I recently visited one of their store at Plaza Bonita at Bonita California with my daughter. My daughter love this store.I dont know why, so I went with her, while waiting her did soe fitting I was waiting to their clearance rack and did not got a chance to fit the items I did bought the items knowing its okey because it is clearance anyway. The same day at night trying to fit and love it so removed the tag and the receipt just flew and noticed that all my items i got from clearance with clearance tag( red pen) with new clearance price was errouneously charge at reugular price. so I put back the items in my truck then waiting my next off day to return it because of in correct pricing. WHen I am returning it they said they cannot accept because it is clearance then I told them to reprice to clearance and they said it is regular.. They dont know how to handle the adjustment so they told me that they cannot do anything.. So disappointed with this store and I told my daughter not to go to that store beacause of the unprofessional andling of the complain and the erroneous of pricing .. In my thought it is deceitful to the public.

On 3/30/2011 I visited the Forever 21 Store at NorthPark Mall in Dallas, Texas. I was with my daughter and we were entertaining our friends who are visiting from Atlanta, GA. First of all, several staff were on duty, however they were not assisting customers. Not one time did anyone ask us if we needed assistance with anything. They stood around talking and laughing near the registers. After we finished shopping we paid and left the store. I received a text from my bank saying that I had been charged twice from Forever 21, one for $21.95 (correct charge) and once for $72.36 (incorrect/not my charges). I went back into the store and told the cashier (asst mgr) what had happened. She was very rude and had seen the prior charge before mine in the system and swiped the card anyway. I wondered why she had asked for my credit card a second time after I had put it and my identification back in my wallet. Her excuse was computer problems, NOT USER ERROR!!!! I was livid. I had to call my bank and because of her incompetence in charging me, the charge was pending and could not be put back into my bank account. The charge will be on my acct for 3-5 business days and I also had to do a claim and be on hold with my bank for 20 minutes. Her attitude was foul. Not once did she say I made a mistake, not once did she apologize. Her name was Jacqueline Monreal. She seemed racist to me and it was all I could do to keep my friend from beating her down. She never apologized and kept mubbling under her breath to other workers. Very rude. I am also calling and sending a letter to their corporate office and I will never again shop at that location. The store manager on duty, Nadia, was very nice and she did apologize and understood my frustration.

I love how the cashier charged my credit card twice for a dress that I bought and when I went back to the store to get my money refunded the assistant manager in the Louisville, KY St. Matthews named Danielle (female w/ dark hair) told me that I could not get cash back and I had to purchase an item which I did not even complain about BUT she said I had to wait in line to get the issue resolved. I said I was in a rush and I called the store before I came up there and they remembered that I had called and never mentioned on the phone that I wouldn’t get my cash back and I asked that question on the phone. The manager would not assist me and the employee standing in front of me opened her cash register and the manager said I had to go to the back of the line. She said other people have RETURNS. I said I do not have a return. I spent $175 at this store last night and you all messed up and charged me twice for the most expensive item that I purchased. I’m not complaining about getting cash back and I’m actually going to spend more because the two items I had in my hand cost more than what I was getting refunded. The manager still refused and said the back of the line is that way in a very rude tone. Then when I waited in line, the cashier took a girl who was not in line and started checking her out. She smiled at the male manager and he smiled back and shook his head. At that point I was furious and said are you serious?! The cashier gave me a nasty look. The manager who was a guy was very nice, but only until I asked what the assistant managers name was. I cannot believe this is how you all treat your customers when your employee makes a mistake. I did not even argue to get cash back. My receipt shows that I purchased the items at 8pm and the assistant manager said I could only get a refund if I came back that day. Well, I bought a lot of stuff so I didn’t check it until I got home and the mall was closed. I came back the very next day and went out of my way to get it taken care of even though this was not my fault and then I am told I have to wait in a 20min. line to get the issue resolved? When I asked if I could come back to get it taken care of the girl (assistant manager) said no you have to take care of it now. However, you must wait in line? Does this make any sense at all to anyone? I work in sales and when we mess up pricing for a physician’s office or do not deliver supplies on time then we try to do anything we can to keep that customer happy and make up for our mistake. I will never go back to Forever 21 now that I know the way you all treat your customers.

