Like you, Tonya, I ordered a package on 11/26/11 and it was supposed to arrive 12/2/11. I checked online and it was on my local delivery truck as of 12/1/11.. it never got delivered as of 12/6/11 then all of sudden it was delivered after all that time on the truck. I contacted fedex and they said they delivered so contact forever21 to file complaint.. and I contacted forever21 to tell them of how ridiculous fedex is TWICE and they have not responded.. my order was like $160.. this is insane!
I went shopping at my local Forever 21 store and bought a pair of earrings and a bracelet on sale for $3.90. When I came home I checked my bank statement to find that not only was I charged $3.90 for my own transaction, but I was ALSO charged $41.60 for another transaction (that was not mine). I calmly called up the store and explained the error and was told to bring in my purchase, receipt and a copy of my bank statement. I said no problem, I'll come right in. When I got there the store manager Tiffany was extremely rude and asked me if what I was wearing was what I had on shopping earlier that day - then she went into the back to check the security tapes basically inferring I had stolen from the store. When she returned, after a VERY long time might I add, she said all I could do was fill out a Credit Card form and they would submit it to HR. Then once HR investigated it they would return the money to me. Shocked I said that was unacceptable and that I wanted my money now, because this was not my fault that I was fraudulently charged, it was the store's and I should not be out the money for something that I did not cause. She then laughed at me and said she couldn't give me any money back tonight, nor could she refund my card. Then I told her she should give me the money out of her own pocket and figure it out in the store later, she laughed at me and said "honey I don't have $41.60 to give you!" And I laughed at her and said "yeah neither do I!" After many rude remarks and a long fight about her calling me "honey" in a very condescending tone, I had no choice but to fill out the paper and hope HR would handle it. Now it's about 4 days later and the money has not been returned to me, nor have I been able to get ahold of HR - everytime I call it's busy and so is the customer service line. I will NEVER shop at this store again. I have never been so disrespected in my entire life. Tiffany should be fired for her lack of care and for her rudeness.
I placed an order for a gift card on 12/7 and still in order status of new. The 888-494-3837 is busy 24/7 and tried the corporate number and still on hold after 30 minutes and tried several times. I could have just gone to a local store but didn't want the crowds. I get them for my family all the time. I emailed 2 times and no response. I will now call the BBB to report this and try again to email to get this cancelled. I am no longer a client and am dissapointed in what I thought was a great store. They are either going under or need to get a new CEO and staff that cares about sales.
I visited some family up in Albany and went to the Forever 21 at the mall. (I think it's called Crossgates) their were a group of girls and on their tags it said visual manager and visual merchandisers, they saw me struggling trying to get down a dress and didn't offer to help. Then the same girls were walking around and all they did was talk about there managers and co-workers. I started in retail and have never met people as distasteful and disrespectful as these girls and to be merchandisers they should be an example. I did however inform a manager of this to tell them the type of people they have working there. And I will be calling corporate. I'm baffled by this type of service from this store. I hope the management fires them. I won't be coming back there again. I hope this store can get it together if not shut it down. From a competing company to another this is the best advice. I ordered a few items on 12/06/11 and today is 12/12/11 and my order is still processing!! WTF?! it does not take 6 days to process an order that is impossible!! i ordered a few things from american eagle after my forever21 order and i already got my ae! i called the forever 21 customer service and it took me two days to get in touch with someone and when i finally talked to someone all she said was "we're experiencing delays and do not know when your item will be shipped!" what kind of customer service is this!?!? this is the worst i will never shop at forever 21 and i hope no one else makes the mistake of ordering from their website! I HATE FOREVER 21 THEY NEED TO LEARN HOW TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND FOLLOW WITH THEIR WORD TO SHIP ITEMS ON TIME BECAUSE WE PAY FOR THAT!
LOVE LOVE LOVE the store! Online and the 800 customer service call center, however, not so much. I understand that it is the Holidays and that it gets crazy busy but, when an operator tells me that she is going to cancel my order for me and that I will be getting a conformation email, I expect it to be done within the hour. Further more, if you are advertising free shipping online then make sure we can get our free shipping, please. And if it is in fact on the website checkout like it says, then PLEASE make it easier for the blind, computer illiterate, first time online buyers, or plain stupid to find. Love the store though, could spend hours in there!
