I am so FED up with forever 21's online customer service! I was put on hold for 20min and then the phone hung up! I HATE THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After reading the above entries I just had to share my similar experience regarding a "double charge" at Forever 21. After I swiped my debit card and entered my PIN to pay my $63.00 bill, I was told it "didn't take" and to "swipe it again". I said I knew it took because I saw the PIN machine on my side complete the transaction. A manager was called over and looked at the computer and said "NO, It didn't go through. But if it does by chance show up twice on your bill, just bring in your statement and we will refund the double payment". Against my better judgement, I swiped my card again and left. Well, guess what? Sure enough there were TWO $63.00 charges on my bill the next month! I took my statement in to get the refund and was told, "Sorry. We can give you a gift card or you can wait 2-3 weeks to get a refund from corporate." I WAS FURIOUS. I complained all the way UP to corporate. I did FINALLY get my money credited 2 WEEKS LATER...I wonder how many people either wouldn't have caught the double charge or would have fallen for the FALSE notion you have to take a gift card!!? What a racket. AND ...I have had the same thing happen TWICE again, only I refused to swipe my card again...I left the merchandise on the counter and left.

Is there a NO/ZERO star rating!?!?! I use to love forever 21 but I am very disappointed at the store in Westminster Colorado located at the Orchard Mall. It's friggin Monday, and they told me we close at 8?!?!? Some bullshit that is! If it is corporate aren't they suppose to stay open til at least 9 pm? Anyhow just wanted to let you know that you just lost a customer! I'm sure you don't care cuz it's a big franchise. Just wanted to let you know!

A New Forever 21 opened in my area and the clothes might be great but i can't say the same about service and policy. My daughter had a thirty dollar error in her bill and she did not notice it at the store. We tried to have the bill fixed and we are being offered a store credit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT FOR? THE CASHIER MADE AN ERROR AND IT'S UNDERSTANDABLE BUT WHY SHOULD WE GET A STORE CREDIT? THEY HAD US DANCING BACK AND FORTH AND NOT GETTING BACK TO US WHEN SUPPOSED TO AS THEY NEED TO REVIEW THE CAMERAS.STORE MANAGER STILL HAS NOT FOUND THE TIME YET. IT SEEMS THEY WANT US TO GIVE UP OR GET TIRED. I WORK N RETAIL AND MY GOD IT IS NOTHING LIKE THAT. I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP AT ANY FOREVER 21 AGAIN AS THERE ARE OTHER STORES I CAN GO TO AND MY ADVIC ETO MY DAUGHTER CHECK YOUR CLOTHES YOUR BILL YOUR CHANGE ALL THE TIME.

i have workat the store (3006) for about a year i have been stock for about 3 months until they gave me the position to become maintenance i have no complaints about the workers managers or any of the staff. i recently got fired for no call no show. i went to thestore to explain and let them know that i am fully and able to work and perform my duties. the manager (gil) said i was not logged in the system that he tried to give me a courtesy call but they had the wrong number. i told him thta i have called the store numerous times but my store is so big that one floor since i have worked here picks up the phone and that is the floor i am not assighned to, there for no managers on my floor receive any messages i had left on the ptrevious floors i tried to explain to my manager that i had sprained my ankle and could'nt come in i did call and leave messages with the other floors but my managers never recevied them. the day i came to talk to the managers about what had happened to me first he said that i wasnt i the system no more that he gave me a coutsy call to see what had happpened to me and i no longer have a job i told him i went to the doctor i have a doctors note i will gladly show you thwe doctors note and that i am suppost to be off my ankle for a month but i came in two weeks early to see if i was on the schedule which i was if was still in the system which i was i have no ideawhy all this came about they didnt give me a chance to explain my side or what ever was going on i wish i could go back and i asked him if i could he (gil)could re hire me they said they dont re hire he never took a look at my doctors note he didnt want to hear anything i said i feel like...i have more to say if any one can call or reach out to me my email is celliotholmes@yahoo.com my phone number is 718-915-3155

I was alerted through my bank that someone used my account without my card. I immediately called my bank and they are straightening it out. However, I called the hollywood store where this happened and spoke with the manager by the anme of Marcos. He could NOT have cared any less to my situation. I asked how someone could use just a number and without an ID. He could not respond or provide an answer that made sense. I called so that this person who was using my number and who knows who's elses, could get caught and put a stop to this illegal action. He said it was not their policy to investigate these kind of things. I guess all they care about is they got their money regardless of how illegal it is. FOREVER 21 SUCKS...