This job is a joke! You treat us like shit. You find the littlest things to get us fired. I was one of the best employees that does a great job at customer servicing and I'm getting fired for "job abandonment," when there's other employees that does that more than me. I actually was too sick to call in for two days and I was unknowingly schedule for a day I wasn't available due to school. FUCK FOREVER 21. That's all I have to say.

It is interesting that people still think that "the customer is always right." Corporations have become so desperate for money that they allow customers to engage in obnoxious and abhorrent behavior that would never be tolerated in any other industry. As a former employee I know far too well the dangers of Forever 21. The employees are constantly stressed out, always being yelled at by customers who don't know how to read their receipts or the posted signage and the added burden of mgmt who is so stressed out by the District and upper management that they to snap at the employees. The company itself lacks communication and organization which filters down. Demands are constantly changing and expectations literally change every hour. While employees should not be rude and managers should be knowledgeable and proactive, some of the customers are so obnoxious and so rude that it calls for an equally appropriate response. As far as the policies- if you do not like them then you can pay twice the price at Urban or three times the price at Nordstrom's with the comforting thought that you can return your items if needed. Remember- You get what you pay for.....

I work at Forever 21 and everything that I am reading is all stuff you should not be getting upset about, I've read alot of things about how you buy something then you want to return it and they wont let you or give your money back so let me explain to you our EXCHANGE POLICY: YOU HAVE 21 DAYS TO GET A STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE THERES NO MONEY BACK OR CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD REFUNDS AND MAKE SURE ITS WITHIN THE 21 DAYS WITH THE RECEIPT AND TAGS ATTACHED....Now the mannequin situation I know its crazy we wont sell you stuff thats on the mannequin but corporate tells us what must be on every mannequin and if our district manager ever happen to just walk in and see that its not how it should be we would be in alot of trouble more then you know BUT we will but things on hold for you so that if you really want it when we take it off we will call you. Now for the rudness I apologize for everyones attitude I cant really do anything about that and I am not going to defend them because they are wrong but not all of us are like that even when i have had a long day and my fair share of rude customers I still but a smile on my face and have a good attitude when talking to a customer but just keep in mind that a customer with a good attitude makes a big difference on employees. And I would also like to add I know forever 21 is a messs! hahaha but we try very hard to keep it under control trust me.

Forever 21 is my favorite store, as a young nanny, I am able to buy fashionable clothes at affordable prices which I LOVE. However, yesterday, I was in te fitting room trying on a skirt, I went to step back and found my foot being STABBED by something, I looked down and saw that there was an inch long "sensor pin" stuck deep into my heel. It was difficult but I managed to pull the pin, nail out of my foot, causing me to bleed all over the dressing room floor. When I asked the chick working the dressing room, she simply threw a roll of toilet paper at me and smirked with a non caring " oh, sorry,,,". Finally, the manager, who was very apologetic came with a first aid kit all while apologizing over and over, I understand that this incident was an accident but the fact remains that if the employees had been doing their job, this wouldn't have happened, and the snobbibess I experienced was unneeded. I filed an incident report but really, the manager told me there was nothing they could do. The employees here suck, they're rude, dirty and snobby, the store isn't always in the best condition and the dressing rooms were kind of dirty. Now, I am having to get a tetanus shot, and I am trying to reach corporate who's "operator" is "currently unavailable". My experience yesterday was horrible. And I hope something is done with these incompetent employees. My foot is swollen and bruised and uncomfortable. How ridiculous!-- this incident took place at the Northridge Mall in Salinas, Ca

The managers in pentagon city forever 21 store are very raciest and more than 90% of workers are spanish people who can not even write, read and speak.... i love the store and everything but the higher level managers should come and see. Some times i doubt weather i am in USA or not, because how can such an abuse can be held by very raciest people in USA????

I was hire by forever 21 at mission viejo mall ,I had never experience a such a night mare, at any employment , employees never get train or introduce to others, there are some many regulations , mo breaks, they make you wait to loose your break, they make you clock out at 12am and clock in back and work until 2 or 3 in the morning with out overtime even thought you have al ready work your 8 hrs, I think it is a abuse and unprofessionalism from the management . Keeping the employees working very late even if all others stores are close, It is sad that a store with much reputation keeps loosing customers for the poor management .

