging for public bailout funding? Did they shroud the plan in secrecy to skirt the fatal bailout backlash that disclosure could unleash? Having betrayed their sacred pension promise, I cannot understand how anyone could ever again place trust in GM. I've come to see them as just another faceless corporation that will say anything and do anything to grow profits, and to hell with any person, any promise, or any homeland for that matter, that gets in their way. Maybe GM is making better cars today than in days past, and who knows, maybe they'll continue to set profit records. But for my part, honor and integrity still matter. Owing to this, I cannot imagine that I will ever forgive GM for betraying those whose lives now turn on their broken promises.
i had to pay over a hundred dollars for one car remote and another 25 dollars to have it programed. what a rip off
I took my 2005 gmc truck into the shop in August of last year to have a defect warranty of the rockers replaced and paid for new cab corners and no I have driven only just over 2,000 miles and once in the winter time. The cab corners are rusting. I have found out the cab corners were repaired not replaced. The manager is no longer there. The current manager at first told me the rockers were not replaced but noe I am being told the rockers were replaced. I asked for documentation but no one would help. If the rockers were a defect the cab corners should of been also. The mamager said it was rusting from the inside on the rockers but the cab corners were not. How could they not have been? I would like this taken care of This was all done By moto inn of knoxville in Iowa
Your tech suport leaves a lot to be desired as I have bean trying to find a lube chart for my 2011 Chevrolt 2500 hd with 4 w.d. And 6.0 gaser v8 And was told it only had 2 lube points when it actualy has 11 lube points . This tells me that thay are not trained to know how to answer even simple questions .
Hello, I thought I would write you and let you know about the kind of service I recieved at the car dealer in Springfield Mo, Reliable Chev. I purchased a 2012 Chev Cruze in Sept and I really like it. When you drive it a whistle would start and they said it was a bad seal in around the windshield. I left my car in there care and a service man called in a couple of days and said it was a bad seal, but was afraid to try and fix it, he thought it would be better to send it out and have a new windshield put in it. I said ok, and by the way I did recieve a loner vehicle. He said it would be ready in a couple of days, I said ok because we were going on vacation on the 27th of July. He said no problem. A week later on Fri July 20th, 2012 a service guy called and said my windshield was in, I said ok, when will it be ready, he said when you bring it in, I said what do you mean you have my car. Well to say the least he was dumbfounded, they had lost my car, they did not call me until the following Tue afternoon and said they could not find my car and it was considered stolen. I drove down there which is an hour drive in the loner car and I set it the boses office and we called the police and reported it stolen this was after I was questions and reemed up and down the wall! They gave me another car to drive home, and when I was half way home they called and said guess what! They found my car, guess what they loaned my car out to another customer and they put 300 miles on it! Not good! To say the least they tried to make it better by cleaning it and filling it with gas, oh and they did put the new windshield in it and it did fix the whistle, to say the least I could not believe this, this was the second time I took my car to Reliable and the last. My husband retired from General Moters we have bought Chev cars all are life and I have never had a problem. I just thought you might like to know how they are running, yes it was and accident but I had personel things in my car, they coulded tell it was someones car. Not Good Buiness, I bought my car there and will never by another one from them. Were the old time service when they cared about taking care of your vehicle and not just making a quota for the day. Shame on them.
Good afternoon I did not recieved good customer service from Jerrys Chevrolet on Saturday August 4. Mr. Dave Carroll assured me I would be able to trade in my car. I was honest and upfront with him that my credit was a work in progress. They did not even run all the finance companies for me to get a vehicle. I am very diappointed after purchasing 11 vehicles from Jerrys to be treated in such a bad manner. Tangela Brown
I wonder how many of the other commenters realize the GM does NOT monitor or own this site...
I Am very dissapointed in the service we have received from Superior Cadilac in Bentonville AR, we purchased a pre-Owned Escalade two Months ago and although we were aware the vehicle had no warranty any more we were assured the truck had a full inspection and we would have no issues with it because a full service had been done on it. Yet here we are two months later having issues and having to pay $300 to get the Solenoid replaced. There is nothing Superior about "Superior Cadilac" we will NOT return to get any kind of service or Maintance Done here. What a shame to see everything they promise you to get a sale!!!!!! We feel very misleaded and deceived!

I am the owner of a 2000 Chevy Blazer and 2005 Trailblazer. I am in the market for a new vehicle to replace the 2000 Blazer. I have looked at the Equinox & Traverese but these vehicles don't have the ability to tow my boat or be towed behind my RV. The Tahoe & Subrban are too big. I understand that Chevy Trailbazers are being built and sold in Thailand & other locations overseas, I would like them to be sold in the USA as well. I would like to purchase one. Please don't make me buy a Ford Edge because that so far is the closest I can find to being a replacement to my Blazer. I am a Chevy girl and would love to purchase a brand new Chevy Trailblazer.