I placed an order on 11/28/11 and received a confirmation email. Since then, NOTHING! Noone ever answers any of the published customer service numbers. My next call will be to the Better Business Bureau!
I ordered a gift card 7 days ago and it still has not shipped. The shipping status online says "new," whatever that means. I have sent 2 emails with no response and no one will answer the phone at customer service or the corporate office. I have order gift cards from 14 different retailers this season with good service from everyone except Forever 21. Now we know what the "Forever" means. Horrible service!!!!!!!!!!
I went to the new forever 21 at Ontario Mills Mall. It was beautiful but it's sad that the staff is untrustworthy. I over heard two employees talking about how much stuff they steal. One employee by the name of Britney said she only takes small things like earrings and cleaning supplies. Really??? I believe she is a manager as well which is even worse. Loss prevention should investigate asap! I could not figure out the other girls name. They were both white one was kind of chunky while Britney was petite with blue eyes and I think she has braces with dirty blonde hair.
So I placed an order on the 24th of Novemeber and recieved an order confirmation and nothing since... CElebrating christmas on the 14th I have recieved none of my almost $100 purchase and cannot get a hold of anyone, have called customer service NUMEROUS times, and emailed none of which will help me to get my package delivered, or to get a refund. ANY IDEAS? PLEASE HELP!!
II want to escalate this to the highest VP there; I am very disappointed that you shipped my package SMART POST!!!!! I have been calling the delivery company everyday for my package they keep informing either the delivery guy is not there or call back tomorrow they stated the package was delivered. I have been home 3 days straight waiting on my package. The thing is I love you guy’s store I shop at the north park store the galleria, the parks valley view everywhere. But the second time I decide to order something it never comes and all the delivery woman said was file a claim how disrespectful. I’m not going to say I not going to shop with you guys anymore, because I would be lying. But come on now I can’t even get through on the customer service line. I’m sorry I don’t want any apologies or anything I work for Neiman Marcus I know how the process works. I know this order is only $66.00, but I have spent thousands with you I could fax the bank statements Please I want my package someone needs to do something very quickly. This is terrible online service. Im a regular customer at Forever 21, i recently went to Forever 21 on CERRITOS MALL, in cerritos California, I went in the store to purchase a black dress, unfortunately they had only one dress and it was the one on the mannequin so they could not sella it to me for what ever reaso something to do with store policy, I asked to talk to a manager and it happend tone that there was not any at the time, so I asked for corporate number and suddenly there she was a manager named Amy,but the manager there was thenot most rude person I had ever met, and to top it off she made a rude comment I don't know why pr if because I was a Hispanic, I guess the by reading all the comments here it seem like everyone has problems with the staff and forever 21. I will not purchase anything ever again at any Forever 21.
Customer Complaint: ( Regarding Danielle Bangeo) On Tuesday December 6, 2011, I went to Forever 21 at the Jersey Gardens Mall in Elizabeth NJ. I had to return a dress that I purchased on Friday December 2, 2011.When I first walked into the store, I went to the cash register and told the clerk that I wanted to return an item and did not have my receipt. I was then told to get what I want and come back to the register. I found something of higher value and didn’t have a problem with paying the difference. When I went back to the register, I told the cashier that I was returning an item and she then ask for assistance with this transaction. At that time DANIELLE BANGEO came over and was very rude and arrogant as she began to TELL me she cannot do this transaction because there is no receipt and she cannot look it up to check the date of when I purchased the dress. I TOLD HER THAT’S HER PROBLEM IF SHE CANNOT SEE WHEN I MADE THE PURCHASE. I and my 4 daughters have been a faithful shopper at this store way before they expanded and it’s a shame that a RUDE employee with no Good Customer Service skills can infect your business like that. I then ask Danielle to give me the District Manager name and number. As I walked to my car I called the number and it was the incorrect number. I then went back inside to request to speak with the Store Manager Katie Hall and I proceeded to tell her what happen with the rude employee (Danielle) she then looked up the number and realize that Danielle gave me the wrong number. I called the District Manager Susan Parks at 5:30pm and a voice message came on saying the mailbox is full and I cannot leave a message. I call again the next day and NEVER got a response voice mail was still full and cannot leave a message. This is ridiculous and very disturbing!!!!!!!!! I ordered a $25 gift card on their website on 11/29/11, which according to their site should ship in 24-48 hours. Six days later it has not. I called the Customer Service number and could NOT get a hold of a person. I then tried to utilize their "contact us" via their website and I got an email response stating please use our contact us, ummm I did. Then I tried calling their corporate office to which I got transferred to their customer service which equals automation, busy signals, NO LIVE PERSON. I contacted my bank and had them cancel the charge that was pending against my account they refunded my account immediately and is opening a claim with Forever 21 to be reimbursed. I have had good customer service in my life, bad, and ok, but never NONE AVAILABLE. This will deter me from shopping in store as well.
