October 26, 2012 I have purchased a 2010 Chevy Malibu new off the lot. I started o have problems when the 3 year warranty or 36,000 miles expired. The passenger seat under the back rest the stitching came undone Had to plea make sure it would be covered under warranty, A few months later The driver seat same thing as the passenger seat I had to pay for the seat to be replaced. . Now the back seat same thing the stitching came under. Out of warranty I was it will cost me $400.00 to replace a poor stitching job, or a defected work. The steering wheel is peeling after 2 years never heard or seen this happen in 2 years. Knowing people that have cars that older than mine. And their steering wheel is in better shape I was told this is not covered. Shame on the workmen ship.

My wife was in a head on accident 0n 10-21-12 the 2002 avalance landed on its side and slid down the road for 100 + feet, none of the air bags deployed, looked on the internet and this has been a issue with this truck for a long time i found a ton of complaints, most were reported to GM, looks like they dont want to do anything about it, in all fairness I did let they know and they are going to look into it so they say, it takes 7 to ten days for them to get back to me, i hope they do , or I will be reporting it to the NTSB , i really love the avalznche but i will not let my wife and kids get in another one until the problem is resolved. I TOOK MY 2007 SATURN AURA IN AFTER RECIEVING A LETTER IN THE MAIL FOR A RECALL ON THE TRANSMSSION SHIFT COVER WHICH COULD MAKE THE CAR APPEAR TO BE IN PARK BUT IT REALLY IS STILL IN GEAR AFTER EXPERIENCING THIS PROBLEM I TOOK MY CAR TO THE GM DEALERSHIP TO BE REPAIRED AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY VEHICLE AND THAT IF NOTHING WAS WONG WITH IT IT COULD NO BE REPAIRED. NOT EVEN A MONTH LATER I PULLED UP TO MY HOUSE PUT THE CAR IN PARK GOT OUT OF THE CAR AND IT KEEP ON ROLLING AND HIT ANOTHER VEHICLE AND GM HAS PUT ME THROUGH SO MUCH TROUBLE ABOUT REPAIRING WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY VEHICLE AND HERE IT IS ALMOST 2 WEEKS LATER AND I AM STILL WATING WITHOUT A VEHICLE TO HEAR FROM SOMEONE AT GM OFFICE IN DETROIT TO INSPECT MY VEHICLE TO MAKE SURE THAT IT IS THERE FAULT WHICH IT IS TO REPAIR MY VEHICLE GM WILL NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME EVER BUYING AOTHER ONE OF THERE VEHICLES BECAUSE TO THEM YOU ARE JUST ANOTHER CUSTOMER WITH A COMPLAINT AND THEY REALLY DONT WANT TO OWN UP TO THERE MISTAKES AND IT IS AWFUL AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT THEY GIVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!

The cobalt is the WORST car gm made and its a shame they DO NOT stand behind all its defects. They r waiting until me or my family gets killed in the dam thing first. The power steering alone almost killed us twice when it locked up at intersection. They tried telling me no prob. exists, yet it gets recalled and problem STILL remains. They wont give you the codes for any of the electronic probs. which are plentiful in this car unless you pay 50 bucks a pop. INSANE, along with all those who purchase a chevy cobalt after readin ALL the recalls they have and the fact that NOW gms not makin them. so those of us who got screwed .... well we r screwed royally !!!!!

I need to speak with someone regarding an accident I recently had. I had a 2007 Buick Rainer. Recently while driving home I got sideswipe by a van, pushed over into the oncoming traffic, hit two cars then went down into a ditch. This impact was great and my air bags did not deploy. I substained muliplie injuries, landed in the hospital, took time off of work and I am very upset because I need some answers. My car was totalled and my air bags were still intact. please contact me with answers please.

AWESOME!! 2010 Chevy Camero SS. LS3.The best car ever made!! I owned it for 30 months and I put 63,253 miles on it. I averaged 2100 miles per month or 500 miles per week. I am a Process Server so my whole life was lived in this car. I know it better then the builders. It caught fire. We do not know why. I am asking G.M to please sell me another Chevy Camero SS or the ZL1. My credit union will not lend any money because of the economy. I have been making $597.00 per month payments on time since I owned the car. I had a full time job when I bought the car but I own my own company now and banks are scared to lend money to a new business owner. GM Please sell me a ZL1 and finance it for me. I will make all the payments but I need your help. I am an average working Joe working hard. I am a Chevy man and I deserve to be helped out. Own a 2005 Chevy cavalier. At 50000 miles gas gauge is not working. Temp gauge us starting to malfunction, drivers side Window defective and stops working intermittently. And now. Passenger Window is beginning to do the same. FOR YOUR CRAPPY CARS THAT YOUR REFUSE TO REPAIR! Foreign car will be my next purchase. I wish the government would have never bailed you out and let your crappie cars fade away.

My 2008 Acadia has no transmission drain plug. To change the fluid, the dealer has to remove the front bumper, remove the transmission cooler hose and insert a pump. Then they flush the system with 16 quarts of fluid. I get to pay for the fluid, by the way ($80.00), even though it just goes back into some recycling tank. Then they reassemble the whole thing and charge me $236.00. For a 6 quart fluid change!!! Nobody at GM or the dealership or at Customer Service can give me a reason why there's no fluid drain plug. Clearly GM hasn't quite reached the high technological sophistication required to design a drain plug. The dealer also told me that when the time comes to replace the transmission fluid filter, they'll have to lift the entire engine and transmission out of the car to replace it. I'm dumping this thing before it eats me alive. Thanks, but no thanks GM. Hope you're enjoying the billions of bailout dollars we taxpaying suckers just gave you.

Just like Sue Ball I paid 132.00 for a replacement remote controll for my H3, made several attempt to manually program with no success. Stay away from GMC!!! They bleed the life at of you.

Trying to find out information on a settlement that was made in regard to auto accident involving a Corvair back in 1960's. The reason being that money from settlement was supposed to have been set up in trust for future use and now deceased member who was incharge left no legal info to trace fund. If you could help even find the settlement dates & amt it would be appreciated Thank You JMS

I have read so many post of customers complaining about the cracked dashboard. All the cracks are in the same place that mine are appearing. Is this a warranty claim, With so man complaints. Why have this issue not been addressed. This should be no cost to GM if it is a parts problem. The supplier should accumulate the cost. It really makes a classy car look bad. Thanks
