Brought my car in for four NEW wheels and four NEW tires on my 2008 Buick Lucerne. Wheels were under warranty. Paid $500.00 for tires. They took my car in, and changed the wheels and tires and sent me home. Took the car home and it was jumping all over the place. Called Shearer Buick in So. Burlington VT, made an appointment, they took my car in. They checked the balancing of the tires, said that there was alot of weights on the tire that were really not acceptable. They balanced the tire on the inside of the rim. I told them I didn't like that idea, they said it was standard practice. Took the car home, and it was still jumping. Made another appointment, they took the car in, said that I needed two NEW tires, because they couldn't balance the two tires they originally put on. Told me to go home and they will get two tires in and CALL ME!! Waited that whole day, and I didn't receive a call. Called the next day, and talked to service rep HANK and he refused to make me an appointment because he was to busy that day. I requested to talk to a Manager (Peter) and he took me in at 12:30 PM. I brought my car at that time, they checked the tires, said they could not balance them. They didn't have the proper equipment. When the man HANK told me what was happening, they would have to bring it to another dealer to have the tires balanced I complained I didn't like the weights on the inside of the tire. HANK told me that "SINCE I KNOW IT ALL, HE WASN'T GOING TO TALK TO ME" I told him I want my car fixed that day and THREE HOURS LATER I drove Home. TOTAL WAITING TIME FOR THE COMPLETE JOB 9 HOURS!!!!!! HANK is a smart mouth and very uncooperative in trying to get my car in and repaired. He is arrogant, and I hope they do something about it. But I doubt it because the Manager PETER said he was a nice guy and you must not have hit it off right. I am in need of a New Car and I will not be buying a GMC or ANYTHING from ANY GMC DEALER!!!!!

I recently bought a 2004 corvette z06 from PARAMUS CHEVY AUTO MALL in nj on rt 17.The car was my dream car and had 14,500miles black on black..this was my 2nd c5 z06 that i purchased forM them..Three months from purchas i started having tranmission grinding problems and fluid leaking..i put only 2000 miles on it..SO i bring the car in and they tell me the car was not certified!!! I had all the paperwork saying it was a certified car and 100,000 mile warntee from chevy and 12month or 12,000mile certified from them PARMUS CHEVY AUTO MALL IN PARMUS NEW JERSEY ON RT 17N..I PUT ALL MY TRUST IN A CERTIFIED CHEVY DEALER AND THE CAR WAS NEVER CERTIFIED..HOW CAN A CHEVY DEALER NOT CERTIFIY A CAR..THEN I WAITED 4 MONTHS FOR PLATES..THEY ARE SCAMERS AND BEWARE OF THEM.. NOW THE CAR NEEDS A NEW TRANSMISSION, NEW REAR END,TRACTION CONTROLL SENDING UNIT AND EVERTHING ELSE $8.500..IM SORRY BUT THATS THE REASON WHY PEOPLE GO TO CERTIFIED CHEVY DEALERS TO GET UN-CERTIFIELD CARS AND RUIN THE AMERICAN CAR NAME AND PEOPLES TRUST IN THE AMERICANS CERTIFIED CHEVY DEALERS AT "PARMUS CHEVY AUTO MALL IN PARMUS NJ. ON RT17N

We have had an ongoing problem with a leaking sunroof in our 2008 Enclave. The vehicle has been at the Buick dealership in Rhode Island (from whom we purchased the car) three times since September, 2010, just for this specific problem; most recently, for over a week last June. During last week's Northeast storm, the roof leaked worse than ever, and we now have legitimate and serious concerns about the long-term integrity of our car which, incidentally, is still under warranty. I am now attempting to send a registered letter to the Regional Service Manager requesting he meet with us at the dealership to try to resolve this once and for all, but three separate Buick customer service "specialists" (and a supervisor) have flat-out refused to provide me with the name and address of the New England regional service manager. Just to send a simple letter asking for help? This is unbelievable, and makes the leaking sunroof on our $46,000 Enclave that much more of an aggravating and disturbing experience. Can anyone in Corporate Headquarters help us?

I bought a 2003 Buick Park Avenue cash from a used car dealership. The car came with one key, so I went to the Buick dealership at 4917 Florida Blvd Baton Rouge, LA 70806. To get another key made, to have a spare. They asked did I have the original, I gave it to the salesman. He went to the back, came back with another key. He told the employee outside to program the key to the car, programming was done from the ignition. I left. The next day I realized the key does not open the door, or the trunk. I went back to the dealership and was told there was nothing they could do, there is no refunds on keys, and as long as it started the car they did what they were suppose to do! That's outrageous. I paid $54.00 for a key that I can't get in the car with. I called another Buick dealership and was told the Buick dealer I went to is not suppose to be making keys GM has stripped their rights, they are suppose to make the key with a key code but they copied the key, knowing it would not work properly!! I want my money back or a key that unlock the doors and trunk!. I should not have to pay twice for a key. LaShon Crawford 225-439-7120