I worked at the store on the Plaza in Kansas City. The visual manager at this location is by far the worst asset to the Plaza store. Nobody that works on the visual team can stand working there due to her unfairness, lack of leadership, lack of creative skills and the fact that she is very rude. I had witnessed her yelling and talking down to every member of the visual team. I quit working there because I could no longer witness such behavior. I feel bad for the visuals and wish that corporate did something about it, but as I read other postings I see that this is a trend within the company. I will never shop here again, and I will continue to urge my friends and family to shop someplace else. I believe in Karma, and wonder if she knows how many employees within the Plaza store, and KC district, dislike her. Her team can't even get promoted because of her. Corporate needs to investigate store 6003 in KC really bad. Love the assistant managers though. They were the ones that lead by example.
The store manager at your Scottsdale, AZ store is rude, demeaning, and to put it frank an air head. Who ever thought she would make a good manager was out of their mind. She has no sense in customer service and when i was in the store treated her emloyees like complete crap!!!! She is problably the reason when ever i go in that store i never see the same faces. I love shopping there but i do not like the store manager and the word on the street is that no one that works there does either!!!!!! find someone new!!!
I'm a regular customer of Forever 21 in Chicago (on North Ave. I just bought a messenger bag and I had to take the messenger bag back because the shoulder strap broke. My daughter enjoyed the bag so much that I decided to go back to the store and ask for an exchange, but to my surprise, I was kicked out of the store because the receipt was not enough to exchange the messenger bag. I politely explained to the cashier and Manager that I didn't want the money back, I just wanted to replace it with a bag that I would be able to use. Due to the missing price tag, the retun was not acceptable. The bag is in excellent conditions. I'm very dissapointed about how Forever 21 handled my request and now I know that at Forever 21 the customer is never right.

I recently quit from Forever 21 in Sherman Oaks, CA after I've been working there for a year. By far the worst retail store ever. They treat their sales associates terribly and the managers only care about making their own money. I was not given any hours for a whole month because the manager that does the schedule clearly has something against me. She would only give hours to the other hispanics and let them get away with more than a 10 minute break. Also the managers take longer than 30 minute lunches yet yell at the sales associates if they take a 12 minute break. I would stay until at least 2 am on even Mondays. Not even coverage on the floor. Managers are always talking and not helping out. Do not blame sales associates believe me. Its the managers who cause the problems. Spend your money on a place that will return your money if you're not happy. Obviously Forever does not believe in their product if they cannot issue a return. They want to force you to buy something. Just a warning, do not work here ever. Modern day slavery to put it gently.
I'm very angry i ordered my (6)items on 11/28 okay but then it said shipped on 12/1 i ordered a pant from hollister the same day and picked standard shipping for both my hollister item came in the 5Th i was very exited thinking that my forever 21 items had came to but did not i check the mail everyday today is the 19. i thought standard shipping meant 5-8 day maybe even 10 but this is really annoying i'm kinda annoyed i'm only 13 and getting kinda sad because i don't have my items yet. :( is this just happening to me or has it happened to someone else?