Well, after reading these posts, I'm convinced nothing will happen with the problem I have. My daughter went to Forever 21 in the Thousand Oaks Mall today to return a top she bought on 7/31/11. She only wore it one time--and that was for just 3 hours. I hand washed it and let it dry flat. Three little holes appeared on the top so I decided to return it--they are highly visible holes. My daughter didn't wear the top immediately after purchasing it so I was past the three week return time. I went in with the receipt and was told their return policy is very strict. I did not have the original tags but the stores do know their products. Had I known their clothes were so crappy, I never would have taken my daughter there. She paid $17 for this piece of junk. We will never go back there. There's a great store near us called Riverland that will be getting our business instead along with Macy's and their great sales. There are plenty of other places to shop.

1. You're not the only customer waiting to be helped! 2. Yes you're billing address doesn't MATCH, and if it does match and you know it is correct; there is no harm in confirming it! It wasn't us who filtered your account it was YOUR BANK! 3. Don't call in without an order number expecting someone to find you by name (do u know how many "Whatever your names is" are in the world. 4. Saying you're never going to shop with forever 21 again doesn't mean anything to us. 5.If you call in with a good attitude you will be helped with a good attitude. what makes people think "being bitchy" is going to get them anywhere tips of advice :) have a great day.

Me and my 2 girls went shopping at the forever 21 in Tulsa, ok mall. It was so busy, no would would wait on us, the manager stayed on the phone the whole time. When we finally stood in line to check out after about 40 minutes. We finally checked out. Drove home 2 hours away and notice I was missing a piece of garmant. I called the store the next day and they were very rude. Told me if I drive back up there that they may could give me a gift card, I told them I live 2 hours away and was not going to drive up there if they could not guantee me a gift card. So another manager named Stacey got on the phone and told me if they still had my garment they would ship it to me. They lied!!! This was on August the 11th it is now 9-6-11 and I have called and they keep telling me my package came back. humm what a lie they never mailed it. Oh it is not even the same shirt! They probably kept mine.

I was recently in the Bridgewater NJ Forever 21 store the sales girls there are rude they do not know how to interact with the customers. The Corporate office obviously does not do a good job training. This sales people have no idea how to engage the customer work with the customer and help them put together outfits. Half of the girls act like they are 12 years of age. Stores like Delia's and Pac Sun do a much better job engaging the customer when the customer walks in. They will help you get another size when something doesn't fit while in the dressing room, Forever 21's sales people act like dumb teenagers. Forever 21 if your reading this please pay attention: It's all about customer service.

I work at forever 21, I get paid lousy! they start you off at close to minimum wage and they slave drive you and make you work aweful hours if you work. Also, your lucky if you get more than one or two days unless you are a favorite or a pet! I have a friend that works at the one in beverly hills at the Beverly Center and they need to be shut down. What they do to these employees and how they treat them should be a lawsuit! If my child was working there and my child told me the things I have heard I would have filed a lawsuit! Racism, Discrimination, favoritism, there are so many hard workers and they are treated like dirt from your shoes... WOW!!! SHAME ON YOU FOREVER 21!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!! WHat you need to do is practice what you preach!!! the scripture you have on your bags need to come off!! You are not Christ like! I will do everything in my power to be heard!!! You may not know who I am now... But you will!!! I will go to the media and magazines and newspapers and I will tell all the truth out there and I will have employees that are treated like dirt speak out as well!!! You are making millions and you are so shameful!I am so disgusted by you! You will have your turn!!!

I went to the store in Carolina Place Mall w/ my 13 yr.old daughter.she found a shirt that she likes that was on sale.from $15.80 to $12.99.upon reaching home she tried on the shirt and some buttons were missing and started popping out.aside from being poked by the sharp edges of the buttons. We went to exchange it, but it was on sale so we could not exchange/return the broken shirt. the clerk and manager seem to not care at all, and didn't listen to my explanation and refuse to give the phone number for the corparate office. i will NEVER bring my daughter there again.

my daughter ordered some items by mail, i sent back the entire unopened package they are insisting that we removed 3 items from the package and refused to credit back to her account the full amount.... they are theives disgracful company trying ti rip us off for $48.00 for merchandise we NEVER removed from the bag... they refused to call me back and have never credited back the amount to her card!! I HATE THIS COMPANY AND I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN DON'T OR YOU'LL BE SORRY TOO!!!