I have a 2005 Z71 Avalanche I have owned this truck for 1.5 years but have had problems with the trans going into reverse while the indicator says that it is in park then it sets codes for trans componet slipping it sometimes shifts so hard that it has caused the power mirror to stop working customer help does not want to help it has gotten to the point i am ready to take it to gm in michigan and leave it at the front door and hand them the keys

I have had a chevrolet all my driving years, my 1st being a 1952 when I first got my license. I have found that they served me well, but what I have found over the years is although the engine and exterior body of the car serves me well I am very upset at my current car. It is a 1999 Chevy Prisim. It is now 12 years old but runs wonderfully because we are on top of anything that needs to be taken care of due to age in the engine. My complaint is that I have had to replace 4 inside door handles and 3 outer door handles. They just break off. I baby my car and have never had a problem like this before. Infact, my husband has a 1990 buick and has never had this happen. Also, the trim on the inside of the car has slowly been peeling away as well as the trim around the windows. This upsets me as my car, which I named Shamrock, has served me well. I am once again having to go to a chevy dealer to have another 3 door handles replaced. Anything you can do for me will be appreciated

I have just submitted a problem that we are experiencing with our 1999 Chevy Prisim. Would you please get back to me with an answer to my problem and perhaps be able to assist me in getting a break on door handles, as I have purchased so many in the past and must once again do so. I am assuming you are using my e mail address to contact me. Thank you ....any assistance you can give us will be appreciated... We are a firm believer in "buy American"...please don't let us down.My husband is an army veteran who has served in a war zone...it would be nice to know that The Chevrolet Corp can see their way to helping out at this time in our lives. As I mentioned in my 1st note...I have always been a Chevy car lover, starting in 1963 with my 1st car which was a 1952 chevy. Thank you, I am hoping we will hear from someone regarding our dilema.

after 20 years as a loyal gm customer you have lost me! i have been driving my 2005 trailblazer for a year with a non working gas gauge. was told by 2 certified gm mechanics that it would cost $700 to fix but they didn't recommend fixing it as they both have had numerous customers who have fixed, only to have it malfunction again, one of them being my neighbor. they tell me the part will be replaced for free if this happens, but the labor is my responsibility. i have chosen to not have it fixed for this reason. i received a letter this week from gm saying that they now recognize that there is a defect and that they will pay for HALF of the replacement costs. they state that the fuel level sensor will also cause your check engine light to come on which mine has. they lead you to believe that the check engine light is only due to the bad fuel level sensor, however that is not the case. the Ohio EPA tells me that the fuel level sensor that is causing the check engine light to go on is also tied to an emissions problem which now prevents me from being able to renew license plates......so now i have a car that is not drivable due to a manufacturers defect that gm is only willing to cover half of? with over 200,000 owners of the 2005 trailblazer noting the same problem, it seems to me that gm is not willing to stand behind their product. certainly not the way to win the loyalty of customers. my next car will certainly not be a chevy!

bought my chevy 1995 chevy tahoe in 1997.I take very good care of this truck. In the past 2years the paint is flaking off the hood and roof.I love the truck. but have taken it to a dealer about the paint and they said good luck getting it painted buy gm.it has about 126.000 miles on it.But if and when i replace it i will not buy another gm truck.I hate to say i will get a toyota sequion

I purchased a 2000 chevy S-10 PICKUP TRUCK A FEW MONTHS AGO FROM YOU DEALER ON west Conlnial Drive in orlando,Fl. The dealership told me they had put in a new battery in the truck. They gave me a 30 warranty on the truck. That was about the time my battery failed. Since it was past the 30 day warranty, (0ne month passed) I went to Firestone and bought a new battery. After about 30 days, it also failed. I took it back to Firestone and they replaced it free of charge with a new battery. Again, after about a month, it also failed. Firestone explained to me that I had to have a drainage problem. I suspect the Chevy Dealer I bought and paid cash for the truck, had to know about the drainage problem, since they said they checked the truck out completely, and everything was perfect! Well, sir, I believe they knew about the electrical drainage problem and put in a new batter, in hopes it would last long enough to be out of warranty. I have spoken with my sales lady at the dealership and she said she had no control of the matter, but would talk with someone at the dealership. I am waiting for their reply to this problem. I am a 73 year old senior citizen and expect chevrolet to do the right thing in this matter. I tried to call your headquarters in Detroit,Michigan, but never got through to anyone . I have high hopes your company will do what is right and correct my electrical drainage problem in a "newly owned" 2000 yr. truck.