When did Forever21 start hiring gay cross dressers as employee's!!! Really and they looked horrific. I do not have any issues with gay and cross dressers but I do when they look like they have not taken a shower and are wearing clothing that does not fit them and I would NEVER take myself or my kids in there again.

I am an employee with the Forever 21 company, I showed up for my first shift at Forever 21 today and found myself to be victim of serious harassment. The female manager there was very rude and hostile towards me as soon as I arrived. I was not told during orientation that my nose piercing, a very small, hardly noticeable stud wasn't allowed - when prompted to take it out, I explained that I was not aware of the rule and agreed to take it out, doing so right then and there. I also was not informed that my employee ID was provided at the registers, so I had my phone (with my ID in it) with me to clock in because I have not yet memorized it. The manager told me that I wasn't allowed to have it on my person at all. I told her that I wasn't aware that the ID was at the registers and that is the reason that I had it, I agreed to put it away. When I went to put it away, she sent an employee into the back to walk me out of the store, informing me that I was being sent home. When I spoke to the manager, she told me that I had to go home because she didn't want me on the sales floor. I had done everything that she had asked of me, apologizing for not being aware of those two policies since I was not informed prior. She still refused to let me stay because my eyes were watering and she claimed that I was too emotional. Having recently moved to Oregon, I was not aware that I would have allergies here, thus my eyes were watering. I explained to her that it was because of allergies that my eyes were watering and not that I was being overly emotional. I expressed to her my frustrations because I was being told to go home for completely unfair reasons. She then proceeded to yell at me, degrading and disrespecting me, in the store in front of customers. I feel like I was being harassed and treated to very unfair treatment. I also feel like she was being very unprofessional, losing her temper and saying disrespectful things to me in front of customers. Although, I was keeping a completely calm and professional exterior. I have worked at Pac Sun, Hot Topic, Urban Vibe, Journeys, Kohl's, and Nordstrom's in the past, along with managing locally owned retail stores, and I have never once seen someone, a manager nonetheless, act so unprofessional. I have never encountered such unacceptable behavior throughout my 6+ years working retail. I have worked in Customer Service during my entire working career as well. If I had witnessed her behavior as a customer, I would have walked right out of the store. I have been shopping at Forever 21 for over 4 years and currently only own Forever 21 brand clothing. I have referred many new customers to the store and I have never had anything bad to say about the company. This experience with this manager has made me think twice about my love and passion for Forever 21, a store that I both have a great love and knowledge about. I feel that this behavior is unfair and unacceptable and I fear that my job may be at stake due to her callous attitude and terrible customer service skills. I do not feel that she should be in the management position that she is currently in if she handles situations like this so terribly unprofessional. I do not feel that she should be representing the Forever 21 company because she does not make a good representation of the company in any way. Is there anything that I can do about this?

i just wish you would make shirts a little bigger then a b cup...tahnk -dd

Went to the Tyson's Corner Mall location yesterday to shop for an outfit we'd seen on the Forever21 website. That store was a MESS! I kept thinking I was at Potomac Mills Outlet mall, but no, this is Tyson's Corner! Few staff spoke English, and the assistance we received in the fitting room area consisted of grunting and pointing. The fitting rooms were absolutely filthy. I watched as two latina girls pretended to be working on two adjacent racks of clothes, but they were really just standing there chatting with nothing in their hands and nothing being done. I know your stores are not "high-end" retail, but your corporate office must be aware that even teenage girls want a good customer experience. They want to be valued for spending their money, and a $20 top to a 17 year old may very well be equal in impact to the $80 dress at Ann Taylor to the 40 year old. Your store at Tysons Corner, VA needs to get its act together. American Eagle and Delias are right there and provide a much better shopping experience for the customer! We bought a complete outfit yesterday, but not from Forever21!

I ordered items 6 days ago and they haven't even processed the order yet! I called to make sure everything was correct just in case it was my fault and they didn't answer. I called back 3 times because every time i called i ended up getting hung up on. Im not a mean person what so ever so i couldn't get mad about that when they finally did answer but when someone actually did answer they said because of the high volume of orders recently it will take up to 10 days to even process the order!! and then another 5-10 days to ship!! I will never purchase anything from Forever21 again! its way way too much of a dang hassle!