I had the worst experince at FORVER21.I went in on a Tuesday and I saw this really cute dress that I wanted but they only had one left which was on the manikin and I was told that they change out manikins on Thursday so the employee told me she could put it on hold and to come back on Thursday to get it. So that is what I did I came back Thursday after to work to get my dress. So when I get there they dont even have it on hold so I go with the manger to find the dress which I do and as she pulls the tag off it has my name phone number and HOLD on the paper. The manager tells me WELL SINCE THIS IS THE LAST ONE WE CANT SELL IT TO YOU BUT COME BACK NEXT TUESDAY AND YOU CAN HAVE IT. Are you serious this is like the 2nd or 3rd time they have done this to me and I trully feel they are discriminating on me. They make me feel so uncomfortable when I come in there. I like the clothes but not the people. I dont understand if they put my dress on hold why cant I have it and if thats the last one once again why cant I have it. I have called the so called district manager of sales Armondo. I have left 3 messages and called several times no answer. I am really starting to get upset. This might be a small issues but I am thinking about taking legal action

Working at forever21 is a night mare !! they treat you as bas they treat their customers , and expect way to much , like if it was a high end store , come on the clothes are only worth 50 cent made in china with tons of chemicals , espcially the shoes just warning people dont buy them , they have lead if you read the find print on the boxes, it saids do not touch has lead on it , i am not even joking!!!! being a visual i deal with all the clothes and i see everything befor it goes out . so be careful espcially if your pregos!!lead is a serious thing !! and sometime opening the hsoes from their packages they smell so bad the fumes that you want to faint and feel light headed . yes great clothes but they need to adress that issue of toxic fumes and chemicals they use , anyother company even if their clothes were made in china dont smell like that , so why does forever21 does , hmmm is that why is super cheap???????

I work at 579 at the mall of acadiana but on first I used to work at forever 21 I'n Lafayette Louisiana store 0365 there's a store manager named felita Mitchelle who is not following company policies she's telling me how she fired an associate because the associate called her manager on her her manager name is melaine now let's put I'n mind I no longer wrk at forever 21 so therefore I'm a customer I do not need to kno wuts going on at the forever 21 store and felita Mitchell tells me she purposely cuts associates hours when they call human resources on her that's not following policy guide lines.

Waited in a line of 7while there was only one cashier. The other staff person chantel stood at thecounter ignoring us until she rudely called us over. The computer crashed promptly and we ended up having to go to the next register any way. That staff person was much nicer, engaged in delightful conversatio too. 50% however is not great productivity.

Parents watch your kids at the forever 21 in Ontario Mills!! They have an employee who is selling anti- depressants to minors. My daughter told me her name is Britney. She is a skinny Caucasian with braces. Don't let her sweetness fool you! Corporate office I hope your reading this and reconsider some of the employees. I believe there are other girls involved but Britney is the one with the "prescription." Someone like that should not be working at any retail store! I will be contacting the police on this matter.

I bought a shirt for my daughter on Tuesday-5-11 . She did not like how it looked on her so I returned it today 7-7-11 . Not knowing your return policy . Because you have no signage or nothing to show me your terms. Oh except on the receipt and that is after I purchase something. Well any way I was not happy I HATE DOING BUSINESS WITH ANY BUSINESS THAT DOES NOT GIVE ME MY.. MY.. MONEY BACK. Well the two girls up front who by the way both happen to be managers Kim and Chante store number 169 in Annapolis Mall, Annapolis, MD. Your manager Kim thought that this was funny. I don't know what type of customer service she thought that this was I Did not think this was funny at all and I asked her what she found to be funny. Her comment was mamm your getting angry and its not our fault its the stores . Now I said that's not what I asked you ... what's so funny. then she lied and said I wasn't laughing at you. I will never shop at this store ever again and I would like someone higher up and with some maturity to contact me back . I am also reporting this to the better business Buru because you should have some where displayed your return policy. I did not like to be humiliated. That's was so immature. I did not make a scene. I just stated I hate when stores do this and why don't you have any signs up. Why the immature manager Kim though this was funny I do not know