I bought a 2008 Chevy Impala, 6 cyl / 3.5 L engine. This car has aroubd 39K when I bought it. At abour 87K and the car would sometimes hesitate when you push down the excelerator and that jerk into 1st gear. Even if you do not come to the compete stop, it will still sometimes do the same thing. And now it is doing it more freq. Took it to a Chevy dealership and they claim they can not find anything wrong with the car. I have heard of numourus other people having the same problem. Now the car has over 88K and the warrenty is still in effect until 100,000. What else can I do? I would like some type of action to resolve my problem. I am afraid that if this continues, it could cause an accident. n4urw@cfl.rr.com / Cell: 321-626-0594

I paid cash for a 2008 G5. I have had it in the shop for the transmission twice. Said it was the cadilitic converter, but my biggest complaint is the tires are crap!! Just over 31,000 miles having to replace all 4 tires. Even had a blow out on 1 of the rear tires. I have gotten better service from USED tires in the past. Not sure if I will EVER buy a new car again. I'm tired of hearing how the autoworker's are suffering. They need to suffer if this is the kind of product they put out. It's not just the tires. I've had a few other problems with the G5. The tranie and tires are the worse. GM ought to be ashamed of themselves. They aren't. We the customer don't have a face,we're just a number sold.

I own a 2003 Limited Edition Monte Carlo. I believe the car is a Limited Edition because the motor quits at 110,000 miles. My motor started knocking I took the car to the Chevrolet dealer spent $88.00 for the diagnosis. I learned the antifreeze is leaking into my oil due to a plastic intake and the use of Dex cool coolant eating away at the gaskets. Also the ABS light is on and the traction does not work. The 2 sensors for this problem are a combined $1500.00. I opted not to fix this and fix the motor upper and lower intake gaskets need replaced for $650.00. I leave the car to be fixed, pick up the car pay the money 2 weeks later the motor is gone. I contacted customer service John told me for $800.00 more dollars the dealer could tell me what is wrong with the motor. My car is still parked because I work full time, go to school full time and just don't have that kind of money to throw away again. My husband and father in law are huge Chevy fans. We own a 1958 Impala and 1970 split bumper camaro however I will be looking for a different company from here on out for my cars. Toyota sounds good I have a friend her car has 270,000 miles on the same motor her husbands Toyota truck is at 400,000. I would have been happy at 200,000 for my Monte Carlo. It amazes me that there is a replacement part for the intake on this 3.8 liter v-6motor but John at Chevrolet stated my car is old and has lots of miles on it. He also stated because I bought the car used with 40,000 miles on it he could not help me. I really would like to know if I bought the car new would I have been treated better. Chevrolet your cars are not built to last. My husband has said when you are out of school lets buy a new Camaro. I love the new Camaro but due to this problem with my Monte Carlo I can not see sinking more money into the Chevrolet corporation only to have a car that does not run. Who decides to put $1500.00 sensors on a car that a middle class family owns. CHEVROLET NEEDS AN OVERHAUL AND NEEDS TO THINK ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND STAND BEHIND THEIR CARS.

I have a 2007 Chevy Eqinox LT. The problem I'm having is that my traction control keeps going in and out of service by itself and the dealer keeps telling me that it's fine. One dealer replaced it under warranty and the other dealer said that there is no record of it at all. My second problem is that my brake relay went out that controls my brake lights and it is located in the front fuse box and cannot be replaced unless you change the whole fuse box out. That is a major flaw on Chevorlets design team, it's like blowing a circut breaker in your home and haveing to replace all of them. I think that Chevorlet should take care of this problem seeing that it should last more than 3 1/2 years or normal service.........and by the way, my front tire sencors went bad also and that is going to cost me over $200.00 dollars. I would love to hear back from them and see what they think.

We wanted to let all know not to purchase a Envoy XUV 2005. We just purchased this XUV February 2011. We had it maybe 3 days and had to take back to the dealership for replacement of the clutch fan and the window was leaking for them to fix the issues and make all good. They sold us a truck that is a LEMON LEMON LEMON..... I have spoke with Amanda with GM and was told it shouldn't have been sold and the dealership that gets it can't sale it. I am afraid to drive this vehicle when the blower motor will continue to blow out the vents with key out of truck. It has shut off 2 times while driving, air blows cold and hot(as if you turned it off and back on). The RPM gauge (cluster is messed up also). Got it back from dealership that we took it to and they got rental for us then turned around and they had us pay for that rental. We don't have that kind of money with this economy like it is and it has put a big bind on us. We have had the a/c replaced and clutch fan replaced 3 times. Would like to see what GM is willing to do in order to render this situation.

For a company that was bailed out by the US Government, you treat your customers and your responsiblities very poorly. Instead of doing a recall on the 2002 gmc Duramax diesel pickups with faulty injectors due to a design flaw ( which you changed in 2004) you gave us 7 years and 200,000 miles, knowing it's not the age but the milage that causes the injectors to fail. Mine failed at 93,475 miles but I was beyond the time limit and you would not cover it. I am having that fixed at a cost of approx. $5000. I will have to get rid of it because you merely replace them but the design flaw is still there. I will never again buy a GM product.