First of all the clothes are cheap and poorly made. So you rationalize that you are getting what you are paying for, trendy, cheap clothes. However, when you get home and discover a hole in a t-shirt or two weeks later a sweater comes apart at the seams you realize it is a waste of money. It is a waste because once you remove the tags or throw away the receipt, you cannot even exchange the crap for a new piece of crap! The exchange policy is terrible, really non-existent. There really is no return policy because you can only get store credit for more crap! My advice check out H&M, similar prices and clothes, and probabaly a better exchange/return policy!

omg...i got a shirt from forever 21 a few weeks ago and didn't notice that their security pin was still on my shirt. went to ask them to remove it and they refused to remove it because i didn't have the receipt. i told the manager if your security alarm was working correctly, it would have beep and i wouldn't have this problem. still she refused to remove it for me so i told her...next time then please f***ken make sure your employees are doing their job correctly. i was pissed and haven't shop there since.

I like Forever 21. If your expectation is to have a really high end, or even somewhat close to it, then Forever 21 isn't for you. So it's just a matter of putting Forever 21 in it's right place. Forever 21 is for those that really like style, but are on a budget. You may have to be particular and careful with the clothing, since it isn't made to be very strong, but it's still worth it. You are paying mainly for creative direction. If you want cheap and durable, go get some Wranglers or Levis. Forever 21 takes high end style and gives it to you on a extremely low budget. Don't expect the world with this. They are working with what they have. I bought a pair of jeans and boots from them, and they are my favorite pick out of all of my clothes.

o whom this may concern, I am a frequent shopper at forever 21 in Charlotte, North Carolina. I recently broke my foot and have not been out of the house in a while due to my mobility. The first chance that I was able to go shopping I went to Forever 21. On 2/16/11 I went and shopped at the location at the Carolina Place Park Mall in Charlotte, NC and I went to try on all my clothes in the dressing area and ask the women working if there was a dressing room with a chair. I have a walking boot on my right foot and in order for me to try on pants I need to be able to sit down because I can't balance or bear weight on my foot that much. She informed me that in fact no there was not a chair I could use and she apologized. Therefore, I was unable to try on any pants that day. I was frustrated and ready to leave the store, but this was my first shopping experience in months and I was not going to let that ruin my day. I went to cash out and spent $213.58, I purchased 12 items and none of them were pants. I informed Allison who was cashing me out that I was unable to buy pants that day due to the situation. She told me they could have gotten me a folding chair and she apologized for the incident. At that time I was expecting her to get a manger or someone that I could talk to, but instead she sent me on my way. I am in the customer service industry and I would never let my customer leave in that kind of a situation after she just bout over $200.00 from your store. I am very disappointed in the way this situation was handled and thought I should bring it to someones attention, in hopes that if another handicap person were to shop at Forever 21 they might have a different experience then I did. My receipt # is 0717-03-20195602. I shopped on 02/16/11 @ 2:01. My cashier was Allison her # is 1076554. The reason I am giving you all this information is so that you can look it up for yourself and know that this is not fabricated. You can even ask Allison and she can probably remember the situation as well. Unfortunately you lost me as a customer.

I give forever 21 a big zero!! There Tucson stores are the worst, from the dm sandy to the two store managers soko and Mona. They do absolutely nothing for the compay. On several ocassions I have seen the management being very rude to their employees and discussing write ups on the sales floor. The stores are very messy and none of the associates are helpful.

Went to the store and purchased two bras. I was given a coupon for 30% off. Then when I went to the register the clerk told me that it automatically comes up with the discount in the computer. Neither person told me this was a final sale. Of course there is a problem with the bras. I went back to the store to exchange them and was told there was nothing to be done. I should have READ THE RECEIPT. Amazing, but you can't read the receipt UNTIL AFTER YOU MAKE THE PURCHASE!!!!! When I ask for a manager, aN assistant manager tells me that nothing can be done and she isn't going to risk her job (I'm sure she makes a bundle) making an exchange. When I ask for corporates number I am given a number that no one answers and amazing NO OPERATOR. I look up their number and call that. So as I write this I am listening to a recording for now 15 minutes and 13 seconds. They have the audacity to say thanks for waiting and that a customer service person will shortly be on the line. Remember the saying " you get what you pay for." CHEAP CLOTHES AND SHITTY SALES PEOPLE.
